The folks answering the phone are wonderful. Nice to talk to a person vice a recorded message to press ##. J.D. came out to see why there was water leaking into our bedroom when we turned the outside faucet on. He had to cut a small hole in the drywall which he carefully calculated where he had to make the cut and he was dead on and found the leak and replace the faulty faucet. Outstanding and very professional technician. I have previously used Torch and would not use anyone but them.
Can’t say enough good things about Torch!! David walked me through what needed done, all the different estimates. Then added in a military discount!! Clay went above and beyond and repaired some of the duct work done by builders because he didn’t like the shotty work, no extra cost to me. Then he showed me what was really the problem with our unit. Rickey came back the next day just to finish making repairs to the builders duct work so my new heat/air unit would be up to Torch standard. They also screwed down loose boards in my attic that were in space they weren’t using. I applaud this team!! They were all friendly and treated me like a member of the team!!

Torch replaced 2 HVAC systems, one 40 years old, the other 20 years. The installers are 1st class, clean, easy to talk to and did exactly what was promised in a quick (and complete) time frame. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. You will not regret.
Very much liked the fact that he put on clean shoe covers before entering our home. Very seldom see that. Of course had his mask on.He listened to our concerns and indicated he will be sending a full detailed breakdown of what our cost will be for our four jobs we are wanting completed. As I'm typing this review I received the estimate. Now that was fast! Calling now to schedule the service.

Super friendly, quick and thorough. Everything you want in a service call.
They were patient with our hesitation to call them or in a weekend and as soon as we called back they remembered us and got us right on the schedule for the next day. $250 got the call, parts and labor and we are back in the cool air again!

Monday, Dustin came out to fix a gas leak that we had. He cut off the pipe we didn't need that was leaking gas. He capped it off at the main. Tuesday, David came out to troubleshoot our AC/Heater problems. He figured out that it was the Thermostat. He only charged for the service call. Thank you so much Torch.

Matt was great very helpful
My AC unit was not working overnight. I called about 7am. Clay was here to figure out the issue by 9am and had the unit up and running by noon before the heat got too bad! Best service by far and a fantastic job by Clay! You’ll appreciate the professionalism and quality workmanship of this company!

Couldn’t ask for better!I want future customers who read this to know how responsive Torch Plumbing was to my emergency. Christmas weekend family arrived for dinner and we immediately found the toilet plugged. We only have one bathroom in our home! Torch plumbing was there within three hours! A holiday weekend and they responded quickly to our emergency! And didn’t charge us an arm and a leg or ask for our first born!! Kudos to Torch!! Torch Service Company was onsite the next day to take care of a gas leak for one of my client's locations. They worked diligently for 4 days to ensure we were able to get their gas services turned back on. They are very knowledgeable and fairly priced. Our heat went out over night. I called them in the morning and someone was at the house shortly after and all was fixed by lunch. This is the 3rd time I've used Torch. I've had good experiences.

I have now used torch five times for both plumbing and AC. The front office staff is great and attentive, and everyone that has come to our house has been knowledgeable and solved the problem. Scheduling has been very good andthey tend to get you taken care of within a day or two or you can always opt for after our service
The service was very fast. My tenant's AC went out over night. I actually called 2 company before I called Torch Service Company as I needed it diagnosed and fix right away. Spoke to an actual person at 9:45am and they were there at 11am and it was fixed in no time. Thank you.

Torch Service Company was at our home with-in an hour of our pipes bursting. They found the leak, repaired it and were gone with-in 45 minutes of arriving. We recommended them to our neighbors and they had the same great experience. I would absolutely recommend them without hesitation. They were very professional and reasonably priced.
I can't thank Torch Service company enough. This has been the BEST customer service experience I've had with ANY company regardless of industry. Shoutout specifically to David, Leslie, and Christian. This will be a long review, but I feel like they deserve the extra praise. If this is too long to read, just know that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. They went ABOVE & BEYOND and then some.First off, my wife is over 8 months pregnant with our first child. Our AC stopped blowing cold air yesterday (June 13, 2022). We got home yesterday around 5pm and our house was at a cool 70 degrees. By 6pm, there was no cold air and our temp in the house was up to 83. So I submitted a few web inquiries Sunday night, and Air Comfort Solutions first called me this morning. To make a long story short, their person who called me was terrible and couldn't care less that we were living on the surface of the sun and that my wife was nearly 9 months pregnant. Anyways, I'm sure they're a good company, but customer service was sorely lacking there.Here is where Torch really shines, and blew me away. After speaking to Air Comfort Solutions, l submitted a web inquiry to Torch. Leslie called me shortly thereafter, and pulled some strings to send out a technician asap. David arrived very quickly, and he inspected my issue. He explained that he had 26 years of experience in the industry, so I felt comfortable knowing he was an expert. He was quick to diagnose the problem, and not only did he explain the issue, he showed me in person what the issue was. That way I had an understanding of what actually was going on. He then worked up a quote in his truck, and explained some payment options and how the process would go if I decided to hire them. He was more than thorough, and was great at having some compassion for our situation. He too has kids and understood my wife needed some cool air and fast.And without me even having to ask, he said he would reach out to their team to get me a portable AC unit until they could come do the repair. I didn't even have to ask! That's incredible customer service. David initially said they couldn't do the actual repair until Wed morning, which would've been more than fine. Again, this all happened on Monday morning, so 48 hour turnaround time is still good if you ask me.Then just as David promised, another technician named Christian (I believe) showed up with a portable AC unit. Then after that, David calls me again to finalize the paperwork/financing for the repair and it was quick and easy. Took maybe 2 min on the phone. We have great credit so we got 0% interest for 24 months. Good to know for those that have good credit.Still 2 things left here lol. Then Leslie calls me again and said she was able to pull some strings, and their crew will be coming out tomorrow/Tuesday morning at 6am to get the repair done. So to recap, this is a day earlier than they originally promised. She explained that she understood how bad it is for a pregnant lady to go without AC. It's clear this company understands sense of urgency and how some situations are more dire than others. Incredible.LAST THING, then Leslie said she was sending Christian back to our house again so he could drop off a 2nd portable AC unit. When Christian arrived, I thanked him for going above and beyond and he just said basically I knew how hot it was in your house, and knew you needed a 2nd unit . Compassion, and attention to detail. Thank you so much.Sorry for the long review, but this company is BEYOND AMAZING. Every business in the world could learn something from Torch. They over-delivered on everything, almost to a point to where I feel bad lol. This is great business, and I'll support this company for life. I love this company. They send me text messages when they are on their way with a picture of the tech that will be there. As a single woman living alone with my daughter, this was extremely appreciated. Raul was very efficient, extremely polite and knowledgeable.

