Pricy but prompt. Did very good job solving the clogged bathtub / sink issue.

They wanted me to purchase a whole heating unit from them stating that my boiler was discontinued and parts were not available, I contacted another contractor and he got the parts in one day and I paid fraction on the price.
I made the mistake to sign up for a year contract with Trust 1 services before doing my research. (big mistake)
I don't recommend this company at all. they try to sell you their heating units instead of doing the effort to repair the one you have.

These folks are awesome! For the second time this winter they were able to come out right away, take care of a major repair and get me back up and running in less than 48 hours. My wife and I have a 1 year old and we can’t afford to be without heat or hot water for very long. Both times we were extremely grateful and impressed by such a fast service and the quality of the work. Last but not least, every person from this company we interacted with has been professional, polite, friendly and respectful beyond expectations. I had a leak and did not know where it was coming from. When I called Trust 1 Services, Anne-Marie, the concierge at Trust 1, understood the urgency and booked me in for the next day. Eric, the plumber, came right when he said he would and helped me detect the leak, even waiting for me to contact my upstairs neighbor to see if the leak was coming from above or outside. Overall, everyone at Trust 1 was very professional and knowledgeable. If you have any household problems that Trust 1 addresses, I would recommend reaching out to them because they will make sure to provide quality work and leave your place looking better than when they got there.

My water heater went out at 1 am and I called at 3 am to get morning service. Annemarie was really understanding of the late night call and assured me I could get someone in the morning (even if they had someone in the evening I couldn't have stayed awake much longer).

Jose and Anthony were amazing, explained all the options well, reassured me that things would be okay. This is my first time having to get a contractor myself and I found myself looking at Trust1 because they had blog posts on what could have gone wrong with your water heater. The easy explanation online is why I chose them but I'll definitely recommend them or use them again because both the service line and the plumbing contractors were great! It was a smooth process and they were super duper kind. I also had a gas leak and it was fixed and done very quickly. Well worth the money for ease of mind.

Extra pro: They let us know the pros and cons of the water heaters and asked questions like how long you plan to live there, what you want to optimize (interest, monthly cost) which was a extra frill that helped me make a decision after a restless night.

Arrival time: around 8:35ish, discuss until close to 9. Time for getting the equipment -> Start work around 11, moving stuff in, finished around 12:2X, test time for water.

I can't speak on pricing, reading other reviews but my neighbors in the building said that the turn around time was very very fast.

Anthony, the owner, was great. He showed up exactly on time for the consultation and walked me through every step of what needed to be done. We are installing a gas line from our house to a built in grill and outdoor fire place so there are a lot of moving parts. He coordinated with our builder to make sure everything would
be done seamlessly. When it came time to do the work, he again arrived right when he said he would and got promptly to work. He completed everything exactly as promised, in a timely manner and was cheaper than the other plumber we had considered hiring. I will absolutely be recommending him to anyone who may need a plumber due to his professionalism and his very reasonable pricing.

Trust One Service replaced an air condition unit in my house. Unfortunately, there were many issues that went badly, causing water damage inside the house. Throughout the ordeal, Anthony Mound stood with me to help solve the situation. He sent several of his technicians and came to the house himself to make sure everything that needed to be done was being done. Just moved to the area, and was in need of some boiler TLC. Luckily I called these guys because man were they great, Tyler and Eric I believe were their names. Friendly, broke down all my options for repair right there on the spot. Had it fixed up in an hour. After they left something went wrong with the fitting and within five minutes these guys were back and put another 30 min of work in. Boiler is working better than ever. Quick response in regards to my electric water heater needing immediate replacement. Lawrence and Joe was the team sent to my home. Absolutely professional, knowledgeable and courteous! Trust 1 just installed a new heating system for our home. The job was quick - installed in less than a day, old furnace removed and not a spot of dust! This all happened in under a week from deciding to replace to having it in! Very happy to finally have a warm home! Evaluation af ac system

That one morning you wake up and have no hot water with a flooded basement. Called Trust 1 and Matt Patchell was our technician, he came after less than an hour. Drained our basement, replaced two hot water boilers and still finished before the day was over. It was costly but he was up front about the expenses and other options available to us. Great job!

