Had some unexpected issues that came up and some reworking had to be done, the guys were awesome and I wasn't charged for some extra work that had to be done. All in all great company, treated like a friend from Austin, and the install was a job well done. Highly recommend these guys, I will definitely be using them again soon.

A/C went out on Saturday night Labor day Weekend. They came out 11pm. Sunday morning at 0930 a representative was at the house to discuss repairs or replacement. They offered a window unit until replacement was installed two days later. No issues and completed as we agreed on. Well done Jack Nelson Heating & Air conditioning. A+.

So I signed up with their membership program and that has been great. But the people they have come out and have hired are the gamechangers. Joseph the technician came out with rusty today, and I can not understate how professional while being authentic and genuine Joseph was during his time here. Joseph was thorough from top to bottom and even asked if he could have someone come out to check something before he would suggest a big expense. Honestly getting bad news that will hurt your pocket is never fun, but hearing authentic and genuine assessments by Joseph really helped me up my confidence level his understanding of the situation, my fiscal situation, and stance helped guide a plan to what we can do in the future. Could not be more impressed or committed to being a continued customer with jack Nelson service experts and the authentic and genuine conversation and diagnosis provided that.

We had an emergency and had to have someone come out around 10 pm. We had Casey Lane and he met all our needs! Very Professional! Will definitely continue using them.

Had a scheduled appt for a guy to come to check out my air conditioner. Was told they will be here anywhere from 4 til 6 just to find out 20 mins before 6 that they didn't know when they could make it out. I told them to cancel. I understand things comes up and I'm not the only one needing service. However I don't understand how there is not more then one person able to come out. Frustrating when you make time in you schedule for stuff like this.

After speaking with customer service, we decided to give Jack Nelson another chance. They sent out Billy also known as Mr.cool and he diagnosis the problem. He came on time and was very nice and professional. He returned the next day with the Parts that had to be ordered and now we are cool and happy thanks to Jack Nelson service experts!

Clayton and Robert found that the whole house filter that was previously installed wasn't actually being used all all for one of the returns. They took the extra time and effort to relocate the filter to use with the new furnace to ensure all returns used the filtration. This required several extra hours of work at no extra cost, that provided myself and my family a better air quality. Thanks guys!

I recently had a furnace installed. This is a great company. Billy was the tech that diagnosed the problem, Clayton and Robert were the installers and Austin was the Comfort Advisor who met with me before and after my purchase, which I really appreciated. All the guys were polite and hardworking.

Tech Casey arrived 90 minutes ahead of ETA. Had the unit running in under an hour. Polite and knowledgeable, he explained everything thououghly and what the charges would be. Even put on booties when he came inside. A+

Jake and Scott were so sweet at explaining a problem I was having with our humidifier. These guys are top notch and really know their stuff!! Fixed us up Lickety split. 👍

I had a new heater and air conditioner in stalled by Clayton and Garrett. The work went very well. They were efficient, neat, and friendly. I think they left my garage cleaner than when they started.
HOWEVER, that is the good part. The bad part is that I had a two stage system and now I have I one stage system. Years ago when you installed the system now being replaced I received information on how more efficient and quieter it was. This new system is loud. At one point my wife opened the front door to see if the noise was outside, it was not. I assumed the new system would be a better one, it is not. I can not tell the efficiency. I do not now the answer to this but I am looking forward to you opinion.

Service was prompt and efficient. Jeremy and Javier performed the spring tuneup on my HVAC system. Jeremy was knowledgeable about my equipment and answered all my questions. He offered suggestions about upgrading my system but there was no pressure. I have been a customer for many years and highly recommend this company.

Amanda did a good job tuning everything up for heating for the winter season. Been servicing our system for 4 years.

They are always on time, very courteous, and explain what they've done each time. If there is any follow up needed, they let you know what that is. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I've loved my experience with Jack Nelson. My first tech, Terry, came out and he was quick and knowledgeable to diagnose the issues with my unit. The following day I met with a Sales person, Kelly, to discuss further options and financing. All of this went through very quickly and hassle free!

DeAndre and Rusty arrived this morning right on time and performed our semi-annual HVAC maintenance. Both were very professional and very thorough and courteous. We had questions that were answered in a complete and full manner and all their actions were top drawer! I highly recommend this company and their representatives.

This company is great to work with! I had a crack in my heat exchanger and had to replace the furnace. They came out the next day and installed a new one in a very timely manner. Scott Jenkins and Steven White did athe install and it was a great experience.

I have kept a HVAC maintenance membership with Jack Nelson for a few years now. They are consistently the best value for the service. I have discussed my aging system with many technicians over the seasons and every one has thoughtful recommendations. I genuinely feel like I'm in good hands. Thanks, guys.

Yesterday, 9/2/21, I had Jack Nelson come out to service my upstairs AC unit. The technician they sent, Jason F., did a fantastic job. He is polite, professional, and takes the time to explain in detail what he thinks the issues are and how he intends on addressing them. I felt comfortable having him in my home and was very satisfied with the service I received. This young man is an absolute asset to your company and it would be worth your while to make sure he continues to be happy in your employment. I would gladly have him back out for any future HVAC needs. The upstairs AC unit is now working, and the house isn't quite so unbearable.

After doing business with Jack Nelson for over 10 years, I was very disappointed, I put my faith in a company with so little civic responsibility. When given the opportunity to help one of Tulsa's Teachers they choose to pass. Keep in mind this would have cost Jack Nelson the Service Experts NOTHING. In 2012 Jack Nelson installed a Lenox system in my home. I had planned on remodeling my home (purchased a system to handle the remodel) but things changed and the home will be torn down. I jumped at the opportunity to help a Tulsa Teacher whose system is on the last leg. I contacted THE SERVICE EXPERTS and asked for a quote to remove the system, transport 3 miles and install in the teacher's home. No return call as promised, so I waited at my home for two hours for the tech to show up, a no show, no call, so I called them. THE SERVICE EXPERT said corporate advised them to pass. Keep in mind folks, this cost them nothing, just send a tech remove the system and take it to the teacher's home. So when doing business Ask yourself who you want to do business with. This is the NO SERVICE EXPERT company. I will let you know the company that helps our teachers. Look for my next post. If I could rate a 0, it would be more than this company now deserves.

My heat/air wasn't working so I called Air Solutions who had fixed it in February....they couldn't get to me for 3-4 days even though I'm still under warranty. So I called Jack Nelson...scheduled my appointment. The repair man, Les Johnson was great. A really nice guy. He came out and spent the time to fix it right, and even fixed up what Air Solutions did wrong.....the fan was not properly installed on the outside unit and fell off so Les reattached it for me.

Alex and Stephen were very pleasant, kind and helpful during our routine HVAC checkup. I hope to have them back!

We have a 100 year old 3 story house and two rooms on second floor did not have heat and air. Scott was able to get a duct from basement to second floor and those rooms are now comfortable summer and winter. A difficult task to say the least and he willingly tackled it and did a great job! I am a very happy customer. Another tech had relocated a duct for us earlier this year so it wasn't in middle of the kitchen and that was done well also. Great company that's not afraid to tackle the tough jobs.

Excellent service from Todd Herron - He seemed to go out of his way to answer all of our questions, even changed the batteries in our thermostat, checked the actual temperature reading twice (our thermostat reads low), did all of the paperwork for our ONG rebate - just great service.

It all started last May when my AC died and my former service provider balked at coming over that evening even though we had a service contract. I called Jack Nelson who graciously accepted the service call. Within two hours that late evening Scott was at my door with his tools and headlight. He thawed my AC system and replaced the missing Freon with the caution that the system had a leak and the Freon could escape again. My nineteen-year-old AC was living on borrowed time. After recently receiving literature from Jack Nelson regarding promotional opportunities I called and set up an appointment. Randy came and presented several heating/cooling options. He methodically reviewed each option thoroughly along with corresponding features, Seer ratings, warranty, noise level, efficiency, rebates, discounts, finance options, etc. I selected the top-of-the-line Lennox Signature Collection AC and furnace. With all the rebates, discounts and predicted savings over time, I simply could not pass up the purchase. I am happy to report the combination heating/cooling units were professionally installed by Scott and Jason today. They worked cooperatively to install the system in a professional and timely manner. And Randy stopped by earlier to register the various rebates promised; I never had to do anything else. If buying cars was as smooth and pleasant as doing business with Jack Nelson... I am one very happy-camper as I enjoy my new Lennox system and super cool smart thermostat. Thanks so much!

