I had a faulty sensor and was told by 3 other heating and air technicians that is required a very costly repair. After a year of putting this off I contacted Hedrick’s . A/C was out on a 90 plus day they got to my house very quick and well within the quoted timeframe very professional over the phone and in person pricing was very fair only $200 (ish) for everything on my situation very happy and very satisfied with my entire experience with them it’s unfortunate I am moving outside their work zone or I would only use them going forward for all HVAC needs

One Friday morning, I smelled gas and called the gas co and they said I had a leak and to call a plumber to find the leak. Every other plumber told me they were booked and no appts for a week. When I called Hendricks, the operator called right back and they were there the next day. They told me a reasonable price to find and repair the leak. They were done before it got dark. The city inspector couldn't come back until Monday so Hendricks came back early Monday morning and waited all day for the inspector who noticed another issues with my HVAC and without hesitation Hendricks fixed the issue in 20 min. They were so kind and professional and I will recommend this company who will not take advantage of customers.

We had Hendrick out for a couple of things.They installed a mini split in our room above the garage and made a quick repair on our hot water heater. In both cases they were very quick to respond and got the jobs done. Very impressive service in both cases.

Hendrick Heat & Air was an excellent choice! I called them because my entire AC unit for my home had gone out. When I called them it was later in the day roughly 7:30 p.m. I also had called several other companies to find the best pricing option for myself. They were the first company to get back with me in the morning and the first company to show up to give me a quoted estimate. Mike was great! After speaking with Mike I know I was making the right choice by going with Hendrick versus the other companies I had spoken to prior. The team that came out to fix my entire AC system was excellent and got the job done. My AC has never worked this great! If you are going to choose a company, definitely choose Hendrick Heat & Air!! Great experience. Submitted a service request late Saturday afternoon. I wasn’t expecting a call until Monday. They called within 30 minutes of my request and scheduled for Sunday morning. Repair tech called and let me know his arrival time. Very professional and knowledgeable. Fixed the issue and recommended a special they had going on and saved me money. No extra for weekend serve.

I live out of state from my parents and they called me early on a Sat morning because they woke up with no heat. I called Hendricks and they had someone there within a few hours. Don fixed their problems and helped my Dad to understand what was happening. My parents are both 80 years old and hard of hearing but they loved Don and how well he treated them. I can say he did a great job and did not take advantage of them. This company will always get our business. They are professionals in every aspect and do a fantastic job for a reasonable cost. Don is awesome!

The guy who came out was great, very sweet and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to others. The service fee wasn't too high either.

I called Hendrick on a Sunday night and the call was answered by a real person not an answering machine. I was told a service tech would call me back for scheduling. I received a callback within 30 minutes and was scheduled for sometime between 12 and 4 on Monday. I received calls and texts at 8:15 am the next morning. Phillip was the tech and fixed our toilet very quickly, very professionally and Covid 19 safe with a mask. He was polite and personable- did a great job!

Very responsive. I called just after 5pm and got an answering service, but they called me back within 10 minutes!I have been using their maintenance program for the last 2 years on an older heat pump. They have kept everything running in good condition with the twice a year maintenance. The techs always take their time to make sure everything is working properly and answer any questions I have. Very professional!

Our AC went out around 7pm Friday night and we called Hendricks Heat and Air because no one locally was available (we live an hour away from Tulsa) Todd came right over and was unfortunately here until around midnight fixing our problem, but he got it fixed! Will continue to use them in the future :)

Return air repair was of poor quality. But I'm very upset that they either somehow let out or took my pet snake. While people may not like them, I have sensory issues and traditional pets like dogs, with high energy and barking are very stressful. Been looking for a month, they say they saw him out (and they didn't tell me!) Made it sound like they where terrified of a 3 foot sausage roll that was sat around and they didn't let me know so I could capture him. I've dismantled every appliance in my home sence then and no signs, either he flew away or walked out the door with two legs

Stoney came to give us a free estimate (which not all plumbing companies will do) and he gave us a reasonable price. We still wanted to check around to be sure. We found that Hendrick heat and air had the best price for the job we needed. We called back the same day and Stoney came out just a few hours later. He was quick and efficient and did the job well. Called Hendrick in the morning, the lady that took my call was in a good mood(which seems to be an anomaly for many service industry companies), professional and efficient. They were out at my house by noon (and not on emergency rates, just quick response). They seem to have their business in order in that respect. The service tech Don was polite and professional. He called when he was on his way. He showed my wife what he did and some other things he spotted. Don definitely seemed to care about the customer over the company with what he did. Pricing was fair. The company seems to have been started to fill a void of good businesses in the service industry and they definitely hit the nail on the head for first impressions, and I'm sure the next time they're out it'll be an equally as good experience.