Technician JD showed up on time and was very courteous. He found where the leak we called about was and showed me how he came to his conclusion with videos of the crawl space.JD presented me with all the options I had for repair in detail. Overall I am very satisfied with JD and Torch. They are due to come Friday to finish the repair of the main water line to the house. Looking forward to it.

Torch service is the one stop shop for your plumbing needs! Don’t bother calling anyone else. Professional and fair priced.
I had a sewer line backup two days ago and called Torch as I usually do. They had no availability until the next day. I set up that appointment and got a call from them within about a half hour. They had a service tech free early and he came right out. The line was cleared in about 30 minutes and everybody was happy. I have used Torch several times at my home before for faucets and leaks and I have used them at my rental house to blast a sewer line. My management company called someone else first and they were not able to clear the line. I called torch and they were out same day and cleared the line. We were extremely pleased since that particular incident was on the Christmas weekend . I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

Torch Service Company responded within hours of my call for help. Once on-site, they had resolved the problem in an hour. This was after another company was unable to resolve it after several hours. I was very impressed with every Torch Service employee I spoke to or met in person.

Dustin was very polite & efficient and had my drain cleared in only about 10 minutes. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5, is they charge by the service instead of by the hour. I asked if it would cost extra to put my toilet back in place, (I have a broken shoulder that is still healing and I had really struggled to get the toilet off by myself) so he let me know that yes, it would cost extra. It would have taken my bill from $209 to around $500. I paid the $209, and and was blessed to have my brother come over & set the toilet back for me. Overall, I was satisfied with the service I got.

Our family utilized Torch Service Company on a saturday morning as our heater wasnt working. They came out quickly to diagnosis what was wrong but stated couldnt get the part till monday and quoted it over $500. My husband ordered the part and installed it for $60 to find out the same issue was occuring. Tried to contact them back as they sont answer or return our messages as they missed diagnosed our heater. We had a great guy from Legacy come out and diagnosed it correct and fixed our heater quickly. This was the worst service I have experienced at Torch Service.

Im a REALTOR Broker and have used Josh and his company many many times. He always pulls through and gets the job done. Lets face it, Plumbing isnt what we want to deal with, but its a very important function that our homes need and in a timely manor to prevent damage! I would highly recommend them!

Josh came to give us a estimate to repair the gas line in our fireplace. Very nice, gave us our options. While we decided not to fix it (would have to tear up the entire front of the fireplace). Will certainly use them for any future repairs.

I have an 82 year old mom who is on constant oxygen along with other machines. Anytime something has happened I’ve had to worry about her and if we’d have to get hotel for a bit. Of course when our heater started to go out it was right durning Snowmagedan, a couple years ago. (We were told by friends how great Torch was, so we called.) Within just a couple hours they had us our heater fixed. I was so grateful! That Sumer during a heatwave our AC started making crazy sounds and the motor went out, again they were out immediately and we were fixed. Yesterday I called because our hot water heater was leaking, again Torch came in on their White horse, and saved us. We won’t use anyone else. Todd came out to review my washing machine drainage condition. Determined that it was working just fine. Recommended that the venting from dryer should be cleaned since it had not been done in many years. Good call!

After we discovered a leak coming from the faucet/pipe in our backyard, leaving our master bedroom flooded, Torch was the first company to answer our call and give us a solid, reassuring diagnosis as to what our next steps would be. We were able to get on their schedule quickly and Will showed up to help us out. I love that they text you before hand with a picture of who will be showing up at your home. As a protective mama of littles, this approach is very appreciated! Will was very professional, tidy and efficient. He did a great job of clearly explaining what had happened. Matt went above and beyond in trying to help me with not only plumbing, but with a dishwasher. I had no way to get a dishwasher to my house and I was in a time crunch. He took me to Lowe’s, which he said he had to go anyway to pick up parts he didn’t have, and let me use his truck to bring dishwasher home. I don’t know another company who would have done that.

I had a pipe burst between two floors. Dustin and Jack quickly found the location and fixed the problem. They are not only skillful, but also very kind and helpful.
Pipes were frozen and we could not figure out where. Raul found the freeze and thawed the Pipe before we had any breaks or leaks! They also fixed our AC in August. Will always call Torch!! Easy, fast, and so professional.
Raul came and detected the leak and repaired it quickly. He was very careful not to damage anything else as we have strained concrete floors. Very impressed and pleased with his service, and it is great to have HOT water again.