Called Jack Nelson for a plumbing problem. Very helpful, respectful and got us fixed up in no time. Will continue to use them for every plumbing or HVAC need.

My air conditioning unit was not blowing cold air and I called Jack Nelson and they sent out a repair guy(Scott). He said It’s leaking. He told me three option.
1. To recharge Freon. The price is $200 per lb for Freon recharge and might cost $700 to $1000.
2. To fix leaking. It will cost $4000.
3. To replace new unit. It will cost $9000(without duct work)
Really?? God Damn it, Jack Nelson. You tried to screw me. I know it. I am an electrician and I know it would NOT be that much. Dang Jack Nelson! Who believe your price? Who can afford that?. So I called one of my friend HVAC guy and told him about my situation. He is like WOW! REALLY! Finely, he fixed it for me. Freon recharge and fixed leaking for $320.
Dang Jack Nelson! But Jack Nelson charged me $99 for service call without doing anything and gave me unbelievable price. I was so disappointed, Jack Nelson. I DON”T recommended, Jack Nelson. Bad company. Will try to lie you. . I am going to file BBB.

Casey was very prompt and I appreciated the call that told me he was on his way. He was very professional and explained each step of the work he was doing. He asked multiple times if I had any questions as he was completing each portion of the work. He made sure he slipped on his booties every time he entered our home. At the completion of his work he went over the report and had a couple of recommendations of service we may want to have done. I was glad he did not pressure me into thinking I needed to have the work done immediately and I believe I will have them come out at a later date to do those extras. Casey is a great representative of the Jack Nelson Company.

Jeremy was so knowledgeable and friendly! We have the service agreement for our rental properties and are having all the furnaces checked this week. Jack Nelson was flexible and offered several options for scheduling.

We purchased the linux 3&1/2 & 4 ton units. We had the sales person made some commitments to us that turned out incorrect when the installers came to do the job. Never called me back to check how was the units working neither. At the end, the maintenance support team explained how it really needed to be done because of the circumstances and because of the expertise of the support muy, we have been able to have the units function the way we want then to function. They are pricy units, but 2 years later, we are satisfied customers.

Service Technician Cody was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. He clearly explained what he was doing and why. I would be happy for him to return to service our AC units in the future.

Edit for spring 2017: I can't say enough good things about Jack Nelson Service Experts. Earlier this week, the technician Andy returned for his second visit to my home for the spring A.C. checkup. (This is independently impressive because usually staff turnover with tradespeople/technicians means I never see the same person more than once.) Andy did a thorough job checking things out because summer is just around the corner. My system is still pretty new so everything is fairly routine but I appreciate how detail oriented he is and also how he honestly and directly explains things to me. Overall I continue to be pleased with the Jack Nelson team and highly recommend their work.

Edit for 2016 fall visit: I'm still thrilled with Jack Nelslon. Andy came out yesterday and did my furnace check-up. All was well and during the appointment he checked everything, and I mean everything, out! When we went to the garage to check my attic gas line he noticed that my clothes dryer did not vent to the outside (1950s house issue). I explained that I had been looking for someone to install the vent (I already had the parts) and he said he could do it. So, about 25 minutes later, poof, vented to the outside! I appreciate this kind of attention and care to not just ignore an awkward and very fixable situation. Thanks Andy!!!

Previous review: This morning, Austin was great when he came for my summer AC tune up appointment. The news about my new-to-me AC unit wasn't what I wanted to hear but Austin did a clear job explaining (and showing) what was going on with things. I feel Austin gave an honest-non-sales-y explanation about my AC and the expected longevity of the unit. With AC service, I've come to expect an up-sell for something but thankfully that didn't happen! I would feel very comfortable calling Jack Nelson for future AC or heating service.

Andrew was my technician for the recent replacement of my evaporator coil and provided excellent service. He called and showed up as committed and kept me informed of his progress during the entire process. He was professional, courteous and a very positive representative of Jack Nelson Service Experts. I'm very pleased with the level of service provided thanks to Andrew.

Very shady company.
1st time you guys came you called at 4-5pm saying you guys are going to be late 9-10pm arrival time but never called or showed. Next day i had to call them to figure out what's going on.
2nd visit few months later we had an issue my landlord scheduled an appointment that needed immediate attention ac wasn't working, lady confirmed they would show up 7/4/17 8-10am guess what no one showed. My landlord called you guys and told her oh we forgot we are closed today which is understandable but that's is your guy's mistake. You guys said it was going to cost several thousand or just replace the entire unit. My landlord called in for second opinion and were able to fix it in 1.5hrs, geuss what they called on the way, they were on time and polite and didnt try to sell something that wasn't needed. Stay away.

I had a great experience with Jack Nelson tonight. Jason came out shortly after I called and he did a stellar job. He was very helpful and a super guy. He fixed me up like a champ and now I will not use anyone else for service calls! Great experience all around!

When cleaning dryer vents, you must clear the vent cover outside as well.

Our a/c went out this morning, so i went online to find a company to call for service/repair. Jack Nelson had so many excellent reviews, I decided to give them a call. A service tech called back quickly and told me when to expect him. He was there on time and got the repair done in just a few minutes. I ess so pleased with the fast response time and efficient and courteous service. The cost was very reasonable, especially considering this was a weekend. This will be my first choice for heating and air service from now on, and I will recommend to friends and neighbors.

Jack Nelson was able to send a technician out the same day I called. Casey was fast and professional, and it was a relief to have him so quickly identify and fix the problem.

Matt and Eric came by to do a checkup. They were very kind and easy to talk to. They were thorough and gave us a full inspection. They were honest about what needed to be repaired, what doesn’t need to be repaired just yet, and how to slow down our heater from wearing out. We really appreciated their time and expertise.

Jack Nelson Service Experts installed our HVAC last week . Clayton & Garrett did the removal of the old unit and total instalation of the new unit. They did a great job and we could not be happier. We highly recommend Jack Nelson Service Experts as they have keep our old unit in top shape for over 17 years with the twice a year maintenance agreement . Jack Nelson Company installed the HVAC unit for my Dad eight years ago. He signed up for the maintenance service at the time. When he passed, I continued the service so that my Mom would have no worries. They are very conscientious about contacting me for the service visits, and the technicians who come to check out the system are always friendly and professional. The latest checkup was performed today by Jason, who brought Eric along for reinforcement. Jason did the inspection, filter change, and offered additional options to help the unit perform at peak efficiency. Eric was a quiet, solid backup for Jason. The visit didn’t take too long, Jason and Eric were very polite, focused and helpful. Thank you Jack Nelson!

My beef is that I have General Air Humidifier (DS15P) and the cannister (15-14) needs replaced.

Jason quoted me 375$ for the part which I researched and could order directly from General Air for 149$ (after shipping). He also mentioned that the drain pump kit and / water reservoir might also need replacing. 200% markup on cannister.

He quoted drain pump kit for 990$ which I can order for 332$. 300% markup

He quoted the water reservoir for 529$ which I can get for 100$. 900% markup

UPDATE: These guys were super nice when they came out but once the company found out we didn't have a ton of money or the best credit, they dropped us completely. Couldn't get a response from them via phone or email. We wound up purchasing a new HVAC system from Airco and couldn't be happier about it.

We have an older home with very old equipment and my husband called Jack Nelson to come out and just do a cleaning on the furnace. Turns out the furnace has serious issues that cleaning won't fix. Our technician Ethan explained the problems and even showed my husband with a camera what he was talking about. Then Ethan called out another employee at our request to talk with us about options for buying a new system. Kelly came right over and told us about our options. Both guys were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and even really funny. They were such a pleasure to work with and we were thrilled that we picked this company. Also, they came out and did all of this after 4:30.

Casey was very thorough, even writing all the serial numbers on his evaluation sheet. He was open to questions and had recommendations to make. I ve been with jack nelson for several years; always taking advantage of their six month inspections.

