Great service and price from Drain Flow! I woke up Saturday morning to discover my hot water heater was leaking, and that it needed to be replaced completely. I called a few places and Drain Flow gave me the best quote. I wanted to get a specific higher model water heater due to the longer warranty, but it didn't seem from the photos I sent that the electric hookups would work. So when Tony from drain flow came same day, he saw the setup in person and said it could definitely fit the other tank. Tony wanted to make sure that I got the value I wanted from my water heater. So he went back out to get the different water heater and came back same day to install everything perfectly. Amazing service, friendly attitude, and great price.

My kitchen sink shut off valves failed and got chunks of rubber all up in my faucet, making my kitchen sink totally unusable. Five-star experience in every respect. Called Irfan on a Sunday to inquire about disconnect of an old gas stove and installation of a new one being delivered the following weekend. He called me back within 15 minutes and confirmed an appointment. He arrived on time for the disconnect and reconnect appointments, explained the work that was necessary, suggested an improvement to the configuration of the gas line/shutoff behind the stove, and was very friendly and professional throughout.
