The young man was very competent and did exactly as was needed to try and detect the cause of our problem, evidently a water leak between the meter and the home. He told us he would get an estimate worked up for the further work needed. We are now awaiting the estimate for work to continue.

Tyler and the gentleman that came with him (I can't remember his name) did an amazing job replacing all of our PVC tubes for our kitchen sink. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and explained every step they took to complete the job. I will definitely call Roto Rooter again for my plumbing needs!

I had major problems with my aerobic septic system that a different company installed. DJ and crew showed up when they said they would. DJ explained all our options and costs ahead of time. They didn’t mess around and got the job done and equally important, cleaned up after themselves. I won’t use anyone else for all my plumbing needs.

Jeremiah and Paul were prompt, professional and did a superb job getting us out of a jam where another plumbing company left us hanging for the weekend with a stopped up house, after three days of jacking around and leaving us for the weekend with a plugged up house! Jeremiah and Paul came in and assessed what was going on in short order and even found a long forgotten clean out hidden under our back deck! They were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job troubleshooting. They also communicated well about the problem and solutions. Only one that returned my call. Other two is not reliable.. Allied and Mullins Plumbing I would not recommend.. Mullins never returned my call, Allied was to busy putting in a hot water heater to answer my call....

Buddy was awesome. He not only unclogged the drain but worked until he got the toy out of the toilet that my kid flushed. Then he replaced the toilet and cleaned everything up. Pricing was reasonable. I definitely would recommend him to anyone.

My main drain line backed up. I called Roto-Rooter Tulsa. They answered my call, found someone to help and gave me a quote. The plumber was here in about 30 minutes. He fixed the problem and answered all my questions. He was professional, clean, and friendly. Definitely recommend.

They were really great. We had Roto Rooter out at our house and they spent a lot of time finding and fixing the problem. We use them if we have problems at our 5 rent houses. We just used them again to replace our sewer line. They did a great job. Very nice and friendly.

I had no water due to frozen water line. They sent a technician out who attempted to heat the water lines. He heated the same places I had heated the week before. I still have no water. I will have to wait for the ground to thaw. My meter and water lines were only 10 to 12 inches below the ground, which is why they froze, even his giant kerosene heater couldn't solve my problem. The technician stayed for 90 minutes, and I was only charged the minimum fee for the call.

Aaron was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He genuinely cared about making sure my drains were clean. RotoRooter has been around since I was a young boy. There is a very good reason for their longevity.

I had an overflow in my garage from my washing machine. My bathtub was draining slowly too, so I setup an online appointment to have Roto Rooter come and take a look at the situation. The serviceman, Blake, from Roto Rooter fixed both of my plumbing issues in a jiffy.

The technician was fast and friendly, and did a good job. That was easy and couldn’t have asked for more! And I love that you can use any form of payment, though I wish I could’ve known that in advanced just so I wouldn’t have to worry about it.In the midst of never ending robocalls, phone call confirmation seems to be a tough way to deal. Not to be white privilege, but we are constantly busy people and we get too many robocalls to deal with that.It’s been more than a whole month of working on this issue of getting help with our sewer problems and I wish I wasn’t constantly working, but it is necessary to pay for such fixes.Having specific times to be home would make it easier as well, or at least mentioning the 30 minute confirmation system every time would make it a lot easier, or even then, just using the 30 minutes system by default. Plan it like a meeting, and if it’s a bigger problem than the 30 minutes, leave a delay time message.

Pipes from my water heater to the house were frozen. I called late Saturday afternoon, and someone was here within a couple of hours. Jess (nice guy!) fixed the problem and gave me information to help prevent further issues. (My dad said never run the hot water to prevent frozen pipes, just the cold. I think that was more about the gas bill, but we lived much further south then.) Lesson learned! I felt that the charge for the issue was fair considering the time taken and the fact it was on the weekend. Lisa in the office is a jewel, too! Very happy with the service and prompt response. Highly recommend and will call them again.

Called to get my AC serviced in my new home. I was expecting to wait at least a week for an appointment but they sent someone out immediately, within 1 hour. The technician was really friendly and he did an excellent job. Will definitely use this company exclusively.

WOW! First word I can say! Wallace went above and beyond to help my issues in my newly bought home. Nothing like buying a home and 3 weeks later you start to have plumbing issues. With my worries, anxiety, and frustration kicking in I began to research in the Tulsa area. I called multiple businesses to whom the only one with kindness and willing to come on a Sunday was Roto. This morning, Josh from Roto-Rooter came out for a scheduled appointment (made two days ago for a non-urgent issue). The office called when he was on the way and I also got an email with his picture so I knew who was coming (fantastic idea!). I had requested assistance with my new-to-me-house-fireplace gas starter line and Josh did a thorough examination to figure out what was happening. Josh was careful and neat and while no one ever wants to call a plumber, I am confident that Roto-Rooter is the right choice for me for all my plumbing needs. (I have had them out once previously and was also very satisfied after work on the bath shower and sink drain!)

The bathroom drains started backing up while I was in the shower. The more we plunged & flushed (shower & toilet), the more it seemed to back up into the separate tub & sinks. Then we realized that the kitchen sinks were backing up, the other bathrooms were overflowing - and the garage, too.Called the number I found online. At first I felt a bit put off when told that they would call me back when a technician is available. With no idea or other options we shut down every thing until we'd get that call.We were pleasantly surprised when called back 10 minutes later and told that a technician was on the way. He arrived barely 5 minutes later.In less than 2 hours the main drain was cleared and he was packed up & ready to leave. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. I received a text that the technician was on his way, and the text included a photo of the technician, which I really appreciated! Although it's probably rare for someone to impersonate a technician, you never know, and I really appreciated this extra touch of security. They got right to work and fixed my clogged main water line within 30 minutes. I was also in need of a clean out to be installed, and because they had to find it anyway, they were able to install it for me for a minimal additional cost. My total bill was very reasonable. True professionals - friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. I will definitely use them again!

We had issues with the master toilet. I called a plumber I had used in the past, told them it sounds like a venting problem. Technician came out and cleared the clean-out drain, and two days later we had the same problem. After two days, they said they could come back out, but they would charge me again. I asked if they had checked the vent and was told it was against Oklahoma law for them to check the roof vent. I called Roto-Rooter and they sent a technician within an hour who checked the roof vent and fixed the problem, and said he had never heard of any law preventing a plumber from clearing a roof vent. Great service.

Called on Friday (4/17) was offered a COVID-19 $30 discount. Called back to schedule on Saturday (4/18) and was told that they would not honor the discount that had been offered. This was mid-pandemic, which I pointed out. I asked if I hadn't called on Friday, but was calling for the first time on Saturday would they offer the discount and was told no. As I asked if there was someone who could make a decision, the person who answered the phone became defensive, rude and unwilling to help. It is bad enough that these people cannot state what the price will actually be, but to not honor their word and to be rude is unbelievable. Never use this company.

