I had prompt service and quick installation

He said there wasn't anything wrong even though the entire stack was busted out at the bottom. This is what it looked like. Then he seemed shocked that I wanted an invoice after I paid him to do nothing. I still have not received an invoice.

We had a plumbing problem and had to call after hours. To our surprise in no time at all Sam showed up. He promptly found the problem and we realized he was going to have to come back the next morning. Sam was very polite and professional and showed up the next day just as he said he would. Sam worked very hard and never let up. He fixed our problem in amazing time. Sam is extremely knowledgeable and just a pleasant person to be around. Next time we need help we will request Sam. Thank you so much for everything.

Myself I think they just didn't want to do the job so they did it so high that they knew you wouldn't take it

James did a great job. Came out same day I called and got the job done. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I think the hourly rate is a little high for residential customers other than that I was satisfied.

The plumber Josh was very nice, however he gave my husband an estimate of $1,000 no paperwork or anything we scheduled appointment they rescheduled twice. When he came out he was here for three hours and that includes the time in which he had to leave to get more items that he didn’t already have and then told me it would actually cost more but he would keep it at what he quoted my husband and they would call me after he got back to office to take payment I asked to see a break down of why it cost the amount we were told and lady in the background very rudely said we are not gonna give them the breakdown of material cost and was not gonna give a discount for their tardiness to do the job and rescheduling twice. I am thankful it’s fixed but very rude people in office and the invoice that was sent to me doesn’t say Raby plumbing on it and I had to give my card info to the plumber and another person 😯🤦‍♀️

Very rude staff, they over charge and refuse to give a statement showing breakdown of materials and labor. Just hand a ticket with one lump sum and won't put in writing how they arrived there or how the price jumped so high. Would recommend staying away from any dealings with this company.

I had a pipe break under my sink at the cut off valve forcing us to shut off our water. Total NIGHTMARE! We contacted Raby Plumbing and they sent a guy first thing the next morning. When the 2 gentlemen (yes 2) showed up I showed them the problem. I also expressed concern about the pipe on the other side. These guys was fast, friendly, and very professional. They got us all fixed up in less than 30 minutes! They even did the other side for us! These guys left no mess! As a homeowner who knows nothing about plumbing I definitely recommend them!

We have used Raby Plumbing for many years at both our primary residence and a rental we have in Sapulpa. They are very dependable, communicate well, clean up after they complete the work, and always explain what they are doing. Very happy with there service. The have worked on leaks, installed a new hot water heater, unstopped drains, etc. Great company.

The price of the quote was decent but the professionalism was not there they were supposed to be at my house between noon and 2:00 they did not give me a call until 3 minutes before 2:00 to ask if they still want me to come out very unprofessional

Cameron responded quickly, kept me informed of the progress. He also was able to capture an area where there was a problem we were not aware of and fixed it on the spot. This saved us a lot of money and trouble down the line. He made sure all of our concerns were taken care of and all of our questions answered. Cameron was very professional and supportive, not to take more time than necessary, and made sure the work done was necessary. We have always trusted Raby Plumbing to our needs and trust their staff to take care of us.

Great company they are extreamly rude to people who is having car issues and are incapable of driving when only 2 people in parking lot. Highly recomend if you want to deal with a very aweful and rude company.

$225 for 30 minutes of labor and no parts? never again. Not to mention they were a day late

Kamron was very knowledgable and helpful. He was conducting a leak test on the house, but the main clean out could not be located. He could have easily charged a lot for locating the main line and installing clean out. However, he took some time and found it buried in a flower bed saving us a lot of time and money. Will definitely use Raby Plumbing again!

Nice. Work cleaned up good when finished, cost a little high.

They didn't want to come out for extra money on weekend for a clogged drain. We had them replace all of our water pipes about a year ago, we were so satisfied that's why I called for the clogged drain. The guy on call said I needed to have my septic tank sucked and if that didn't work to call them back, I explained we had our septic tank cleaned less than 2 years ago, he didn't care he just didn't want to come do a job on Mother's day. My father-in-law ended up snaking it for me for free!

I worked my way thru college working as a plumber so I do know a fair amount. Raby plumbing was super on 2 different repairs I've had done. Price was good and service was excellent.

I have used Raby plumbing for years and I often have the gentleman, James Brown that came out today to unclog the sewer line in my backyard and he is always so nice and professional. He's saved the day many times before and it is always a pleasure to talk to him.

Gave raby plumbing $4500 to replace some drain pipes in my house which included drywall to fix the damaged walls. The drywall was poorly done and had cost and extra $500. The job took four days despite being told it would take two and every day I had to call ask when they would be getting there. Then when the pipes burst they refused to put the drywall back up and dodged my calls for weeks. Repeated attempts to speak with owner were denied.

James Brown came out to fix my outside faucet that would not turn off. Very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Every time I have used Raby Plumbing I’ve been satisfied with results. I recommend them and also James Brown.

Kamron was great. Very responsive and knowledgeable about my questions. Worked quickly and efficiently. Two jobs. One to fix leaky kitchen faucet and the other to replace and install outdoor sump pump. Very happy with the jobs and with him. Will definitely call again when I need plumbing help.

