The job they was very good until I was looking for my I pad which I had just bought which just got from COSTCO cost was $ 794 +INS cost 149 and now it missing and I don't let anybody in to my at all

This company was great! Ben, Jake and Christian came out to install a new AC and heater in a really tight spot. They were very friendly and professionally.

Called plumber on weekend to inspect a slow drain. Was able to come over within 48 hours on my own schedule (after 5:00 pm on a weeknight) to snake and make drain fully functional again. Even though it was full of grease, snaking was done so carefully that none ever ended up on the carpeted floor. Sound advice was given on follow up treatment and the cost was cheaper than many home warranty plans. Would definitely have Brian back to take care of plumbing needs.

I have used On Time on 2 different occasions for my water heater and shower issue. Both times I had Justin come out and I really appreciate his work. He is always on time (ha) professional and really takes the time to show me what the issue is and what caused it so I can avoid having issues in the future. We noticed a musty smell coming from our bathroom cabinets. When we pulled the vanity away from the wall, we noticed a large crack in our old drainage piping. I called 3D and someone was at our home within 2 hours. They cut and removed the old pipe and replaced it with a new one in less than an hour. Now I can use my bathroom sink again! Thanks

Had a slow draining sink in our rental property. Called Reddi and they came out a few hours later. The tech, Dennis, was great and even though we ran into a few issues due to the layout of plumbing he was able to get it to start to drain. Later that night the renter noticed the sink was still draining slow. Called Reddi back and Dennis called back back right away. He came back out and worked on the issue again. He used a camera this time and found the clog.Quick reply from the Reddi to resolve the issues. And the tech was very professional. Will use again if ever run into another plumbing issue.

Ballard Plumbing van weaving in and out of traffic with a trailer, with no lights, cuts me off and then starts flipping me off with both hands. Hope their plumbing skills are better than their driving skills.

Their dispatcher told me she couldn't give me the price for the job I needed done over the phone, which was have my main sewer line augered. So I paid a $30 service charge for them to come out and tell me they wanted over $300 for the job, I paid $100 the next day. To their credit the technician was polite and knowledgeable, and even gave me some advice on what to do after I had the job done, even though I opted out of having them servicing my line.