DO NOT use Jack Nelson…My AC went out right when the weather got hot. My wife and 3 kids as well as my brother his wife and 3 kids were living with us at the time. We called Jack Nelson and the came out and said out Blower motor went out and our R22 Freon was out. The R22 would cost $3000 to fill plus repair costs for the leak. Long story short, repair costs out weigh replacement. So, it went from a little of $3000 repairs to $15000 for Condenser and Furnace replacement, which my Furnace is only 2 years old…we decided to have them replace the blower motor and then called someone else for a 2nd opinion. Jack Nelson charged $200 to for a trip/diagnostic and $310 for the blower replacement….This new company took maybe 15 minutes to figure out that I had a bad O’Ring that caused the leak, and a took a total 40 minutes to repair and refill the R22 for a grand total of $627…$75 of that was trip charge as opposed to Jack Nelson’s $200. Again DO NOT use Jack Nelson they will try to rip you off.

Will and Jake were out for maintenance service. They were on time, professional, informative and a pleasure to speak with.

Jaya & Steve arrived on time to perform routine maintenance on my HVAC system. They answered all of my questions and made some good recommendations.

Our 28-year old furnace and AC needed replacing for some time, but the AC finally died. Austin came out the same day that we called, explained some options, and gave us a written quote for our choice that included all applicable rebates.. We decided to take the offer, and they had a crew available for us THE VERY NEXT DAY.

The installers (Dean and Brian) arrived at about 9 AM the next morning and got to work. It wasn't an easy job - AC lines in the crawl space and a tight fit for the furnace and air handler in a small closet in the garage. The guys were pleasant and knowledgeable, and very hard workers. They didn't finish up until almost 9 PM that evening, but they left the job neatly and completely finished, cleaned up after themselves, and hauled away all the debris from the old systems.

The AC unit makes a HUGE improvement in how the house feels compared to the old unit, and it's much quieter.

Professional appearance and quality work. They showed up on time, and ready to work. The day of install we had a strong storm in the area and that never slowed them down. I think you'll appreciate what they offer.

Service technician tried multiple ideas on a Friday night and Saturday to fix our 2 year old furnace (installed poorly by a different company) before the cold snap came in. The permanent fix won't come in until Monday, but they installed a temporary fix that showed both ingenuity and customer care. Very impressed and grateful. Tracy Harris was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, quickly identified the problem and solved it. What I was most impress with was that he did not try to up-sell us and try to scare us into purchasing a new system. He explained how everything worked and was very friendly.

The only small catch was that the phone service representative told me if they can fix minor issues on the spot it would be included in the $99 dollars inspection charge but I was still charged an extra $15 for clipping wires for bad connection.

However, still 5 stars because of how impressed I was with Tracy.

Had a tune-up done on my A/C system in prep for the summer. DeAndre was professional and explained things well.

A big thank you to Tommy and Jake on the Jack Nelson Service Experts team. They showed up early, called before they arrived, and completed a service check on the heating unit. The Jack Nelson team called and set up the check exactly 6 months after I signed up for their service plan. They came out on the 4th of July and fixed my broken down ac unit! The fellows that came out that day were wonderful as well! They called ahead that day and came during the scheduled time as well! They had the parts on hand to fix the unit and were had it done fast! I would highly recommend them to anyone any day!

We had Jack Nelson staff member Kent Rowley out today to evaluate an issue with our ductwork. He was friendly, didn't over sell what we needed (like another company did), and arranged for our repair appointment quickly. We will be clients for a long time.

We had our scheduled spring/summer service call today. The system was not operating as cool as it should be. Our service representative, Joshua, was very thorough in diagnosing the issue and explaining what he was doing. Kudos to Joshua for doing a good job, being nice to the dogs, and scheduling a follow up to make sure everything is still working as it should.

We have use Jack Nelson on four system installs over the years and have been very satisfied with the service and long term care provided.

Our whole unit died. They came out and diagnosed time of death on wednesday, the team showed up on friday and spent the whole day tearing out the old stuff and installing the new.
Scott, Steven, Tony, and Jonathan were here all day working their butts off to make sure my family didnt spend a weekend in misery without AC. Very professional and courteous. Hopefully nothing like this ever happens again but if it did these are the guys id call to take care of it.

Chris and Garrett spent all day here yesterday, installing a new air conditioner and heating unit in over 100 degree weather. They worked steadily all day. It seemed it took a long time, but that was because we were so ready for it to be done. It was hot in the house as well as outside. They both interacted well with our curious cat. We appreciate the quick service and will certainly recommend them to our friends.

I can not say enough of how professional these young men were. Super friendly, worked efficiently, and cleaned after they were done. AC works great. My heater went out today of all days. Casey was able to come out quickly and find the problems, locate the parts and have my heater up and going in just a couple of hours. They didn’t call or show up after telling me they would. They made sure to tell me there is a higher charge for after hours and I said whatever it takes. They never called or came by then I call them at 5am offered to have someone come out at 2pm. I called at 8pm the night before. So much for 24hr service.

Kent Rowley, from Jack Nelson Service Experts, came to our house on time was professional, courteous, and performed our maintenance check-up thoroughly. He also answered all our questions and even explained how best to operate our programmable thermostat. Very happy with the service from Kent and the Jack Nelson Co.

I am enrolled in their Spring and Fall tune-up program. A technician has been out twice to inspect my system. Both times, they were on time, efficient, and polite. They explained the condition of my older HVAC system and made recommendations. So far, I have had no problems. Jeremy came out today, checked the AC, and now I have peace of mind for the next six months.

We have used Jack Nelson for many many years including the annual service contract. This month the blower on our furnace finally gave up after 25 years. In fact, it was Jack Nelson that originally sold us the unit. A new 2-stage HVAC system was now in order. Cody and Austin helped us decide which would be our best replacement choice, and today Robert and Dean got our brand new system installed; up and running cool.

Their maintenance technician, Dustin Hale is a great asset to the company. I was very satisfied with their equipment and their service.

Dusty the maintenance technician performed the service. He was informative and answered all my question. I was very satisfied with his professionalism. He confirmed some thing I was concerned with about my filters and my benefits to the type of filters.

Dishonest, told my elderly mother she needed a new ac unit for 189.00 for 10 years!!!!! That's $22,200. Told her it would be $13k, liars!!! I told them, no! Second people came out, guess what... NOTHING IS WRONG!!!! Would not suggest them.

Dropping this to 1 star. They outsource calls now to people that have very heavy accents and are very hard to understand and aren't trained well at all. I called at 3:00 today because my AC went out and they said they would send a tech out. Fast forward to 9:00 PM I call to see if someone will still come out and the person on the phone is insanely hard to understand and rude. At one point I said okay 3x to 1 question but apparently okay wasn't an elaborate enough response so they rudly said are you listening. I mean I'm trying my best but it's not my fault they outsource their calls to people that learned English off duolingo yesterday and have no training in how to field these calls. Oh and to make things better they had no record of a tech supposed to be dispatched to my house and instead of making things right they tell me a tech will call when they call with no ETA. Seeing how I waited 6 hours in 85 degrees because they dropped the ball I think it's understandable that I'm not okay with waiting possibly several days for them to call me with no ETA. Needless to say I won't be using them again and will be sure to advise friends and family to do the same.

Terrible customer service. Our unit work fine until they showed up to break stuff, I mean do their service inspection. Over several years, each time they came to do an annual maintenance, it was working before they got there and did not when they left. They wouldn't fix our air conditioner on a hot summer day, so we got a different company to install an entire new unit in a few hours at a fraction of the cost. We told Jack Nelson to get lost they still call us today hoping to break, I mean inspect our much better newer unit from a much better company. Garbage company ran by garbage people.

We are very pleased with the service we have received from Nelson's. The technician, Jeremy, has always been very courteous and informative of all services that they offer. Thank you to Jack Nelson for helping us keep on top of our systems.

Jack Nelson Service was the fifth company to try and figure out a weird leak I was having inside my wall from a vent. Scott figured it out in 15 minutes and had the problem solved within an hour the next time he came out. Fast AND knowledgeable. Dispatch was extremely nice and they even worked around my toddler's nap schedule! I will call them every time from now on and you should too.

