Tom Dragg and APSCO have been taking care of all our air conditioning, heating, and plumbing services since 2000. I cant say enough about how well he takes care to always to do a good job and explain what they are doing. Very quick to respond and has never been wrong before AND they are priced very well. I have never had a complaint and doubt I ever will. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

I do NOT recommend this business. I paid $670 for a shower leak repair that never got fixed. I am very dissatisfied with their work. I found them via Thumbtack where I specifically posted I had a shower that was leaking and needed a faucet replaced, but after they worked on it for two days the problem was never fixed. Water kept leaking from my shower head, even after the faucet was closed all the way off. When they first came to my home, I spoke to business owner, I believe his name is David, I explained that as a temporary fix I installed a shower head with an on/off button. I told him that a while ago, someone else who looked at the shower suggested removing the entire faucet from the pipes and replacing it with a new one as it also was not delivering hot water. I explained that in order to do this they would’ve had to break part of the wall to get behind it as it did not have access elsewhere. David said he understood and that he would fix the leak. He worked on it for a bit that day, then said he needed to return as they needed parts. He quoted me around $670. I thought it was high but I did not haggle and agreed. I asked to pay half on that day and then the other half when the job was completed. He agreed, and went off to buy the part. He returned but said that he needed to wait another day for the part to be delivered. When he returned the next day (around three hours late) I was not able to be present but I allowed him to continue the work as I believed he understood the situation and perceived him as a professional. When he was done, he called me and told me the valve was replaced and that it no longer leaked, saying that he even waited minutes to make sure no leak happened. I thanked him and paid him the remaining amount. When I returned home, the leak was still present. I called him and expressed the leak still happened and he said he would return later in the evening to check it out. But he was not able to make it as he was busy and said he would come the following day around noon to check it out. The next day I came home early and I kept texting him, calling him, on which seemed to be a GOOGLE VOICE number, I left voicemails, and he did not reply for almost the entire day. Finally towards the late afternoon he answered saying that he was not able to come back as he was very busy with other projects, and because he believed the job was completed. When I told him the leak was still happening he blamed it on the shower head I had temporarily installed to stop the leak. He said he did replace a valve, which apparently was my original ask, and he expressed that next time I shouldn’t make recommendations as he is the educated plumber unlike myself in a very degrading manner. I told him that any advice I had given him in regards to what was needed was just from my perception as I am not a plumber whatsoever. I kept pleading him to return and continue to fix the leak but he said I was talking in circles and that he would not return unless I paid him for the visit, and even more for any further repairs. I told him that he was free to call me back when he came to his senses as I am a very dissatisfied customer and the initial job was not complete, but he never called back.

Will S. and Jacob were here today and were outstanding in researching some minor issues along the way on my Heating tuning, etc. I appreciate both of there care and feedback back to me on what they found and had to adjust. They seemed to manage every detail. Very much appreciated.

Sam was excellent. He fixed the problem and explained in detail what he had done, left everything spotless and was just genuinely a nice guy who we felt very comfortable with in our home. We will be a customer and gladly refer our friends in the future.

Have used mastons o several difference occasions for various projects over the course of 3 years ranging from sewer line repair, water heater replacement, gas line installation for generator and various other plumbing tasks. Always on time, always dependable and trustworthy. Cannot possibly recommend them enough!

He did a lot of work for us when we remodeled our kitchen and added a walk-in shower in our master bath remodel. He was professional and was able to accomplish everything we needed done in a timely manner. We were so pleased with his work and his work ethic. He also rebuilt our hot water tank which saved us money

Called twice as I lost track of my plumber of 20 years. They are very responsive, professional, clean pleasant to be around. I can’t think of a single reason, after again using twice, several months apart and different issues, why I’d need to call anyone else. Great Job very happy.

These guts are awesome! First experience. I needed someone to check out my A/C. They drove 120 miles round trip, checked me out, no repair necessary and only charged me $70. For me these guys are knowledgeable and trustworthy. They probably lost money on me when they came out on this trip but when I need to replace my ducts later this year, they are my company.Trust their integrity!

Today We Had A Variety Of Plumbing Services Needed.....Leaky Outside Faucets, A Brand New Moen Kitchen Faucet To Be Installed, A Clogged Washing Machine Pipe.....Our Plumber Was John (I Was So Pleased To Recognize Him From A Pervious Job Of Installing A New Gas Hot Water Heater For My Elderly Parents About A Year Ago) As Then John Is The Kindest Most Knowledgeable Professional Plumber I Have Ever Met......He Works Fast & Efficiently To Complete Each Task.....We Have Used Mullin Plumbing For Years & Always Had Super Timely Service!!!!! INCREDIBLE Company - had a big name competitor come out to the house and want $1800 for a part on my heater I knew should not cost $1800. Called Freedom Heat and Air and they came out with the part at a MUCH lower cost and once arrived determined the problem was simply a clogged drain line. They cleaned out the line and saved me big bucks. This is an incredibly honest crew. I could not be happier!