Water line under sink broke this morning, I called and they said it would be a couple if hours , within an hour they had a cancellation and called me back to come on out. James was awesome, professional, courteous and very helpful in explaining things to me. The price was very reasonable as well. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND and Will use again. Thank you so much James.

Contracted with them through American Home Shield, they no showed TWO different appointment times!!!! Will not use this company for any type of repair!

My mother had a suspected waterline leak coming in from the meter. Raby Plumbing was quick to get someone out to to diagnose the problem and get us on the schedule for a waterline replacement. Kamron T. was friendly, professional, and did a nice job putting it all back together. We will continue to keep using and recommending Raby Plumbing. They have always been reasonably priced and done a fantastic job.

A plumbing company I will call on again. My water heater developed a leak early morning on a Saturday. After calling numerous other companies who were unable to respond, I called Raby Plumbing. Kamron was on site within a few hours and was able to diagnose the source of the leak. Due to it being a weekend the part houses were closed and the water heater was unable to be replaced the same day, but Kamron was able to provide a solution to make sure I had running water until the replacement part will be available.

Raby Plumbing installed a new central AC system, and they did a great job. It was through a home warranty company, and they helped me navigate all the ins and outs of that process. The work, communication, and people from the office to the technician were all top notch, and I highly recommend them. You can bet they will be my first call for a plumbing or HVAC issue in the future!

Our central air conditioner and heater both needed replacement, and because of our health issues, we needed the air quickly. Raby worked with our warranty company and got our units replaced in less time than we expected. Their repairman was efficient and thorough and kept us informed. I called at 9:00am about a toilet leak, they were here by 11:00am and they fixed the leaking toilet in our main bathroom and put a new handle on our other toilet that had snapped in two, and fixed the water pressure in a bathroom sink that had been messed up from another plumber a year ago. Done with all three chores in about an hour and at about $30 bucks lower than the original estimate and a great deal cheaper than I had expected to pay. Thank you, Raby Plumbing and James the plumber that did all the work. I received great service, great pricing, great timing and I couldn't be happier.

I will give the guy that came out here a 10! Very nice man however, the level of customer service in their office is terrible! We wrote a check for the services and our bank messed up and the check didn’t clear. I called right away and made arrangements with a very nice lady to bring the cash. In the meantime someone in their office left the NASTIEST messages and also spoke with my husband whom she treated horribly! She threatened and insulted him several times and my husband told her, everything was worked out and not sure why she didn’t know this?
I will never use them again! I can understand the upset and concern of recouping the payment amount but their was no reason to be mean and insulting! So much for giving back to the community!!

I will forever use Raby for any issues that i have Josh was my serviceman and he was very professional.

Placed a service call on Sunday morning due to a backed up main line. Called at 0800 and was told someone would call back and let us know what time they would be there. Waited a couple hours and when I still hadn't heard back I called again. I was told they were still trying to get in touch with the technician that was suppose to be working, but he wasn't answering. I was assured someone would be in touch soon. After 4 hours I have up and called somebody else. Never did get a call back from anyone at Raby so it looks like I made a good choice.

Raby did fantastic! Got us knocked out and fixed up within 24 hours of my call. And more affordable than most others around. Offices based out of Sapulpa, OK. Great service. Friendly and informative plumber.

“Happy Holidays”... Our heater went out on December 23rd and Raby plumbing said they would contact us to schedule a time to send a technician to look at it (for an unreasonably high fee). They never called us, & we finally contacted the service representative who scheduled an appointment between 8-10am Christmas Eve. So we went more than 24 hours without heat. Our house was in the low 50’s and my family & our animals were FREEZING.

We called them again after they said they would call us and they did not. When we finally got a hold of them they did not give us the option to reschedule. They even said they didn’t even have the technicians phone number to contact him. “Oh, but we’ll send him an email.” It turns out that employee didn’t even show up at all that day.

The last time we tried to call them, the phone rang for over 8 minutes, before someone reluctantly answered the phone.

This was by far, the WORST experience with the MOST unprofessional “company”.
It’s a wonder how they can even keep their doors open.

Luckily, I managed to fix the heater myself.
Do not freeze on Christmas because of Raby plumbing.
Find a company that actually works.

Mr. Brown was available 2 hours earlier than scheduled. He called to see if I would like him to come early. Well, ya betcha! He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem, found the part I needed, and.... just like that! Problem solved! I highly recommend Raby Plumbing and Mr. Brown!

I had a dishwasher hose leak and they got out quickly and got it fixed. I would recommend them highly. Cameron was very courteous and helpful.

What great and prompt service! We had some urgent plumbing needs on Holy Saturday. We called Raby Plumbing and within an hour, Josh Hardee the plumber, was at our door. He went right to work and fixed the problem. He was a very courteous, hard working young man.

Cameron is amazing! He did a stub out for new construction and we couldn't have asked for better customer service. We will definitely use them again when needed.

Cameron installed gas line to my pool heater. He did a great job and was always responsive. Reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend them.