I called last night about my unit not working and when i called the customer service number they told me a technician would be here at 10:00 to noon. I called again this morning to make sure and they confirmed that yes they would be here from 10:00 to noon. At noon when no one had called or shown up i called again. This time they said theres no way they can schedule a time and just to wait for the technician to call. Now my house is going to get incredibly hot all because i was flat out lied to. Do not, i repeat, do not use this company.Update. After i had cancelled the service call at 12:30 since i was lied to, a technician called me about 4 hours later saying he was on his way. I told him i cancelled the call 4 hours ago and he said he never got notice that it was cancelled. Smh. Good thing i called a real company to get my unit fixed instead of waiting for this so called company.

Jaya and Mia came out the same day and went above and beyond to get our air conditioner working the same day! So many have just walked away unless you meet their demands no matter what the situation but these two ladies did the exact opposite made phone calls and worked with us! Recently we had our annual heating and air checkup. The service provided by Jack Nelson was very thorough and the technician, Johnny was very professional. We had a hard time finding one of the returns in the house, and Johnny looked in every room, behind furniture with a flashlight until we located it so he could replace the filter. Great detective work Johnny!

Technician Kent Rowley recently performed the work and was very professional. They service the unit twice per year. It is an expensive investment for the unit, which is why the price for the service agreement is well worth it. Highly recommend the company to anyone.

We had a great experience with Jack Nelson. Called in around 6:30 in the evening expecting to get an answering machine. Spoke with a very nice customer service rep who even gave me a coupon for a free service call. I was expecting to not be able get someone to my home until the next day or later. Within 1 hour I had a service tech at my door. Casey was very thorough, and professional. Explained in detail the issue and promptly made the repair. We were back in working order after just a few hours of our system being down. Great experience, great customer service. Will definitely use Jack Nelson again.

I purchased a 2 stage 4ton Lennox complete heating and cooling system from Jack Nelson Service Experts. They gave me a price and then informed me that they offered special 0% financing however it would require a service contract, so the prices increased to cover the contract. Understandably they want to make sure the system stays in good shape for the life of the loan. So, 2 years later I sold the home. I paid the loan and called Jack Neilson for a prorated refund of the remainder of the service contract. After a week of giving me the run around they finally told me that the 10 year service contract was part of the total price. As if a company would give away 10 years of free service. Anyway, this wasn't was true, I referred back to original agreement and it did show a line itemization of all the parts of the system inclunding a line for the contract. However it didnt include the individual prices for each part. This is my oversight. In closing I do highly recommend Lennox Signature series systems, just don't by it from these folks.

Very professional. Had to have a new unit installed and I could not be more pleased at the experience I had with everyone. Matt did a great job diagnosing my issue. Rusty brought me a portable A/C unit until my new unit could be installed. Rusty even moved the install date up from the original projection. Sam and Cameron did a fabulous job installing the new unit. Everyone was professional, friendly, and had excellent communication through the entire process. Was very disappointed in my initial appointment being cancelled toward the end of the two hour time frame, then re-scheduled the next week, then was forgotten again. I called at the end of the two hour window to check on the tech and was told they would get someone to my house soon. Thirty minutes later the tech shows up and he told me that I was not on his schedule. What an inconvenience. Will say that Cy #470 did an excellent job once here and was helpful in explaining the grade sheet that he did at the end of his work.

They were terrific. We have used them for years.

Had my AC serviced early August 2022, Joe and Jason were both there right before the time window they gave me, which is a first for any service company. During the service they both answered a load of questions that I had as a new home owner and were able to walk me through what they were checking as well as what to watch for to maintain my rather old unit.

Very much would recommend and will be going back for future needs.

I called Jack Nelson because I wanted my system checked before Spring set in and I was concerned about a noise I was hearing. Braxton was the tech that came and he was so courteous and friendly and he was gentle when explaining to me I needed my system replaced. :( Within a couple of days Clayton and Justin were at my house installing which took all day. They were both hard workers and explained it all to me when they were finished. A couple of weeks later I had my ducts cleaned by David and Michael. These two were great! My experience from the office staff to the complete finished product was great.

My Service Experts were Tommy and Jake. I had shopped around over a few years for the best company to maintenance my AC and Heater. I am so happy with Jack Nelson! Where other companies take a while to call back, don’t give much information, try to pressure you into whole new systems and a variety of other angles, - that was not the case with this company. They were so professional from the moment they answered my call. They were able to book me in surprisingly quick. Tommy and Jake called me when they were about 30 minutes away as I requested. They drove in the snow to my home! They were instantly warm and friendly in their greetings upon arrival. Both were so thorough in their work I was honestly impressed. Jake was so kind to my 6-year-old son who naturally asked him a million questions about his work and what he was doing – Jake explained to my son what work was being done and what they were looking at. He even showed my son a magic trick with a quarter (my son is still talking about it a few days later!) Tommy was working away with his excellent job of checking the outside unit and standing in the cold weather, and he changed the filters for me. I am honestly so impressed with these two men. It felt more like they were brothers who were taking care of their sisters’ home than it did of me hiring a company in. These two men are excellent employees and need to be recognized. Jack Nelson Heating & Air Conditioning replaced my downstairs air conditioning and furnace units with quality Lennox equipment in August 2016. The two (2) gentlemen Scott and Andrew that performed the prepaid maintenance agreement on the equipment March 2, 2017 were very professional and courteous. Besides the quality service from both, Scott redid the back plate for the thermostat that was askew and loose. Again thanks Jack Nelson for the superior product and professional quality exhibited.

We had to call them when our AC went out and they did an ok job last year. But since then, they have randomly called multiple times. They so pushy about scheduling, don't seem to take no for an answer, and have been argumentative. I told them I would call them if I need something, but they keep continuing to call. I get maintenance is important for the homeowner and so is customer retention for the business, but it's not ok how they are going about it.

My air conditioning was not working as it should be....the problem was not easily found, the last technician that came out masked the problem with a little Freon and a hefty service fee. Yesterday, Daniel came out from Jack Nelson. I was honestly worried another in and out tech, mask the problem, hefty bill...etc.etc. Daniel actually LISTENED to me, started looking at everything that might be an issue, he even called another tech out to brainstorm the problem. This started at noon, they worked continuously, finding the problem, going and picking up the part and then repairing the unit. It was 7:15 p.m. when they left. Daniel was very professional, determined, and I believe the only reason our issue was not once again masked with a quick fix but not repaired! Thank-YOU

Jaya did maintenance service on my heating system. She was very pleasant, very knowledgeable and informative. She discussed all her findings and answered any questions I had.I think you have an excellent representative of your company.

I called Jack Nelson in end of the summer of 2018. A/C wasn't cooling. It was low. I paid $150 for a 10 min leak detector testing. The only place he could find was around the service values. He put new caps on. June of 2019 A/C wasn't cooling. Called them back out. It was low again. They replaced the service value and re-charged. May of 2020. It wasn't cooling again. A different guy this time. I told him the story. He said it was anything but low on charge. Said it was probably the TXV. It was under warranty still. It would cost $1000 to replace it for the labor. I called some other places to get a second opinion and find out what they would replace a TXV for. One place with good review said they could do it for $550 and that's with buying the value. I told them to come out and check it. After checking the charge they put in 2.5 pounds of refrigerant. It started cooling. They said they would come out in the fall and do a test on each area (condensing unit, lines, evaporator) and fill with nitrogen and see which one looses pressure. Jack Nelson either can't read gauges or tell the truth. They are twice as high. Save some money and use someone else!

My upstairs furnace was vibrating quite a bit. Jack Nelson came the same day to service my furnace. Matt A. and Jake showed up, on time. They immediately solved the issue and were kind enough to make sure all my other HVAC systems were running well. This is why I enjoy being on their premium plan and will continue to do so. Thank you

Our HVAC system was getting close to 20 years old and we knew we would have to replace our entire system soon, but were putting it off. When the AC failed in July, (of course) we couldn't have been more lucky that we called Jack Nelson.

Austin worked with us to design a plan that would work for our home and our budget and was wonderful to work with. He was up front about costs and time so that there would be no surprises-except good ones. :)

Work was scheduled to begin on a Thursday but knowing we were without a cooling system, they came early and put in a loaner window unit to help us stay cool and started work ahead of schedule.

