Sal is the absolute best! He is professional and has very fair prices. He has done work at my home and rental property. He was very helpful when an emergency arose and fixed my shower when no on else could. He's observant and has even given me tips and recommendations. I've used him for years. He came recommended from a co-worker and I highly recommend him too!

Mike and his partner did an excellent job on unplugging my kitchen drain . It was severely clogged . From the initial phone call to the actual unplugging of the drain the guys were very professional and caring about resolving the problem. I like that they cleaned up after the job was completed ! While out of town, our sump pump failed and our basement flooded. Managing this clean-up from afar had its challenges to say the least. When we reached out to Seneca, they could not have been more professional and helpful. They immediately scheduled service to our home and installed a new system in no time. We were incredibly impressed with their customer service and the work they performed on site. These guys came out at 10pm on a saturday night when it was 14 degrees outside to run a water jetter through my pipes to clear the sewer line. (They didnt charge an emeegency fee like the others did either.)
When the job was finished they ran an HD camera through the pipes to show me what i had paid for; sparkly newly cleaned pipes!

I was here at Kathy Gielow's when TMark put in the new Air Conditioning system. The two men Richard and Cullen did a great job. Had a GOOD discussion about the system with Cullen afterwards.Cullen made sure we understood the system and its operation, its limitations and it plusses and minuses. One star is to much for this rude man. I tried to solve the problem before I called them. The whole time he was at my house he picked on me that I was not a plumber and that I thought I knew what I was doing. I will never use this company again or recommend them. Way to overpriced on top the bad attitude.
