Incredibly helpful every time I go there. Often have inventory the big box stores don't.

Great place to shop for things you can't find else where.

We were having a bathroom vanity top installed. The countertop vendor told us they didn't do the plumbing part. I made 2 appointments with Ed Young's. The first visit was to install shut off valves and remove the old faucet and sink. The 2nd appointment was to install the new faucet. In both times, they showed up exactly on time and did everything right the first time.
I will use them again. I highly recommend them.

This was not the only place where it costs a lot of money for a plumbing estimate. 🦋

We have had Ed Young’s out to our house previously to snake a shower drain. They did the job at what we considered a normal price so we had them back out a few months ago to snake the shower drain again and a bathroom sink that was slow draining.
The plumber who came was nice enough. He was able to clear the shower but told us that the sink drain pipes would need replacement. He left the sink drain worse than when he arrived, it wouldn’t drain at all anymore. When I called back to tell them they had actually made it worse the man I spoke to was rude and told me there wasn’t anything they could do if we didn’t replace the pipes. My husband called them back again to ask about replacing the pipes and nobody ever returned his call.
Well, we’ve saved some money up and had a different plumber out to our house tonight to look at the pipes and give us a quote for replacement. Guess what? That plumber was able to snake the sink drain in about an hours time. He told us that he knew it could be done because the sink pipes were in decent shape and a wider diameter than normal. He told us the only reason another plumber wouldn’t have been able to do it would be because they were lazy and impatient. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND A DIFFERENT PLUMBER!

These guys are pros. We use them all the time for plumbing needs. Most recently they installed a new toilet and took the old one away. No fuss, no muss. Plumber was polite and knew what he was doing.

The store is okay. It's convenient because it's close to my house, however they don't have parts all the time and the employees have been outright rude at times refusing to help. I'm a bit apprehensive and going to this store because of that fact. On the times you do find an employee who is helpful then the process goes smoothly so it's not all bad.

They installed a new Pfizer faucet after exactly 2 years. It is is loose and I requested repair. I was told because I provided the faucet, they were not responsible and when I objected (we have been loyal customers) he hung up on me. Incredibly rude.

I went in and spoke with a younger guy behind the counter. I showed him my 1980s mixing valve shower issue and he helped me pick out all the right parts to get my shower back up and running. I would absolutely go back there again in a heartbeat.

Have used Ed Young's plumbing for years. Always professional and fair. Only complaint is trying to get through by phone. Takes forever!

We had Ed Young’s Plumbing come to install a new toilet in our home. I was very pleased that they were able to offer appointments only a few days away from when I called. Their plumber called during the work window before he arrived. He was prompt, courteous and did excellent work. We will certainly use Ed Young’s again and recommend them to our friends.

We had the absolute best experience with Ed Young's Plumbing!! Every single person we spoke with was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They showed up on time and a phone call first. They were very respectful of the house. All of the work was done efficiently and after the work was complete, they walked me through everything they had done. I would absolutely recommend them!!

Had an estimate done for a remodeling job. Went with another company that had a lower estimate with copper supply lines vs PEX(Ed Youngs job was with PEX). First company started the job and then disappeared. After months of trying to get someone to return I called Ed Youngs to come take another look. They spent a good 20-30 minutes checking everything out and said they'd get me an estimate when I located a tub as they needed tub spec's to complete estimate. FINALLY located the tub size, type, and drain side I needed in this age of supply chain issues..... Called Ed Youngs and they said the job was too far gone...? and would not be interested in completing it. Never bothered to tell me 8 weeks ago they wouldn't be doing the job. I had to reach out to them in order to get an answer.

Have been a loyal local customer for 20 years but this experience of customer service and the lack of common courtesy to call me back and say Not interested has sadly changed that. Will be finding a new place to spend my $$ for renovations.

The customer service here is excellent. Someone always asks if you need help. They have a surprising variety of items. I needed an obscure part for a faucet one time and they knew exactly what I needed. Part was cheap too. Go here before you go to the big box stores.

I had an appointment and was told that they would call just before arriving. This vendor never SHOWED UP for my appointment and NEVER called. I would NEVER recommend this plumber if you really want to get some service and not just a waste of your time.

These guys were nothing but great throughout the whole experience. I needed to get my main line in my basement capped, and then replaced with a wall hung sewer. They were quick to get out to do a free estimate, and more importantly their cost at time of completion was spot on with the estimate.
With the plumbing issue we were facing, they were able to get a date set up very quick, so as to not leave us with broken plumbing for weeks on end. Marc and Jon were there when they said they would be, even called beforehand to let me know they were on their way.
They were professional, respectful of my home and noise level (working from home), always let me know when they were getting more material or taking some of the materials that were dug up back to their location to dispose of it. They didn't mind one bit when I wanted to see what was going on, just out of curiosity of the process and progress of the job, and also were respectful with face masks.
Couldn't be happier with the job they did, how quickly they were able to do it, and knowing it got done correctly so we won't have issues moving forward. They also did a video inspection of my line going out to the street, ensuring that it was in tact and in good shape, assuring there's another aspect of the plumbing that's good to go for the future.
