I don't know how your plumbing service but just thought you should know that one of your drivers has a little bit of a road rage problem. I was driving north on 235 about 10 minutes ago and the van was riding my vehicle very close, throw in hand signals, and when I finally passed a vehicle they passed me throwing me the bird!

When the Garrett, the technician, got to the house he was also knowledgeable, polite, and cleaned up after himself instead of tracking in a big mess or leaving a big mess. We just bought this new house in May and it was under warranty but the plumber that was assigned to us was not going to come out for a few days because we called on the weekend. Of course that would not work with a sump pump out and our house having 7 of rain last night. I am so happy they came out in a timely fashion and would highly recommend them and the work they do.

The tech was very punctual and polite and I'm thankful the techs work after-hours. However, I should have been made aware of the absolutely inflated prices. I do expect to pay more for emergency or after-hours repairs, but $600+ for a $20 part and 20 minutes of work is ridiculous. Especially since he didn't carry the correct part and had to Frankenstein pieces together. I'll order the correct part and redo the repair myself.