The majority of our install was done by Clayton, who was amazing. He was friendly, considerate, and extremely professional. He also kept everything clean and left no mess for me in any area of the house.

Our install included replacing the AC, Heater, and flipping our duct system from the floor to the attic. When part of the crew was held up on another project, Austin himself came and helped with the install and Clayton worked long hours to get the house cooling.

Flipping the duct work was a huge task and I was extremely impressed at the precise install of the ceiling vents. Brian, Dean and Clayton all worked to make sure our vents were consistently spaced throughout the home and didn't leave any mess at all. They even filled in our floor vents-which I was not expecting-and replaced our old carbon monoxide detector. When working on these things throughout the inside of my home, I was completely comfortable being in the house with my daughter because the team was so nice and professional about their work.

Thank you for taking such great care of our big project. It was a stressful situation that was made much less so because of your company and team!

I called about a leaking water tank at 7:45 AM. Camron came out by 11:15, assessed and fixed the issue within an hour. Extremely polite and knowledgeable about his craft. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I feel like these guys are underrated. I hadn't heard of them until the other day when my hot water heater died. I was looking up different places because I wanted it fixed ASAP for obvious reasons. Found this company and gave them a call. First off, there was no wait. I got through with no hold and got an inspection set up. They offered me a membership to their loyalty program which was gonna make the visit (outside normal hours, mind you) free. I asked what the catch was, and all they wanted was my email. 100% worth it. You know what the big name M*llins wanted to charge me to come check it out? $296. NOPE. So they come out, inspect, and we set up my tankless installation for the next day. It was a long process because I was going from a traditional tank system to tankless, but they got me all fixed up and did a great job. Shout outs to Steven, Ryan, Deandre, Lee, and Katie who all helped me get everything taken care of. I'm sure there are more people that helped me but I'm terrible with names. Literally EVERYONE I talked to and interacted with were ROCKSTARS. Y'all have a customer for life. Thank you!

Kent Rowley is a excellent serviceman which took care of my air conditioning problem. Kent took the time to troubleshoot the problem which was the contacts on the unit. Also, once the unit was up and running he found another problem and fixed that one. I’m very thankful that he was the serviceman that was sent because of his great customer and service skills. If all your servicemen are as good as Kent I’m sure all your customers will be happy with the care they provide. Thanks Kent!

Technician Billy Johnson was recently in for service maintenance, and I couldn't have been more pleased. Billy patiently explained how my new thermostat works, and even helped me install my Wi-Fi so all the capabilities of the thermostat could function. He was thorough, so patient, and took the time to answer my questions and then some. Jack Nelson is truly blessed to have such a diligent and caring employee; he's definitely best of the best.

I called Jack Nelson to look at my ac. The tech they sent did not look at the problem just added refrigerant and charged me about $200 and said let's just watch it and see what happens. I signed up for one of their agreements at that time. The ac went out again. I called another company and the tech they sent immediately found the problem. I called and canceled the agreement but they did not cancel it. I called when they took money out of my account and they told me they would cancel it and reverse the charge. They never gave me my money back. The second month I called again and told them again they had charged my card. The girl said they would take care of it but could I send an email. I am an older person who does not use email. Now here we are 3 months later and have still not taken care of it. And they never sent my money back to me. From the first tech who came out and didn't take the time to see what the problem was to the girl in the office who didn't do what she said, this is not a trustworthy company.

After using Jack Nelson this summer for routine maintenance, I learned about and decided to sign up for their service plan. When it came time for my fall/winter service, they called me to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me. The maintenance technician that came out, Jaya S. was on time, thorough, considerate, and very knowledgeable. She explained everything to me and answered all of my many questions. I am happy with my decision to use Jack Nelson, and am super happy with the service provided by Jaya S.

I was pretty certain we had patched up our heat and air for the last time (which was originally installed by Jack Nelson in 1983). So we went ahead and bit the bullet and purchased our new energy efficient heat and air units. I assumed it would be at least a week process to get it installed but was told they could be there first thing the next morning. The Techs, Dustin (122) and Mike (389) were very professional and courteous and took great care to keep everything clean. We were up and running within two days.

Andy Bergeron came out to my house to help me. He was knowledgeable and helpful. He talked me through what he was doing and gave me some tips for good preventative maintenance. I can't comment on the pricing because I don't know how it compares but the service was excellent.

Micah and Eric came this morning to do our scheduled quarterly maintenance. We have been using them for years and always been impressed with the staff. Every person from the scheduler, sales consultants and technicians are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would dare say they must be trained or use to work for Chick-Fil-A! So with that, I don’t hesitate to recommend them to take care of your HVAC needs.

They were able to come out that day and try and figure out the problem with my air conditioning, on a weekend no less. Although it couldn't be fixed until Monday, I appreciated that they attempted to try on the weekend.

The unthinkable happens. Heat stops working during the middle of the night. OMG this can't be true. So I called the place my father has used forever, Jack Nelson Service Experts. The person that answered the phone was incredibly personable, polite and professional. But let me tell you, he was nothing compared to Steve and Will S. who showed up later to evaluate the issue. They were so much fun in a time that you KNOW is going to cost you money, which, unless that's something you want to spend your money on, is NOT fun. Will S. worked his black magic to very quickly determine the issue and Steve laid out the cost. Decisions were made, and it wasn't a big sale, but they didn't seem to mind. They really did present themselves as caring about the customer. Ok, so 'we have to get the part and as long as it's in stock, Will S. will be back on Monday to install'. Great! So, now we have to go through the email and signature part of our program. Note to corporate: Consolidate those emails and signatures! While we were signing and emailing, we talked and laughed and it was like sitting with a couple of bros I've known forever. Next up, Monday, Will S. is Simply the Best. He arrived at the time he said he would, quickly replaced the part, we ran the test, and it works! I never doubted him. He is like a freakin wizard! Will S, any time you wanna come back by and shoot the sh!%, I'm game. Will S is not only professional, beyond capable, he has the best disposition and is a wonderful human. Thank you Will S. (and Steve). You rock

Casey and Tyler came out and preformed a heater checkup. They were very professional. Explained what the analysis of the heater checkup and provided me with suggestions to improve the systems workings.

Austin was a very pleasant, polite, and attentive to my needs with our home. Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Would welcome him back to service our systems again. A super asset to Jack Nelson, thankyou for a great employee.

This was a semi annual inspection. It was thorough and professional, Eric and Daniel presented themselves excellently and did a wonderful final review.

Don't trust these clowns. Tried to charge me 900 for a 130 part (their cost 300) and an additional 500 to install it. But if you join their membership you get a 25% discount on a 300% markup on their cost. Look elsewhere. Trust me.

I paid a year in advance for their service they Never came back, straight up theft in my opinion. I received the initial inspection. Yet they keep calling me trying to get me to do more business with them. Each and every time I tell them they stole from me, not once did they offer a refund, or some way to make it right. Each time they state oh ok well let me take you off the call list....... then call again. My experience with these people is they are a MONEY COLLECTION COMPANY.

I had a brand new hvac system installed by Clayton and Justin. They were timely and professional. They worked hard to get it done right. Very polite and hardworking team of 2 got my old unit hauled away, installed a new unit and even took out a window ac unit on my request. A brand new thermostat was installed as well. They went above and beyond my expectations! Both installers were courteous and skilled. No complains and no trouble whatsoever. A special shout out to the company for training apprentices in the line of work. After the install was complete, i was shown the parts of the unit and things to look out for. All important documents regarding the install and service warranty were explained to me at the end. Im elated at having an awesome install experience for a major appliance. I recommend Jack nelson service experts for both their price value and service satisfaction.

Kenneth and Alex were the technicians installing our two units. Both were very professional, very knowledgeable, very courteous, and very helpful in answering all of our questions. These last two days have been very hot and humid, but they both endured the heat and finished the installation on time and with no problems for us. They even had to get on the roof. Kelly was very helpful in explaining the different types of units and the rebates associated with each. Austin was the maintenance technician that showed us that our old units were fading quickly and got this process started. Thanks, Jack Nelson Service Experts, for a job very well done!

