Sales people are ok but not very helpful

Slowest and most expensive supply house in MA. The only reason I gave it two stars, instead of one, is because their shelves are fairly well stocked. But, I do not recommend going there.

We worked with Doreen after getting sent here by our contractor for plumbing fixtures. Doreen was great and super patient with us from start to finish! Highly recommend her and the store.

Today I visited F.W. Webb. It's been an anticipation of mine since I found out I get to remodel my now fiancé's bathroom. I walked in to the showroom and there was no one there but two sales women, Doreen and Catlin (I think thats her name). I expected the nice courtesy of being greeting and bombarded with questions about the remodeling that I was taking on myself. When I explained my project to the first sales person she told me that she has an appointment that was soon to arrive and will get me started with someone that can better assistant me without interruptions. The next sales rep was Doreen. I can say she was very pleasant, however the service was very rushed and I didn't feel that her attention to my remodeling questions were slighted. She didn't offer anything to help me or ask about the project. I was very disappointed and further more I took the time to take pictures of my project and printed out the Planning Sheet that they have online and she didn't care to ask about it. I will not be using F.W. Webb in any of my projects now or in the future.

F.W. Webb was able to help us pick out a new kitchen faucet. We liked that they had many faucets hooked up to plumbing so that you could actually try the features. Our faucet arrived quickly when we ordered it and F.W. Webb had the best prices in town. As a bonus, they have a warehouse of parts on their first floor, so they can supply certain parts same-day. We will return to shop there for our fixtures in the future. If you want sales help, make sure you schedule an appointment as they get busy on weekends.

Do not buy stuff here. A FW Webb's clerk Doreen has been working with contracting crooks, who sent us there to choose our finishing materials. We went to FW Webb, because our contractor said we can get a discount if we buy with his account at FW Webb. She created a fictitious order, which enabled the contractors to collect money from us upfront to pay for that order. After we asked her if she got the check for our order, she said not yet, but she trusts the contractor, creating an air or legitimacy around them. Two months later she still hasn't received a check (she claimed she doesn't know as it could have been sent to the front office). After confronting her and taking to her superior, they confirmed that our contractors never put the order in! We asked her to provide this confirmation in writing, however the clerk and her General Manager refused to do so as it was the contractor's account, not ours (even though we spent a day with them choosing materials, and have email trail confirming changes to the order). In the end, because of FW Webb's dubious business practices, we lost a lot of money.

Great place. Brought a friend to check it out. I bought all my bathroom items from FW

The waiting time is unbelievable.

This supply house has everything for plumbing & HVAC equiptment, tools & fittings with convenient self serve open floor plan and location. Unfortunately they literally charge me double here using my account so I use my buddies account with higher volume get realistic pricing

Products are good quality but we’ve found the service to be incredibly slow 2x. We received good service when in the show room to discuss options but the follow through to actually place our order was incredibly slow. Over a week just to see the order details and that was with daily follow ups including phone calls and emails. There are no prices shared in store so you have nothing to really work off of until the clerk sends the order info. Do not recommend this location.

Great selection. Nice staff, knowledgeable and quick. Always have what we need.

If I could give a zero star I would, this place is always the slowest and to me seems like the workers hate there job and don’t care one bit about anything, worst Webb I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to them all
