Everything went well for what was needed. A bit costly for the amount of time and issue resolved.

In the middle of remodeling I discovered I needed new drain and supply lines for my new double sink and vanity. In order to stay on schedule I needed this done within 24 hours. I called Chris Brown and explained my situation. He joggled his schedule and had 2 fellows at my home the next morning. To top it off the price was very reasonable. I am very grateful that I found Browns plumbing, they really did me a solid and did so quickly at good price.

This company saved the day for me. It was a holiday, they came out right away, found the problem and unclogged the drain. They made sure all other equipment and sump pumps were working properly. They were professional , knowledgeable and tidy. I highly recommend them!

We had a minor emergency plumbing issue right at the end of business day. While they were not able to come after hours, they did come first thing in the morning the next day. The technicians that came were very knowledgeable and efficient. They were patient with my questions and desire to watch the repair, and gladly wore the shoe coverings I provided to protect our newly installed carpet.

My shower / sewer was backing up and had already made an appt with another company...they were no show no call to let me know they were running late..canceled with them.. . called On Time hoping they served Eldorado and they got me in same day and were EARLY! Our tech Mark was great and answered all my questions and was friendly and professional...Even got a veterans discount.
