I had a tankless water heater issue on the morning of a snowstorm. I called and got an appointment Within a few hours. Jeff came to house, a little before my scheduled time (not a problem). Jeff was very helpfull, fully explaining the issue and correcting the problem. I would recommend at any time and plan on using them for any future issues.

Larry is the only plumber we will call. Like his sign says, he's clean, courteous and competent. He has helped us out with several projects over the years, the latest being a new hot water tank. There's a feeling of comfort when you call Larry because you know no matter what the plumbing issue, the job will be done right and on time by someone. I came by Larry from a recommendation and I highly recommend Larry to my friends and family when they are looking for a plumber.

I should have done this a while ago, but I highly recommend Hazlett. I don't have a basement and my drain lines were underground. They installed new lines. Also had a hot water tank installed. Tank was in a closet, tight fit. but door wouldn't close. Called and they came back and fixed. no big deal.

Due to his expertise, he was able to diagnose the problem and unfortunately give us the bad news that it needed replacement. He thoroughly discussed the options of repair versus replacement. One star is to much for this rude man. I tried to solve the problem before I called them. The whole time he was at my house he picked on me that I was not a plumber and that I thought I knew what I was doing. I will never use this company again or recommend them. Way to overpriced on top the bad attitude.
