Couldn't be happier with out new tankless water heater. Sal came and gave us an estimate within a day of our call and installed the system less than a week later, on time and at the price he quoted. He even made it look nice! Highly recommend!!

I had a plumbing nightmare, raining in the basement and no idea where exactly on a Sunday. Monday 8 am Ando sent a very skilled, professional, and polite plumber named Zac C. To my home. Not only did he do incredible work, but in my desperation he found money saving solutions versus trying to upsell me. Instead of feeling held hostage and being taken advantage, I now have a leak free home with a paid invoice I feel was fair. HIGHLY recommended and ask for Zac. Great guy. I had to leave during his visit. I returned home with all my belongings. Where else in today's world can you find trustworthy people like this. No reason you shouldn't choose Ando plumbing for your home needs. Also very respectful to the DIY homeowners versus smart comments from other contractors. If they offered 10 stars, I'd give these guys 12. My new plumber, no reservation.

I can not begin to explain how great this company is!!!!! Every time I needed help with plumbing issues they delivered!!!! Jason is a stand up man and his son-in-law Mike is just as honorable and delivers!!! I can't say thank you enough!

Used WNY Plumbing 2 times this summer (2021). Both times they were able to schedule visits within a week. Mike expertly installed our bidet seat, new toilet and a second hot water tank in no time with no mess.

Logan is a skilled professional and we couldn’t have asked for a better technician. We were having problems with our furnace and she walked us through everything she was doing to locate the problem. She was quick, efficient and once she pinpointed the issue, she had it fixed within minutes. 10/10 T-Mark is LUCKY to have Logan :)

Really great experience! friendly and professional receptionist, kept me informed of approximate time Nick, the plumber would arrive.Once Nick arrived, he was very detailed in his explanation as to what he was going to do.He replaced my super old water heater all by him self! I was truly amazed at how quickly he did it.He also fixed my shower that was leaking and replaced valves that were needed for the new water heater.He is extremely professional, friendly and kind.Very much recommended!Great company! Love their YouTube videos as well!

Zenner and Ritter answered my call promptly this morning and put me right on the schedule for the same day. They informed me it would between 9 to 5. I preferred around noon because of my work schedule. They were able to fit me in and gave me timely advanced notice that they would be arriving soon. Rich arrived and listened to my explanation of what was wrong and went right to work on the problem at hand. Rich also review the summary that was previously written regarding our furnace he made sure that everything was in working order before he left.

Great and quick customer service for the buffalo area. the plumber arrived on site within an hour after the call was made and he was extremely friendly. we had a clogged bathroom sink and unfortunately we needed to have pipping replaced to fix the issue but he did explore other more cost effective ways to resolve the issue prior to using the last resort. i would recommend them for any future plumbing needs if you live in the buffalo area.