I had my bathroom done in March this year. Their work was exceptional! They were very quick and clean without sacrificing quality!!! I called back in May to have some work done in my kitchen. I cant tell you how pleased I was when I called. Mr. Mound remembered me as a customer! How often is it when you call a business and the boss remembers your name! That is the best customer service I can ask for. I would highly recommend Mound Mechanical services!!!

Very professional and reliable. Ac went out in the middle of one of the heat waves and we had a new system 1 week after the initial visit. The technician ran into a roadblock but did not stop him from completing the job. Excellent service.

Great job by Matt! At first what we thought was a simple water expansion tank repair became evidently more extensive due to the age of the system so I opted for a boiler replacement (zone panel not drawing current to heat main floor meant very expensive to repair). Unfortunately, I wasn't able to upgrade my oil system to gas since the house is not connected, but I'm happy to replace a 32+ year old boiler with a more efficient and *hopefully* reliable and hassle free boiler from a local supplier. I'm glad to know Trust 1 can take care of the job promptly and efficiently, and also for quickly recognizing the missed issue that required a larger system upgrade despite the initial repairs they had performed, Matt was gracious enough to work with me on a plan that suited my needs and budget.

Had a very good experience with Trust 1 services. They replaced and installed a new water heater the same day! We can't say enough great things about this company. They are professional, knowledgable, and reliable. They care about the work they do, put in the extra effort when it comes to repairs and installations, and are responsive when you call them. Water heater was not working and showing a code 29 error. I called Trust1 to repair (flush the system) my water heater and clear the code. It was fine for less than 48 hours and had to call them back because of the code 29 error. They came in, installed a new trap on the flue goes they saw some condensation. Called them a third time because the same error and issue happened again (code 29). They could not come out until the following day which would leave me without hot water until then. I called another company who came same day and miraculously the issue was resolved. Haven’t seen the code 29 error since. Trust 1 refused to refund the additional charges for the failed fixes. I will not be using them again.

I have steam heat. Not many companies I have talk to do not repair steam boilers. Originally I was in Home Depot in Natick MA. They were offering a $89.00 special to clean your heating system. When they came they couldn’t finish the job because of some plumbing issues. I did not get charged. So they recommended Trust 1. I called to set up an appointment. I did have heat at this time. It was just rusty valves that were seized and had to be replaced. I called them and made an appointment and they came within a week. I also signed up for there yearly service plan. They replaced everything they had to in a timely and professional way. Cleaned up the whole area and kept me informed of what they were doing. I would definitely recommend Trust 1. There name says it all.

Highly recommend Trust 1. Had all new plumbing and a water heater installed by them recently. They were very professional and super easy to work with from start to finish. We had a leak issue and very old pipes that needed to be outright replaced. We called Trust 1 and scheduled an appointment. Anthony came to our home, did a full inspection of the existing plumbing and discussed our options. We could have fixed the leak but we didn't want to worry about future leaks so we decided to install all new pipes. Anthony walked us through the process, talked about costs and pipe options. The process and costs were reasonable so we scheduled the project. Installation was smooth. They showed up on time. They arrived at 8:30 and finished at about 6ish. Our home doesn't have a basement so the pipes were installed inside the house through the drywalls. The pipes are exposed in a few places but we plan on putting covers on them and there was barely any patching/repainting left to do after everything was done. The electrician wasn't available to connect the water heater but Anthony was able to install a temporary plug to make sure we would have hot water. The electrician came the next business day to properly install the water heater to the electrical panel. Now everything looks nice, clean and works great. Couldn't be happier.

