Call service because my basement was flooding. T-Flow said it was my water heater and I would have to call back to get an replacement. My son later came down the flooding was do to my sump-pump was broken and the water heater pilot light need to be replace. Very disappointed!!!!

Tony and his crew are true professionals. I called for an estimate to install a gas dryer and was told they don't give estimates over the phone, but for $69.95 they would send someone over to provide an estimate. If I decided I didn't want to give them the job, I'd only pay $69.95.

Charlie and the Pinnacle team were great! They answered the phone on the first call, came out same day to take a look at the project to quote it, and were onsite within three days to begin the work. This was a new construction project so didn't require urgency, but they treated us like it was the most important project they had (even though it wasn't). They were professional, detailed, and well priced. HIGHLY recommend

My kitchen sink shut off valves failed and got chunks of rubber all up in my faucet, making my kitchen sink totally unusable. Sillari sent plumbers first thing the next morning and they were able to fix the valves and clear the blockage. The two plumbers were very nice and super respectful about wearing a mask in my home.

Called Vaughan Plumbing for a no heat/hot water and error code on my Navien. Within an hr they showed up, had the part on the truck, and was able to repair same day. The men that showed up were professional, polite and knowledgeable. They also followed all covid protcols. I’m happy I called them and will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.