We found water on the floor and weren't sure where it came from. Torch Service Company came out and immediately found a leak in the wall, neatly cut out the sheet rock and showed us what needed to be fixed They also saw we needed a new outside faucet. They told us how much the repairs would be and they went to get the faucet for outside. They returned quickly, repaired the leak, put in the new faucet and told us how to dry out the area. They left our house neat as a pin! I can't say enough great things about them. I highly recommend them!

Torch Services has assisted me a few times with the repair of old plumbing (home was built in 1929). They are always very nice and will explain repair options (if possible) to the homeowner. I am very happy with everything from the main office support all the way through to a completed repair.
They were prompt, courteous, and straight forward! I felt like they were conscientious of my budget and did not give me the run around on services-which is great for a single woman homeowner that knows very little about home repairs! Would recommend them over and over!

They came out a year ago and consulted on instant hot water heater. Then installed it. Through no fault of theirs the water heater had a problem. Eventually the water heater company warranties out the heater. Torch went above and beyond. I do mean above and beyond. They went past the point I would have gone. It’s almost unreal. Any two people can install a water heater but that confidence behind it. They didn’t have to help me. Not by a long stretch. They owed me nothing and still helped me. I just honestly cannot figure it out. There is a deep sense of comfort knowing that they if you call you know they will be there and not argue. Btw I graduated law school and owned over 40 rent houses. I know all too well bad contractors. If it wasn’t illegal I would warranty their work for them. Their trucks are clean their guys are quality and uniformed. The guy put the work in when he built this company.

I very much appreciated the great work done by the gentleman who installed my new sump pump (I wish I could remember his name). It was clear that he knew what he was doing and I was very impressed with how quickly the job was done, as well as with the quality of the work. This is the 2nd time I have used the Torch Service Co. I have been very pleased both times! They are excellent. The first time was for a water leak under the slab in the kitchen which required extensive work to include running cameras through the pipes to find the leak then breaking up concrete and repairing the hole after the leak was repaired. Yesterday I needed 2 toilets and a bathtub drain evaluated for my parents who are in their 90's. Dustin Bence was awesome! He identified the problem with one toilet quickly and repaired it then checked out the other toilet and the tub and found them to be working properly. He took the time to visit with my mother and explain what had caused the issue with her toilet and to answer her other plumbing questions. He was knowledgeable, respectful, kind and funny! I had 3 quotes from different plumbing companies when I selected Torch to fix the water leak; their pricing was the best and their workmanship exceptional! These guys were overall great. The knew what they were doing and very professional. They explained in great detail better than all of the other plumbers we talked to. They never over charged and were kind and accommodating the whole time. They dressed and had vans with proper labels and did quality work. This Company is amazing and they are my go to company for any heating, cooling or plumbing issues!!Every tech that we have ever had the pleasure to work with, have been knowledgeable and professional. They are truly a gem of a company, and exactly what a small business owner strives for. I cringe at the thought of any home repairs when it comes to the heating and cooling system. But with this company, I am truly amazed at their quick responses, professionalism, honesty , respectfulness and Beyond reasonable priced.We had an issue that was a leaking pipe in our attic, and we not only did they get to my house within 30 minutes, from when I made the call, on a Friday morning. The tech diagnosed and fixed my problem and only charged the service fee!! Which was 59.00! Because of their promptness, they probably saved me thousands in repairs if i had to wait on someone to come out the following week!!!
We came home to some sort of transient faucet leak (enough to flood a good portion of the kitchen). I called that evening and discussed it with Torch, cut the water to the faucet (which stopped it at that time) and they came out the next day. He couldn't find the source of the leak, but was very thorough in his search and ultimately didn't charge us.

Our shower begin leaking. It was the original faucet and shower from 1979. They did a wonderful job finding and capping the leak. They then installed new shower fixtures. They were very professional and did a great job. We heard about them from our daughter who had a leaked and they were able to repair it quickly and didn't overcharge. I would highly recommend them.
Very helpful. Asked to fix a drainage problem and they did really well except there wasn't any hot water after the fixing. But they came back and fixed it. I would really recommend!! One thing that I didn't like was it was too expensive (probably due to our problems anyways) Other than that, 5 stars!

David did a great job with my A/C unit. It was presenting to be a challenge since the company who installed it went out of business and they never came and serviced it per their yearly agreement I paid them when unit was installed. It hadn't been serviced in 2 years but with David's persistence and willingness to solve the problem he figured it out and got everything fixed and returned to normal. First off every person I had any form of contact with was friendly and professional. I was contacted the same day I inquired online to set up an appointment. The plumber was on time and honest. He found the root of the problem and fixed it quickly. What I originally thought was wrong would have been an expensive fix. Amazing company. HVAC went out last night. It’s 107 today. Earliest appointment was a couple of days out. They called to tell me they had earlier appointment if I wanted. Showed up a few hours later. Had all parts on hand replace compressor and switch. Cold air flowing again. Great company amazing tech. Highly recommended !

Dustin did the work requested. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he did very thoroughly. Appreciate his patience and professionalism.
We had a significant leak in a wall from a shower. Torch sent Dustin out to make the repair, he had it figured out and fixed quickly. Everyone was professional and nice. We will be using them again if needed.
Will N installed our water filter system for us. He did a great job and was so polite and courteous. He even put on shoe covers before he entered the house. The installation went well. Everything was cleaned up. We are very satisfied with the service received.

