I just had Nick and his team out at my place today, and it was honestly as good as it gets. The guys at Plumbr are so unbelievably nice, personable, and get the job done extremely well. The second Nick showed up to our place, I knew we went with the right team; he was able to diagnose the problem and have a full solution in about a minute, and it was flawlessly executed. Nick is a lifesaver. My main sewer drain was stuck and we could not use any water. Nick sent a team the same night. He came the next day to make sure everything is all set and to review the video from the cleaning. The other guys I had before I called Nick tried to convince me the pipe was broken and I need to dig my front yard. That turned out to be completely false. While at home he fixed my dishwasher leaking pipe and an old problem with one of the toilets in the house. I know who to call next time there is an issue at home and so should you!
I called Nick and his team to install an addition water meter for irrigation. They were very responsive and timely when it came to the job and do great work. In the past I have used Nick’s team to replace a water heater as well as fix a sump pump. I would recommend Plumr

Prompt service, was able to have a technician come within one day of contact. Was able to describe the issue to dispatch over the phone which streamlined service upon arrival. Technician was on time and very nice. Explained the work to be done and successfully completed the job in 1 hour (shower diverter replacement, sink drain declogging). We had them fix our heating system. The workmen who came were right on time, very polite, fixed the problem, explained things to me well on how to avoid the problem in the future and cleaned up after themselves. They also charged me a price I felt was very fair. I told my husband to keep their number!
Nick and his colleagues were quick to respond to our sewer main problem. I loved the ease of use for the web interface for scheduling. Nick and his group were very professional, courteous, and my personal favorite, kept us well informed of updates on progress. Reasonable pricing too! Nick was great at accessing the situation and providing a quote for the work needed. Always on time, always easy to get an appointment, always professional. I trust their advice because frequently they tell me how to fix it or what the problem is without charging. This time they advised me to get 2 pieces under warranty & they came back to install them. Very fast. A lot less painful than I expected! The worst part was ME knowing where the water shut off was! I will always use these guys.

If I’m ever asked, “do you know a good plumber?” My answer will be...I have a great one! I called Nick, last night and asked if he could quote me for replacing a garbage disposal and a time of when he could come install it. Instead of him providing me with that info, he asked me what was wrong with it. After I explained the problem, he then asked me if I had tools and some time for him to explain what I needed to do. I said yes, and he explain exactly what I needed to do to remedy the problem. I followed his instructions and problem fixed!
I had this same problem at my parents house and a different plumber charged my parents $1,000 to replace it, instead of what I was explained to do.
Plumr is the plumbing contact you need in your phone. When Nick first came to my house for a quote for a job he will be doing at my house, he was on time, professional and very knowledgeable!
I have used Plumr for a few jobs now and will continue to do so in the future without any hesitation. Nick and co. is great to work with, he is very responsive and informative. Plumr has helped me install a water valve, sump pump and utility sink.

We were impressed with the quick response from the Plumr technician. He was very thorough and professional. The price was reasonable and the job was very well done. We will definitely call Plumr for future plumbing work.
It was a pure stroke of luck we came across Nick and his guys. We were in a serious bind in the middle of November, in an oldish New England House, without any heating or a heating system for that matter (the very old forced air oil system was getting pulled out). We thought we had a plumber for the new hydronic system we wanted, but he quit a week before the work was to start due to scheduling issues. Another plumber I asked for a quote couldn't do it either but luckily put me in touch with Nick.
Nick responded right away, came over and provided a very reasonable quote. They started work in about a week as promised. The guys from Plumr did a great job installing a new gas boiler and indirect water heater with all the plumbing and gas fitting in about 3 days. Special props to Ulises. We had heating and hot water in record time. It was a completely new installation and the work was outstanding. I didn't get the bill for a couple of weeks and was a bit nervous, but Nick kept the price as quoted to the dollar.
After our first winter with our new hydronic heating (and indirect water heater) the experience has been stellar. Whisper quiet consistent heating, much cleaner air, plenty of hot water on tap and much lower bills. We've had zero problems after 6 months.

I have worked with a lot of plumbers over the years and Nick and his staff is always available, quick to get there and does great work. Most plumbers don’t care enough to get back to you quickly but Nick does. Will only use him from now on.

Josh and his team arrived on time as schedule. They suppose to remove the cast ion flange and replace with the pvc flange. However, removing the cast ion flange is hard due to the old cast ion pipe. Josh and Nick explained the solution is to put in the insert pvc flange . I am okay with it as long as it works and no leaks. Anyway, Nick is very responsive and the team is professional. I definitely use them again.

Nick and his team installed a new Super Store water heating tank for me two years ago. He charged me a reasonable price for the job. Nick and the guys did a great job. They were very professional, knowledgeable and very nice. After almost two year I got a small issue with my aquastat on the tank. I called Nick and he offered me help immediately! Nick found a time window for me, came over to my place, tuned up the aquastat and released extra air from the system. Despite the warranty on the labor had expired Nick charged me nothing! Thank you Nick and the Plumr! I highly recommend!
It's nice to say good-bye to some aggravating plumbing problems - the individuals who came to give an estimate performed the work the same day - they were polite, professional, and helpful. The whole experience was a welcome departure from the usual call and leave a message, wait two days or more (often never) for a response, etc. Plumrs online scheduling is great. I will use them again.

I cannot recommend Plumbr enough. We had an emergency leak coming through the basement ceiling of our new house at 10:30pm. I scheduled a morning visit from Plumbr with their online form and had a confirmed visit for the next morning and 11:00pm phone call from the owner, Nick, with recommendations to keep the house safe over night. Nick came over first thing at 8am the next morning. He spent ample time educating me on the piping of the new house and found the leak. The timing, attention, education and thoroughness from this company is something I've never experienced with a service provider in the past. I highly recommend this team in an emergency and I'm grateful that they are in my neighborhood!