Condenser went out late 6/17, contacted multiple HVAC companies due to the recent heat wave we’ve been having. Hendricks heat and air was the only company to call me back early morning 6/18 with a scheduled date of 6/19. Diego with the office was very helpful and understanding of my issue (was over 90 degrees in the house), and answered all my questions and provided me ETA of the technician. Once the technician arrived (Kent), instantly started testing and found my capacitor on my unit was bad, replaced it in 10 minutes and was back to a working unit. They also work with mfg warranties on 3rd party installations so I wasn’t charged for the part!Overall, severely impressed with the responsiveness of this company and knowledge of the individuals, on top of simply caring about their client base and wanting to resolve their issue. Definitely will be using them for future preventative maintenance!

A water pipe blew up under the house. I called and they sent someoneOut. He was on time , professional and a really nice guy. He assured us that the problem was fixable. He crawled under the house in the yuck, no problem. Replaced the pipe. Got done in no time. While there he noticed a problem with the furnace ducts. I called their office again. They sent out another guy. Came right here . Fixed the duct. We talked options for the future. These guys are great . They know there stuff. Priced right. So happy. I would recommend them to anyone anywhere. They also cleaned up the floor. Thank you so much. I can not express how grateful we are.

Besides from being professional, they are also responsible and quick to respond to emergency calls, I had an hvac system installed by them about a year ago and a part failed a few days ago at night, gave them a call and they scheduled me in the very next morning and the best part, they fixed the issue for free since they offer parts and labor warranty!

Service person removed right drain fromsink and replaced with new sealant which was reason for call. I had a new faucet to be installed also. Knowing how busy they must be due to all of the cold weather, I was surprised to get put on the schedule for same day service. We had asked for Kevin Carner since he had done work for us before and we trusted him. This afternoon Kevin and Matt showed up and within an hour we had an answer to what was causing the leak and they were hard at work fixing it. I cannot say enough about the service we received. Knowledgeable, respectful, fast, thorough. Thank you so much for taking care of us and our home today!

Our call seeking repair to our HVAC was received promptly and an appointment was scheduled to take place within a few hours. The technician was running ahead of schedule and gave us ample heads up to an earlier arrival time. Once on site they were incredibly polite and quick to diagnose the problem as a fried circuit board. They had a replacement installed in no time. Hendrick Heat amd Air was amazing! Customer service was top notch and the work done was flawless. We had them replace a combo unit with a furnace installed in the attic and a new A/C unit, as well as fix ductwork. Their price was the best we found, and the service can’t be beat! We are very pleased and highly recommend Hendrick Heat and Air!

I have used Hendricks multiple times, for repair, install and for maintenance. I found them to be responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful in communication. I experienced them to be honest and not pushing me to make unnecessary purchases.

Short story is we were away during February and our gas meter was destroyed by a car. House was without heat for two weeks and everything froze and busted. We returned and called Hendrick, they came out within an hour and started working. Addition workers arrived and after seven hours all the leaks were fixed along with two commodes, a faucet, a shower and the water heater. Everyone was pleasant efficient and competently effective. I would strongly recommend Hendrick to anyone needing a plumbing service. When I turned in my insurance claim the adjuster stated he thought the cost would be higher. Thank you HENDRICK Plumbing.

Kent (or Keith, sorry I can't remember his name) came out to look at our HVAC system. We had a couple hot summers and were tired of the old system not being up to snuff. Anyways, he did all the normal pressure and visual service checks. After see how bad our system was, we decided to get a whole new one. They came out the next day (on a Saturday, mind you) and installed a whole new HVAC system, inside and out in about 4.5 hours. The 2 guys doing the install were nice respectful, helpful, and even cleaned up after themselves! We have a 4 month old son and they did everything they could to be as quite as possible when he was taking his naps while they were here. They took us around the entire system and showed us everything they did and what we (as owners) should know to keep everything clean and working properly and how to use it. I don't know those 2 gentleman's names, but they did awesome, Hendrick. Thanks to Dil for getting us set up with the new system.

