The guys came out in less than 48 hours, diagnosed the problem, gave me two options on how to fix it, and stayed all day to fix my problem even though it was supposed to be a quick morning job. Very nice, cleaned everything up after, and were honest with the up-front price I was quoted (even though it took longer than expected).

I will definitely use T-Flow again for my plumbing needs.

Horrible customer service experience. In the midst of the record temperatures I had a couple of pipes burst. In a panic I called a bunch of plumbers including McMahon because of their amazing reviews. They told me they were all booked up for the day (Sunday) but could schedule an appointment for Wednesday. I decided to take it.
Luckily, I was able to have a different company come to repair the pipe. Shortly thereafter I realized my heat via my boiler was not working properly. I had not cancelled the appointment with McMahon for Wednesday, but they did not show up. When I called to inquire why no tech showed up they told me they had no record of my appointment, but they would call me the following day.
On Thursday, I received a voicemail and called back to get a window. They let me know my window was between 12-4, but would likely be after 2. A little after 3 I hadn't heard anything so I called to confirm they were still coming. The woman told me they would not be coming and denied the appointment. She even went to listen to the recording of my call that morning and then just apologized that they agreed to a time slot.
I completely understand things are incredibly busy, but I have twice now cancelled/rearranged my plans to be home during my set window to have someone no show. They should not be committing to time slots or making appointments and then no showing. At a minimum they should be making courtesy calls as soon as possible when they know they cannot make it instead of me needing to continually chase them. I would not recommend them to anyone as clearly their scheduling system (or lack there of) is a mess.

Huge thank you to Tony! The sewer backed up in the toilet and shower. I called Drain Flow and Tony was at my house within an hour. Tony and another plumber quickly got to work, explained and showed me the problem, removed blockage and completely cleaned up. Very nice, professional and reasonably priced. Tony is officially my new plumber.

Great experience. This is the second time that I used them. Their fee is reasonable, service courteous and prompt and there was a choice of methods to settle my bill.

Our heating stopped working this winter. We called Winters and they were able to get someone out to us first thing the next morning. Their technician, Vinny, was wonderful. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it for us. Vinny was very friendly and offered to make sure other aspects of our heating were working properly, which they were. I would definitely recommend Winters, and ask for Vinny!In addition to Vinny, we also now have Jamie coming to our house. Jamie removed a broken old electric water tank, put a tankless, added a water filtration system to the house and created a five year plan for me for all the units in our home. It was a true pleasure to work with Jamie and it was the peak of the lockdown. so thank you for everything!

Drain Stars was outstanding! I called in the morning and Andy was able to come out within a couple of hours. He used the camera to show me where the problem was in the sewer line, and he treated it then and there. He was wonderful about explaining everything. Highly recommend!

I had an emergency situation where my outdoor hose spigot was leaking aggressively and pooling at the foundation. I had to turn off the water to my house since I didn’t have a control valve for that spigot alone.

So it was urgent, I called and they were able to send someone out that morning! The plumber came with the parts needed, finished the work efficiently, and even came in to help with an unrelated clog/slow drain.

The work was great and the price was more than fair, very happy with the work.

Tony from Boston Plumbing was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable about the issue, and he provided a thorough explanation of the steps he would take to fix our shower and faucet. Rate was very reasonable, and he was trustworthy, both of which are becoming rare in the service indusTony.

They take advantage of you if you are in a fix. My water heater broke and called them to replace it on a Saturday. They came replaced the heater took the old one back.
GE Water heater with same warranty (6 yrs) costs $425 in Home depot. They charged my tenant $2250 plus $ 375 for coming on Saturday.
When confronted I was told that they used better water heater which costs $1100. That means I was still charged $1400 for installation ($350 an hour )
He agreed to refund me the overcharged amount and sent me a Big check of $100. Which was promptly returned to him.
Isn't it day time robbery ? Never use them if you don't want to be robbed.