One of our AC units went out last night around 8. Les was here this morning around 9 a.m. and quickly diagnosed the situation. He replaced a capacitator, showed me the worn-out capacitator and explained in layman's terms what its function is; it all made sense. Les was friendly and professional. We have used Jack Nelson for three homes over the years, including our rental, and will continue to call them when we have a need.

We moved to Tulsa recently and bought a house, and needed a tune up to be sure it was functioning properly. Jason F came out on my first contact with this company. I signed a year contract for routine maintenance. He was here early in the 2 hour window. Though I have a 17 year old unit, it is in good shape, and only needed a capacitor replacement for keeping it updated. I would rather replace and pay now, then wait until a super hot day and have it go down. Jason is friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my air didn't come back on and I didn't realize it for a few hours when it started warming up in the house. Jason dropped what he was doing, took the call ticket, instead of going home and allowing another shift tech deal with it. Turns out it was a simple fuse, replaced at no charge.
I recommend this company highly.

Gotta add another great review for these folks! We signed up for the seasonal maintenance on our heating and cooling system. Wonderful guy named Stanley came out, came out EARLY actually! Sweet! Stanley discovered that the new thermostat we had purchased from Honeywell was faulty. Turns the heat on but won't turn it off. Stanley went through our entire system to make sure there wasn't a larger issue at hand. Luckily that was it. Contacted Honeywell and they are sending us a new one. Thank you again Stanley for that!

Our AC conked out @ 3:30p and Jack Nelson had an expert out to the house in less than an hour. Our man Andy Bergeron was great! He was very knowledgeable, very thorough. Joseph's willingness to explain his process and findings in detail and to answer any questions I had inspired confidence in his work. In addition, Joseph's polite and friendly attitude added greatly to the over all positive experience.

I had service last week. Technician was Casey. He was very professional. He informed me of my problems and what was needed to correct the problem. He was here for a few hours to clean and inspect my two furnaces. I felt he had done a great job and was concerned for my safety. Dustin was the one who came to do our winter check up. He was quick, thorough, and quiet. He was very attuned to what we were doing and tried his best to stay out of the way and keep the noise down to a minimum. Found a water build up from a clogged drain line immediately ( about a half gallon) blew out the clog, changed the filters, checked AC efficiency to the thermostat. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Restored my faith in my existing system to last until I’m ready to upgrade.

We found a small leak on the outlet line of our hot water heater late in the afternoon. We got an appointment with Jack Nelson the next morning. Lee & Deandre were on time and very professional. Lee was very knowledgeable and explained the needed repair, as well as giving me some guidance on replacing our current water heater with a tankless system when the time comes. We've always been happy with Jack Nelson and this was no exception.

When you need 2 complete units replaced and it's by far the hottest day of the year, Jack Nelson is the group to call. Jack Nelson has serviced our units for 20 plus years and we've always been satisfied. Clayton, Justin and Keegan arrived around 9 and worked continually in this heat to get our units in. The crew didn't leave until after 9 that night. Keegan and Scott even came back this morning because I had a concern, they reassured me that everything was good to go! Good service, polite and hard working crew.

Jack Nelson SE contacted me when it was time for heating system check in preparation for fall/winter. I got to pick my time slot and their service representative Jeremy called me 15 minutes before he arrived. He explained the service check list and asked if I could show him location of units and air returns. He asked if there were any problems that he needed to look at prior to starting service check, and then he put on the wife friendly booties and proceeded to perform a thorough review of our two systems. Once he was completed, he reviewed each item of the checklist and their current condition. Definitely pleased with the detailed check-up and feedback that Jeremy provided to assure me we were ready for winter!

I had jack Nelson come out and do a free estimate on our sewage line, supposedly found the issue and charged us to fix it. Which we were okay with if it would have gotten fixed. Problem was not fixed whatsoever and when we called them about it they only offered to do the same service again and charge us again for it, and or run a camera down our drains and charge us even more, when the original person who came out said it wasn’t necessary. They wouldn’t offer us a refund originally or do anything about it. They also didn’t show up with the proper equipment to even solve our issue, or even tell us what the actual issue was. Finally got them to at the least refund us half of the cost. Had Jordan’s plumbing come out and he fixed the problem very quickly and actually located the issue. Highly recommend Jordan’s plumbing.

I use Jack Nelson for all my HVAC maintenance so when my hot water heater needed to be replaced, I called them to see if they could take the job. They were out to my house within 30 minutes and they had the job completed in a little more than two hours. The new system works great and the two technicians, Lee and Daniel, were very thorough, capable, and curteous. I recommend Jack Nelson to anyone needing plumbing assistance or HVAC work.

I called Jack Nelson this morning and I was able to get assistance this afternoon. Jason resolved my issue quickly and very competently. I've yet to have any issue with their technicians.

Called at 4pm, up and running by 6pm. Kim took the call and Tracy got my system up and running. He knew what to look for and had the part in his van. Price was great and will use their services again.

We had our entire HVAC replaced by Clayton and Garrett. Randy sold us the package. Our experience was gold standard, we were so please. In 24 hours we purchased and were enjoying our newly installed system. We will never use anyone else for service.

AC went out on 90 degree day and weekend. Scott Jenkins came out and diagnosed problem and when Roy Anderson arrived we got the solution plan completed. Since they could not change system until Monday morning, Roy offered to go to the office and get a window unit for us to use (that is going above and beyond) . Monday came and so did Scott and his team and they started a complete change to heat/air system. Very warm day, but the work was non-stop. Roy checked in frequently, and even brought a cooler with cold waters for the install team. By 6pm that evening we had a beautiful new system fully installed and working.

The Technician Casey Lane was very professional and gave us detailed information about our AC unit and what steps he took to solve our problem.

Jason Freeman was our technician, he was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and proficient. He got our AC working again in less than half an hour. He answered all of our questions and made sure we were completely satisified.

Dustin beene was very knowledgeable and helpful to us and deserves a raise and a bonus!

Our air conditioner stopped working (again) and we called Service Experts. They discovered that our system had lost its refrigerant and needed to be replaced. Austin came out the next morning and discussed our options. We decided to replace our old 12 SEER unit with a new Lennox 16 SEER system. A crew of three people showed up the next day and worked all day to remove the old system and install the new one. Many thanks to Clayton, Dean, and Brian who worked all day, a lot of it in our very HOT attic to get it done. The new system is fantastic! We had our old system set at 72 degrees; we keep the new one at 75 degrees with even more comfort. Noise; there is none. The new 5 ton Lennox cannot be heard when it is running. Wow!! We received excellent service from Casey Lane on 9/8/17 during our performance inspection of our new Lennox system, which is running like a finely tuned machine. The new heat pump alone has already saved us hundreds of dollars in propane. We also love the new wi-fi thermostat and controlling the temperatures/features from our iPhone.

Simply Amazing. I called 3 other companies first and each time they seemed to be more worried about the money then the issue. The person who answered the phone was nice and sympathetic. I could tell she wanted to help. A repair man came out and not only checked my AC but walked me through what he was looking for. We found out that the AC was broken and needed replacing. I had no Idea what I would do. The next day I met with Randy Carey (ask for him), he was so nice, he helped me through the whole thing. After going over all options he was able to help with the financing and scheduling of the units. I was then amazed by how knowledgeable and efficient the guys who installed the system were. Clayton, Garrett and Justin made sitting in a 98 degree house less unbearable. They were so fast. When they were done they cleaned up everything. The guy who cleaned the vents (David) was so fast I almost did not see everything he cleaned. I was embarrass with how much dirt he found in my vents. Randy Carey came out to my home and went over all options with me and helped me to decide on a system and financing that was right for me. The installation went really well, Jack Nelson offered to come out and do the install on a Saturday since the break down of my old system happened at one of my most busy times at work and I could not take off during the week. Clayton and his team member handled the install expertly. I cannot thank Jack Nelson enough for their service and their help in answering any follow up questions I have had.