Torch Service sent Raul to us at their first opening 4 days after the initial call. (We still had water and things were functioning or they would have come immediately.) This guy had to replace our backflow box in almost 100° weather. I kept him hydrated. They used top of the line product, showed me how it worked, then had it all back together Ann's cleaned up in a lil over 2 hours!! This was so much more cost effective too. I am all in to support our local businesses!!

Hunter at the dispatch phone number was awesome! Polite, helped me setup call late in the day and promptly returned all of my calls and answered all of my questions. Todd did a great job and explained everything carefully. I will always call Torch when needing a plumber in Owasso and Claremore!
Clay was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice on how to help keep my system performing optimally to help keep operating costs low and ensure longevity.
We used Torch for plumbing a few years ago and generally had a good experience. This year I called torch to service/diagnose HVAC system. We were charged $280/lb for R22 refrigerant…after receiving a $11k bid for full replacement of the 2 ton system. A competitor said they charge $90/lb for R22. We had another company make the necessary repairs, install a new A coil and outside condenser for considerably less. So needless to say. I won’t be calling Torch for anything going forward.

It's my first time to use their service to fix my AC unit which stop works. The technician came in then found issue in 5 minutes, went to buy a capacitor and came back in 25 minutes, changed a new capacitor in 5 minutes, then charge me $333.00. So expensive. won't call them anymore.
I can not say enough about the professionalism, promptness, quality and kindness of Torch. Josh took the time to assess our situation virtually on a Saturday so our Monday appointment was more efficient. Hot water heater installed quickly and it works great!

Matt was very professional and explained the process as we went along. He answered all of my many questions and helped me to understand what was going on with my plumbing issues. I watched as his camera went through the pvc pipe to verify what he had determined the problem was. A sensor was then taken in the house where he could pinpoint the exact location of the problem. He gave me options to consider with no pressure for future work. A very nice person to deal with and a great representative for your company.

Our family was trying to get estimates for an expensive job other plumbing companies were making it sound as if it was the only choice at the time. While giving an estimate and without prompting Torch suggested an alternative solution that cost a LOT less and ended up fixing the problem. When we decided to go with it they were able to perform the fix right then and there, giving us a massive relief for our plumbing and financial worries.I can not express just how much I appreciate them not pushing an expensive fix and instead offering us a cheaper solution we didn’t even know was an option. I have used Torch two or three times now. I am very happy with the workmanship of their employees, and they are very respectful of my home. However, I was a little shocked at the cost of replacing my kitchen faucet. The charge was $455, and that was with a coupon. The plumber/s (yes, two) did go purchase the faucet for me, so I understand the cost would be a bit more, but there was really no breakdown on my invoice - other than the cost of fuel for getting the faucet - just the total amount of $455. That price did seem a little steep to me so I'm not sure I can afford them anymore. If you can afford it, the work is great!

The ice storm rushed in with below freezing temps when our furnace broke. We are expecting 15 inches of snow in a few days. Due to the emergency situation the guys (Clay) drove to OKC in the ice storm to pick up a new furnace. They installed it the next morning. These guys are so thoughtful and considerate. They make sure if you are in a bad situation they do the best they can to help you. I cannot express my love for Torch Service Company. Thank you from our hearts and cold butts. 🥰

Hot water heater went out friday morning of labor day weekend. Called Torch and later that afternoon had a brand new hot water heater imstalled. I just new I would have to wait until the next week to get hot water but they came out within a couple of hours of me calling them and got to work. Thank you!
Called with a hot water leak. Very responsive. Dustin was there when I was told, explained the issue and what he was going to do clearly and was very professional. I’m am extremely pleased. I will use them again (hopefully not for an emergency) and will recommend them to friends and family.
I called Torch company because my A/c was not working, David Yeager came out and was the most professional technician I’ve came across. David knew his trade like the back of his hand, came with high tech tools and apps that let me see what exactly the issue. I believe that he is a trustworthy man and that he will walk anyone thru and explain the right steps to take. I will recommend and happy issue was resolved for now.

I had a leaking faucet outside and Matt was able to fix it in no time. I called Thursday and they had it done before lunch on Friday. I will definitely be using them for all mt plumbing needs!
Plumber did a great job but it was about $300-$400 more than I was quoted. When I inquired the repair man said it was because I added unclogging the sink. It was a little expensive for me. I’ll look elsewhere next time and get a solid quote.

Newer second review. We used Torch Services May 16, 2023 for a kitchen plumbing issue that was first review.Today, May 23, 2023 they came out to finish up a job that was an emergency on Sunday, May 21, 2023. We had an accident happen and one of our toilets was broken. We called Torch Services and they sent Trey out to us on a Sunday and Trey was able to get the water issued stopped and get us fixed up until Monday when a new toilet could be installed. Well Monday came and we found out we needed some drain cleaning. Well today Gage and Luke came out and did the drain cleaning and set the new toilet. So far we have encountered 3 employees of this company and all 3 have been WONDERFUL !!! Polite, courteous, very professional and knowledgeable. Torch was great in helping keep costs low. I highly recommend Torch Services they've been outstanding and do excellent work.Thank You Trey, Gage and Luke you are great!!!

