Mike, Walter, and the rest of the team were amazing! During a time of high stress, when I was looking at serious water damage to my home, they came in and made me feel secure that the job would be done correctly so that I could get back to enjoying my home as soon as possible. I loved how responsive they were, and how they educated me on each step of the process. They were completely clear on what they would do and why, and went above and beyond to do the job right. I think this is the most professional mold removal company I have ever worked with. Recently, my office bathroom was filled with mold, so I got in touch with them to get it removed. Mold was effectively removed and now the bathroom is clean and clear as it was before.

Happily, and consistent with other reviews here, they were great to deal with and helped us resolve our concerns fairly and expeditiously. Really did an termandous job by the WMF team. They dried our florr and put all the heavy things at their own places. With other contractor you should have ti hire other man for labour work. But they did their work honestly. I really surprised with their work. Thank you WMF and team.

I scheduled a fire restoration service with WMF, they came on time and took care of everything and did what they’re supposed to do. Then they got paid and left. The service was good and they put things back. I am totally satisfied with the WMF service.

WMF team came for air duct cleaning at my home. Their assessment was honest and fair. For folks who want air duct cleaning right and done once so that you can have dust free and fresh air, these guys are the ones to hire.
My aunt old house got water flood and there was lot of damage. I called WMF and team came within one hour. Team drained water from the floor and also dried all the furniture and other goods. At last they put all the things at their own places. We were so surprised that a company providing such a good work for their customer. Thanks a lot WMF and special thanks for your honest team.

I had called this company not realizing they were in Mass. Their service was excellent, Mike and Oscar were great. Attention to detail, and although we were hesitant to have the walls cut, his knowledge was spot on as it revealed black mold. Good solid service.

This company is amazing. If you ever have water damage, which I hope you never will, the best thing is to relax, call Water Mold Fire Restoration. Follow their recommendation. They will get it dry and back to normal, and you feel great about it.

Their crew worked very hard to thoroughly clean the area. They left the dehumidifier on for almost a week at no extra charge to ensure all the moisture was removed. WMF and their team were great!!
Don’t ever use this company. They scheduled someone to come assess damage and twice they simply didn’t show up. Because this was for a tenant occupied unit I had to sit in traffic for an hour each time. The first time they called 20 minutes before the appointment and the second time nobody even called. A waste of time and effort. Find someone else.
Mike pinto killed it. When all the big guys were busy mike got right out there and fixed my problem. Took instructions well. Super polite. Easy to work with. Go water mold fire restoration. Go!!!