Beware of last minute money grab- good ol’ bait and switch.
Everything with Trust 1 was relatively smooth up till the evening before the planned install date.
Trust 1 came and provided me an overview of the work they could do for installing mini split ACs, the equipment they could install and an estimate. After receiving 3 estimates, I selected trust 1 given they were the middle estimate and could install the brand I was suggested to use by family member. For the final price, there was a small negotiation, which I was told was approved by management and received a formal signed contract/ scope of work (happened ahead of loans). I spent a month and a half working with Trust 1 to get loans flowing through mass saves, etc. After the loans were received , we booked an install. I was once again ensured of the work and cost given I was taking out loans.
The evening before the install, I receive a call from Trust 1’s owner, Anthony, informing me that they priced the job serval thousands lower than they should of and that I would need to cover that to have the team come out the next day - “We can’t make no money, otherwise we’d have no business”. I was told to just take out more on the loan or find another contractor. I was also told that this has happened with their sales folks on multiple occasions. When I asked who at management signed off on the price earlier, I was told “it wasn’t me”.
I understand that sometimes prices change, especially right now with everything going on, but this call almost seemed planned. To be fair, the owner took $500 off the new lump sum they were asking for, but it still was way too much to justify.
Approach with caution.

Update following Feedback from Trust 1:
- yes, service leading up to the day before install was good
- yes, I agreed that i appreciated that the owner reached out to tell me the news
- yes, there was no deposit, but loans were taking out for the price which was confirmed a week prior to install
- no, you did not say anything about equipment prices rising, you said you would break even and you need to make money.
- no, it was not 1500 increase. It was 2500 and I said I’d do 1500 but Anthony did not agree to that number then I explained that it wasn’t about the money, it was now about principle because of how unprofessional it is to change the price after someone takes out loans
- I do not consider me telling your employee that I’m going to report this incident to mass saves and write a review online if you do not honor the agreement , any type of outlandish or toxic threat. Sure, that might be pointy as it was intended to be since I was undeniably being taken for a ride but I was trying to give you the benefit of the doubt.

Anthony makes replacing faucets look so easy - I imagine I could do it - but I KNOW BETTER! I have called Mound Mechanical out twice to replace faucets (regular kitchen/sprayer and RO dispenser) and on both occasions he was on time, careful of my home, and did exactly what I asked of him. We called Trust 1 in a panic when our heating unit went out the day before thanksgiving, the temperatures were dropping and we had a four month old to keep warm. Even with the busy schedule they were able to fit us in right away! They are incredibly professional, helpful and efficient - diagnosed the problem right away and identified the solution. This is the second time I asked for Anthony. He was professional and courteous. We had a pipe leak and he was able to fix it. He also placed a new spigot in another area. We had to get a contractor to figure out why the carpet remained wet after Anthony fixed the pipe. Unfortunately all the insulation and dry wall was wet and soaked.

5 Star Service without a doubt. I called the office around 11am on a Friday, a member of the family is dealing with an illness, so heat was very important for us to get. Danielle was incredibly nice and professional. She called me back and asked if after 4 o’clock would be OK which I honestly think is the after their service hours at least normal service hours and someone I was there that day. And walk to Kevin huge smile on his face he came down I was super friendly very professional diagnose the problem within 10 minutes. He even offered to help come on Saturday if he could find the new circuit board just so there would be heat. Unfortunately he could not find the part until Monday but that was when it was promised to us. He did it for the quoted price at the exact time he said he would and by 9 AM on Monday we had heat and extremely satisfied new customers. We are now service plan members as well. I was very pleased with my recent experience with Trust 1. I have worked with this company twice now on separate pluming issues. They probably are not the cheapest company, but they are easy to reach, reliable, know what they are doing, and get the job done. It's not easy to find plumbers who respond and show up, so it's worth it to me to pay a little more but know that they will get the job done well and quickly.

This is my second time this year using Trust1 for a big installation. This time was not as great as the first. When getting my estimate this time, I discussed with the gentleman that I was putting in a gym in the basement and wanted to be able to control the heating and cooling in the basement on its own. I even discussed with him already having a nest thermostat I wanted installed in the basement. I found out on the second day of the installation that it was not going to be getting its own zone down there and would cost another 7 thousand dollars to do what I had requested a quote for in the first place. Honestly would have gone an entire different direction than what I did had I known what I was discussing wasn’t actually quoted.

