Great service my water heater had decided to die on me and flood my basement and of course it was on a holiday weekend i tried to get 3 other Co.'s to come out and help me with my poorly timed dilemma yiannis was the only one who was willing to come right over to help he had it replaced in no time and i even had him back after the holidays to service my hvac system.

They charged me $881 dollars to replace a kitchen faucet. The scope of the job was 1. Remove old faucet, 2. Install their own faucet. Done. This was not a $881 job, I'm still in shock! Never again

My heating died last Sunday afternoon, a day after a snowstorm. I called PANN and within 1-1/2 hours, Peter arrived at my door and determined that the furnace motor had burned out. He said he would be back the next day with a replacement, explained the cost, and left me hopeful. He also offered me a space heater to get me through the night. As a brand new PANN customer, I was thrilled with the quick response to my emergency call!! Long story short, within 24 hours of my original call, Peter was back with a new motor and I had heat again. He was efficient, knowledgeable, willing to answer all my questions about the heating system, and a really nice guy.

So glad I chose PANN for my heating and AC maintenance.

Many thanks to Nicholas for a superlative job in cleaning my bathroom drain this morning. Winters texted to let me know exactly when Nicholas was on his way. Upon arrival, Nicholas assessed the situation and provided a clear and thorough description of all options. He was also very clear up front about the cost of specific services, allowing me to make a well-informed decisions on how to proceed. Also, my bathroom drain is working perfectly now! Barrell Plumbing installed a 2 mini-split system providing air conditioning as well as heat. We were impressed with how they were able to start and finish the work earlier than they originally quoted.

Their workers, plus an outside electrical crew they hired to perform the electrical work, were professional and efficient, especially how they cleaned up after themselves upon leaving.

The units have performed above our expectations, especially after experiencing several weeks of hot, humid weather. Now that cooler weather is here, the units provide excellent heat very quickly.

We are very satisfied with Barrell Plumbing and would certainly recommend them.

We had flooding issues in the basement and it was an emergency. WMF send a team and took care of it. They were very nice and did a good job.

My heating system broke during the cold winter months. My uncle referred me to Silas. I called Silas he came in right away and was able to replace the parts needed. During this summer my AC stopped working I called Silas again. ( of course :)) he answered right away and stopped by the same day and fixed the unit by that evening with new parts. Ramon and Tom knew what to do and fixed the heat pump installation. It was a pleasure dealing with them. They maintained good humor through a downpour, too. I did have to replace filter in the mini-splits after they left.
