Heat went out on the coldest day of 2021 so far. Drew arrived that morning and within a short time found the issue. He then fixed the problem for us while keeping us informed all day. When another issue came up, Drew offered to troubleshoot the situation on the weekend and walk us through what was happening via text and phone - above and beyond any plumber and heating company I’ve used before. We’ve already used his service for our latest issue with pipes and water leaks. Extremely professional, great customer service, and are very pleased with his diligence and response timing to fix our issues. Highly recommend!!

Excellent service from Tony to replace my hot water heater. Although I did not have an emergency, I was most appreciative of the quick response to my call. He promptly set up a time with me, and showed up right on the dime the next day. He performed the job quickly and professionally. I am grateful to know that if I did have an emergency, he would be right there to help. Five stars for Drain Flow!

From the moment you get on the phone with Karen you are well taken care of. She senses the urgency of not having hot water and in spite of being slammed she finds a way to get someone out to you quickly. My instahot system failed and needed to be replaced as it was 12 years old . They were able to get me a replacement and get it installed quickly . All the people who came out here Pete who did the initial assessment and then Mike and Joe who did the install were as courteous as you could ever hope for . they quoted 4 hours for the job and got it done in about an hour. Pricing was fair and very upfront. Contractors are always a challenge and plumbers more so, but these guys were amazing top to bottom.

Zane was very professional and courteous. Our heating system had been misbehaving of late, and he came to take a look. Upon diagnosing the issue, he quickly fixed it (a simple valve that needed to be open). Offered some additional service for one of our heating zones because there seemed to be a lot of air in it, but was not pushy about it. I would definitely call Winters again if I had an issue.

The employees are A++!! Steven has now done several jobs for my home, and is always responsive to my many questions. He’s honest and my first call when I need help!

Narrow Way knows heating systems. I have a heating system with a pump running all the time. I called the company who installed the system several years back. The technician couldn't pinpoint the problem, but he suggested me to replace the control board for $1300! and say let's start with that. I am so glad I called Narrow Way. Mario came out and figured out the issue right away, now the problem has been fixed and I am so happy. From now on whenever I get boiler issues, I will always call Narrow Way first.

My heating system broke during the cold winter months. My uncle referred me to Silas. I called Silas he came in right away and was able to replace the parts needed. During this summer my AC stopped working I called Silas again. ( of course :)) he answered right away and stopped by the same day and fixed the unit by that evening with new parts. A thousand thanks to Daniel and Rick Crotty for their amazing assistance during a time of crisis! Our row house experienced a gas leak and National Grid had to turn service off to 5 units. Thanks to Daniel for coordinating, and especially to Rick for coming out the day before and for tirelessly climbing under our house, sitting in the damp area under our stoop, coordinating with National Grid and working on this awful project while I was out of town over the course of several days.Rick is professional, friendly, communicative and an absolutely gas and plumbing genius! I highly recommend this team and would call them again should anything plumbing-related arise.
