Don’t fall for a false sense of integrity with this plumbing company. We had a leak at our small church and they came out and billed us for 13 hours of leak detect and did not find the leak. After being billed over three thousand dollars we still ended up paying seventeen hundred dollars for a leak we had to find ourselves. They installed a prv where they thought the leak was and it did not fix it. Here is a picture of the prv and where WE found the problem. They were right on top of it and didn’t locate it! The management department would not give us any refund. Beware of this company and use your local small plumber, even if you need a leak detect. Going with a reroute in the beginning is better than throwing your money away with a big advertised company like this. I also was told by plumbing manager that the lead plumber was a licensed journeyman. Looked him up through the Oklahoma Construction Industry Board website and guess what? His license isn’t on there!

They were very prompt and communication with them was awesome! They even sent a picture and description of the technician that would be coming out. The two different guys that came out were very knowledgeable about the unit they were working on. Would definitely recommend them for anyone needing a repair.

I had a great experience with Mullin Plumbing. I received a notification 30 min prior to arrival. Plumber was very polite and fixed both a shower and a garbage disposal very quickly. Thanks again!

Max Gregory is amazing. He is professional, kind, compassionate, understanding, helpful, and most of all he is very respectful and has integrity. All the character trades that seem so hard to find in the world today. When it started raining with the thunderstorm, he just kept on going, even when I asked him to come onto the porch, out of the rain. I was worried for him. But he did the job and was very respectful when I insisted on giving him a dry, clean towel to dry off with. At the end after I paid for the service, I wanted to give him a small tip so he could buy lunch or something. But Max respectfully declined saying that although he appreciated the offer, he could not accept it. I had three simultaneous plumbing issues arise all at the same time this morning. I called Mullin Plumbing and they had a plumber here in less than two hours. When I showed him my problem he knew it was the mainline and he set out to fix it. He did in a very timely cost efficient manner. I highly recommend Mullin Plumbing.

Mullin posted an authorization debit from my bank! They had billed us for a service paid for my our home warranty. I called and told them that was in error. Never heard anything back except for another bill for the same amount and then this debit shows up. No one has my authorization to do so. I will be reporting it as such as soon as the bank opens tomorrow!!

Have, over many years, received excellent service from Mullins. The first time I called them was after calling several companies that could not fix a major water leak mainly because they didn’t have the experience or the equipment needed for the job. Mullin came out (yes it was a difficult job) and fixed the leak and that was about 11 years ago no problems since. They are also very quick to respond to a service call. You will not be disappointed using this company

I placed a call Saturday morning asking for a septic pumpout expecting at least a 24 hour response. To my surprise, I had a technician at my house by 12:00 same day. Very pleased with Mullin

They solved the issue with our double shower that only had hot water. Our service man was very clean, kind and knowledgeable and gave me a couple if options on ways to fix it!I have used Mullin Plumbing on my rental properties and my own home and always been satisfied! A repeat customer!

We needed an emergency plumber over this past weekend so we called this company and my husband talked to a dispatcher and was told someone would be calling us back, we waited three hours with no return call or response. When we tried calling the dispatcher back it would ring and hang up. We ended up having to call a different company. It was a little disappointing.

The plumber Robert was spot on. Diagnosed the problem right away and instructed me on the minor ceiling patch work (I elected to save myself some costs - he obliged). Best to go with the Pros!

Anthony Starnes is the man that came to replace our toilet at my place of business. He was short and hateful to my assistant managers and that’s really uncalled for!

Unequiped and unprofessional . The employee that Mullins sent out was an elder male when he found out what to do he had me do 50%of the work.When he finished he had me flush to test the problem and we get flooded again. He suggested to get someone with a camera and charged for knowing what I know from others reviews. Unsatisfied don't recommend Mullins. No stars. Was also told by the plumber they don't vary any snake past 110 ft and I need a camera to find the obstruction. He referred me to a few names. I ignored his advise. I got roto ruter and I'm not even 30 min in to him being here and problem solved no thanks to Mullins

Mullin came to work at a house across the street. Parked their van, trailer, and backhoe in front of my mailbox and trash cans on trash day. Fortunately, I was home. If I had not spoken to the workers when they returned to the van after an hour to unload the backhoe, I might not have gotten my mail and my trash picked up. Next time, show more consideration and get permission if possible, unless you like losing potential clients and getting negative reviews.

Staff was quick and very Informed on what he was doing.