In addition, when scheduling, I was told it would take “one day for the boiler guys, one day for the duct guys”. I was not told the boiler was going to be turned off over night and that it would go into the second day. It was literally the coldest day of the year (record breaking) and I would NEVER ever have scheduled it for that. The poor gentleman who was installing it saw the horrified look on my face halfway through the day and realized no one had told me this. Kindly, he stayed until 2am to try to finish (he was lovely, to be clear). I had to have the company back 2x after installation was completed because the system kept tripping. The second guy who came through finally fixed it, saying it wasn’t installed/programmed properly. He also said he saw some duct work he didn’t like and would have the office contact me to come repair it, which I haven’t had happen yet (no one has contacted me).

Overall, way less than a happy experience and communication for a $23k job I would have done differently if I had been properly quoted for what I was wanting.

Matt was helpful and efficient. He and his coworker were able to identify the problem, fix it quickly and let us know what to look out for in the future. I would highly recommend their services.

This is not a review on the technician. The technician Tyler was fine. But the company is strangely unresponsive to my request for the invoice. I called many times and sent many messages asking for the invoice which I must have and should get it. They completely ignored me. It is hard to understand it. What service company does not give the customer the invoice? I don't know how much it cost me to have that repair.

Well I’ll tell you it all started with the initial visit, Anthony arrived on time friendly ( I’m no plumber but Anthony did take the time to sit down with my with and I and explained what happened to our old heating system and what would be the next step. Btw I had 2 other plumbers who came by and we’re here for a combined 20-30 minutes combined and 1 plumber gave a quote of $8k and the other $20k.
Ultimately we chose Trust 1, for the simple fact you know what they say about first impressions and Anthony was able to give us the peace of mind we were looking for and not a $20k system.

I bought an Aprilaire humidifier on Amazon, because my house is do dry, and thought I may be able to install it myself...nope! Trust 1 agreed to install equipment I bought, without hesitation, and schedule install very quickly. From first call to last, everyone was perfectly professional, friendly, patient and helpful. I would use them a hundred more times.

Firstly, the workers who came were efficient, professional and competent. I appreciated the photo of the worker ahead of arrival so I would know who to expect. The work done was well done.

However, I would not recommend the company if you are on a budget. The repair person was able to quickly access the repair and then suggested a best option at a very high price (the value of it wasn't clear) and then lower options (along with a pitch on 'service membership'). The $850 bill for 1.5 hours of time spent was exhorbitant. The $575 charge for hook up of a new washing machine was a service that would have been included with delivery by the company we bought it from, if the feed valves had not needed fixing. An option for the valve replacement alone was not offered but was as an add-on option to the hookup. I might have pushed back and questioned that as a solo option, but being in a tight spot and under pressure, and given lots of info, I wasn’t able to think of it. Not a good experience.

I had an excellent response call with the Service Manager and I feel it's been made it right; it has been resolved to my satisfaction.

Keith was amazing. My fireplace has been broken for over one year and Keith put in all new parts and it works perfectly. He was patient, and efficient, a great guy. Thank you Keith from the bottom of my heart. I'm nice and warm now. I highly recommend Trust One.

Be Aware! They are persuading you replacing your whole system rather than trying to fix the real problem. Customer seems not bad until you have your own thoughts. Typically you have to wait for 3 days and even a whole weeks when ordering parts. Some mechanicals are not knowledgeable and may leave before problems are completely solved. What’s worse, you still pay what they tell you and it’s overpriced. Not recommend at all. You can find other high reviewed local honest workers on Yelp.

Amazing experience!! It was like these two men rode in on glorious horses with golden capes to assist me with our air conditioner at my Pilates studio on a day that was heading quickly into three days of high 90° temperatures! Gratefully, we just needed a little refrigerant and within an hour and a half we were good to go. Superb service- impeccable care for my studio from the shoe coverings to the care taken with finding our units (we are in the South End in Boston- our indoor unit is in the ceiling right next to the furnace lol- our hot water heater is in the ceiling too haha- solutions for tight spaces, but most folks aren’t so quick to figure things out! today’s technicians were phenomenal!). I keep getting emails from them asking for a review, even though they had me sign a document stating I wouldn't. So ok. They took advantage of a situation, and were deceitful about how much work a job would be. I was stuck with a cracked copper pipe another plumber bailed on, so needed to get it done ASAP. They did show right up, and gave me an upfront price of $1,900 because we don't quote by the hour. Told me it was a LOT of work, and could be an 8-10 hour job. 2 hours later, get a call that it was all done. Same $1,900, all labor, no parts. They were super nice to knock $200 off if I signed off stating I won't leave a review. Well, they turned around and kept asking for one. Already know their defense: we're not the cheapest and we showed up. Companies like this give tradesmen a bad name. I own multiple properties, and will never call them again.

