Cale and his team are too notch. I am a contractor myself so I really appreciate when communication is good throughout the process. I had an issue come up and they were there the next day to fix it. Highly recommend and will for sure use again in the future.

Buyer BEWARE. They came out to give us an estimate on a pretty simple job on replacing a gas valve to our fireplace. They over inflated the price and said that work needed to be done that actually didn't. Thank goodness that my husband knew a little bit about what ACTUALLY needed to be done. After stating our concerns, paying the consultation fee and refusing to allow them to do the work the owner called to find out what the issues were. He offered to come out the next day to see what needed to be done to try to rectify the situation. After failing to convince my husband about the bogus charges they quoted were valid the owner agreed that the work was not as detailed as they claimed it would be and was a much simpler task. Initially they said it would take 3 hours or more to fix. It turns out it would be an hour to an hour and one half at the most. The owner stated how he wanted to fix the situation and do the work. They agreed on a price, shook hands agreed it would be done three days later. No sooner than the owner left our home I got an email and a text message that the appointment made was canceled. I realized then that this company had no integrity because they had offered to buy back our initial bad review be refunding our service fee. I also received a text stating that he wouldn't be doing the work. Honestly he didn't have any intentions on doing it for the price they agreed on. His goal was to convince my husband that the initial estimate was true and when that didn't work he just agreed to something to get out of there because he realized the scam didn't work. We are now getting it done at 1/3 of the price from a reputable company. We chose Maston's Plumbing because of there reviews but now we don't trust that anymore. Reviews can be fake and bought. Go by word of mouth or someone you know. Honesty has been done away with sadly.

Got second quote from Maston’s on a shower converter. Original quote involved tearing into a wall and tile. Cole figured it out and completed without any demolition for 20% of original quote.

To be honest I had never heard of them before but since they were recommended I thought I would give them a try when our hot water heater quit working. Cale & Walter were both very helpful, honest and never seemed rush. They gave us options, answered our questions and never pushed the most expensive product. The job was finished and everything done as explained. We would definitely recommend!!

Built a new Pavillion in my backyard, have the beginning of an outdoor kitchen. Needed to run split natural gas line to multiple pieces of cooking equipment outside. Cale and TJ came, made the gas lines look like part of my Pavillions design. Lines are neat, well placed, function perfectly, and kept the look of the Pavillion design. Found Maston’s Plumbing online with wonderful reviews and excellent owner response when the review was not perfect. I like that as it shows a concerned owner. They answered the phone at 6:30 am! They exceeded our expectations with quality service. The owner even came out to help
When the problem turned out to be bigger than just a 25 foot standard clean out. Would highly recommend them for quality work and integrity at a reasonable price for their expertise.

I will not use another plumber! Cale is professional, reliable, reasonably priced and honest!!! I had a problem with my shower another plumber quoted $2,650.00 said he was going to have to tear the wall out etc. this was after I had to call him several times to get the quote. Cale came and looked at the issue order the part and had it fixed in 10 minutes once he got the part. No demo required! $400 and that was mostly the part cost. This is your guy if you need a plumber.

We had a plumbing issue that developed over the holidays. We had originally got a quote from another plumbing company and they were wanting to charge us between $15k-$20k. We are first time home owners, and due to a mix up when we originally got our homeowner's insurance, we did not have the proper insurance to cover a sewer repair. I called Maston's and explained our situation. They 100% understood where we were coming from when I explained about our insurance and not wanting to pay a ridiculous amount until we had the insurance to cover it. Our final total ended up being $5400. While not cheap, it is significantly less then what we were expecting to pay! We will definitely be repeat customers!!
