I noticed a problem with my water heater on New Year’s Eve morning. I called Jeffrey’s Plumbing and Jeffery let me know that he’d come right out. He was courtesy, professional, left my place clean and my problem solved. I’d highly recommend Jeffrey and his company.

Woke up to find water in the basement coming from somewhere within the walls of the downstairs and upstairs bathrooms. Called Musso and they had a guy at the house within the hour. Great Guy, Mike. Very personable and smart. I watched as he did all kinds of tests shutting off/on valves to determine what was leaking. I was convinced it was a leaking toilet water supply line. I thought he was being overly cautious to continue testing. He did not want to bust holes in the wall and floor without more evidence of what the problem was. Good Thing! because it ended up being a leaking water supply line to the refrigerator ice maker. No water coming from anywhere under the fridge, it all ran straight to the wall behind the fridge, a wall common to the bathroom. His sound judgement saved me a whole lot of grief and money. The furnace in our mobile home was giving us problems so I phoned a furnace company to assess it. The man they sent was absolutely useless, so my husband called Seneca Plumbing. Russ came out and within 10 minutes he found the problem and fixed it but notified us that soon we would need a new one.
We put one on order, but when Russ was doing the install, he discovered a problem with the roof which necessitated a completely different type of furnace. Russ not only successfully and professionally installed the new one, he also corrected the problem with the roof.
We were so happy with their knowledge and professionalism that my husband contracted them to put in a tankless water heater in our other house.

Our hot water tank died and called ta few places for estimates. We chose 716 Plumbing because Rick was Awesome! Very personable, prices were reasonable, work and work ethic were awesome. Rick was upfront about all needed to properly do the job and pricing was more than reasonable! We totally recommend 716 Plumbing!

None on the list. He did service our 15 year old furnace. Great advice given. I can add at this service call that they now do whole house generators.

Called Larry and asked if he could come to my home to replace my sump pump because it stopped working. I told him we have a water back up system that works so if he could come over in a day or two that's fine. He told me text him my cell number and he'd get back to me the next day. So I texted him number name, address, and again what my problem was. I waited a few days and he never got back to me. I'm a small business owner too and if I was receiving a call from a person I'd write down their name and number and get back to them ASAP if I couldn't give them an answer right away. I certainly wouldn't tell them to text me the same info they gave me over the phone. Seems from reading these review he picks and chooses what work he wants. The end of the story is I went out to Home Depot got a new sump pump and installed it myself even with my bad back.

I called cheektowaga plumbing after hours for a sewer back up. The technician came out within the hour and was able to get me back up and running. Great company this was a sunday afternoon so it helped out with being ready for school and work in the morning!!

Rob was great. He is one of the few around who does boiler work. He installed my auto fill meter to my boiler and educated me on how to do maintenance. He was efficient and did a great job!

Initially responsive, but follow up on their part needs work. Phone calls to them but none returned until 2 weeks later.

We had a clogged main drain on Christmas day and our tech was great. Cleared our drain and was very pleasant. Service was fast and excellent!

We had a 41 year old boiler system that decided to start on fire. 1st repair guy came out from another company fixed it for $350.00. Returned next day to fix again. Discussed getting quote to replace system. Contacted another company by email to provide quote and finally requested quote from Roy's via website. I requested quotes from 3 places on Saturday. Roy's was only one who came out and offered space heaters until they could install. Well it is now Tuesday 3 days later and my new boiler is in my house and I'm warm again. Still haven't heard from either of the other 2 companies yet. Installers were clean, efficient and even worked around my work at home schedule for when my home office was open for them to access without disturbing my work.I told them when a good time would be to enter and they set an alarm and were at the door exactly on time. Highly recommend! Thank you!

(First: Not sure on which of the above services I was suppose to list, but it had to do with my 122 year old house having a major water leak that flooded my basement. It has very old pipes, and I did not know what exactly busted to cause my basement to flood). That being said, here is my review for your company:
Everything went so smoothly, and in complete perfection. You guys are GREAT!!! Got the job done in only 20 minutes flat! I now have a safe dry basement in good working order! Will definitely use again if needed; and most certainly recommend this company. They can get what needs to be done DONE! They are fast and the service is without compare! Trustworthy and great service. Reasonable price for the thorough job they did. The plumber also looked at the entire sink to prevent further problems. Polite thorough trustworthy. The owner of this family business called me the following day to make sure that I am well pleased and to let them know if I have any problems with the sink. I will recommend to anyone seeking a plumber.