My grandma had a plumbing emergency on a holiday weekend. A pipe behind the toilet was rusted so we couldn’t get a valve on it and it required her water to be shut off. I called 11 companies to find someone to come out and do the job, 2 answered and I left at least half a dozen messages. Not a single one called back. I called roto rooter, they picked up and said they would dispatch a tech out as soon as one was available and before we even got off the phone dispatch said I just checked and it looks like I have a guy available. I said great! She said I’ll send him over. He was there within 30 minutes, he didn’t have the part needed so he MADE IT. He was quick, efficient, polite and knew what was he was doing. I’m very impressed at the level of customer service we received. From the initial phone call to the tech to the price we paid afterward. We will definitely be using roto rooter for future plumbing needs and everyone else should too!

Dallas, my technician, was knowledge and personable. He spent extra time to detail the rest of the line even after he found our clog. He wanted to make sure since our lines travel back fairly far. He didn't find anything more, but I appreciate the added effort he gave to make sure we didn't have to call them back again too soon. They could have been here the same night I called, and sent me a picture of our technician before he came in the morning so that I knew who would be knocking on my door. I placed an order online last night at 5:30 for a blocked drain. I received a call at 9 this morning informing that Blake was on his way to our house. He arrived about five minutes later. Blake was professional and thorough. His machine kept stopping because the breaker would trip but he continued on until the job was complete. He left us a bottle of pipe maintenance to add to our drains to help prevent future service calls. In the past we have been left with a mess in our bathroom from the plumber pulling the toilet. This time all work was performed outside and no mess after. If Blake is an example of the quality of plumber you get when you call Roto Rooter, then I would definitely recommend them.

I called this morning for clog causing my whole bathroom to flood. They were able to get me on the schedule same day. My technician, Terry was professional and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. He gave me advice on how to avoid future problems and different options for future line replacements. I was very impressed with our Roto Rooter plumbing professional (Luke) today. His knowledge, speed in fixing our problems, flexibility in taking care of additional things as they came up, a few other things I've forgotten already, and, most importantly, his sharing of my desire to get our issues fixed right so we don't have to fix them again... I love that.As I told him, it's little wonder why both companies I used to serve in facilities management switched to Roto Rooter as their preferred (only) plumbing service provider. It's the professionals (like Luke) Roto Rooter employs and supports. (And their ability to respond quickly with a wide variety of equipment for any plumbing disaster)Roto Rooter has enough of those professionals to send one to our church when we requested, without having to wait for days (every time we've called).Our Sloan valves all work like they should now! We will enjoy properly flushing toilets far more than... well-they're all fixed now! A faucet on our rental house that has always been a problem is gone, with a new faucet in its place. The contractor replacing the City of Tulsa water main fixed a break that happened when they were working on the rental house... It failed. There is now a fix in place from Roto Rooter that will stand the test of time. All of this was done in around 2 hours. I couldn't have found my screwdriver in 2 hours!Pricing was very fair--surprisingly affordable for the amount of work performed and pieces & parts replaced (some after digging down in the ground a few feet!).

I called to get on the schedule to have someone come and have been waiting the entire day. I've called twice and I keep telling me they will call when someone is on the way. It's now 4:00 p.m. and I have to leave for work at 5:00. When I called they just suggested to either wait longer or reschedule. I have a backed up line somewhere.

I had a clog in my sewer main that has started causing sewage to back up into the bathtubs in my home. My fiancé and I tried to save ourselves some money by renting a commercial sewer cleaning machine from Home Depot and watching YouTube videos.Long story short…that did NOT work.Called in the professionals from Roto-Rooter and it turned out the clog was no easy fix even for them. It took several hours and three people, but they stayed until the clog was fixed and were very good-natured about it. And the cost was less than what we’d already paid in equipment rentals and wasted time trying to do it ourselves.HUGE thank you to John and Eric, and Mo, for doing such a professional and thorough job!!! Out of 5 stars, I’d give them 6. If I ever have a plumbing issue again, Roto-Rooter will be my first call.

Refuses to give prices over the phone or even a general estimate, does not know what type of equipment they use. They wanted me to pay to get a quote on a water heater but they could not tell me what type of water heaters they install, they could not tell me their hourly rate nor could they tell me in general what they charge per job with out me paying a fee. I decided to go with a different company. I would like to know at the very least what type of equipment they would be installing before I pay them money. Seems like a scam to me.

I've had roto rooter out to my house twice now. Both were great experiences. The first time was a little over a year ago with a mail line back up. Last time was on a Sunday. Josh showed up with a call to let me know his arrival time in advance. He was very professional and efficient. This time the plug was under my house. He followed it up with a clean out to the city drain which is in my back yard and cleared out roots there as well. I will continue to use roto rooter for any future issues! Very rude and condescending!! Did a good job possibly on a high dollar after hours job which he kept reminding me it was $225 per hour. He spent 20 minutes looking for items in his truck for the repairI am glad I have 30 days because not sure it is repaired correctly since he did not have pipe and had to use plastic tubing I asked him to look at the kitchen sink on the other side of same wall because water would not come on and he said “i am not here to solve all your problems” I was in shockHe tired to back petal and apologized but decided he was a terrible person and no longer wanted him to help me. I think he judged me badly not knowing this house belongs to a person terminally ill in the hospital I was just a nice older lady from the better side of town helping out someone that could not afford to get things fixed. I will never use rooter router again and wait on my plumber who was coming the next day but this guy showed up without any notice 10 minutes from the call I did not even have time to call and cancel so I let him do the job.

The first person did not have the knowledge or tools to fix the problem. The second guy who showed up was able to fix the problem very quickly. It is frustrating that they do not set appointment and they give you a call 20min before. You have to take a day off work to make an appointment.

This is the second time we used roto router and the first time was a goood reasonably priced experience. This time not so much. Master bath was not draining was initial issue to why we called… end conclusion was “due to flushable wipes being flushed down toilet” they tried snaking main line with numerous heads on snake and still had to bring a camera out to determine this though….. and $450 we have our rental property draining properly again. Did they really need to bring a camera out?!! We could of bought our own snake machine for that price for future use at our rental properties!!!

No clue how they perform as they charge an estimate fee to even just come take a look at what your project is. Basicly told me its 139 an hour. Which doesn't help as who knows how many hours it would take to complete job.Airco came out no problem to give me a quote.

