Can't say enough good things! I called late in the evening for a clogged drain and they came out early the next morning to help me out. They diagnosed the problem and although they determined I needed a different service for a final fix to the problem Petros called a colleague himself to get that settled urgently for me. After so many people told me they wouldn't be able to come for several days (my only toilet wasn't working so not an option!) it was such a relief to find someone who was able to come quickly and assess the situation.

This guy is amazing. It’s people like him that keep our communities up and running.
Petros is responsive, reliable, and fairly priced. If anything, he’s so good that he’s not charging enough.
He’s also incredibly knowledgeable in his field, good with kids, and a nice guy. I’d recommend him without hesitation.
P Floros was extremely responsive, communicative and helpful. He was able to fit me in same day for a non emergency repair, and worked quickly and efficiently. My shower now has full water pressure and I didn't even need to miss a shower! I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

A really good experience. Our bathroom faucet was not working. We contacted many plumbers who had a long wait period. Petros called back right away and had me take photos of the faucet. He said that instread of calling him in for a simple repair, he could walk me through doing it myself! Amazing!
We will certainly be using P Floros for all future plumbing needs.

Had a broken shower valve, and I unscrewed the faceplate and saw I was out of my depth. I called in the morning, and he was there at 1:30 the same afternoon and done before 2. Lifesaver!

Knowledgeable, curteous and fast, I highly recommend Floros Plumbing and Heating.
Petros rebuilt 13 shutoff valves in my condo and installed a new kitchen faucet. He was clean, very quick, and knowledgeable. He loves his job and wants to do quality work. I appreciate that he explained to me what he was doing as he was doing it, and all his work made sense to me.
In contrast, I contacted 3 other plumbers - all of them were more expensive by varying degrees and estimated that the repairs would take all day. A few of them suggested repairs that were questionable.

Our water heat tank leaked. We called two plumbers and one need to wait for a week and the other required scheduling. So we called Floros. He gave us a quote after receiving the photos, and visited us on the same day. The work was done smoothly. He is knowledgeable and is helpful when we asked him about other issues in our unit. We will hire him again.
