Tom Dragg and APSCO have been taking care of all our air conditioning, heating, and plumbing services since 2000. I cant say enough about how well he takes care to always to do a good job and explain what they are doing. Very quick to respond and has never been wrong before AND they are priced very well. I have never had a complaint and doubt I ever will. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

APSCO performs the spring and fall check on our Air Conditioning and Heating system. The work done by tom Dragg is very efficient, professional, friendly and courteous. He meticulously checks all the equipment and fluids, filters, etc. He provides estimates and reasons for correcting deficiencies or parts.

Tom responds quickly to emergencies and questions. He offers time for me to get alternative bids and or advice from another provider. We have never had a problem or question concerning Tom's work or estimates. We consider the charges for service very reasonable.

My air conditioner was going out this summer and I couldn't figure out what was wrong over the weekend. Called Monday and Tom came out to inspect the unit. He quickly and expertly found the issue and laid out my options. We decided to replace the system instead of repair it since the system was 12+ years old and the initial installation was not great. Tom provided a room A/C so we could sleep in our house. The installation was great and the new system is a huge improvement over the previous HVAC system. I would definitely recommend APSCO for A/C service and installation.

Tom Dragg installed a new heating and AC unit for our house. We received a quote from a competitor before contacting Tom that was double the price that Tom quoted us for a comparable heating and AC unit. He did a very thorough job on the installation. Additionally, after he had installed the heating and AC unit, I had a challenge with the processing of one of my rebates and Tom responded within a day to assist me in walking me through what information I needed in order to get the rebate processed properly and offered to assist if additional follow up was required. He did a great job and we were very pleased. We were previously using a competitor to service our heating and AC units and have now made the decision to use Tom to service our units in the future due to our satisfaction with the service we received.

My unit was serviced by Tom Dragg. I have been using Tom Dragg for almost a year now. I honestly have nothing bad to say about him. He has excelled in all aspects of managing our unit. He has been friendly and professional with my family when I have not been home. His knowledge and skills in managing the unit have uniformly impressed me. When we initially had our unit looked at for issues with cooling we were quoted 10-15k to have unit replaced. When Tom came out he explained how our unit worked and that it was the appropriate size for our home. We have several minor issues after that over the following six months and Tom was always available to help and kept our costs down. We finally had to have a big job done (compressor replacement) this past month. Tom was on the job quickly. He got a great price for us and has the unit in within a week of assessing the problem. We did have some issues after install and he was either available or pulled one of his colleagues to come to correct the problem. Our home had excellent temperature control at a low cost thanks to Tom Dragg.

I wondered if our current AC servicing team was doing the best possible job so I had Tom Dragg come out and take a look. He did the most through job on AC service ever. He got our freon to just the right level so we'll save on our electric bill. Most importantly he discovered that our capacitor was about to fail and showed us the readings to prove it. That would have meant no AC in the middle of August! He found the uncommon part locally and got us fixed up in a couple of hours. Now our system is running well and should be for quite some time.

I was very pleased with The quality of work by Infinity Plumbing. Another thing that is great about this company is they showed and quoted me the job at a fair price so I knew what I was going to pay upfront for this particular job! I didn’t have to worry about paying for someone else’s downtime or not knowing what to do.

I felt like I was ripped off. APSCO sent out two guys to run a snake through my toilet and charged me $270, messed up my floors and didn't even do a good job putting my toilet back. Looked horrible. Also one of the plumbers, Casey, told my wife we needed a new flange because the other one that I bought 2 months ago was really bad. I went with these guys because of all the good reviews and that I'd get a reasonable price. Talked to my neighbor today and she told me that Mullin would have taken care of it for half the price. Just horrible.

I will gladly give Apsco five stars after reparing an old Kolar toilet that other plumbers wanted me get rid of. Also they replaced a part on an AC unit that I was told was outdated. When they serviced it Apsco found the part was in warranty and replaced the part. These are honest individuals who do excellent work!! I tell all my friends about them!!