The service was good but they were not very clear on their pricing I was told over the phone it would be $194 for 2-in line or it's $203 for the main line and when the man got done he wanted to charge over $500 we settled at 363 but I still believe that was too much I believe that was $100 way too much still because he said that the 203 includes the main line and then he was there over time but he was there a total of 4 hours and then those 4 hours they charged $80 now that be 323 so they need to be more clear on their pricing watch him if you ever hire him to be sure you get the price that you were told over the phone.

Placing the service call was extremely easy. Received a call from their office saying my technician was available and could head our way. Technician was punctual, polite and professional. Waste of money and time.We called to get the plumbing checked on a house we were wanting to buy and to get an estimate for repairs. The tech was nice and tried his best but he said he was unable to tell us anything. So $626 for a pipe inspection and over a week after, we have no recommendations of repair or an estimate. Our period to request repairs for the house we were buying has passed and we had to back down from buying the house because we have no written proof the pipes need replaced, which is what the tech had recommended we do.The tech DID advised the pipes be replaced as soon as we could because cleaning it would possibly not fix the belly and the pipes would still need to be replaced at some point. But when I asked for recommendations of repair and estimates they were never sent because the tech said he is unable to do any of that on his own, yet they sent him when I asked for an estimate for repairs.I would not call a lie honest. He did tell us the pipes needed replaced.

Our toilet was leaking water from the tank in back. I called Roto-Rooter and they very quickly sent Brandon Griffin to our rescue. He was very pleasant and quickly diagnosed the problem which was minor and corrected it with the parts he had with him.We had prior to that had a handy man who had spent 3 hours and two trips to Home Depot for parts then finally said, It's leaking even more now. You just need a new toilet.The lesson I learned from that is that you get a professional when there is a plumbing problem so in the future I will call Roto-Rooter immediately!

As of this service, they were fast, clean, and on time. Eric the plummer was courteous and fixed the problem quickly. I like the flat rate they provided up front. Personnal on the phone were just as courteous and easy to talk to.

A technician came out in a timely manner, looked at my hot water tank, ordered a part which we had 24 hour delivery, the technician came back out, put the part on, but then announces it was the wrong part, but not to send that part back because it would be a matter of time until ours would go out. So he orders another part, again, we had it shipped overnight, get that part, tech comes out, installs new part, says the tank is lit and we should have hot water soon. Seven hundred dollars in labor and parts, and we still do not have hot water. The tank will not light. I'm beyond disgusted, I'm depressed.

Technician got here a little after 5 pm. I was informed than that I would have to pay time and a half because of the time.(I called that day at 11am) Tech was NOT in a good mood. He asked me several questions about the problem, I tried to answer the best of my knowledge, this upset him as I do not know Plummer terms. I’m 40 years old and a woman, he spoke to me like I was a child. My father arrived shortly after, he did not speak to him this way. Not a good first experience.

This is the third time i have hired them and each time was great. Now with the covid warnings, he was even more respectful. Changed booties each time he had to come inside, wore a mask and kept everything touch free. Will hire again when i work on the bathroom fixtures.

Overall I am very happy with Roto-Rooter. I had a toilet that clogged at a rental property, and after spending about 3 hours on it myself on a Sunday, I called a few different places first thing Monday morning, unfortunately the two companies I called first didn't have anyone available for the same day. Roto-rooter did, and had someone out around 4:00 pm that evening, which the dispatcher said was because they had been very busy that day, which is completely understandable.Eric listened to what I had already tried, then quickly located a cleanout (which ended up being under a paver, so huge kudos on that). After that he got to work and spent the next 45 minutes getting the drain cleared.Great service at a very reasonable price (under $200). Will definitely be using again

Very good customer interface! I called to set up an appointment and two techs were at my home later the same day. Roto-Rooter texted me confirmation of my appointment and a picture and first name of one of the techs. Also received a phone call and 2nd text when the tech was 20 minutes away! The techs had all the equipment they needed to unclog my kitchen sink and clear out a slow draining shower drain! It is so good to use a trusted, highly qualified company like Roto-Rooter.

The young man that came out, his name was Luke,he was highly determined and very knowledgeable of the tools he was using and the job at hand. We were having draining issues in our plumbing was to say the least out of the ordinary. After an hour and a half of laying on the ground messing with one drain he said he was not 100% satisfied so he began to walk around the house. He climbed up on the roof snake our main line and with his ear to the pipe he said it is now fixed I just heard all the water drain out of your house. Long story short I'm very happy.

We had David out to take a look at one of our toilet drains. He worked hard and found the problem and wouldn’t leave till he knew that it was fixed. He used his tools to find we had a large tree root blocking our drain and causing it not to flush. The price was good and I paid about what I was expecting which is reassuring because I know the problem is definitely fixed now. Drain has historically been a problem due to tree roots and distance. Serviceman worked hard and did not give up. Had to repair his rotor blades and cable and pulled a couple of big wads of roots out of pipe. He made absolutely sure that it was flowing properly before he left.Alex was courteous and friendly. He is welcome back anytime.

They scheduled an appointment next day. Arrived and fixed our shower drain clog in just a few minutes. So overall service was quick and good. However, the clog(ball of hair) they got out of the shower drain they turned around and flushed down the toilet. This seemed pointless to me moving a clog from one drain to another. I'd figure to throw it in trash. Also it cost $150 for quite literally 10 minutes of work. This was well over what we expected to pay. Not sure if this is normal price for such a service though as it's the first time ever using a drain service.

The guys were nice and knowledgeable. The pricing on the repair parts was too high. If they had had parts in the truck the labor cost would have been reduced since they wouldn't have needed to spend time going for parts. Which would be significant since they charge $129 per hour.

My washing machine drain was clogged and the plumber was able to unclog it. I also was going to have my main line cleaned, but the plumber wasn't able to find my outside entry point. I'll call them back when I find it. The plumber was very friendly and helpful. I'm happy to be able to wash my clothes at home again. The price was reasonable.

Roto-Rooter accomplished in 45 minutes what we had been trying to do for almost four months. The cost was much less than we expected and the technican was friendly and made sure that our sink was draining 100% before packing up. I had a leaking bathtub faucet and he had to come twice. He assessed it the first time not thinking he had to come back, as I thought as well, but there was a bigger issue with it since it was older. So he came back 2 days later to finish the job since it was a weekend and really late. He did not charge me for the first time, but he did replace the old faucet completely and had to cut thru some pipes. So it was a little pricier than I had hoped for but he did a great job.