Called on Wednesday for backup sink, made appointment for Friday around 8-1. On Thursday, I missed a call to confirm appt so I called them back to confirm; they then tell me I’ve been pushed back to the late afternoon. They advise, Plumber may be earlier I tell them I can’t do anything after 4, they say ok, don’t worry. I call on Friday afternoon for update, they then tell me I need to cancel due to a flood issue. I understand issues arises but I don’t understand why no one called or text me. That is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Some worker happens to be around my area, so I got the same day job schedule. Kevin is really helpful in diagnosing the problem of my furnace and successfully replaces the transformer. Then my furnace comes to life again! I can’t imagine if there is any other reason why I don’t choose trust one service again next time!

my experience was excellent; Trust1 showed up the next day we had a problem with our heater and fixed it very quickly. The next year we thought there's a problem, their technicians came in the next day again and it turned out an error that they cleared in the system. I had zero headache and after 3 months just received my rebate. The installation team, Anthony and his assistant Joey were professional and on time. I noticed a leak in my water heater yesterday. I quickly found info for trust one on google. When I contacted them they assisted me with an appointment for today. They were professional and once they returned with a new water heater (my previous water heater is done), the installation was pretty quick!

Had a great experience today with Trust1 Services. Nikolai showed up on time, very friendly and professional and fixed our primary problem (broker pipe) and then was willing to look at another separate plumbing issue, give is a reasonable estimate and tackle that as well with a better solution than I had originally proposed.. Polite, they worked hard all day and cleaned up when they left. We will absolutely use Nikolai and Trust 1 again.

I spoke with Anthony on Friday afternoon and he came over and repaired the valve for my irrigation system on Saturday morning. I was thrilled that he could do it so quickly. His work was excellent and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him!

I am super impressed with the technician Anthony Mound! He was the senior technician who was sent out to diagnose and repair my Navien NHB-150 boiler issue. Over 2 days, 2 previous technicians came over and after several hours working on the problem wasn't able to fully resolve it. Anthony was able to identify the root problem in less than 25 mins of trouble shooting. Not only is he very knowledgeable but also an exceptional problem solver. He is highly articulate with great customer service skills. He explained things very clearly to me in layman's term and patiently answered all my questions. I almost lost hope in Trust 1 Services until Anthony came along and restored my confidence with the excellent quality and results of the job.

I can't recommend Anthony Mound enough! He will be my ONLY go-to guy for All my future service needs.

The whole process was great. From the initial interaction with Kyle to Eric and his team on the installation. Because I have an oil heating system and wanted to convert to electric for my water tank, Trust 1 was able to provide all services under one shop which made it super convenient. Other shops I called were only able to perform one piece of the conversion and not the whole thing because it required different licenses and trade skills. Easy going process, straight forward, scheduled worked with a few days, very professional crew and installtion done within a few hours. Highly recommend.

Thank you Nick J! Nick and his team just finished installing a brand new gas boiler to our home and we couldn’t be happier. Nick is a true professional is every respect-knowledgeable in all aspects of the job (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), polite, communicative (both explaining/listening) and trustworthy. Honestly, if I knew someone just entering the field, I would recommend that they shadow Nick for his level of professionalism. I would not hesitate to leave Nick and his partner Brandon working in our home if we were not there.

Additional to note is that Nick also helped us to make our very small boiler room more space efficient and it is so much more well thought out than before. He also very importantly discovered that we had water leaking into our boiler room from our upstairs shower as well as the outside vent. Having caught this right in the beginning allowed us to be proactive in fixing that problem alongside installing the new boiler system. In fact, he did this at no extra cost. As it was not pouring outdoors nor was the shower running at all during any part of the inspection and installation of the new heating system, I really feel many could have missed this. Now we know that our new boiler will be in a dry room as it should be!