Todd diagnosed my problem almost immediately upon arrival. After inspection of my electrical connections he discovered that there were some that were improper and he fixed those. From my initial call to Hendrick up until the two day job was completed it was a surprisingly amazing experience. Kevin came out the day I called to look at the problem on our hands which wasn't fully understood since it was an under slab repair but he was up front about the pricing and explained in detail the different potential scenarios of how our diagnosis might play out once the slab was cut into and the issue could be fully diagnosed and realized. They were on time and provided essential updates throughout the repair which helped to calm our nerves. He did an amazing job investigating and resolving the issue and I don't doubt the integrity and workmanship in the slightest, which was an invaluable relief for the type of work being done. Overall amazing quality of work, friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. If you're looking for someone you can trust to treat you right and take care of you look no further....I will certainly be using them for all my HVAC and plumbing needs going forward.

Arrived within the window time. Called and texted that they would arrive in thirty minutes. Serviced the unit I purchased through them and serviced my older unit for an additional fee. Walked me throughout h the process and offered recommendations as my oldest unit is 40 years old and will need to be replaced soon. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Our furnace stopped working with below freezing temperatures on Christmas Eve. Called their after hours service number on Christmas Day and was scheduled for service the very next day even though it was a holiday. They didn't take advantage of it being a holiday weekend and only charged me their normal service fee.

We had a major job to complete and I tried about half a dozen heat and air guys leading up to it. Alot of individual guys and one-two guy companies, but I ended up going with Hendrick because they were most competent in the repairs leading up to the big job - repairs that other companies in Tulsa failed at completing. (I won't mention names but there were some real disasters from other companies..) Hendrick also beat the quote from other companies in ALL categories I was concerned with: final price, extended service and warranties.

Needed a pipe and valve replaced on my gas fire place. The guys gave me a quote for doing the work with and without the demo required to expose the pipe. They were on time, professional and did quality work. They even came back out and replaced a small section of pipe that they looked at and deemed it good. I was paranoid because it looked rough on the outside. Turns out the inside was squeaky clean and it didn’t need replacing. They were very understanding and accommodating by coming back to swap out that piece of pipe for me.

Well they maybe ok but we’ve called them over a month ago , they said they’d be at my moms the next day. Well she sat without water for over a month. And what makes it worse they didn’t return calls or even call and say well where busy we can’t make it. My moms 73 so thanks for nothing.

I reached out to this company because their office location is near me. There is a fee to have them come out. They don't currently do emergency repairs so i had a couple days wait. Regardless, I was very impressed with the service guy, Todd. He immediately knew my issue, and he was quick and efficient with the repair. He also had everything he needed,as some companies tend to leave and come back with parts repairs. He's a dog person, so he didn't ask me to put my dog away, like most companies do. I was happy about this because my dog is very friendly and she was happy. He was able to get my ac back going within about 30 minutes. Afterwards he cleaned my ac unit and also educated me on specs about my unit. I purchased their plan package. I am very satisfied with this visit and I do recommend this company.

Can’t say enough about how responsive they are....I called after 5p when we discovered a possible leak around our return unit at our business. Received a return call within 5 minutes and they even offered to come right out or first thing the next morning. Our service technician was awesome and very professional. Luckily it just turned out to be a clogged drain but, he still made his way to the roof to double check everything. I was blown away that he took the time to clean the carpet that was damp! I recently switched over to Hendrick Heat & Air for my annual heat and air service. I decided to switch from another local company after Hendrick H&A was able to repair a plumbing issue that had been an ongoing issue for years. Rather than temporarily taking care of the issue, Hendrick’s employees were proactive in taking care of it for good. Hendrick was also available in the midst of a snow and ice storm when most other local plumbing companies had turned off their phones due to volume. Hendrick made it work! After having my air units serviced, I was equally impressed with the professionalism of the H & A tech. Todd arrived on time, first thing in the morning and caught an issue that would have had me sweating (literally) if it had gone unnoticed. My experience after both occasions has left me a loyal Hendrick customer. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my H&A or plumbing needs.