The technician was very helpful in assessing what my problems were and was able to correct it in a timely manner. I only gave it a 4 because I had asked for an estimate as to when they would be there. I called at 8:30 and I asked the dispatcher if it would be less than 4 hours and he said without a doubt. It was 6 hours when the tech showed up. A courtesy call during that time frame would have been nice

Scheduled roto-rooter come out and scope a sewer line for a prospective house. Tech walked around for a bit, threw up his hands, and said he couldn't find the cleanout and charged us $85 for his time. Since we don't own the house we can't pull the toilet but our tech was lazy. If you're going to charge me for 30 minutes at least look for 30 minutes. OR - when the appointment is made let us know so we look can direct the tech to it.

I will say they were very quick to respond. But I was told that I would have an estimate before any work was done, which did not happen. What should have been normally a $400 job was over $800. I had to leave town and going to garage we see water coming from the hot water closet. I had to leave so my wife had to handle this. I had a family friend come over who is in construction and he could not find the source. My wife then called Roto Rooter and they came out and said it was a loose plug cover to the upstairs drain pipe. Charge her $170 and leftNot an hour does by and the water is back. When I finally got back home I checked the waterlines behind the hot water tank. Sure enough there was a crimp seal that was loose. RR don't your plumbers seek out the source and make sure it is fixed before you leave. Or do you just treat women differently than men? Worst plumber experience EVER.

They removed roots from the main drain line that had almost completely blocked the pipe. Now everything is flowing smoothly again. Very happy with results.

Used camera to look for potential sewer pipe separation, found a small area where roots were entering pipe and can control with monthly at home treatment, technician was pleasant and knowledgeable it was great to hear some good news. We had a smaller owned company recommend we call RotoRooter because larger tools were needed for the job. They were able to come out the same day I called and quickly assess and fix the problem. I called at approximately 10 a.m. and someone came around 1:45 p.m. Repairs were complete and checked in less than 2 hours. He was able to snake 140+ feet of pipe and clear an obstruction. Both employees I dealt with were friendly and professional. Thankful they were able to quickly restore our plumbing at a reasonable cost.

Used them previously and it was suppose to be $99 ended up doubling because the first plumber didn’t know what he was doing and couldn’t do the job also dented my guttering on my home. The 2nd plumber told my the first one didn’t know what he was doing. Had to go from under the sink to get the clog and if ever needed it done again to tell them go under the sink. Needed them again so overlooked previous mistake and ended up costing $339 because it was two hour to get the clog out and then extra charge because it was weekend. The advertise a great price but by the time they are done that price is no where near what the advertise. Heads up if you use them the price will probably at least double before they are done.

We had issues getting water from the meter to our house they sent a technician out. When he left, the Outlook was very discouraging, I made a phone call to Doug at Roto-Rooter and ask for a second opinion he sent someone back out and they were able to get water to my house which was amazing! My family is struggling financially and all I was able to pay was one hour of service plus any parts needed Doug approved the technician to do the work needed to get water in my house at no extra charge. I'm not sure how much a nitrogen flushes on my lines but I really really appreciate Doug for helping me get water back in my house my life is amazing now and I am very thankful to be able to take a shower and cook in my kitchen and get my life back on track! Every time I contact Roto Router for a plumbing issue they provide good quality service. But today the technician Blake and his assistant went above and beyond any expectation I had. The service they provided today was beyond exceptional.

They called to verify the appointment, and sent a picture of who was coming. When he got here he was masked up, and very professional. He asked me what was going on and then he asked me some probing questions about the type of water that came out and the color of it and after I told him this he knew exactly what the problem was and proceeded to fix it immediately I didn't tell them this on the call but there was another issue with the kitchen sink not draining correctly and water leaking from the drain pipe. Giving them a low rating because of the time it took them to send someone. We called at 5:30A.M. that our shower was backing up and there was water all over our floor. Since its a 24hour company they could help us. Well we called spoke to some lady she told us she would send someone out. 1 hour went by and nothing. 2 hours went by and still nothing called them again and by this time i was really aggravated. I spoke with a gentleman and gave him a piece of my mind well knowing it wasn't his fault but damn it, i was patient enough. Needless to say the guy came out at 8:30 a.m. and didn't even take him 30min to get the job done. I was pleased with his work but timing and getting people out on the jobs they SUCK at that. Kudos to Jeff, the gentleman that came out here, respectful and knew what he was doing.

I've had an ongoing issue with my sewer line and Roto-Rooter was able to help clean the lines. I had called two other plumbers and for some reason they didn't see the issue in the line or didn't go far enough to clean the line. I am happy to say that Lawrence Toby was very nice and helped me understand what was happening. He took the time to listen to my issues and explained what he was doing. I am much appreciated.

My bathroom faucet would only trickle out very little. My landlord called yesterday to get scheduled and they had someone out the next following day. The Technician Jess was very professional and fixed the issue very quick. When he came in he immediately put on booties as to not track dirt threw the house. I really appreciated that. I would recommend Roto Rooter for anyone with any kinda plumbing issues. I have had them come to my house 3 times over several years and they always fixed the issue the first time. Thank you Roto Rooter for sending repairman, Dallas, out at 6:00 pm to help us in an emergency with a clogged waste/sewer line on a house we just purchased and were trying to move into. He worked until it got too late that night then came back the next morning to continue the job. He worked tirelessly in the extreme temperature first to locate the clog then digging up and replacing the broken pipe. I appreciate how he kept me advised of the process every step of the way and did not stop until we had a clear flowing line. Because of his efforts our move in can proceed as planned. We will use them again.

Wallace came out and was just wonderful!!! Now, mind you this is our Third time to do this very same job. Williams plumbing has been out TWICE to unclog our backyard plumbing. Great Service. Had an issue with laundry and kitchen sinks draining. I called about noon to see if they had a tech available. The lady told me they could get me taken care of the same day. If I hadnt left my phone at QT and missed their call, there would have been a tech at my house with in 3 hours. However, it was about an hour later (30 minuites of which was me trying to locate my phone) David arrived and fixed not only the drain for the laundry and kitchen but also retrieved a lid my 1 year old decided to put down the tub drain. Very courteous, respectful, professional, and friendly. We appreciate the quick response time, both times, the honesty and professional service. Office personnel very cordial. Tech arrived on time. Listened to the description of problem and went about diagnostics methodically. Found and fixed the problems. The tech was especially competent, efficient and very friendly. Good worker, good guy!