Nick and the team worked very hard to help to get our family up and running again. We were so thankful, we bought them pizza.

One other note is we were able to do immediate financing and are thankful to the owner, Anthony, for his help getting that turned around within minutes. Denise in the front desk was very helpful in setting us up immediately. We will of course reach out to Trust 1 for all our heating and plumbing needs.

Our heating system was struggling (we were cold and paying a fortune), and he immediately knew the issues, checked and cleaned the whole system, and got our heat working well again. He also noticed our water heater was leaking and got it replaced immediately, avoiding a massive flood and total catastrophe. Definitely plan to have Keith come back in the spring to check our ACs (ductless mini split), and for any plumbing needs on the future. All around A+!!

Garbage Disposal replaced. Charged over $1,140 AFTER the device was installed. When asked upfront what the cost of the device would be, I was told the repairman did not know as it was in his truck. I explained that the device had been replaced 4 years ago and asked the average lifespan of it. I was told 3 years. When I looked it up online, it's 7-8. Company will not send an itemized receipt to show how they got to the $1,140+ price. When I called to speak with the owner, he said it is because it costs money to run a business. This company clearly has no interest in being upfront, honest or provide justification for their egregious pricing. DO NOT USE THEM.

In this world of it is impossible to find Anyone who could do anything Right it was a wonderful experience to find Trust 1 Service plumbing. Very friendly service, both Eric and John Mack showed up with a clean new van, and clean uniforms & booties to protect our floors. Lots of smiles, and quick service made the repair to our instant hot water heater perfect. Replaced the filter, and left the unit looking like new! So Wahooooooo Trust 1 and thanks again Eric and John Mack.

We hired Trust 1 to do some under slab plumbing on a new construction project in Dorchester. These guys take pride in their work and it shows. Communication was great (not always the norm with plumbers), the work efficient and precise, nice people to work with, no fuss; we will definitely work with them again.

The community garden next door to our project had some leaky pipes due to frost last Winter and they fixed it pro-bono which was really nice of them!

They showed up jumped right in and trouble shooted the problem. They gave me options on preemptive matanence and of complete replacement down the road.

Very professional. They serviced my gas furnace and checked out my hot water heater. The previous plumber I had called out didn't even understand the venting situation with my hot water heater and they left and came back just to re-light the pilot light... Mound, on the other had, was immediately able to identify the setup and diagnose what had happened. I'll be using them for regular service going forward.

Where to start. I called Trust1 to install 3 water heaters. They had really great google reviews but their yelp ratings were awful. I've begun to be more suspicious of google reviews to be honest. Nonetheless I wanted to support a local business. They were very responsive and came that morning. When I made the call I was CLEARLY told the $99 fee for the estimate would be waived since I live in Quincy and their business was close by. They arrived and were professional. They saw what was needed and quoted me $$$FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS. I already had the tanks so their price was INSANE. I told them no as I had offers as high as $2500. The employee then said I had to pay the $99. I told them that the receptionist said I did not. He said we record the calls and I said please call in and find out. It was obviously a bit awkward. The employee called his supervisor and they came back to me and said they would do the job at $2500. My wife and I were shocked. I can't fault them for trying to make money but they must have people who don't know any better and be willing to pay $5000 WITHOUT the tanks. I felt a bit of pressure and wanted this job to get done and moved forward. They did a GREAT job. I can't fault them but I know other reputable companies prices would have been cheaper. I had Johnson brother offer $1900. I still feel a bit raw that I paid way more than I wanted to. Even at the end, I asked how long will this job be under warranty and THEN he told me it wouldn't because I bought the tanks myself. That's great to tell me at the end. Did they do a good job? YES. Would I recommend them? NO. Please get multiple bids and don't get pressured like I did. I know they're trying to survive in this market but it would have been better not to put me in multiple awkward and uncomfortable situations.