Very disappointed in Mullin Plumbing. The communication was horrible. I talked with two different people before they started the work to make sure it could be done. After I was told no problem we can do it a different person came out and had no idea what was going on and did some work and asked where I wanted my meter located. I texted him back where I wanted it and to my surprise it was located somewhere else. I asked if the work was finished and he told me that everything was hooked up. To my surprise it was not. I called in and asked to talk to a manager or person in charge that night and never received a call back. Tried again for a return call and again never received one. I then called in telling them that the work wasn't completed. I had another guy come out and tell me that the work was not completed . Needless to say I only have one room with a little heat and the rest of the house cold. For what I paid I at least expected more heat than I got. Terrible communication .

The technician limited to install and remove the actual thermostat of the water heater, wouldn’t work on someone else work. My bill was provided under someone else named after charged almost US$ 200.00 for he service, don’t argue the payment if the problem would it be solve.

Terrible work performed customer service. I should have hired a union shop for my plumbing work.

I called Mullin at about 3 or 3:30 PM on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Shower backing up, toilets not flushing, you know, that sort of thing. By 5:30 PM my line had been cleared and they were gone. Yes, I paid an overtime rate (it is a holiday weekend, let alone a regular weekend,) but they took one hour to do the work and charged me fairly for one hour. First time using these guys. Can’t say enough good things about them.From call to completion on a HOLIDAY weekend: 2 hours. I mean, come on. These guys are great.

The service technician was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and did his best to ensure nothing was damaged. I apologize I do not recall his name. Will use Mullin again.

Called about My mom's sewer backup and they came out quickly.The two guys that came out were Great and worked non-stop untill it was fixed.They had to dig up the broken sewer line and replace it and now when the grass grows back it will look like it did before they started. They finished it out great.Thanks guys for getting her fixed!

Mullin was quick to respond to our situation and very professional. It went so well that we decided to join in on their monthly maintenance program! I would recommend to anyone!

The first plumber they sent did not really listen to the explanation of the issue (or where we were located, as he went to the wrong part of town, even though we had explained where we were over the phone), and the piece of equipment he used to clear the line did not function well at all. The plumber was also not very experienced with this equipment. We paid for almost two hours of futile effort.I would give five stars to the next two plumbers on the following day. The first one, who tried to clear the line in the same manner they did on the previous day, was very professional and experienced. After a few attempts, we ended up deciding to jet the line, and the plumber who did this was also very professional.

I am giving a FIVE STAR review for my service today from Mullen! This was a strange issue involving an unusual style of two under utilized sink faucets. This was the third trip for Mullen to deal with a low flowing faucet. Anthony came out today and third plumber was the charm! I was prepared with new faucets but they would not be a good match for the pewter color of the shower fixtures:/ Anthony was polite and patient, as we problem solved the issues and discussed failed prior attempts. Long story short, he was patient enough to allow me to clean the 2 faucet lines/filters that connect to the water supply! CLR two mins on each filter and they drained out fine! Success! Thanks Anthony!

Couldn’t be happier with the level of competence and professionalism exhibited by the plumbing and electrical work done by this company. I had a plumbing job that another company said could only be fixed by ripping out an entire upstairs shower and replacing with new materials which would have cost thousands of dollars. Mullin fixed for a fraction of that and was completed in a matter of hours. The electrical work we needed to install new lighting had been attempted by another electrical company (on the cheap) and ended up costing us time and parts. The guys at Mullin showed up and got the work done correctly in no time.

Paid 2000 dollars for Mullins to jet my lines and fix my broken distribution blocks. The first block from the tank had a caved in side and the lid was caved in. Instead of replacing the box, they ran to lowes and bought a flagstone and 5 gallons of roofing tar and used that to patch up the block. I called the owner and told him i wasnt happy with it and he informed me that they were professionals and knew what they were doing. Needless to say, the ground where that particular block is, is saturated with septic water and is a disgusting mess. Avoid this company if you want something done right.Update. I had to dig up this area again and the block was caved in. The side where they tried to repair was completely ruined. Mullins ingormed me that no matter what, the bill would not be over 2500. I told them i would gladly pay whatever, i just wanted it done right. These guys were willing to skimp on material and do it wrong the first time, causing me even more money the second time around when i had to have it dug up again and replaced.

I had a very good experience with Mullin Plumbing. I called them and had same day service and their technician was a very nice knowledgeable guy. He did an excellent job. I am very pleased.

The technician that came out made our water heater worse. After the service was finished, the water heater didn’t get fixed and he said that was normal and it should return back to normal. After a couple days it still did not get better and he made it worse because the hot water would be gone every 20 minutes or so. Technician Logan took advantage of customers and was rude. Called the store to get a supervisor to speak to me and they did not get back to me yet. We’ve used them before but after this incident I would suggest everyone to be wary of this company. I’d also like to add that the our business has a name and it’s definitely not called “new Asian restaurant”. They had put that in the invoice as if we don’t have a business name. That’s very telling to me that they’re unprofessional and racist!