My husband booked online with this company for them to come out yesterday between 8am- 12pm. By 11:30am we had not heard from them about coming. I called and spoke to the office at that time to verify that they would be coming out that day. She told me that even if you book online for a specific time frame, they could not schedule within that time frame but that they could come out up until 5pm. I informed her that my husband had to go to work at 1:30pm and we would need to know by then. She said that she would contact dispatch and let them know and someone would call me shortly with an estimated time. No one ever called or came to our home that day. We decided we would just have to contact another company for the work we needed done. Today, I received a call at 8:30am stating that they had a plumber who was on the way to our house. This was completely unprofessional. There was zero communication that they couldn’t make it the day before and we were not available on Friday for them to come out. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Listen...when I tell you how Roto-Rooter will take good care of you. I called them today at 5pm with my toilet overflowing. The dispatcher was so nice and got someone out to my house very quickly even though it was after hours. The service man they sent was very courteous and thorough and made sure my drains were completely clear before he left. I would call them again, but I'm hoping that I never ever come to that again at my house. Clogged drains on a Friday evening are no fun, but these are the guys to call and fix it for you.

Let me first say that this review was going to be all bad, but Terry saved the day he totally rocks and you all should be very blessed that you have him the prior plumber was good not knocking him but the problem still existed after he left. Called the company bright and early the next morning and felt totally defeated because the prior day I had just paid almost $400 and they were suggesting that I pay another $268. I promptly ended the call, had to regroup called back and they sent me Terry I cannot sing his praises enough. So for Terry five stars 🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖

Use Roto-Rooter at least a couple times a year because we have a belly in one of our lines. They're always quick when we need them and reasonably priced. They do a great job and clean up after themselves. Couldn't ask for more.

I had a problem with a shower leakage at my renter property. I reached out to roto rooter after hours (memorial day weekend) and they responded quickly. They tried to fix the issue the best they could, however they were unsuccessful, they needed a part to continue, but all part stores were close until after the holiday. I am located out of town but yhey kept me informed and returned immediately after the holidays to fix the issues Thanks Roto-Rooter for your quick response and in handling the issue professionally.

Comany was very reasonable with the emergency after hours rate and responsive, they had a tech out within an hour of calling them on a friday night. The tech was super professional, knowledgeable and quickly resolved the problem. 5 stars and I will be calling them first in the near future for additional planned projects.

Was told that they were going to be here between 8:30am to 5pm. Got a call at 8:15 that someone was available and heading my way. All cleaned up before 9:15. Aaron was super nice and professional. Drilled a hole in a copper pipe looking for a stud in the wall. Roto-Rooter was there in about an hour and this was a Saturday. Fixed me up and for less than I thought. Very satisfied.

Dylan arrived only just over an hour after I called. Had my sink cleared within a few minutes of putting his machine on my roof. He was very personable and professional. Totally satisfied with Roto-rooter, although I thought they were high priced, although I don’t really have comparison. Person who took my order was not friendly.

Great business ive used them quite a few years.My last project was a toilet installation with accessories They given me many pointers along the way sometimes I do it myself. This time they used an email receipt on a tablet. The tech I asked twice the amount but couldn't show it to me on the tablet. So happy it was done I paid. First came the review. 5 star I gave him. Then the receipt. $10 bucks more no problem I saw him to be cool. But now my bathtub is clogged, and draino doesn't work I might need a plumber. Bad thoughts pass this story on!

Horrible customer service RUDE technician. I had Bobby here 3 weeks ago to fix back up issues. He supposedly fixed the issue, this is the 2nd time I have had an issue since he'd been here, so I called for a secondary visit. The secretary stated all work comes with a 30 day warranty. Bobby gets here with an attitude from the start. He then says his work only comes with a 7 day warranty. When I mentioned the secretary stated a 30 day warranty he rolled his eyes, turned around abruptly and said 'we'll see'. I understand that it is 5:30 on Saturday evening, had he fixed it the first time , he would not be here now.First charge was 185.00 now an additional 204.00 ;since he didn't do the tub last time'. Oh and I called at 2 PM when I was told they would be out today, I was additionally charged an Overtime rate since he didn't finish until after 5. I would not suggest Roto-Rooter, I highly regret calling them in the first place. I will be disputing the charges with management as well as the Better Business Bureau.

Worst customer service I’ve ever heard. I JUST called to schedule a gas line hookup for one of my customers and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and not informed. Better training needed!!!! I called and asked about getting my customer being put on the schedule and she said rudely “i can but I don’t know when they’ll be out there” ???? Why wouldn’t you at least know a roundabout time??? Then she couldn’t tell me what the price was. Why doesn’t the lady answering your phone know the prices of the services you offer??? Very frustrating.

They tell you one thing than never show up, When they do finally show up they lie to you, fix it to work for a short period of time so that they can get more money. They were hired to run a camera to find the problem and never ran it..Even after it was supposedly open where they could run it they didn't. It is my belief that they knew that the work they did wasn't the true problem or solution.

Max the plumber showed up when he said he would. So kind and professional and explained what he was doing. The new toilet had a broken base and I had to go get another one. He said he would be back at 3:00 pm to install it. He has wonderful work ethics and takes pride in his job. He has integrity beyond measure.

Roto Rooter was truly A+++ today. I would absolutely call them again if needed.Our kitchen drain was stopped up completely. I called RR this morning and they stated I’d be scheduled for a morning appointment. They explained their system: I’d get a call when a plumber came available, and if I was also available then he’d be dispatched; otherwise I’d go back onto their wait list. They stated a drain clean-out would be $194 minimum and could be more, depending on how the job progressed.Everything worked EXACTLY as they described. Indeed I got a call around 11 AM and Tyler (the plumber) arrived a few minutes later. He was friendly and neat, and didn’t mind me watching and asking questions. I learned a lot as I watched him ply his trade and clear our drain. He was also very thorough, checking and testing in several different ways to ensure that not only was the drain clear, but that the clog hadn’t just moved down the line. He also stressed a 30-day warranty if we had any further problem with that drain.I fully expected the bill to be more since it had been explicitly stated that the $194 was a minimum. But no, the bill was exactly $194! That was a great end to a fantastic experience with them.Would I call RR next time? You bet I would. They made a loyal customer out of me in one visit. (And I’d ask for Tyler again too!)

Toilet wasn't flushing correctly. Seemed to be clogged. Isaac augered the toilet and when that didn't work clearing the flushing or clog problems he then began to snake down the roof vent. He had to come back the next day to finish. He arrived the next day as promised and continued to snake the main line exhaustively. Unfortunately as long and hard as he worked he could not find and remove a clog. At this point he stopped working to let me know about the situation and give me the opportunity to change the course of what had been a seemingly futile attempt.I decided that at the rate this attempt was costing me economically that the work would have to stop, even though a the problem had not been resolved.Fortunately, later that evening I just happened to try flushing the toilet once more and to my surprise it flushed as if there had never been anything wrong with it!!While I was pleased with the work that was done I was still aghast at the bill for work which had produced no positive results.While I understand that a business must charge for services rendered I would like to make the suggestion that in instances such as mine, where professional knowledge and work is not enough to produce a favorable change in the circumstances, that your company give a discount on the cost of the unfruitfull work.It was merely by happenstance and good fortune that my plumbing ended up clearing itself up.