I could not have been more pleased. The service people showed up late on a Saturday night, when no one else would. They returned on Sun morning and worked all day and into the night to replace my pipes and install a proper cutout valve. They have been prompt, professional, and courteous. Two very fine young men. I recommend them and the company. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

We started a major remodel project of replacing floors in our home. The hall bathroom fixtures had been removed so we could install new and noticed the stool flange was crooked. I called Torch and they were able to send a tech out the same day and repair. The situation was worse than expected but repairs were completed that day. I will highly recommend and use Torch again. After ONG found a leak on our property and turned off our gas, we needed a plumber to come do some work on our gas pipes and call in an inspection so we could get the gas back on in our home. Torch was quick to respond to my request for a quote. The staff in the office (Lucy and Sandy I think?) were always very friendly, professional and helpful. The owner himself came to take a look at our issue to give the quote and worked us into the schedule for the following morning. He sent Anthony to do our job who was friendly, professional and efficient from the very beginning.I did get quote from other plumbers but once I talked to Torch, it was very clear that they were more organized and professional that all the others I spoke to. I would absolutely recommend Torch to anyone with plumbing needs!

Since the first of the year, I had my full HVAC system replaced, my bathroom remodeled, and my hot water tank replaced all through Torch. David and his crew replaced the HVAC system, Raul replaced the hot water tank and Christian helped with the bathroom remodel. After a long battle with my warranty company, Torch saved the day!! I had been without hot water for over two weeks, getting nowhere with my original contractor until I finally threw my hands up and called Torch. They were professional, respectful, and made me feel like a priority. Within three days they were able to negotiate with my warranty company, purchase a hot water tank, and get it installed. In a time where adequate customer service is near impossible to find, when you find a business that provides exceptional customer service, it needs to be recognized. I am not just new to Oklahoma, but I’m also a first time home owner. That comes with dealing with multiple businesses for different home needs. Sadly, I’ve been left frustrated and dissatisfied with the bottom barrel customer service I’ve had to endure. Then there is Torch Service Company, the exception to the rule. Everyone I have dealt with has been amazing, whether on the phone or in person. A special shout out to David Yaeger, who has been such a pleasure to work with. I have been in customer service for over 20 years, and I was in sales for over 15 years. I can sniff out an upsell before it even comes out of someone’s mouth. David has been nothing but kind, personable, professional, and informative. His customer service was so good, and he was so knowledgeable, that I signed up for their Heating, AC, and Plumbing membership. Let me be clear, he didn’t sell me on this. He gave me the information and allowed me to make an informed decision on my own, and I made that decision the following day. When you find a business that takes care of you, you hold onto that.Now onto a product that everyone should invest in.When I moved here, I was met with unreal allergies. When David first came to my house to service my HVAC system, he saw how miserable I was. He provided me with information about a Halo LED system they offer, and then explained to me what it does without using technical jargon. Bottom line, this thing WORKS.On a basic level, it UV zaps all the air before it comes through the house. It helps to kill viruses, bacteria, and allergens. Cure all, no. But I can absolutely tell the difference. The air smells cleaner in my home, and my allergies are almost nonexistent. This product is worth every penny, not that it is even expensive; I actually expected it to be more.

The servicemen were polite and arrived on time, but did not listen when I told them where the water was coming from the wall into my room. They cut 3 holes in the sheetrock instead of 1. They found the leak was exactly where I had told them before they started and charged $450. Now I will have to locate a sheetrock repair man to fix 3 holes instead of 1 at a cost of $150. The technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. However, his quote for this job was 3 times higher then my other quote....when I informed him that his quote was not even in the ball park, he tried to charge me $99 for his outrageous quote.....I have Properties all over town...I have 2 plumbing jobs going on right now...I just can't afford to use your company at these prices....thanks for allowing me an opportunity to provide you with some constructive feedback, I hope this will help in the future

We had never heard of Torch Services before. We went out to Home Advisor to find someone to install a new kitchen faucet. They promptly replied and called within 10 minutes of my posting. They scheduled us for Monday between 9-12 and said their service man would call about 20 minutes before coming. He called and arrived around 9. He had shoe covers on to protect our floor. Raul was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. He was quick, thorough and did just what we asked. I would use them again and highly recommend this company.

I wanted to write a quick review for the amazing service I received from Todd. I came home to a leak in my guest shower, the day before we were expecting company. I called Torch the next morning and they were super responsive in dispatching someone out to my house. When Todd arrived at my house, he was polite, professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He assured me that the issue could be quickly fixed and sure enough the problem was solved in less than an hour. I would recommend Torch and Todd to anyone who wants quality work done right the first time.

I would give Torch Service Company 5 stars! They were very professional, on time, prompt, honest. They came out after I had requested a 2nd opinion and got right to work (in the rain). The owner came out & gave me an honest answer and affordable pricing that was 1/3 of my initial quote by another company. They got our lines fixed up and now I can rest easy knowing the job was done the right way! Would highly recommend!

We've used Torch Service Company for several plumbing jobs, and we are always extremely satisfied. They're very responsive to our calls and always show up on time when scheduled. They do great, quality work at reasonable prices. And beyond that -- everyone we've dealt with is just good people. I only wish they serviced Edmond so I could refer them to my parents! I refer Torch every chance I get.
We needed assistance with converting a single sink setup to a dual sink setup for our bathroom remodel. Matt came in the very next day and had us all set by the time he left. He was very respectful and answered all of our questions, provided a reasonable quote and worked to exactly what we needed done. We will be sure to use Torch for the next phase of our remodel.

