Larry was very responsive, clean, and reasonably priced. He was able to diagnose my issue (clogged main sewer line) over the phone, put my mind at ease that it wasn’t a bigger issue, then come out to clean the line quickly. Will definitely call for any future needs.

The only bad thing I want to comment on is that you advertise 24/7 which I like as we can't control when we might have a problem but when we called the person answering the phone asked if the area is well lighted which it is for the most part as it's on the side of our house and there is a street light out front but maybe it doesn't light up the whole area but there has never been a concern about this in prior times we have used your service and we have used your service MANY times with no problems. It has been dark out before, like I said, we have no control over when our system backs up, and you have come out. I have even gone out to hold a light for the technician even though it is kind of hard on me as I have trouble walking. We were able to get by the night but it would have been better if they came out the night I called. May I suggest that you carry with you flood lights as there are many types, even which I have one, and I would have let the technician use it. I am just not happy that you advertise 24/7 and then don't live up to your advertisement! You may think this no big deal but I bet there are other customers who have experienced the same thing.
