I paid David Lies plumbing $ 941.79 for a 6 gal. hot water heater. I was charged for 3 1/2 hours for installing at $390.00 They took the used copper. I have owned the property for 35 years and have put in two other hot water heaters. This one did not heat. Isn't their warranty on parts? The Tap,
where David Lies Plumbing bought it was very helpful. I live out of town so the tenant whom business was compromised picked up the part, a $12.00 and a electrician checked the service and installed it Who was rude? Soon as my check was cashed David Lies plumbing was done.

Another local plumber tried to clean our sewer line and got their equipment stuck in our clean out. They said our sewer pipe had failed and in order to get their cable out and run a new sewer line the cost was going to be $5,500! After 10 days of getting the run around and now having sewage in our yard from the cable being stuck, I called Roto Rooter to see if they could help. They sent out Brian the next day. He took one look at it and thought he knew right away why the cable was stuck. He thought that the plumber who had been here before was inexperienced and got a ball of roots caught up that was too big to retrieve. He said he thought he could get it removed in less than 20 minutes. They got to work and sure enough he was able to get it unstuck, removed from our sewer line and clean the sewer line afterwards! They were done with the whole process in about an hour and a half! They packed up and the bill was less than a third of what the other company wanted to charge me to replace the whole thing! I am a customer for life! Thanks Roto Rooter! You saved the day!!!

On time Plumbing is the only company I will call for all my plumbing & heating air needs!! As a single man with 5 kids money is tight so I have to be extremely cautious of who I can trust to do repairs.....will I be treated fairly? will they take the time to explain exactly what is wrong and give me the best options on how to deal with the problem? will they do the work in a timely manner and be fair with the price of their labor, parts, and service? The owners and employees of On time Plumbing were absolutely incredible! They patiently answered my many questions in terminology I could completely understand. Then showed me exactly what the labor and parts would be and why. They took care of what immediately needed to be done and then..... WENT THE EXTRA MILE by graciously taking care of a seemingly minor, but very irritating plumbing problems that I thought would have to wait until later, and they did it at no charge! I've told everyone, and especially my family & friends!!!

Matt has been very thorough and informative while fixing our water heater. He does a great job of explaining his suspicions and how he intends to thoroughly troubleshoot the problem, even outside of his suspicions. At the end of the visit he explained his findings and what he did. This is something I appreciate very much when having services done.
Our home warranty company selected him and contacted him on our behalf, so I’m very thankful he has done such an excellent job. It usually worries me not having a say in who does our repairs, but we’ll be calling Matt for all future repairs.