These guys are fantastic. I called on a Saturday morning for trouble with lighting my pilot light on the water heater. Had someone out within 2 hours and set up an appointment the next day to replace a part. Also had to call that same night for trouble with the A/C, and they set a 2nd appointment for the same day.Don handled our A/C specifically and was fantastic!! Class act and really knows his stuff, was very informative with what was wrong. We ended up needing to replace the water heater and the evaporator coil and they were able to get the parts ready and have the installers back out within maybe 2 hours, and completed the job in no time. Everyone was great! I was very impressed.

This is the second time I have used this company. I was so impressed with the quality the first time I knew I had to get a quote for new ductwork that needed to be replaced. Saved almost $5000 by switching to Hendrick from a bigger company and my new AC is quieter and can actually keep my indoor temp where I want it without struggling.Tulsa does not have a competitive market and I found out that most of the other companies(if not all) are bought out by the same group and charge monopoly prices. Hendrick was the only exception I found and I'm so glad I made the extra calls to double check prices.

Great experience, the technician called to make sure it was okay if he was early! We needed a gas pipe cut back a bit to make our stove sit flush against the wall. It was done in no time, and no mess. Very happy with our service.

We set up a maintenance call for our system and had it actually go out the same morning before the tech showed up. He found the 24volt side of our system went out and had to be replaced. He got it ordered and replaced within 2 days. Very punctual and stayed on it through completion. Would highly recommend.

Great customer focused business that provides great service AFTER the sale. We had a couple of issues several months after installation and they came out immediately to evaluate and repair. Their staff are well trained, courteous and professional. The old saying is “Price, Quality, or Service” Pick two. With Hendricks you get all three!

Hendrick Heat, Air, & Plumbing has exceeded our expectations both times we've had them work on these crucial systems in our home. The 1st time we got a very competitive quote on our AC coil to be repaired and the guy was super friendly and honest unlike some of these other big chains/franchises which seem to prefer nickle and dimeing via scare tactics. Keep in mind this was peak summer heat, no AC is a worst possible scenario here in Tulsa. We were told by another company that our whole HVAC system was due to be replaced and while there may be some truth to that , it wasn't what we needed and absolutely not what we could afford. But they would have happily shafted us without a thought had we been a bit less patient or gullable. Cue Hendricks coming over, the guy made us feel way better by pricing only what we needed and then giving us a deal if we pulled the trigger that day and he'd be over here next morning and have it installed by noon. That's how you secure loyal customers.The next work we had Hendricks do was clear out our sewer line. As first time home owners we didn't fully appreciate how delicate these 100 year old houses sewer lines are. Long story short w've thoroughly learned our lesson about the right TP to use. But when I ended up giving up trying to plunge the drain in my basement which was flooded with sewage, these guys came in SAME DAY we called and saved us for a pretty good price. It was about what I had expected it would cost which is always better than when you think it'll cost less than it actually does! Thanks so much guys and pardon our disgusting basement!! Hendrick Heat & Air went above and beyond for my family. Our 1986 packaged heat & air system went out on Friday (we moved to this house in September 2019). We called them and they came out immediately to give us an estimate on a new system. Couldn’t get us done during the weekend, so bought us a portable AC until they could come out first thing Monday morning. Stayed all day Monday to update everything (it goes without saying that there were a LOT of updates needed for code & efficiency... hadn’t been touched since ‘86). Did an exemplar job — from cleanliness to professionalism. Our backyard looks better because of it. Our 2-month-old and us appreciate everything that Hendrick Heat & Air did. Above & beyond!

We just purchased our house a few months ago and Hendrick Heat Air & Plumbing has been absolutely amazing to work with. They did a great job servicing our HVAC before we moved in and a couple of weeks ago, we had a leak under our slab. I called them on a Sunday evening and their answering service took my message. Five minutes later they called back to schedule a plumber and had someone out the next day. They were able to get everything repaired on-time and were accommodating of our schedule since we had to leave town for a couple of weeks right when the leak happened. This past Sunday we had a toilet that started leaking and I called them and the plumber was here in two hours and got us fixed up for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them for all HVAC and plumbing services!

We were in a huge fix with a hot water tank that had busted and was flooding our crawl space while on vacation. Neil came out within a couple hours of our call and fixed us up the same day with a new tank so we could call in the water mitigation crew quickly. So grateful for his work and getting our water turned back on.

