What a wonderful family owned company. They are so responsive and I was totally impressed with the service tech who came out. (Sorry I did not get his name.) Not only did he do a great job but he took a picture off the wall outside of where he was working to keep it from being knocked off and broken. He also cleaned up the work area when he was finished. On April 26, 2021 we used Freedom Plumbing Heat & Air to address a plumbing issue with one of our toilets. I called a few days before that, and they promptly returned my phone call and got me scheduled for service. The gentleman that they sent out was professional and efficient. He removed the stool, replaced & upgraded the wax gasket, replaced the stool, and even addressed a couple of faucet issues I had in the bathroom and kitchen. He did all of this in a little less than an hour. I was VERY impressed with the speed and quality of his work, and the price we were charged was very fair and reasonable. This is going to be the only plumbing company we use going forward.

Dillon came out today and did several repairs including replacing the insides of the toilet, the washing machine faucets, and caulked the spot in the shower that was moldy. My Heat & Air is serviced twice a year on the contract - and all is well after Dillon's inspection today. This is a great company and he represents them well!

We had an emergency when the pressure reducing valve in our house blew. Freedom sent Dylan and BJ (not sure of the spelling) out within a few hours of us calling. They were nice and knowledgeable, and quickly located the problem and replaced the part. I highly recommend these two guys and Freedom - we're very happy they were honest and dependable, and knew exactly what to do.

Freedom rescued me last summer during the heat of the summer. They got my unit going at a reasonable cost. I used them again at the start of this season to service both of my units. Their cost is very reasonable and I will use them in the future.

We have used them for a few years now and they have always been prompt to respond to a service call and their prices are reasonable. They are on top of the schedule to change filters etc for our business. We are very pleased with them and would highly recommend them to anyone!

INCREDIBLE Company - had a big name competitor come out to the house and want $1800 for a part on my heater I knew should not cost $1800. Called Freedom Heat and Air and they came out with the part at a MUCH lower cost and once arrived determined the problem was simply a clogged drain line. They cleaned out the line and saved me big bucks. This is an incredibly honest crew. I could not be happier!

Awesome company! Was the lowest quote out of everyone that I called and was able to complete install the same day (a Friday). Very friendly and provided quote over the phone; ultimately, didn't deviate at all from the quote. Technician was personable and very professional. Much satisfaction, despite the fact that I had to replace a water heater.

I tried, unsucessfully , to find someone to repair our Air conditioner when my neighbors suggested Kelly at Freedom Plumbing Heat and Air. Kelly was on time, courteous and explained that my unit was still under warrantee. Not one of the others I contacted told me that. Kelly saved me $6,000 to $9,700 Those were my 2 estimates from other Companies. If you want it done right, with honesty and integrity, you have to call Freedom. They are now on my list for plumbing repairs when needed.

These folks are awesome. They always get to me as quickly as they can and the price is always fair. For plumbing and heat and air problems these are my go to people. My air went out and it was repaired in one day. I’ve also had them out for plumbing repairs and I was very pleased.

Just had my annual air conditioning tune up. Always call ahead before arriving, super friendly, thorough with their services and super helpful. We have had our hvac replaced with them as well and some plumbing issues taken care of too. Highly recommend.

These guys are fantastic. I have had the occasion to use this company several times in the last few years and have always received excellent, friendly, & professional service. This time I had a water heater go out and they installed a new one the same day.

These guys are top notch! I used them to install a complete HVAC system. This is a family run business which includes the grandfather, son, grandson and a few other family members. They are a smaller organization which equates to top notch personal service. Pricing is good too. I did some comparison shopping and I am satisfied that I got a fair price. I've gone to Freedom for HVAC needs multiple times over the last couple of years. I moved into a home with 2 AC units that at the time were 20 years old.

In a situation where it's the middle of summer when our AC goes out and we have small children it can be very unsettling. Freedom is quick to respond and quick to resolve.

Freedom has always taken such good care of us and have been reasonably priced on every occasion we called on them for help.

I have had both of those old AC units replaced by Freedom now and I look forward to calling them when it's time to replace these old furnaces in my house as well.

In 2019 they removed our old AC & Furnaces from what was then our new house and replaced them with new furnaces and two new Trane air conditioners. The furnaces work great and so does the upstairs AC. But the downstairs AC doesn't work very well in the summer. We didn't invest over $16,000 on a new AC so we could continue to sweat. My wife and I specifically told them that we wanted units where we would never feel any heat or humidity. When it gets over 100 degrees, around 3 pm it starts getting hot and humid inside the house. The inside temperature or our house gets up to 78 degrees. When the unit was a month old, I called them to tell them about the issue. They said that it might be a filter issue and I reminded whoever I was talking with that the unit was only a month old. They never cared to investigate the issue. When it got hot again in 2020, I called Freedom again and got no response. Between 2021-2022, I felt like it was a lost cause and didn't call. This year I've called around four times. I got someone but nothing happened and I've left several messages that go UN-returned. I'm just hoping that they will have that 5 star customer service. I've attached the top of the invoice. We moved in to our new house right befor the 4th of July weekend. Our upstairs AC unit was not working. Kelly was here within a couple of hours and had us backup and running in no time!

Will be using them again for sure!!!
