American Services worked hand in hand with the general contractor I used for a bathroom and laundry room remodel. They came out and plumbed some of the older piping that needed a good upgrade. They moved my washer line for me to the other side of the room. They installed all new piping for the toilet drainage/sewer. I will have no hesitation reaching out to them in the future to have any repairs or new plumbing work. I also liked that Aggie from American Services followed up with me about two weeks later to ensure that I was satisfied with the services they provided. Called and since it was after hours they said it would have to be a emergency charge. I said no problem our AC is out we have a new born it has to get taken care of. Needless to say I never got a call back until the next day. With a casual sorry you slipped through the cracks! I went with a competitor.

Contracted out by HomeShield, had Scott as my repairmen. Probably easiest and painless repair visits I've ever had. Once I got the request for a visit in, Scott got a hold of me in no time. Once he gave me the diagnosis, he made me aware of possible extra work and cost. Once we got an understanding of the situation, Scott went straight to it; including travel time and him needing to get the new unit, he was done in 2-3 hours. Scott's service was top-notch! I highly recommend.