Great Service. From setting an appointment to the actual service was fast, caring, and efficient. I originally had a Wednesday appointment, but then received a call back from them saying they could come today. Todd called immediately afterwards and arrived and took care of my problem. A shout out to the young man he was training who was also very nice. I just can't remember his name or the nice woman who took my call and worked out the appointments.
I contacted a couple of companies. One was too busy to do the work and the other said they didn’t do tankless water heaters. I contacted Torch at 8:40pm and he was out the next day by 10am gave me an estimate and was very professional and courteous.

Great service! Woke up to a broken water pipe. Contacted Home Adviser and they referred me to Torch. Called Torch about 6:45 a.m and they came out immediately. They determined that the entire line would need to be replaced from the meter to the house. Within a few hours they bored from the meter to the house, replaced the entire line, and had cleaned up the entire area before I got home from work! Great job! Would recommend to anyone.

We have a 92 year old converted coal burner heater. When they arrived they were amazed but jumped right in. After some discussions about the best way to approach the issue it was quickly figured out and we had heat in about 30 mins. Great job.

I had called 6 different AC companies this morning, all of which could not come out 3+ days. I also was not impressed with the initial conversations i had with any of them...until Torch. The lady I spoke to initially instantly made me feel better about our situation and gave me the feeling I was speaking to a company that cares about their customers. Philip Smith came out on very short notice with our AC not working. And as we know in OK no AC can get very uncomfortable very quickly. He too exceeded my expectations of customer service. Unfortunately my unit that is out is older than I am, putting it at 35 years old or so and it doesn't look like a quick repair is going to be possible. That said there is a plan in place to have a solution figured out as soon as possible. Although frustrating, all I could ask is for a company that is open and honest about the situation and is willing to put the effort forward to help get me back up and running as soon as possible. And Torch has met and exceeded all expectations so far. Here is to hoping even if it requires a unit replacement it can be quick and not completely break the bank.
Torch completed two large projects in my home that spanned over two days. One project was replacing some pipes and drainage in my bathtub as well as clearing the drains. The second project was cutting through the cement in my garage to install a proper drain for my washing machine.Gavin and Rickey were the two individuals that worked on my home. They were timely, professional, and polite. The work was fairly priced, everything has worked beautifully since they left and honestly they left the work areas cleaner than they found them.The value, professionalism and individualized attention and care can't be outdone.I would definitely recommend Torch Service Company to others and will definitely use them for any future needs.

What? A plumber coming early? It happened to me for the first time in 45 years of home repairs! Matt, our Torch Plumber, called to ask if he could come earlier than promised. We had multiple tasks around our home for him. He turned off the water at the street and went to work. He did not have to leave to get parts. He had them all on his truck. With 25 years of experience, he solved multiple water issues in only 2 hours. It was the afternoon of New Year’s Eve, but he was happy to work. He was personable, visiting with friendly me as he worked. He told me his son in the Owasso Band would play in the Rose Parade on New Year’s Day. Hooray! Since Ark is now out of business, I was faced with doing business with a company that I had no prior experience with (from 700 miles away, via phone only). Completely satisfied is an understatement. The technician competently described the issue, and we were able to complete repairs and payment without every having met one another. The price was fair and reasonable. The resulting work has been verified (long distance), and repairs of the aftermath are minimal. A very clean and professional job, all around. We highly recommend Torch Service Co.! Our experience has been great service with very friendly, helpful, skilled plumbers who explained the problems and answered our questions when our plumbing repairs were done. We have used Torch Service to repair a recent water leak under our kitchen sink and garbage disposal, and also last year to repair a leaky toilet and replace its deteriorating water supply valve in the wall. They did quality work each time, and we'll call them again for any of our future plumbing problems.
I had a water heater leak, and an outdoor spigot problem. I called this company. They were extremely polite, came out quickly, assessed the problem and had it repaired in no time. On Sunday evening we discovered our AC was not cooling the house like it should. We booked an appt through their website for Tuesday 4:00-6:00. Received a call to confirm the appt on Monday morning. By Monday afternoon I Received a call that they finished a job early and could fit me in that day, which was a blessing. At this point the house was 80 degrees. David Yeager was great! The job was finished in less than 45mins - including a trip to town to get a replacement part!

We have used Torch for both routine maintenance of our plumbing/sewer lines and other projects like installing proper plumbing for our dish washer. I have never had a better experience with any service professional...ever. I called on a Thursday afternoon for an enquiry on an a/c service call and was set up for a next day appointment. They were friendly and professional from phone call to repair completion. They did a thorough investigation and found the root of the issue rather than a quick band aid fix, but cost the same as the superficial repair jobs I'd had in the past. Not only do I genuinely feel like my HVAC issues have been resolved, but they treated me with respect during every interaction. My whole experience was great with this company. I had a leaky faucet and a plumbing issue in my water heater closet. They were quick to dispatch and when the driver was on their way I got a call and a text from the technician with a picture of him so I knew who to expect when greeted at my door. I called first thing this morning and they schedule me for 1-4 for this very afternoon. They told me Raul would call a half an hour before he arrived, I received a telephone call around 2 pm saying he would be there in a half an hour or less. Raul arrived about 20 minutes later. He worked on my shower and could not get it unplugged. He began to think that I had busted pipes because the snake would only go so far and stop. He did not stop there however. He went into my hall bath and worked on the sewer drainage from my hall bath sink. It worked! I felt like he went to the greatest links to try to help me with my drainage problem. In addition, ladies, he cleaned up the mess that was made before he left. I highly recommend Torch for plumbing. Previously I had heat and air check ups with them and was very pleased with that division also.