Trust 1 replaced a leaking corroded AC unit in my small crawlspace this year. The original install was done in two days and we were cool all summer. They are very careful of the homeowners property. Unfortunately I had a few complications. Trust 1 has responded to my issues with CUSTOMER SERVICE!! So often a company falls short on service after the initial purchase. Trust1 sent service to trouble shoot my issues until the problem was solved. My particular problem was not easy to find and they kept at it until they found a solution. Any company that stands behind their work with service is a good company to work with. I was a distressed homeowner and they came to the rescue. Christine in the office is a pleasure to work with as well. I have one more job to set up with them at the moment and I know I can count on them.

Anthony from Trust 1 is the best! He has been professional, on time, clean, responsive and done the highest quality work. Those are all qualities that we have struggled to find with other companies. We feel lucky to have found Trust 1 and cannot recommend them enough.

My AC froze up when it was 95 degrees out and most of the other companies I called did not even return my call. The ones that did answer would not come for one or two weeks. Here they answered right away and even came the very next day to get it fixed! Extremely professional and courteous, even wore booties over their shoes in the house very satisfied.

Eric from Trust1 came to my condo to fix two clogged drains that I had - one in the bathtub and the other in the kitchen sink. He came on time and was able to take care of both within a couple hours. The one in the bathtub was your typical hair clog that needed to be plunged. But the one in the kitchen turned out to be from an old, corroded garbage disposal that needed to be replaced. He was quickly able to diagnose and resolve both issues thoroughly. Even allowing me to watch as he worked so i could learn a thing or two with this being the first time i’ve called a plumbing service. Not going to lie, the pricing for the work was much much higher than I was anticipating, and had budgeted for, but I understand those are set by the company itself. It came out to be a whopping $1,400 in total just to snake both drains and replace the garbage disposal - which was provided, but learned it has a value of only around $124 after a quick search online. It took just less than 2 hours to complete everything. I can only recommend this company based on the quality of their work, but strongly disagree with their pricing. This is from the perspective of a college student working a full-time minimum wage job to get by. With that said, it doesn’t take away from the great quality service i received. I don’t normally take the time to leave reviews, but I am giving Eric a 5 star one for his work. Answered all my questions and was courteous throughout despite my clear lack of understanding for all things plumbing. Thank you, Eric.

I'll start with the positive: The workers who came out were courteous and professional, and they did excellent work.

My problem here is that the price was OBSCENE.

I called them out to replace the kitchen faucet, which had broken. It's a job I'd normally do myself, but I just had wrist surgery. I had already shut off the water and disconnected the faucet, so all I needed them to do was remove the old faucet and install the new one, which I had already purchased and had on hand.

When they arrived, they quoted $605 -- SIX HUNDRED AND FIVE DOLLARS -- plus the standard $99 truck charge. So my options were to pay them a hundred bucks to do nothing and go look for another plumber who would do it for the $200-300 I was expecting, and lack a functioning kitchen in the meantime. Or I could grit my teeth, pay them a little over $700 to do one of their easiest jobs of the day and at least have a functioning kitchen right away. I opted for the latter.

As predicted, they were here less than an hour.

Adding insult to injury, they tried to upsell me on a $200 annual membership that would provide a 20% discount on this and any future work.

As I noted at the outset, the work they did was excellent, and I have no complaints there. It simply should have cost half or less what they actually charged me, and that left a poor taste in my mouth.

Great service! I called Trust 1 at 8am and they were able to come the same day when our boiler started leaking. Our tech Matt and his associate were very professional and friendly. They taught us about our new home's system and provided us with options to fit our needs/budget. They also have great communication and customer service - AnnMarie and Denise were very helpful with scheduling!

Anthony installed a new boiler for me and him and his team are super professional extremely clean and polite. They got the job done earlier than I was quoted and Anthony helped me with a problem I had been having that nobody else could figure out. Turns out it was something simple and Anthony didn't charge me to fix it even though I insisted so he said give it to my guys instead. I will absolutely be hiring them for in the future.

Very responsive and pleasant, when I needed a stuck shut off valve replaced and a leaking toilet tank gasket replaced. The person arrived on time, was very pleasant and friendly. He was able to open the valve with a large wrench. He quoted $800 to repair the toilet and wanted to replace all the inner workings in the tank. I had replaced those myself less than a year before. I laughed and said I could buy 3 new toilets for that price. I declined the service and paid the $99 service call fee. I went to the hardware store and purchased the gasket kit for under $15 dollars and did it myself. I would not call them again because of the outrageous pricing.

