It was a very good experience. The plumber was on time, professional, he explained things and was very
kinda and considerate.

The furnace in our mobile home was giving us problems so I phoned a furnace company to assess it. The man they sent was absolutely useless, so my husband called Seneca Plumbing. Russ came out and within 10 minutes he found the problem and fixed it but notified us that soon we would need a new one.
We put one on order, but when Russ was doing the install, he discovered a problem with the roof which necessitated a completely different type of furnace. Russ not only successfully and professionally installed the new one, he also corrected the problem with the roof.
We were so happy with their knowledge and professionalism that my husband contracted them to put in a tankless water heater in our other house.
Yay for Seneca Plumbing. They are awesome.

T-Mark is the only company I would call for issues in plumbing. Their plumbers a excellent, knowledgeable and very honest in their assessment of what is needed. My sump pump died and Gary replaced it in 1 hour, amazing! Suggested other things that could be done and an estimate on what it would cost

I called cheektowaga plumbing after hours for a sewer back up. The technician came out within the hour and was able to get me back up and running. Great company this was a sunday afternoon so it helped out with being ready for school and work in the morning!!

After dealing with other local companies, we finally found one we can trust and is our go to and that is Zenner and Ritter. Zenner and Ritter are always professional and do a thorough job. They are very honest with their assessments and pricing. They have installed our Generator, Backup sump pump, Furnace and AC. They are NEVER pushy on sales and will always give you a straight up quote and advice. Cannot see going elsewhere. I stopped searching for additional quotes as I know our experience with Zenner and Ritter and the frustration and sales pressure with others not to be mentioned. I have used Roy's Plumbing for many years and many projects. Most recently, I had a toilet installed in my upper flat, new sump pump put in and a new sewer line put in. Marty was here this morning to do prep work for new sidewalk panels to be put in, but was called away for an emergency job. Marty is a wonderful representative for Roy's. He is very knowledgeable, very thorough in explaining the work to be done, patient with me when I don't understand something and the nicest guy I could have here helping me out. I truly appreciate him.

One star is to much for this rude man. I tried to solve the problem before I called them. The whole time he was at my house he picked on me that I was not a plumber and that I thought I knew what I was doing. I will never use this company again or recommend them. Way to overpriced on top the bad attitude.
