Had a GOOD discussion about the system with Cullen afterwards.Cullen made sure we understood the system and its operation, its limitations and it plusses and minuses. Cellino was very responsive and was extremely accommodating to meet my schedule constraints. Ryan Anthony provided outstanding service and was extremely innovative installing the back up sump pump. This was a very satisfying experience and Cellino now has a customer for life.

My husband and I first called Hazlett to come check out an issue that ended up being something that a contractor needed to fix and not a plumber. However Sam was so incredibly helpful in taking the time to write up a review for our insurance adjuster. About two weeks later I unfortunately needed a Plumber to fix the water leak from our hot water tank. Sam moved his schedule around to get there asap . Very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely affordable. I hope to not need the service of a plumber again but am glad I have a company to call that I feel is reliable and will do an excellent job. Cannot say enough good things about the service I was provided with. I sent Kevin a message on his Facebook page since it was late, figured he would get back to me in the morning. Nope, messaged me right back told me to call him and we discussed my issue to get an idea of the problem, which was I needed a few pipes replaced. He said he would call me in the morning to send out a truck and confirm the time. I get a text and tells me a time they will be there, not a time range, a specific time. Sure enough the truck pulls up right on time.

The service provided was professional, straight forward and I was aware of all costs before agreeing to the service so when the final bill came I was not shocked. Pricing was very reasonable for the work provided, I told others what I paid and everyone said it was very reasonable and wanted this places number.

I specifically worked with Ben and one other whose name I did not get. Great workers, they were in and out and pipes are working great.

We have Roto Rooter jet clean our restaurant waste pipes every 6 months. We have a system that pumps waste hundreds of feet to the street behind the building. This is not your average waste system. This time around, Dave W, was having some problems getting the entire pipe clean to the road. He spent the extra time and had another guy come to give him a hand just to make sure the pipe was clear on the other end, hundreds of feet away. He even had the line scoped with a camera to see if there were any breaks in the line, which there were not any. Since this was just preventative maintenance, he could have just gave up and told me everything was clear which could have led to problems down the road. But he didn't. He went the extra mile to make sure the job got done right!

Very rude. Started phone call with do you even know what backflow is?... Um no I don't because I'm not a plumber but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
