I recently added a bathroom to my basement. The first plumber I hired was a disaster. Nothing he did was right. Nothing was up to code and never would have worked properly. I fired him and called Pennacle Plumbing. They came the same day I called and were amazing. Unfortunately everything that had been done had to be torn out it was so bad. Pennacle gave me a very fair quote to re-do this mess. They did an amazing job. Their work was top notch and everything works beautifully. They showed up everyday on time and are very dependable. Charlie the owner and his staff are very trustworthy. I was very comfortable leaving them in my home when I wasn't there. I will never use anyone else. This is a GREAT company.

Charlie and the Pinnacle team were great! They answered the phone on the first call, came out same day to take a look at the project to quote it, and were onsite within three days to begin the work. This was a new construction project so didn't require urgency, but they treated us like it was the most important project they had (even though it wasn't). I wasn’t having any luck trying to schedule an appointment with our regular plumber so I started searching online for a new one. It took me a while to find someone who I had confidence in until I came across Pinnacle Plumbing, who had great reviews on Angie’s List, Google, and Yelp. I sent them an email with photo’s for repairing our cast iron drain pipe that rusted out and also replacing two outdoor hose bibs. Charlie gave me a call the following day to discuss our options and scheduled for his next available appointment. He called to confirm the appointment, kept me updated with his ETA, and arrived with his team member Mike. Charlie explained his plan of action and they both quickly went to work. Charlie cut out the leaking section of 2” cast iron pipe and replaced it with new PVC pipe, fittings, and dandy clean out. The total job was completed in less than 2 hours and he explained everything that was done. I couldn’t be happier with how the job turned out. The quality and workmanship of the finished product looks amazing. They made sure to clean up after themselves before leaving. The new hose bibs are ¼ turn lever style, which are easier to open/close and produce more water output. Heavy duty hubless fittings were used to attach the new PVC to cast iron. Pinnacle Plumbing only uses high quality parts. Charlie and Mike are both professional, friendly, honest, polite, and work great together as a team. Charlie is a true master at his trade. I had many questions for Charlie during the entire process and he was more than willing to answer them all. The price was reasonable and I even received a new customer discount. I still have some old plumbing in our house that I want to change out, so I will be scheduling with Charlie when he is available. I’m so glad and relieved to have finally found a new plumber who I can trust and will be there to help when any issue arises. I highly recommend Pinnacle Plumbing and will be referring him to all my family and friends. Thank you so much Charlie!

Great guys that did a great job at a reasonable price. They were very good about returning calls, providing estimate, and coordinating when work would get done. I had a very time-sensitive job to meet a closing date for a house I sold and they were awesome.

Very dishonest and unprofessional!! They just disappeared after promising that they were going to do the job. They don't care about professionalism, your family situation or your life. If somebody else pays more they just stop replying your messages.

We called Pinnacle and they got us an appointment within two days. Pleasant office staff to start. Pinnacle sent over a fantastic tech, Alex to resolve our issues. He was courteous, explained everything and spent a great amount of time resolving an ongoing issue that another company botched majorly. We will highly recommend Pinnacles services and also use them again at our home, café and lounge and commercial property.

The team were very responsive to accommodate our schedule and were happy to go above and beyond. IMO finding reliable quality plumbing can be a struggle. I look forward to working with them again on future projects.

Charlie and his crew are my go-to plumbers since I met them thru a GC! They do solid work and are quick to respond. They installed a new half bath and laundry room in my 1890s house, and several months later came in a pinch to replace my leaking kitchen faucet and sink.

I have used the folks at Pinnacle for several home projects - replacing toilets, faucets, etc. They have been professional and I'd call their rates reasonable and typical. I had one small issue with a shower faucet replaced and they quickly came back and fixed the problem without charge. I will call them again.

Charlie and team installed a new gas boiler in our home about 2 years ago and everything about the experience was excellent. His communication was thorough and he explained all of the work up front and answered several questions as to the products being used, etc. The system has worked flawlessly since and Pinnacle would be my first call for any plumbing or heating work in the future!

Work was done completely in one day. Staff was extremely polite, neat and took the time to explain to me everything that they done. Price quoted was what I paid. UPDATE: My system had a component fail about a year later, and Charlie swung by the next day and fixed it at no cost to me! Really happy with this level of service.

Very reasonable and professional

The guys were great, despite having abnormal needs for clay studio sinks. The only thing that worked out poorly is there is no down grade from the drain pipes to the clay trap. That pipe needs to slant down for flow and prevention of any sediment build up. As it is, it lays totally horizontal and there's always globs of clay and junk in the pipe between the drain & the trap. I use my finger to try to scoop any out, but have to flush it with clean water and give it a second cleaning every time- which is 1x a month.

We ran into some unforeseen problems and Pinnacle P&H handled them with grace and expertise. They did an excellent job and were a pleasure to work with. I recommend them very highly.

Pinnacle plumbing has never let me down. Charlie, the owner, has rescued me numerous times, from replacing a broken, leaking water heater to helping me search for a lost earring in my shower drain. He has assisted in 2 different remodeling projects at my home as well. He and his workers are conscientious, respectful, and thorough. As I said, Pinnacle has never let me down!

Very unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. I made an appointment with Charlie and took a day out of work but he never showed up. No call no show. I called multiple times he finally texted me hours after our appointment and told me that his other appointment ran late. He told me that he would make me a priority to reschedule and he never responded to my texts or calls after that. Weeks have gone by and I still haven’t heard back from him. Unreliable and unresponsive.

I had a soil pipe replaced, some shut off valves and a water line installed it was around 4 hours of work that included getting the materials. They followed social distancing and they also wore masks