Technician Jess did a 5 star job and was very accommodating. Great guy! However this started with an online reservation that didn't materialize and wasn't followed up on for over a week or more. Finally called after awhile and said there was a technician available, we had plans and rescheduled for the next week when Jess finally showed up, some discrepancy between online phone price and price quoted when the technician showed up, technician explains what he thought happened and charged the phone quote price, hopefully he won't get in trouble. If you need their service call them, their online system just isn't reliable.. Need someone answering the phone that has some ideas of pricing.

I called on a Sunday morning, someone answered the phone and said they could have a tech out there in a few hours so I scheduled it. Just 15 minutes later I got the line unclogged so I called back to reschedule for a non emergency rate. The lady was very helpful and scheduled a tech to come out Monday. They called before they headed my way so I met the tech at the house I was having the line scoped. (Forgot to mention that I changed the service from cleaning the line to scoping.) After he scoped the line we saw roots in the line. He told me my options and worked it out so I got the best price for what they did. All in all it was $308 to scope the line clean in with there tool and scope it again and run there tool down it 1 more time for good measure. I'm very satisfied with the company and the technitions that did the work.

The technician Blake showed up early, maintained a professional appearance and his work reflected the same. He was able to locate where tree roots had grown into our sewer line and caused a stoppage. Guy showed up and first thing I noticed was the strong smell of cigar, Then he went to the meter to look at it, We followed the line that was laid, went inside the house just to look at my water heater, check it and shut the valve off, looked into the door hatch we have to get under the house, kept saying he wouldn't fit so wouldn't go in to check for issues, used his flashlight on his phone to look around, not a actual flashlight, left a smell of cigar in my house for a bit, Didnt even test my line for leaks, Basicly just told me more expensive options they could do.. Told me it was 174$ for all the 25 minutes he was at my house with no help and I only had 20s and so he charged me 180.. I wont be calling them out to my house again.. And I had good luck with them a time before.. Not happy!! Not reccomended by me

For the second time, Tulsa Roto-Rooter has done a stellar job of taking care of us. Literally called, stated our issue, which turned out to be a main drain thing, they texted back with the name, bio, and photo of the tech on his way. Took care of business quickly, charged me a VERY reasonable straight forward fee with no add ons at all then gone. All of this took 1 hour and 10 minutes. Same last time, it was Memorial Day weekend, drains backed up, flooded garage, had house full of people, called, job completed in less than 1hour, no extra charge for holiday weekend and job done right! $95! You can’t find this kind of service anywhere anymore, in any industry! I won’t even consider using anyone else.

Max was great. Very professional, thorough, and accomodations.Roto-Rooter was also able to come out the same day. I called 5 other places before RR and none could come out until after hours for an extra charge.Roto Rooter should have been my first call and from now on, they will be!

Dallas was amazing! I had about ten years of roots and trash in my main sewer line that he worked tirelessly to cut through and push out. He updated me through the entire process and gave me options when there could be. I really really really didn't want him to go through my toilet and he went through the added pain and hassle of hauling everything up going through the roof access without complaint. He cleaned up afterwards and even made friends with my German Shepherd. I will not only call Roto Rooter again but specifically as for Dallas if I ever need work done again.

Used twice now over the years for draining problems. Got great results (fixed quickly and inexpensively) both times.
Follow up, had them come out another time to repair both sillcocks, very with the happy results at a fair cost.

Blake came out only 2 hours after I called and worked on a backed up bathtub drain. He needed some extra help and called John over. The guys fixed our stubborn drain, cleaned up and left with no extra charge for the extra help! Roto-Rooter is awesome! Thank you guys!

Wallace did one heck of a job. Cleaned up the routing of gas line and drain pipe so next time the job is easier. He never even took a lunch break just powered through to get our water back as soon as possible.

Had a sewer line clog causing sewage to backup into my bathtub. I called 15 other places in town and Roto Rooter Tulsa was the only one that could get my taken care of after hours. Luke came out at 11pm and had things cleared up in about 20 minutes. Not gonna lie, it was expensive, but I needed it handled and they are the only ones who stepped up. It's 830 the next day and I'm still answering call backs from the other companies who let me down last night.

Good workers my only complaint was told it probably would take four hour. For $749. But if takes less time it would cost less. Took 2 and 1/2 hours. And I only saved 25.00 Not saved much

Isaac was AWESOME! He's got a great work ethic and wants to make sure you don't have any further problems. I really like their confirmation system. You get a text to confirm the appointment has been made, and another when the plumber is on the way. You get a confirmation photo and name too, so you'll have that added security step in place to relieve any concerns. After taking care of the tree roots he reran the blade to confirm there wasn't anything remaining. The pricing was very reasonable too without hidden charges.

My initial experience with this company was not good. I wrote a short essay about my experience, and that in turn had the management of the company reaching out to me to address my experience. After explaining everything to them, they made every effort to remedy the situation both financially and the on-site work that was done.They sent out a second plumber that had far more experience that ensured all of the plumbing was done correctly and up to code and I wasn't charged a dime for his time. In addition, they took a look at my complaint and issued a refund that took into account the overall scope of the job that was beyond fair in my opinion. After the job was done right, I had zero expectations of a refund.Moral of the story - if you have a complaint with the work that was done or what was paid and the why as to why you don't feel it was a fair price - call their home office and ask for Doug. He was the one that handled my complaint, and did a wonderful job in doing so.

I am very disappointed in Roto Rooter. I had a backup in our house. They scheduled some to come in an hour to an hour and a half. I had been checking the phone throughout that time. I missed the call by 4 minutes and the person that was scheduled to come to us was re-routed to another location. I am knee deep in cleaning up the mess. Why would you re-route the plumber if you missed a call by 4 minutes. Now we are unsure of when the next tech will be here. They can’t give us a time frame. Very very unsatisfied with my service. This is the last time I will use Roto Rooter. I should not have to stay near my phone every second. However, if that was communicated to me during the initial phone call, I would have not been cleaning up the mess and staying near my phone. Not good Roto Rooter, not good.

We had a late night issue with our drains that I couldn’t manage myself. I called Roto-Rooter and they sent Eric out to assist us. He showed up, diagnosed, and addressed the problem in a very timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and even suggested regular practices to help keep the problem from occurring again. The entire process from initial call to finished project took just over an hour. We are extremely pleased and would not hesitate to use this team again if another issue arises.

