After contacting multiple companies, American Services was the only one to respond to our request for inspections on our water system (well and septic) and our HVAC.

On the consultation inspection, the owner came out to inspect everything and provided written and detailed quotes for everything.

For our first service call, we had American Services install a new pressure tank system and replace the water lines. It was nearly seamless service.

For our second service call, our heater quit working in freezing temperatures. The technician was our that morning. He troubleshoot the system, repaired the previous installers bad wiring and replaced the control board in short time.

We will not call anyone other than American Services for our needs. Excellent customer service, professional and knowledgeable technicians, timely responses and cost effective. What are you waiting for?

I called 3D on a Sunday evening after my wife and I ran into a snag while trying to install a new ceiling fan. I got their voicemail since they aren’t open on Sundays, fully expected a call back Monday, but got a call from Patrick just 30 minutes later. He was near our house and offered to come by and quote. Upon arrival, he dubbed it an easy job, grabbed a ladder and tools, and fully installed our fan and replaced the wall switches in under 30 minutes. Left the house cleaner than it was when he arrived! I could not be more impressed and thankful and will absolutely be using them for any/all future projects!

We purchased a new home and in the process of remodeling the kitchen that obviously needed plumbing work. Bowers showed up on time, was professional and knowledgeable. I was amazed to have the quote in two days and it was competitively priced. Given their responsiveness I am likely to use their services.

Had a problem with the sump pump as it was filling the hole quickly. Ken came out and promptly diagnosed the problem (stuck float). We discussed options, and ultimately ended up replacing the pump and adding a water main backup. Ken was able to answer all my questions and give me his honest opinion without pressuring me to purchase anything more than what I need. I feel that the job was done expertly, and have had no problems with it since. I have a number of jobs coming up where I will need a plumber in the near future (remodel job) and will definitely call Ben Franklin for help.

Fast and friendly, placed a call early morning saturday and they were here same day. Fixed the issue in 30 minutes! Will absolutely call them for anything else in the future and highly recommend them.
