I spoke with Matt and scheduled a site visit to get a quote for my project. He never showed up. No phone call-nothing. I gave them a 2nd opportunity. Scheduled another appointment... Again, NO SHOW. Seriously!!! No courtesy call, explanation, apology...nothing. Never even answered my call to see if he was still coming. Wasted my time TWICE. Shame on me. Lesson learned.

Drew and his team replaced our furnace this winter including converting from oil to natural gas. The project involved removing old radiators and installing baseboards throughout our home. Drew was responsive in coming out when our furnace died and provided us with all of the options and information we needed in order to make the best decision. His team was professional and accommodating towards our family. We would use him again for future projects and would highly recommend him to others!

I Called Drew about an emergency leak in my upstairs kitchen sink that was leaking all over the walls in the downstaris. After calling him on a 10Am on a Wednesday he had sent Juan over to take a look. Juan quickly assessed and was able to get the leak fixed immediately. Now the only thing left to do is repair the water damage.Very thankful for them and will be using them in the future.

Absolutely phenomenal experience with Donaruma plumbing. Not only were they extremely responsive, they were also polite and knowledgeable.

I first used their service for the regular maintenance of our multi purpose tankless water heater. Matt was great and walked me the process and did a great good at explaining concepts not familiar to me to ensure I understood what he was specifically doing. He also stressed the importance of regular maintenance to prevent any long term costly issues which I appreciated. Matt was also extremely responsive answering texts and phone calls especially on one off questions I had.

I then had an issue with my tankless water heater after the birth of our first child and when returning home we did not have hot access to hot water. I texted Matt who was again very responsive and both his father, Drew and brother AJ, quickly came out to fix the issue within a few hours.

I would recommend Donaruma Plumbing to anyone and very much appreciate all of their assistance. I will continue to leverage their services in the future!

I called Donarumo Plumbing recently when my kitchen sink was leaking. I hadn't used them before, but Drew returned my telephone call within 5 minutes. He told me someone would be at the house by 10a. Matt actually showed up a little before then. The problem was identified and fixed within 15 minutes. Matt was very friendly and responsive. I will definitely be using them again and will recommend

It seems like anytime my tenants have a major problem, boiler, water heater etc its on a weekend. One of my tenants called me and said they had no hot water. I went there and knew the water heater needed replacing. I called several plumbers. It was Saturday the 28th of January and cold. The only response I got an assurance from was Drew and Matt. They replaced the water heater quickly. I told that tenant for any future plumbing issues to call Drew or Matt. 5 stars guys. Thanks

We did a large renovation in my home, and Drew and his team renovated a bathroom as well as installed a kitchen sink, with water line for the fridge and the garbage disposal. They needed to work around other trades, and were responsive, flexible, and did great work. I recommended them to a friend who needed a faucet replaced, and they showed up the next day and took care of that project. Reasonable pricing, prompt service and great high quality work. Couple years ago they came out for an estimate to install a new bathroom. The appointment for the estimate and receiving the estimate was very quick. Their price was fair, although we ended up deciding not to install the bathroom. This year they replaced a water heater for us. The water heater itself ended up being faulty and they had to replace the new one too. Worked with Matt on the water heater and he was great to work with.

Donarumo Plumbing came recommended by a mom’s group when I was in need of an emergency repair and struggling with securing a responsive provider. Matt was incredibly responsive, transparent, and easy to communicate with. He made it over on the same day and fixed my tenant’s issue immediately. Drew came right away, was on time, fixed all my minor plumbing related issues. Very professional and friendly.

Wayyyyyy overpriced. I had a service call that resulted in replacing a hot water heater. My other contractor onsite said they were in and out in under an hour, which is great, right? I was charged $2065.00. His defense was that he told me the cost before hand. First of all he gave me an estimate. Secondly, I've never had a hot water heater replaced before. It sounded difficult and like it might take all day at that price estimate he gave me. Boy was I a fool. Had I known he was a price gouger I would have negotiated at the start. When I discovered they were taking advantage I fought back. In the end he tossed me $100 off. He continued to defend his pricing saying that the heater cost $1,100 (I called a supplier, that's the retail price, which they get at wholesale so he makes money off of that), and his defense was that he had 2 guys there. Let's do some math. $2065-$1100 = $965. They were there for under an hour. I'll throw in an additional hour for travel time and delivering the heater. That comes to $965 / 2 hours = $482.50/ hour for 2 guys. But you know he's not paying his helper much. $40/hour at most? So the guy just pocketed $442.50/hr. Annualized that comes to a $920,000 salary. I got smoked.

Donarumo was able to schedule a technician for us same day. The rate was good too. Matt, our technician was excellent. We will definitely be using them again.

I had these guys out to install our new hot water heater. They were quick and efficient in getting the new unit in and hauling off the old one. They did some new piping work given the height difference of the new heater and did a great job.

Matt was very knowledgeable with all of my questions and extremely transparent with the additional costs for piping that would need to be done before he even arrived. Highly recommend these guys for any residential plumbing work.

Matt did an amazing job replacing our water heater. Our water heater broke on Sunday. Drew and Matt was able to reply me right away. Even though we didn’t perform the job on Sunday since it would require two people to do it. They came first thing on Monday morning and they got it replace so fast within half hour. They are very nice and professional and we will use them again for sure! We highly recommend this company.

I don’t typically write reviews online but the Donarumo team went above and beyond for me and I can’t tell you how trustworthy and on top of their stuff this company is. Heat went out on the coldest day of 2021 so far. Drew arrived that morning and within a short time found the issue. He then fixed the problem for us while keeping us informed all day. When another issue came up, Drew offered to troubleshoot the situation on the weekend and walk us through what was happening via text and phone - above and beyond any plumber and heating company I’ve used before. We’ve already used his service for our latest issue with pipes and water leaks. I used Donarumo for a big plumbing project in my hair salon and they helped turn what I was sure would be the most stressful and complicated part of opening a salon into the quickest and easiest part of the process. I figured it would take WEEKS - they got it done in three days. They showed up when they said they would, answered my calls and my questions, and went above and beyond in every possible way. I cannot recommend them enough.

Had them replace water heater in my condo. They were very responsive, professional and punctual. I would recommend them to friends and family.

They all were very nice and polite. I called about a concern I had and the plumber came out and was there less than 5 minutes. Nothing needed fixing just a little tightening. I agreed to the quote because he made it sound flexible based on what happens when they saw what was going on. But for what it actually was the quote was too much. I paid it but I feel taken advantage of.

Matt and his crew were fantastic. I had a last minute schedule change and because he was quick and responsive we were able to reschedule easily. On the day of the appointment they were on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. I was at work and they were able to pickup a new faucet to replace the faulty one in my kitchen. Made my life so much easier and were in and out quickly. Couldn't recommend more.

I called Donarumo about installing a new kitchen sink. We arranged for him to do the work on MLK day.
That day came and went without any sign of Donarumo. I texted that morning asking if they were still coming. No reply. No call
I texted on Tuesday and said if you dont want to do the work then just say so and i'll get someone else.
He called me a few minutes after and said sorry for the no show and told me to pick any other day that week and they will be there. we arranged for Thursday morning.
Again....NO SHOW.....NO CALL.
IF you want to hire a plumber....then find someone else.

Our heat stopped working in one of our apartment units and Matt was able to be there the following day to replace a few parts on our gas boiler. Donarumo Plumbing was great! Fast and efficient and flexible. They replaced 2 bathroom faucets, several water shutoff valves as well as installed water/icemaker for my new refrigerator and installed and removed my new dishwasher. Staff was friendly and helpful.