I had another well known plumbing company come out to unclog the drains in my house. They tried twice and could not get them unclogged. I had to pay them for coming out although they weren't able to help me I'm assuming that was for the labor that the plumber put in which is understandable but still disappointing.I then called Roto Rooter and they unclogged everything within 5 minutes. Even though being a newer employee the gentleman that I spoke with and set my appointtment up with was very knowledgeable about how to help his customer and provided an answer to every question I asked. Christmas Eve both toilets backed up and one tub. We spent over 2 hours trying to remove the clog with no success. Our home has a history of roots blocking the main line. We had a house full of guest and no working toilets. Merry Christmas to us! So we called at 12:20 am for help. Roto-rooter arrived fairly quickly and was able to unclog our line within 15 mins, but continuedto work to make sure the line was clear futher down the line. We were so thankful and Alex was very courteous. We cleaned up and was in our bed near 2:30. Everyone was thankful. Working toilets and showers once again! I have used RR in the past for the same drain line blockage and they were quick and efficient with a very reasonable charge of less than $100.They were just as professional this time and finished in less than 30 minutes to snake out the clog. The problem was that it took over 5 hours before they arrived and the charge was over $200.I will have to compare prices and arrival wait times with their competitors before I use them again.

Technician was here for 15mins or else and decided to hook my washer machine back up for another 20mins. On the other side the tech told me I was charged for $147.00 I went ahead and gave him my credit card. Later I noticed my bank account was charged $197.00 awful experience! Will not recommend it.

I called another company that charged me $330 but they didn’t unblock the drain. After that, I called Roto-Rooter, they sent out Christopher who immediately knew that he needed to snake the drain pipe in garage as well as the backyard. He got it fixed! Their pricing was even better too. Don’t trust your drains to an AC company lol, my mistake. I’ll call Roto-Rooter first, next time.

They did an excellent job. I had a different 5star rated plumbing company at my house two days before and spent over $300 for them to tell me what the problem was, but not fix it. And then was quoted for a thousand dollar repair. When I called Roto and they were able to fix the plumbing issue in just a few hours for less than the $300 I paid the original company. We moved into a home that was vacant for quite a while. Had several plumbing issues and i took care of all but one. A sink in our bath would drain super slowly. Explained that sediment built up in the pipes from lack of use and then first time using the drain got it all blocked up in one of the 90 degree bends. I have used Rotor Rooter for several years on both my personal property as well as my rental properties and have been very satisfied with their work and ability to quickly respond (frequently the same day I call).

I have a serious root problem due to a suspected crack or break in the line which is scheduled to be repaired 4 days from now by a different company chosen by insurance company. I called Roto Rooter to see if they could help open the lines, and within an hour Brandon and Matt we’re onsite. They stuck with the problem for hours until they finally got through. I’ve dealt with Roto Rooter before and they are always professional and have always been successful with the small and larger more difficult tasks. Hats off to Brandon for his tenaciousness. You saved my weekend and We can stay in our own house till the repairs are done.

Our serviceman was very polite,knowledgeable, and worked rapidly. He located the source of the problem quickly and had the crawl space pipe repair completed in under an hour. The cost was just 130. I am thrilled with the service I have received today.I have also had a previous experience with Roto Rooter when a lawn mower broke our outdoor faucet and a water geyser ensued. They arrived within an hour and a half. Although the 60 year old plumbing and faucet was a challenge, the serviceman took great care with the aged plumbing and found a way to replace the faucet with hardware he had on board and charged very little for the call. Again the repair was completed in under an hour.I received excellent service in all respects on both calls. Highly recommend!

They showed up quickly on the same day. When they realized there was a good chance it was a actual problem with my septic tank itself and not just a plumbing issue, the guy asked if I wanted him to keep going or stop since it was unlikely he would be able to fix it even if he found the issue.

Terry is an amazing technician! After the fence people drove a steel fence post through my main private sewer line during installation and refused to fix it, Terry was so helpful and knowledgable. My only complaint was it was expensive and cost several hundred dollars more than the estimated amount I was initially given. The sewer line has been repaired and the fence has been re-installed, no thanks to the fence company! Thanks Roto-Rooter.

David was AMAZING!!! He came out today to fix a clog in our pipes. My husband had used a 50ft auger to try to fix it & we were able to get some tiny hair-like roots out, but it was still clogged. We just moved into our new home & had no idea where it capped off at outside. David was able to put a much bigger, longer, & motorized auger from the inside & we found the outside capped off pipe from the sound it was making! It was buried under dirt!!! WOW!I have to admit I was blown away by two of your technicians today. These two young men, Lucas & Douglas, went above and beyond to help repair a slow draining sewer line at my residence. These two worked great as a team and were tenacious in finding the source of the clog.Because there is no record of where the clean out is located, the hunt was on. We’ve used Roto Rooter twice now and they’ve been awesome both times. Our pipes are infested with roots (we call it “Root City” down there) so Jason has came out and taken care of it for us two years in a row. Very easy to get ahold of and affordable.

I called this company because a different company failed to find the source of a leak in my house. I told the plumber from Roto-Rooter that I thought a drain was backing up and he refused to check the drains. He said he thought it was a drip from a spout that I had already taken care of. He didn’t charge me for the visit but the problem was not resolved and it returned. I had to pay about $1,200 to remediate the water damage the first time. Then, the drain backed up again a few months later and I ended up having to go through the entire process of remediation to clean up water damage a second time. The second plumber from Roto-Rooter came out and identified where the water was backing up and fixed it properly.

The plumber that came to our home didn't address his name to me when entering my home. I explained to him on the services that needed to be done but wasn't very forthcoming or concerned about our situation. The plumber finally gave me his name when I asked him for it after all the services were completed. I almost wanted to call to get another plumber when he stated that he couldn't snake outside due to the rain. I asked him if he could return to back later and he stated he would a put me last on his schedule for the day since it won't be raining at that time. Good customer service is making sure that all the customers needs are met.

Where the gutter downspout drained underground tree roots had caused a blockage. The roto rooter service man explained that snaking the drain may damage the line. I appreciated the warning but told him to give it a try. He made three attempts and spent considerable time to get it unclogged to no avail. I have used Roto Rooter in the past for other drain problems and have always been satisfied with the results. This was just one that couldn’t be resolved by snaking. I was pleased with the technicians effort and will always call RotoRooter for other drain problem.

had a blocked drain on the kids bathroom, the first service guy was great and thought he had cleared the problem. Well a couple of weeks later it was backing up again, I got super busy at work and we have 2 other bathrooms so we just had the kids use those. When I finally did get around to calling Roto Rooter again it was about 5 weeks after the initial visit. They sent out a different guy, who was also great. I honestly was expecting to pay again but they said it was covered as they hadn't cleared it the first time. The guy even went into the neighbors yard to check he'd cleared it all the way to the city drains. Couldn't be happier with the 2 service calls and would definitely use them again. Its hard to find companies that will stand behind their work. Thanks Roto Rooter for getting the kids out of my bathroom!