I called this company at approximately 3:15 on Saturday May 6th. I spoke with Courtney, extremely professional and courteous. Courtney had scheduled an appointment within a few minutes between 4 and 7 p.m. that is what I call an excellent and spectacular representative for the company.Within approximately an hour and a half. Bobby the HVAC specialist and Josh the plumbing specialist was at my home. Both of these gentlemen with clean-cut very professional and courteous and very knowledgeable within their respective skillsset. They will also able to have a proper conversation. I was so comfortable with both Bobby and Joshua that I want to sleep in another room without them being aware that I was so comfortable with Bobby and Joshua in the house, I went to sleep; I do not operate like that!!I called back on Tuesday evening about 10:30 and spoke with a lady by the name of Shekinah. Todd did an awesome job. He resolved an issue that another company couldn't in 2 previous visits! It would be 90 inside until midnight. Can't say enough GREAT things about your company. I was out of town, 350 miles away and my wife called me to say the a/c was not blowing cold. I gave her the number of a company that I had used previously. When she called them, she was told that since we were not their customer they would ot be able to send a tech. The tech, Aaron, went above and beyond in the repair process. He was detailed and confirmed I had no questions about the problem or the repairs. Broken outside faucet wouldn't turn off. Called Hendricks, they arrived 45 mins later and a gentleman named Scott, who was very professional and polite accessed the faucet from inside the house and capped it for us so we could turn our water back on, and then go back and repair the whole faucet at a later date. He was super helpful and I will be calling him to replace our entire outside faucet when it warms up outside.

The capacitor went out on my air conditioning. I called around 10am on a Sunday and they got some out out the same day around 4pm. Todd came and had us up and running in less than half an hour. Super quick, super professional, great service.

Our heat went out today with a 2 year old at home during the snowstorm. I was panicking and called multiple companies only to be told they could get to us on Tuesday or Wednesday. When we had a minor issue and called to follow up Todd took the time to offer tips to help us troubleshoot even on his way to the emergency room after falling in the snow and ice. We contacted Hendrick to repair a water leak. The timing was terrible because we were out-of-town and it was right after our citywide snow and ice and -11 degree weather. I called many other plumbers and they were all covered up with jobs already! Justin Hendrick had someone out the next day and it was repaired by an employee, Justin, that found the leak and repaired it in just a few hours. Digging through tree roots and almost 4 feet deep we were all fixed up. Very professional and friendly. 24-7 Service is a plus!! I highly recommend Hendrick Heat, Air, & Plumbing!

We had our 70 year old gas line replaced from meter to house which required trenching about a 60 ft length. They worked efficiently and coordinated their efforts with our concrete crew who were replacing a driveway. Very professional and responsive.

The technician was polite, thorough and on time. He explained his findings and the options to repair the problem. My repair required a specialty part that had to be located and could have taken more than a week to locate. By the next morning they had located the part and were calling to schedule a return visit to complete the work. I was thrilled with the service and speed at which they got the project completed. My A/C units finally died. I called them on a Thursday, they came and gave me an estimate Friday morning, and first thing Saturday they showed up and installed 3 new A/C units. They worked all day, repaired and replaced things the original installers did incorrectly, we’re curtious and professional. Contractor totally screwed up existing vent pipe creating GB a fire hazard. In 20 minutes, Justin had it fixed right and according to code. I will use them again.

One of my AC units had stopped cooling. I suspected that it was due to a restricted airflow and resulting frozen coils. The technician checked out the unit and made the same diagnosis. He cleaned both outside unit thoroughly and only charged me for a service call. I was very happy with the service and the very reasonable charge.

My ac went out on a Wednesday evening and they came out on Thursday for the repair and my compressor went out and my system was 23 yrs old so we replaced it and by Friday at 3 pm we had a new American Standard system up and running. Listen, I've dealt with bigger and smaller plumbing businesses, but Hendricks is far and away the best ones to call for whatever issues you may be having. I saw an ad on Facebook and responded to the ad. It was pretty late in the evening on Saturday and by 7 am on Sunday they responded to the message. It wasn’t an emergency visit or anything just needed a check up. Todd H came out here and he was very nice and informative. I asked a lot of questions and he answered them. I had one small thing that needed to be replaced soon so I decided to go ahead and replace it. He told me about their routine maintenance package and ended up signing up for it. I have an older unit that is gonna have to be replaced within the next couple years and he explained why and told me about the payment options for when the time comes. I am very happy with this company and I look forward to doing business with them again.