Right before the holidays our sewer line backed up in our home. After attempting to clear the clogged line, the technician determined we had a broken line under our house. The Torch crew responded quickly, videoed to find the location, repaired the line, and informed us that this situation is generally covered by most home insurance. We filed a claim and will have our house back in working order after the holiday season. Thank you to the Torch crew that helped us during this busy time of the year.

David was on time and very courteous. I was getting a second opinion from this company on a couple thing a different company told me was mandatory to do asap. Tech came back and told me there was nothing that was an immediate fix me or else nature. But rather let me know that a couple things could use replacing but it was up to me. Said I have an older system that I need to consider replacing before to long but I have time.I love the fact that he didnt try to take advantage of a woman ! Just told me straight out . I contacted Torch Plumbing to replace the hot water recirculation pump and to replace a small section of old UPONOR PEX that I was concerned might fail in the future. The technician, Matt, arrived promptly and took precautions to mitigate tracking debris into my house by wearing clean/new booties over his boots. He worn a mask, as per city ordinate to lessen any COVID 19 spread. The work he completed was done promptly and neatly, he removed all the old material.
Water heater began leaking on a weekend. Phoned several 24 hour plumbing companies after having to wait 5 hours for home warranty company to give permission. Answering service for all of them, however when I got return call, Torch’s owner Josh was speaking to me. He answered all my questions and told me how to turn off the water on the hot water tank, no other company gave me any suggestions. He also quoted the best price. Raúl and another plumber came to install my new tank the next Monday. Raúl was patient in talking with my home warranty company and gave them the information they requested, absurd as the questions were. Raúl answered all my questions, explained the upgrades needed and checked my turn off valve in my house. Overall from start to finish Torch was very professional and I highly recommend them.

We called Torch after another company immediately, without investigation, told us our water pressure problem was likely a slab leak and we would need to schedule detection services. Even on the phone, other options and possibilities were explained to me and Torch scheduled someone to come out and look around. It turns out our issue was something relatively simple and affordable to fix. The plumber that Torch sent even advised us on some DIY repairs that were minor, but could save us money. They will be our go to plumbing service from now on!

My gas was turned off without my knowledge and I unknowingly called Torch Plumbing to help. They were quick to follow protocol and not just turn it back on after it was discovered that a Tech from the gas company had turned it off. I am impressed by the professionalism of their service folk and of their office staff and management. Had been dealing with a main line backup issue for a couple of years on an annual basis and this year it seemed to get worse. I used their services 3 times in a month period- first for an emergency line clearing, then for a camera run, and then finally to repair the part of the line that was causing all my issues. I would definitely recommend these guys for anything sewer line related- their people and their equipment is top notch and their prices and expediency to deal with my issue were as good as I could find (I shopped their quote around).
Gavin came over on a Saturday morning very shortly after I called. My condo was flooding and I had no idea why. Gavin quickly found the problem and quickly fixed it. The young man was very friendly, courteous and professional. If anyone has plumbing problems I strongly recommend Torch. Sarah in the office was wonderful too. First class operation.

Quick, courteous, and professional. Not to mention the most economical option I found. Noticably distanced himself and used ppe where, when, and in an appropriate manner. Solid choice in my opinion.
David Yeager did his usual excellent job with my air conditioner maintenance call. He is always pleasant, reliable, and gets the job done quickly and efficiently.

They showed up on time and did 1 1/2 days of work in one day. I was losing 1.25 gallons of water a minute, they got me in quickly and did an excellent job of fixing the problem even with some a few hiccups, the gas line was not where it was suppose to be, I had lots of big rocks in the yard as well as large tree roots. They managed to work through all the problems they encountered and by days end I had water, a new sprinkle system line and I was an extremely happy customer.

The people I dealt with over the weekend were very helpful and friendly. They told me up front about any charges. I called on Monday and they were out the next day to install our new water heater. Will and his apprentice (sorry, didn’t get his name) were friendly and got right to work. They told me the cost upfront and there were no surprises. Will is an extremely knowledgeable plumber and a very personable young man. I will use Torch Service Company for my future plumbing needs.

This was our first time using Torch, and it was a fantastic experience. JD was extremely courteous and worked around my house full of visiting grandchildren. He carefully explained my options for repair vs replacement of an outdoor spigot. He fixed it exactly as he explained and then shared a few tips for future maintenance. Honestly, JD was perfect in every way. And the bill was very reasonable. Next time we need a plumber, I will call Torch.

Dustin is a champion. He was friendly and really smart. He fixed it the way it should have been but never was by any other company. Torch is our plumbing and HVAC company forever.
We had several issues in different areas of the house from a leak to a sewer gas smell to low flow faucets. It turns out that they were simple issues but took knowledge to identify. None required plumbing work, but torch (I can’t remember his name) identified the problems and helped us understand the maintenance or fix needed. We got what we needed and good service.

Friendly but was overpriced the quote was what they said but lead me to believe it would be a long process hence the high price 35 minutes for 350 to plug-in a heater for 20 minutes Seemed just wrong I would understand if it was a couple hours of work but felt kinda robbed to be honest Terrible if that is industry price in my opinion as I stated paid the bill under impression of a service that was going to be longer than a hour and just because others raise prices to get over on people doesn’t make it right

David and Phillip were awesome and diagnosed and fixed my AC unit in less than an hour. The “other” company spent a day and a half and never correctly found the issue and had actually misdiagnosed the problem and were going to charge us 3X’s the amount Torch charged us to correctly fix our AC. We called Torch for a 2nd opinion and we are so glad we did! Great customer service all the way around! Thanks Hunter, Leslie, David & Phillip! We are new Torch customers!