The second tech was Casey, HVAC tech getting oriented to the Jack Nelson way of handling clients & HVAC maintenance assessments, then giving the overall report to the client. Information always includes what's good, cause for concern but doesn't need immediate action, & what does need repair ASAP OR NOW.
Jack Nelson installed my current system which is starting to show it's age. I was given very good information about the Advantage program, being offered by Jack Nelson currently by Matt & Michael Cates, Residential Sales Consultant, who was accompanying the techs on their calls. Pleasant man, I've met him before. When I asked for information about options available through the Advantage plan, which would allow me to get my entire system & hot water heater to be replaced affordably, he wrote a proposal & left it with me to consider. No calls or emails in the meantime, and no badgering! I shall call Mr Cates & sign up!!

Lee and Deandre did a main drain service to remove tree roots. The work was diligent, focused, and completed. We were very pleased with the work, response time and understanding of the problem for quick resolution. Would highly recommend this team for knowledge, care, and expertise.

I called about a problem with my furnace about 10am and Will was at my house by 1 pm. He diagnosed the problem and offered a solution. He had to get the parts(in town) and had the furnace repair completed by 4pm. I use their annual contract for service on my HVAC system. Painless. Todd Herron was the tech they sent out and he is great. Has covers for his shoes when he comes in and checks everything out and makes suggestions and addresses any concerns you might have concerning the operation and maintenance of the systems. Just helpful. They make suggestions for better efficiency and I have just never been disappointed. I highly recommend Jack Nelson and Todd is great! They sent out Casey today and he was great. Very thorough, I think! This service works for me because I think it works out well to have ongoing maintenance and troubleshoot before something goes wrong.

Kenneth and Alex were very professional. The installation was well done and looks good. Austin was straightforward with us and guided us through the process of replacing one of our air conditioning/furnace systems. It was a good exxperience.

Furnace was not heating up—so I called for service around 7:30 am and Casey and Randy were on the scene by 8:45 am same day. They went through a thorough checklist, explained to me everything they were looking for and why; then quickly discovered the issue. The fan limit sensor was sticking and needed a good knock to make it operational. They got the furnace working again, provided me a quote for parts and labor to replace the aging fan limit sensor and told me all my options. I’m glad I called them to fully diagnose my furnace.

WILL was great! Friendly, funny, engaging and made it right! HE was very responsive and kept me LOOPED in. He just kept working! Tommy and Matt A. pulled their weight. The customer service MADE the difference on this one! Will continue to use!

I had an emergency (weekend) furnace repair need today with freezing temperatures in Tulsa, OK and I contacted Jack Nelson Service experts. Quite simply, this company is top notch. I DO NOT write reviews but I was compelled to do so with this service call today!

From start to finish, the experience was superb. Their service dispatch agent Megan was wonderful in taking my call and getting a Service team out immediately. Within 2 hours (wow!) Service Tech Jason R. and Sales consultant Michael C. arrived at my door ready to assist.

Within an hour, my problem was diagnosed and repaired with expert service. And their level of customer service is outstanding! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for ANY Heat/Air needs! One of the best service calls I have ever experienced. You will NOT be disappointed with Jack Nelson Service Experts.

Quick response time, excellent customer service. Casey (serviceman) show on time, quickly found the problem and provided a detailed explanation of this problem with one of my AC units (leak), and fix this. I am very satisfied with quality of work, interactions with me, and competitive and reasonable pricing. Bottom line I recommend the company.

On the recommendation of a friend, we called Jack Nelson to repair a fairly simple plumbing leak from the hot water tank. Not only did the tech come, but a sales person accompanied him (first red flag).
His first reaction was that most people opt to replace the whole tank instead of make the repair. Of course Mr Salesman was more than willing to supply quotes for a new tank (ours is 5 yrs old).
The tech estimated the repair at close to $700. We passed on that.
I had another plumber take a look and he assessed, got the parts he needed and had it fixed and cleaned up in about an hour. For $200. $500 LESS than the price quoted by Jack Nelson.

Kenneth and Kent did a great job installing our new system. This is our second system install by JN, and we are very happy with our other unit installed almost 3 years ago.

Clayton and Daniel did a great jog installing out new furnace and a/c. They arrived timely, were very careful in our home and kept us apprised as to how all was progressing. Very nice.

Jason was very professional, respectful, and friendly. He did the work quickly and completely, and I was able to go about my day in a short amount of time. Jason was great.

Todd Herron came to my home to give a second opinion on what was causing the AC to break down. He was honest, helpful, informative and was 100% accurate. The other company wanted to replace my whole HVAC system. But all that needed to be done was two smaller things. I really appreciate the honesty from Jack Nelson HVAC. I recommend them to anyone that needs service for their home or business.

Today we had a service checkup with Jack Nelson. Casey Lane came and was right on time and very friendly. He performed an Inspection and told me everything he found and was sure to explain or address any concerns. Great customer service and of course was very thoughtful in putting shoe covers on to come into the house. Jack Nelson has always been great to us and we have and will continue to refer them to our friends and neighbors

We are so happy with your service. Casey came out and was able to get us working again. After being 90 degrees on the house all day we were so thankful that it was an easy fix. Thank you all for your help.

Every employee I've interacted with has been helpful, kind, responsive and informative. The heating/ac unit I purchased is top notch. I have less allergens in my home and with the 5 inch filter and UV light, I don't worry about mold/mildew getting into my ducts and in-home contaminants. Very, very nice people.

Unprofessional I placed a commercial call and rep mentioned they will be out there today and someone would contact me within 30 mins. After one hour passed I called again to follow up on that call and they mentioned they where booked.

I had a water softener system installed by Lee today. Very friendly and honest. Quick and quality work. Eric, the sales guy, needs a bit more training on the product, but I already knew the system they offered and didn't need to be sold the system. Fair price for the system, should last years. Will consider the company for additional needs in the future.

Clayton called ahead of coming to let us know they were on the way. As promised, Clayton and Justin were here at 9 am sharp. The work was thorough and efficient; they cleaned the area before they left. Clayton was very helpful instructing us on how to use the new thermostat. Both were very friendly and helpful. At our recent service appointment, we learned the time had come for us to replace our units. Our service rep was really informative and professional. Our sales rep, Roy Anderson, was there to answer our questions and come up with scenarios so we could find the solution to meet our needs. The next day the installation team, Frank, Scott, and Brian, arrived to install our new furnace and AC. They were very professional, courteous, and did a great job of getting us back online quickly. Thank you all for your efforts!

Update: 2 Years later, we've continued to enjoy great service... we lease our equipment and 24-7 RAPID service is promised and delivered. We've made a call for service in August on a Sunday evening and had a tech working on the fix 2 hours later, free of charge! Can you ask for more?

Found techs to be exceptional and were able to solve my plumbing issues. They set up my water and sewer on my new mobile home. Only good things to say about the quality and service provided by all staff at Jack Nelson Service Specialist .

The only reason I am giving this company even 1 star is that they were at my house promptly at their appointment time, and they were very courteous and respectful to me. Other than that, they were awful. They quoted me over $1100 to fix my heater, then tried to sell me a whole new HVAC system, told me irs be a couple days before they coukd fix it, and we're very aggressive in their sales pitch (keep in mind it was the coldest week of the year, and I have several small children). I called another company for a second opinion, my heater was fixed for $275 in under an hour. So basically, I paid them $99 for a service call, and they tried to rip me off for a $15,000 HVAC system I didn't need, all I needed was a gas valve.

Highly do not recommend.. as a legacy member that was with Jack nelson for over 4 years GM has no respect for legacy members or honoring what our paperwork states. Instead of doing his job and being compassionate and helpful he told us to fax it in and that was it he was very short with us. Just an overall lack of customer service and Service.... Jack nelson supposedly just did a annual/seasonal maintenance and as you can tell from the pictures nothing has even been serviced..... Talk about a waste of a membership and fee's..... do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Clayton and Justin installed a Merv 16 filter on each of our heating units plus a new additional return air duct. Our house has real high ceilings in the center of the house so installing the new return air duct was very challenging. Of course installing the Merv 16 filters was no picnic since it required substantial changes to the existing duct arrangement. Clayton and Justin were very neat. They put down cloth covering in all the walkways they needed to access various areas in the house and cleaned up when they finished. They worked 12 hours to complete the job in one day. I highly recommend this team and the company Jack Nelson Service Experts.

