All employees seemed exceptionally knowledgeable. The work was done in a crawl space - I could not answer to “good quality”. I had a MAJOR crack in my sewer line - on the top portion of the cast iron pipe; I would never have found this if I hadn’t had an inspection of the crawl space which was for unrelated equipment. I have no previous experience with sewer line replacement, but I believe the price was extremely reasonable.

Although I’m related to the owner (his brother), I can objectively say that one of DLP’s plumber used not only his skill, but also his years of experience to diagnose and remedy a clogged shower valve in my apartment that had restricted the water pressure to an annoying trickle. With some persistence and ingenuity, he cleared the blockage and restored full pressure. I’m loving the experience of starting the day with a hot, pressurized shower!

They came to snake my line. Said they went down 100 feet. But my drain was till full of water. Tried to sell me on other services. Called Ben Franklin plumbing. Came right out. Found my sewer was clogged 25 feet down. I told him eck said they went down 100 feet. He laughed, said it was impossible. The water would have went down in your drain. They lied to me. Their snake was half the size of Ben franklin's. Not even the right size. Got ripped off, and lied too.

Very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem in 20minutes. I especially like how they call you when they’re on their way.

After having multiple terrible experiences with the plumbing company our warranty company usually contracts through, we requested another company to be sent. They sent Lyday and we always call to request them, now. The office staff is extremely helpful in how to get the most out of our warranty coverage. She was also very helpful in recommending what to inspect for a new home purchase and telling me how to look up all the old permits for that address on the city website.
They are always straight forward and honest, and they do good work. I recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

Great, knowledgeable, and polite dispatcher, whose name was John. When the Garrett, the technician, got to the house he was also knowledgeable, polite, and cleaned up after himself instead of tracking in a big mess or leaving a big mess. We just bought this new house in May and it was under warranty but the plumber that was assigned to us was not going to come out for a few days because we called on the weekend. Of course that would not work with a sump pump out and our house having 7 of rain last night. I am so happy they came out in a timely fashion and would highly recommend them and the work they do.
