Couldn't be happier with out new tankless water heater. Sal came and gave us an estimate within a day of our call and installed the system less than a week later, on time and at the price he quoted. He even made it look nice! Highly recommend!!

Chris Ball and Jacob from Cellino Plumbing came to do a repair to our heating system today. On the coldest day of the year yet, they were able to do their work and get everything up and running smoothly before the house could even catch a chill.Chris installed the HVAC system in our home a few years back, I work in the construction industry and what I can say is that this guy knows his stuff- seriously! He’s incredibly knowledgable and experienced, cares deeply about doing quality work and doing so at a value that’s fair to the customer. Our house is very old yet with the system he put in it is very cozy in the winter and nice in cool in summer- energy efficient too!I have a newborn child and wife at home and while doing the repairs they took all the safety precautions you would hope for in these times. Chris is also just a really nice guy, met Jacob for the first time and his passion and interest in HVAC came through. Seeing the younger techs working with Chris shows me that Cellino makes the training and knowledge of all their staff a priority. Thanks for the great service guys!

The serviceman was outstanding. Explained what he did to our generator as far as a tune up, also answered our questions on our air condition units. We will be calling Zenner & Ritter in the spring for a estimate on replacement for the air units. We were very satisfied with the service.

Our water lines froze and we were water because our kitchen flooded when they burst and we had to shut it all off. We had Jerry come out for an estimate and unlike other companies he actually went in the crawl space to check things out. We could tell he really cared and wanted to help us without making us spend money we don't have to spend. They were great with communication, on time, and very knowledgeable. They worked in a snow storm and got us our water back and all new amazing water lines within 5-6 hours. Prices were fair and we're so happy. Usually we stay away from big companies but sooo glad we contacted them. We will never go elsewhere! Everything looks great, works great, and is warrantied! We got super lucky!

I had a horrible experience. They came to do an estimate on a hot water tank. No one told me I would be charged. They were here maybe 5 minutes and charged me $89. I will not use them or refer them.

Lou from Reimer Home Services came to my house to inspect my central air conditioning system. He was on time and polite. Upon enter he introduced himself, provided me a business card ans immediately put on his shoe covers. During the service he explained what he was doing and why. Fortunately I didn't require maintenance today and he explained what I should look for that would. He also explained the services and training all Reimer technicians are required to have. I would recommend Reimer for your heating and AC needs. Ask for Lou. He is knowledgeable and courteous. Most importantly he is honest!

I have had several large projects done by Keiffer. The installed a new furnace, rebuilt the basement drainage system, and installed a new sump and drainage system. Very pleased with the work each time.
