Inconsistent. Took them coming out three different days, with different crews to fix the problem. Kept saying it was parts. Didn't show up on time. Did work without consent, without estimates, and then charged card without permission. Left no option for a second opinion. Unprofessional, will not use services again.

I have old rental properties that are beginning to have pipes rust out. Due to the severity some of them are more than I can handle as far as breaking them loose and/or cutting them out. Called Lyday for assistance on a T between the kitchen and the bath. Appointment was at 9am, they showed on time, gave a very reasonable quote, and performed the work then and there. I am not on site most of the times, and they handled payment remotely for my convenience. They will be receiving my future business based on this interaction.

I called at 3:15 this afternoon and spoke to the nicest lady, on the phone. She said someone would be right out to help me with my sink problems. She told me upfront there would be a $29.00 call out charge. Within 30 minutes Garrett showed up. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He was cleanly dressed and had awesome clean, wavy hair. I appreciated the fact, he put down a mat in front of my sink when he worked. Within no time, he had my sink and dishwasher running again. He gave me several suggestions to prevent further problems, which I was happy to have. I was so pleased with his service, I asked for an estimate for future service, on a hot water heater. Kenneth and Jay did a fantastic job. Sump pump died and they came out immediately and replaced it. We also had a water powered sump pump backup system installed also. Will call them for all our plumbing needs in the future.
