I wondered if our current AC servicing team was doing the best possible job so I had Tom Dragg come out and take a look. He did the most through job on AC service ever. He got our freon to just the right level so we'll save on our electric bill. Most importantly he discovered that our capacitor was about to fail and showed us the readings to prove it. That would have meant no AC in the middle of August! He found the uncommon part locally and got us fixed up in a couple of hours. Now our system is running well and should be for quite some time.

David came on the 4 th of July to my daughter and boyfriends home and was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, worked hard and did a great job repairing their bathtub faucet and shower. Highly recommend him doing any work for anyone. Tori and Colton

We had our scheduled spring/summer service call today. The system was not operating as cool as it should be. Our service representative, Joshua, was very thorough in diagnosing the issue and explaining what he was doing. Kudos to Joshua for doing a good job, being nice to the dogs, and scheduling a follow up to make sure everything is still working as it should.

We have use Jack Nelson on four system installs over the years and have been very satisfied with the service and long term care provided.

We were in a Dilemma about how to install our whole house water system. Maston’s Plumbing and drain was recommended. Cale showed up on time, providing a perfect solution to our problem. Cale was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Other then the work Cale did for our system I could not tell he was here. We were experiencing a problem with our heating system during this cold spell. Called Hendrick and they were able to get us on their repair schedule for the next morning. Don, the technician, really knows his stuff. He arrived on time and got our heat restored very quickly, despite having to work outside in near zero temperature. We greatly appreciate their approach to customer service.

We contacted this company to fix a dishwasher. They agreed to come knowing it was an appliance. They arrived, said they don’t normally work on dishwashers. Proceeded to take it apart, identified a valve (that we said we thought was the issue). They removed the valve, blew into it with their mouth and said “yep sounds like this is the problem”. Then proceeded to notify my husband that they charge $250 an hour- includes any travel time to go pick up the parts needed, labor etc. my husband said no thank you. They charged us $250 just to come out. NEVER use this company. I’ve never heard of a $250 service fee. I’ve tried over multiple days to ask for a partial refund from the owner and he refuses. And- the valve wasn’t the issue it turns out just FYI. This company did not troubleshoot the issue.

We had two different workers here and both were very courteous and professional. We were impressed!

I had Mullin come out and quote a septic tank replacement a while back. They gave me a contract to sign saying they are not liable for any damages that may happen to my property such as fencing, shrubs, tress etc. That's NOT good customer service. I'm pretty sure if you do a job for me and your a bull in a China closet you are liable for the damages. So I drafted my own contract basically saying you break it you buy it since I have a pool that was about 7-9 feet away from the hole they were going to dig with a mini excavator.A guy came out to look over the area. I have a 15000 sq ft back yard, so he should have no problem getting a mini excavator back there and not hit my pool while replacing the tank. He said he was very concerned with the spacing. To put this in perspective your average house lot is 15000 sq ft.I wanted the old tank dug up and the new tank put back where the old one was. He argued with me for about 15 min saying that was not possible and they normally just dig a hole beside the old tank and plumb everything to the new tank. On his side of things this is the quickest easiest way for him, not me. I've done a lot of construction in my life and I can say that taking 1 tank out and putting another in its spot is not very difficult and is the proper way.Moral to the story is they will only look out for themselves, they will argue with you on how you want things done. The way they suggest is not always the best way. 2 star rating is due to they were $300 cheaper on the quote for a $4-5 thousand job than others.They did NOT get the job. I went with Milty Boys septic and couldn't be happier. My neighbor is also switching due to not being happy with Mullins.

On time did excellent job. Had another plumbing company out that could not get the drain open.

Thank you Roto Rooter for sending repairman, Dallas, out at 6:00 pm to help us in an emergency with a clogged waste/sewer line on a house we just purchased and were trying to move into. He worked until it got too late that night then came back the next morning to continue the job. He worked tirelessly in the extreme temperature first to locate the clog then digging up and replacing the broken pipe. I appreciate how he kept me advised of the process every step of the way and did not stop until we had a clear flowing line. Because of his efforts our move in can proceed as planned. We will use them again.