Edit: In response to his ridiculous response. Being deceptive about newly installed parts needing to be replaced because of their age and charging $800 to replace a part that cost less than $15 that would take 20 minutes to replace on a $200 toilet because you thought your potential victim wasn't knowledgeable enough, is a scam, not 5 star service. You could call it a 5 star scam when you get away with it on people who don't know any better. I'm sorry I gave you a star for being courteous while trying to rip me off. Read his good reviews, even those complain about his outrageous charges.

Our three-unit condo had flooding and water damage from malfunctioning sump pumps. At the time I called Trust 1, we had about 5 inches of water flooding the basements (and rising). They were able to get technicians out the same day. Eric, John Mack, and Patrick were truly amazing!!! Kind, patient, and super knowledgeable – these guys were at our home from around 10:30am and worked hard until every single issue was resolved... They didn't end up leaving until after 8pm! I could not recommend Trust 1, and specifically the technicians we were lucky enough to be matched with, more. Thank y'all so much for saving our basements! We'll never use anyone else!

Eric was fabulous. Highly recommend him and Trust One . It was a great experience. They showed up when they said they would and called me 45 min. Ahead of time to let me know they were coming. It was so easy.

Eric and Joey came to our Church this morning to correct a problem with our toilet. They were on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and, important to me, had a good sense of humor without being offensive. Also important to me, they completed the job quickly - nor do i feel I was overcharged!
Also, the woman who answered the phone when I called and assigned my job request was also above average in her communication skills and her knowledge and appreciation of the company. (perhaps her name is Wendy, I'm not sure as my phone was not cooperating at that time)
All in all, I will certainly use Trust 1 Plumbing again and refer the company to others.

Anthony and his team were amazing! They came out right away(within the hour) when I called and told them the situation of my hot water heater. They assessed the situation and gave me a quote of a new hot water heater. Then within the hour they were back to install the new one. They were timely and professional. I would highly recommended Mound Mechanical.

Terrible experience...extremely overpriced...1200$ to install bathtub fixtures outside wall only...took 4 visits...tub would not hold water so instead of fixing the knob to hold or release water, they just put a stopper on the drain itself. The parts they used were advertised for 85$ total. BBB complaint made.

Called for heater tune up and they came the next day. Constant updates on arrival time via texts emails and phone calls. Very informative throughout the entire process

Keith was great! He was able to find the problem with my mini split quickly and fixed the issue the same day. He also gave me some tips on mini split maintenance free of charge hahaha.

Our AC quit and we called multiple companies to try to resolve it. Trust1 was actually the second one to come to our house. The first company took a look and said it was beyond their abilities. Anthony from Trust1 quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a clear, complete rundown of the options and estimated cost for each. It was 100% information; 0% sales pitch. He and his apprentice ended up replacing the compressor and a switch in the air handler. The price was very reasonable. They were meticulous (ie. Checking every vent with a thermometer) and scrupulously clean (wore disposable booties whenever inside). I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Hard worker very responsible I had an issue with my shower and kitchen faucet called responded in a reasonable time and was out to replace both and address valve leak in shower wall went above and beyond to address undetected problem great prices also

After trying to unclogged our bathroom sink ourselves, we called a plumber that just was not able to fix it after uninstalling it and all. Then had a second plumber coming in and after just looking at it, said we would need to replace all pipes and sink. Finally called Trust 1 and Larry came in, unclogged the sink, fixed the leak probably caused by the other two plumbers that came before him and cleaned after himself beautifully. Larry was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I totally recommend Trust 1 Services if you any plumbing issues. Thank you Larry so much for the wonderful work you did today.

We needed to replace our 27 year old furnace and 6 yr old water heater. Anthony and Eric did a great job and completed it all in one day with only a week wait time. They replaced the furnace and installed an indirect water heater while removing all of the old hardware. They were also cheaper than two other quotes that we received. Would 100% recommend.