Jeremy McBay did a fantastic job repairing my A/C unit today. He was quick, efficient, and very professional. He took the time to explain things to me and even went above and beyond to correct my misunderstanding about air filter placement. (I had a filter in two separate locations, and didn't realize I was only supposed to have one!). He changed my filter and explained an easier way for me to do it next time. He was awesome!

Nelson installed our to systems and we have always been pleased with their service. We maintain a service contract with them and they have always been quick to respond except now.
I contacted them because our furnace upstairs was not working. The person I spoke with said the first appointment was five days out. I explained that I had a service contract and it said priority appointments. Her response was, so does everyone else, almost a take it or leave it attitude.
We paid for a service contract and then when we needed service we were pushed back five days. I will not make the mistake of paying for a service contract with them again.

I called Jack Nelson to come out and check my all in one A/C Heater 08/06/21. With in an hour they came out to check the unit. Casey (field supervisor) and Russell (Sales) were informative, pros and cons to repair or replace the unit. I came to the conclusion for many reasons that replacing the unit would be best fit. As they made the process seamless from start to finish. 08/10/21 my house has a new unit! The house is COOL in our wonderful 🔥 Oklahoma weather. Russell and service techs showed up took out and installed the unit in 6 hours. I also have 10 years of service and repair of the unit. This company is professional from start to finish. I recommend them 100%. I am not one to leave a review, but they are deserving of this review.

This company is over priced, this was Not a bargain. Two people came out to push their advantage package, meanwhile they jax up the price. The person who identified himself as Rusty, was Very rude!!! The address was incorrect, I tried to assist when he called, his response I can't disclose where I am. Mind u he called for clarity of address. I would like an itemization of charges!!! Very dissatisfied with the seemingly doubling of pricing!!!

Dustin Hale and Jacob did a thorough inspection of our two heating systems, cleaned them, changed filters, tightened connections and gave me a long checklist of 33 things that they did. They were Corona-masked, which I really appreciated. They were courteous and on-time. They petted my friendly dog who loves guests. Ultra professional service techs (Alex & Deandre). Clean, kind and articulate.

Our air conditioning unit was not blowing cold air. We called Jack Nelson and they sent out a repair guy. At first glance, he told us it was an old unit and needed to be replaced entirely. After looking it over, a sales rep came in and quoted us close to 7K to replace the outside unit. We were confused as to how we had gotten to this instance by simply being told there was an issue with the connection that wasn't turning on the compressor. The sales rep called the service tech and had him on speaker and he was quite rude and insisted he knew what he was talking about, and the part my husband wanted repaired, he could do it, but it would burn out right away and we would be back at square one. Anyways, we got a 2nd opinion and $325 later, we have AC!! Quality Comfort Air was able to replace the burnt terminal ONLY, and told us our unit wasn't so old that we needed to replace the entire thing.

They were just a tiny bit late getting here this morning to install our new air conditioner, heating unit and hot water tank but when they showed up they went right to figuring out getting the old systems out and the new systems in. I know I am going to leave someone out because at one time we had a pickup and three vans here at the house. My wife and I want to give a shout out to Deandre, Scotty, JoshPhe and Josh for the professional workmanship, appearance and conscientious work. Also, to our sales representative Rusty Rentfrow for his assistance in making this happen. Thanks To everyone involved.

I've been having issues with my heat and air for the past few years and have tried other heat and air companies with little luck in finding good and reliable service. I tried JNSE for the first time yesterday. My maintenance tech was Stanley Thompson. He did an awesome job and was super thorough. The service was affordable and timely. I also signed up for the maintenance agreement and would recommend the agreement and JNSE to others looking for a reputable heat and air company.

My tech, Mr. Will was very professional & informative. He didn't mind me asking questions & walked me through, & showed me exactly what was going on with my unit. He was truthful & honest, even if it was bad news. Company even helped me find financing to get the job done. Edit/update: I did end up having a few issues with some of the work. I spoke with my tech (Will) & a supervisor, my issue was resolved the very next day & with NO extra charge! Still no complaints. They do back their work & very professional.

Heat went out on Thanksgiving, Stanley the technician came out to look at furnace at no additional cost due to holiday, then Randy the estimate guy came out same day to quote us some figures it would cost. A new furnace was ordered and installed the next day thanks to Stanley and Clayton. Due to my furnace not being in stock, I was upgraded for free. Pleasure doing business with company, and would def recommend! :)

The Jack Nelson team have been able to repair/figure out issues with my Samsung Mini split when others could not. Matt A. knew what he was doing and was able to install the surge protector to my mini split and reset with ease. He was prompt, attentive and knew his stuff!

It is hot and humid in Tulsa, it is summer. I called Jack Nelson Service and they sent Will S. out the same day! Because of the professional, responsive and quality service that he delivered, I will use them again and recommend them to my family and friends.

I found this company one year ago during the heat of July on the AARP website. Jeremy came out and unfortunately my very old unit needed replaced. A man from the office came to help me get this done. The next day six men showed to install new equipment. A few hours later, nice cool air. As I am disabled and have a hard time getting around, I opted for their Advantage Program which covers everything that could happen and all service calls covered. They come out even if I'm just concerned about changing from air to heat. Wonderful company and customer service.

Originally had maintenance window from 6PM-8PM, but the office bumped us up to accomodate our schedule to an 11AM-1PM window. Eric and Micah serviced our home's A/C and Heat. Provided excellent overview of the health of our system, made recommendations, and worked quickly. Highly recommended!!

DeAndre was my tech who came out. He called me to let me know he was on his way and he did arrive about the time he said he would and within the service window that I had been given. He performed a tune-up to my furnace. He explained everything he was doing and anything that he found. He pointed out a couple of areas that may not last much longer. There was no pressure to buy or repair anything. Since I was a new customer he explained the advantages of their maintenance program. I greatly appreciated his customer service.

Today Casey came to our home to give our recently purchased unit it's tune up. Casey listened to my concerns, then completed the work not only on the unit we purchased, and the unit we purchased the summer before last. Everything heated a very quickly, we're ready for winter! I had a pipe leak in my guest bathroom in the wall between my back bedrooms, Alejandro and Justin came through and discovered the leak so I could save a call and money calling on a leak detection company to come out. Today they repaired the pipe leak, walking me through the process and were very helpful and informative. I'm happy to be a Maintenance Plus member and to be able contact them whenever I have an issue because they take such great care of us.

Johnny was very professional and courteous while installing our new evaporator coil. He was kind enough to answer all my questions and quite knowledgeable.

We had some issues at first because they had to come out 3 times in just one month for the same issue. They were always prompt and very nice but I just didn't think it was going to be fixed and I couldn't afford any more repairs. I was ready to give up and switch companies, but the last tech, Cody Frost, changed my mind. He was knowledgable and efficient. I will use this company again because he restored my faith in them.

Called Thursday evening for a dual HVAC tune-up, Jacob was here 8 AM Friday morning. He took the time to make sure everything was operating correctly and taught me some new things about my system. Incredible value and dependable service.

Clayton and Daniel did an amazing job installing our new system! They put in 13 hours at our house to make sure everything was working perfectly. They replaced our system, fixed existing issues with our duct work and put in a new return.....and after their long, exhausting day they were pleasant and helpful. Thank you Jack Nelson!

This was our first interaction with this company. We originally chose Jack Nelson because of their high rating and especially for the benefits they offer with their maintenance plan. Kent was very helpful and informative about our systems, which we knew NOTHING about before he came here. He was able to explain everything to us so it would all make perfect sense. We are very pleased with the service and pricing so far.

The worst at standing behind their product. Bought an entire new system 3 years ago. Had to call them out in under a year when it stopped working and every season change after. Each technician complained about the previous technician’s work; bad wiring job, misdiagnosis, etc. One technician had to crawl under the house to run new wiring to replace the wiring the install team put in because they had spliced it multiple times rather than running a continuous length of wire. Apparently they didn’t have a long enough wire and felt several short ones would suffice. They charged a fortune to poorly install a unit that keeps breaking. All to get you to keep renewing their platinum service plan. I finally dropped them when they wanted to charge me almost $1000 to renew the plan and replace ANOTHER broken part. I researched the part and found it is only $100. And here it is, weather’s turned cold and the heater doesn’t work...again.