Christopher was awesome! I can’t say enough about his responsiveness right when we had the problem. We had a sewage backup and he helped us all the way through the problem. This was a major issue, but I knew it was going to get done right. If I have another plumbing issue, Christopher is my first call.

We had a pretty big leak in the middle of the night that also blew out our pilot light. The plumber, Alex, came out even after we had gotten the water to stop just to make sure we got the gas turned off and the water fully shut off. He did not charge us for coming out in the middle of the night. He then came back the next morning and fixed everything for us quickly and quietly and gave up advice on future fixes but didn’t pressure us to do everything all at once. He was very nice and everyone at roto-rooter was very helpful.

I used Roto Rooter to unclog water line. I called them early this morning, 7/5, and they arrived @ 8:00AM. Within 2 minutes they knew what the problem was & they fixed it within 20 minutes. They came to Owasso from Tulsa. Their Service was Absolutely Phenomenal. Their Price Very Fair. Without a doubt, I would use Roto Rooter again for plumbing problem.

I’ve used Roto Rooter a couple times now and they have been great both times. They can get you in the same day which is awesome if you need the plumbing fixed ASAP. The technicians they send are friendly helpful and do good work. I also like how they text and email you a picture of the technician who is coming with his name and how long he’s worked there, that way when he shows up you know he’s the guy you are looking for. Super quick turnaround after my initial call. Professional service, fixed my issue promptly and at a good price. Also very kind explaining some plumbing things to me I didn’t know. Recommend!

I would highly recommend against using Roto Rooter in Tulsa. The work they did was good and very fast. The issue was with the billing. We knew they charged by the hour so I timed the technician as soon as he pulled up to my house and until he left for good. Long story short, the technician found the leak and offered to do the work right there on the spot and told me he had all tools necessary to do it right away. About an hour into it he told me he broke his drill bit and needed to go buy a new one. From the time he pulled up until the time he left my house with the job completed, It was 5 hours. Of those 5 hours, the technician spent approximately 45 minutes total in his van and approximately 1 hour gone to get a new drill bit. When we paid, we were not given a breakdown of the invoice and it was emailed later. After reviewing the invoice I noticed we were charged for 6 hours of labor and $63.63 for a drill bit and tape. When I called to dispute this, I spoke with a man named Doug. He agreed we should not have been charged for the drill bit but explained to me that if a technician has to leave for parts, the customer pays for that time. I asked why I would have to pay for him to get a drill bit and then also pay for the drill bit itself, which I did not receive. After playing phone tag for a few days, Doug called back and informed me he would only be refunding roughly $26 for the drill bit and only a half hour of labor because the customer has to also pay for the time it takes the technician to drive back to the office to drop off supplies (he made it seem like he was doing me a favor). I argued that he was only in my house working on the job for 3 hours and 35 minutes (I timed him). Even though he was in the van for part of that time, I did not argue that. I simply argued that I shouldn't be charged for time it took him to go buy a drill bit that he broke (this was also conveniently during the lunch hour). Doug then said he was buying parts that weren't listed on my invoice. I told him I wanted a list of all the parts he bought because he told me up front he had everything he needed. Doug refused to provide those. He also stated that the drill bit only costs $26 and some change and when I told him I was charged over $63, he used the same excuse stating there are other parts not mentioned on the invoice. He refused to provide that information. In the end he told me I couldn't be appeased but he would credit me another half hour of labor. So still in the end I was charged for 1.5 hours of labor (5 total) that I didn't received and nearly $40 more for a drill bit that I did not receive either. The technician was nice and did good work but their billing is very shady and I would highly recommend staying away from them. The works is good but they fraudulently charge. I even asked for the GPS times to be provided to me to see if they lined up with the time I had. Doug refused to provide those, likely because it would support my argument. Far more reputable plumbers out there to choose from, steer clear of Roto Rooter.

We were in a bind - you usually are when you need a plumber - These guys scheduled me the same day and showed up right when they said they would. Great communication from the time I made the appointment - I got a text and courtesy call when they were on their way. The gentlemen that worked on my line were efficient, personable and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable and less than a lot of their local competitors. We have found our new go to for plumbing.

As expected. Amazing. Our insurance AHS assigned to come other contractor. Snaking didn't fix issue, they ordered expensive jetter and said that didn't work and said have to dig pipe. Was not convinced, so called roto rooter and boom. Just snaking from them cleared everything. 3 days of misery and 30 mins, all cleared. Shame on you AHS for not having roto rooter as a vendor. Very knowledgeable and professional.

They guys was good. But cast more then I was planning on. The last time I had to have them out was for my kitchen sink. And again today the first time its was just a little over $100 and today it was $189. I don't know why they had to charge so much. For 30 min. Job next time I'm going to call some place else.

I first called another plumbing company out and they were not able to do the job and they suggested Roto Rooter. It was late in the afternoon on a Friday and I was afraid they wouldn’t be able to get to it but to my surprise the man was there within 30 minutes and he was very nice and got the job done efficiently. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

They Roto-Rooterd the drain pipe so that the sink would quit backing up and tightened up the sink trap. . The guy did it quick and professionally and was done within an hour.

Technician was very nice, very polite. He got to us quickly and worked hard to fix our problem, which turned out to be more difficult than we thought. We really appreciated his excellent service. We will definitely use this service again if we need anything. The prices are very reasonable .

Just purchased a older home in Sapulpa to fix up and retire in. In less than 90 days, I noticed the laundry room shower backing up with sewage. I was unable to unclog it myself. Isaac from Roto-Rooter came out and in less than 30 minutes able to get it unclogged. After further inspection, he noted that my main line maybe cracked because of the mud he pulled from the drain. Not what I wanted to hear but it now gives me something to think about. Either spot fix it OR replace the whole line due to the age of the home.Isaac did a great job, very professional and I would recommend him to anybody who need a great plumber.

I called about my mom’s main line clogged. Really fast literally 15 min after I called Paul was on his way! He was very professional, knowledgeable and explained what he did as he did it. The price was fair I believe. I would recommend this company and Paul did a great job.

Job get done, but they will leave you a big mess with you drywall and your hose!Roto: i know i did sign the document that you guys will not fix the sheet rock or drywall, etc, but most company, when they cut off the drywall, the do it carefully even thought they are not gonna to fix the whole. They want to make sure it is easy for the owner to patch instead of...does not care because it is not my job and he already signed in!

Great communication throughout. They kept me well informed. I really liked that they sent a photo and bio of the employee coming to my home. Bobby was great, friendly and knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing. Offered helpful advice about a pending job that I will be using them for soon.