Called Torch for some kitchen and bathroom repairs as well as a gas fireplace that wasn’t staying lit. Josh came to our rescue! He was prompt with scheduling an appointment and was out to evaluate our issues at the earliest time convenient for us. He was able to get the fireplace going that day and back out a couple of days later with the supplies he needed for the other jobs. When our old kitchen sink lines didn’t cooperate, he went above and beyond to get the out of date Delta parts ordered and was back out to replace them within a week. We appreciate the time and care that Josh and Torch took with our issues and highly recommend for you!

We are buying a house where the water line was crimped they came out and looked it over and said depending on how they crimped it i may need new line to my water meter and wouldnt give any numbers tell he made some phone and he said he would get back to me asap the next day i get the quote and it was a little high but said that would be the most they charge it would most likely be less but didnt want to have something come up and need more all in all they are a great company and seem to really do there homework so theres no surprises

We’ve had a funky smell off and on in our bathroom for YEARS with no luck finding the cause and other plumbers out too. Will found it! He had to cut into the wall in places but was perfect and exact on where he cut in too. I was super impressed. We would have had the entire wall out if we did that ourselves. He then found the vent pipe that had a pretty big crack in two sides of it. He was also helpful with follow up question too and his suggestion worked. No more smell and we found a go-to plumber too!! The best company we’ve ever had out as far as plumbing goes!

I called at 3:00am with a flooding toilet. I was told someone would call early morning. Aaron called at 7:49am and was here at 8:30am! I wanted regular day rates. He immediately found the problem, fixed it and now the household is back in business! I'll definitely recommend to others and use again.
I stumbled across torch plumbing when I was searching for a plumber on my rental property. They were fast, communicative, and very easy to work with. They never make me wait very long at all, and they are flexible with my schedule which is always helpful. I absolutely recommending using the Torch for all plumbing needs, and I will continue do the same.
Absolutely top notch service. I had a new heat pump installed by another company and after a month I started having problems with it and the installer wasn't sure what the problem was. Called Torch and they had someone come out same day and quickly fixed my problem. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend to anyone.

We needed to have our water heater checked out as it had shut down. After checking the internet, we decided to choose Torch Plumbing. How glad we were. Will came out and did a complete check on our older water heater which he thought he could repair but as he checked farther, he found it had to be replaced. Will explained what needed to happen, the cost, and how long it would take. He had everything installed within just a few hours. He was extremely professional and very experienced. We were so pleased with our updated water heater and how quickly it was all done. Everyone I spoke to was consumer oriented and very friendly. Try Torch. we recommend them highly.

David with Torch was great. He kept me informed of all the progress with the new heat and air in a rent house of ours. It wasn't easy for them to put the heater in since it is in a crawl space of a tri-level home. They had to move the washer and dryer and the trim around the entry to the crawl space. They put everything back in in great shape. The washer was leaking and David sent someone the next day to repair it. I would recommend Torch anytime for plumbing and hvac.

I had my washer run over and my kitchen sink back up at 4:00pm. I am still fairly new to the area and did not know who to call to help me. I call another company that had a 24 hr service and was told that they could not get to me until the next day at 8:00am. My next call was to Torch and my whole experience made my whole problem better. The lady that answered the phone was very sweet and understanding and told me she could get someone to me tonight. Yes, there was an after hours fee but I had water standing in my laundry room and it was worth it! My tech called and was to our home shortly after placing the call and was very professional and pleasant. He made sure everything worked properly before leaving. I will highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing needs!!!

We've used Torch a half dozen times since owning our first house. Every single time they've fixed our issues in a timely and professional manner. The latest issue was a bigger one. We had another company come out first (poor decision) and not only were the fellas they sent not the best, but they also didn't fix our problem nor try anything aside from digging holes in our yard. Torch sent JD and within 10min, he'd made plan A, with B and C in case A didn't work, and got to it. Solved the clog, cleaned up the mess that happened, and even crawled under our house to check out another issue. He explained everything so well and put us at ease with the repairs that need to made giving us different cost options.I will never again call another company for anything plumbing or HVAC related. These guys are the literal best.

Torch Service employees are knowledgeable about their work. Josh the owner was a delight to talk about the job In detail. They did a total repiping of our old house using pex pipe. Extremely happy with this company.
The plumber we dealt with, Dellen, was not only friendly and very knowledgeable, he was fast and efficient as well. We are extremely pleased with the service and the cost.

Dustin was my technician and the guy was a total pro. There were some unexpected issues that came up in the installation and he knew exactly what to do every time something came up. Super reasonable pricing and really quality work.
We needed one outside faucet repaired and one replaced. Todd came out to do our estimate and was able to do the work the same day. The replacement was quite involved. Todd seemed to be very knowledgeable and got right to work. I also liked that he texted to let us know he was on his way. The text included his picture! When he got all done he cleaned up everything.

I suspected an ugly problem and arranged for them to inspect and repair. They set a time for the next day and arrived when they promised. After inspecting, they said I did not have the problem I feared. No fear-mongering, no fuss, no charge. I would heartily recommend this team!