The technician came to place 2 screws on the outside faucet and put a fast drying concrete. I had already told them what the problem was prior and the dispatcher had mentioned the technician usually carries the necessary parts in his truck. But when he arrived he immediately had to go to Lowe’s to pick up the screws and was going to charge me for the hr it took him to go to Lowe’s to pick up the screws. I definitely recommend to always be at the site when any technicians come to your house.

Called on Sat. Due to toilets stopped up, came on Monday Hunter and Blane showed up at about 2:30. Found out the issue and corrected it quickly. They were very professional and very friendly, answered our questions and addressed our concerns. Excellent service I will definitely call again if I have an issue.

Horrible experience. Trying since June 2nd to get septic system cleaned out. Big run around and today is June 15th and it is finally getting done. I didnt get my invoices and now it is going to be more than what was quoted to my husband and I. There is a disconnect from one department to the other.

I have used Mullin Plumbing servers times and always after hours-weekends. They are always very professional and courteous, arrive quickly and do a fantastic job! I would and have highly recommended them! Thank you Mullin!!!!

Shame on you Mullin Pulmbing, I believe you took advantage of my elderly father in law. $500 to replace the insides of his toilet, my wife calls the tech to inquire and immediately the tech takes $100 of the bill. Why would you do that if you were not honest and fair in the first place, big nice house? I get the cost of a service call and labor but $400 for parts inside the tank, wow! Shame on me too for not replacing the flapper myself and letting him call you.

I was on a time crunch. My husband was attempting to fix our aerobic septic system. He did amazing but ran into trouble wiring up the box. I called and they got someone out within a couple of hours. The young man listened to my husband. He was very professional and friendly. Got our system working and it was at a great price. Seems the last company we had out, price gouged us. So very grateful to the Mullin Co.

I would definitely recommend Mullin. We called another company first to pump out our septic tank. They advised that the lines needed to be flushed due to blockage or possible damage, and estimated $5k to do the job.. Mullin flushed out the lines of my septic tank for a completely reasonable amount. (Less than $2k). They explained everything in terms that I could understand. Thank you Mullin Inc.

We had the Platinum Service Plan for our Aerobic system at our home for 8.5 years. Always excellent service. We just moved and don’t have a need for this type of service at the new home; otherwise we would still have your company’s service. Every employee whether on the telephone or in person at our home was polite, cheerful and ready to assist in any way needed. Thank you for providing great service. You obviously make a great work environment for people to enjoy their jobs and be cheerful in assisting customers. We appreciate every one who assisted us over the years.

I only use Mullins because I have listened mark Wayne for years and know a few workers. So I know that their values are what separates them from the competition. They have the same mindset as me in business! Great company

The repairman showed up without wearing Covid mask. He did not have the part with him ( although it was explained prior to the job what was needed) left for 45 mins - 1 hour to get the part ( drive time away from home included in the charge). He then said the work had to be inspected by the county inspector and lied about the inspection charge. He charged me approximately $90 over the inspection fee ( that i could have set up on my own..and will do from now on). Inspection time came ( re-arranged work schedule to be there) and with without an inspector. I called inspection office and Mullins plumbing to find out due to a computer error that Mullins plumbing never submitted the inspection order. The bill was excessive. The positive is that they did get out quickly and did the repair correctly.

Price quoted over the phone was lower and wrong but technician called company and matched the price. Great all around work! Would recommend. Price was quoted through All American Septic which is a subsidiary so at no fault is Mullin Environmental. Call Myllin Environmental directly for correct pricing. Same day service was great!

Christmas Eve, dinner being prepared... kitchen sink clog! Called Mullin, within five minutes John the plumber was dispatched and arrived 10 minutes later. Within the hour my clog was gone.Would wholeheartedly recommend Mullin Plumbing, particularly Plumber John ( Tech #4).Saved Christmas Eve dinner as the lasagna cooked!

Mullin Plumbing is always quick to arrive and fix any problem we have ever had with our aerobic system. They are kind and courteous. I recommend this business to everyone. I have NEVER had any problems with them. They always show up as promised.

Driver did not call ahead and noticed his truck backed into my driveway. So I went out to let him know I was home and he was asleep in the truck so I tapped on the window. Also I don’t like paying for something without getting to look at the ticket. All he had was a total on his iPad. Also he tried to charge me for two hours labor and I had my stop watch set when he came in the door and he was here for less then one hour. Also I had new flushers installed in three bathrooms and what he charged me for them was twice what I can buy them for on the exact item. I still need my receipt so I can see what else I was charged for.

His employee broke my water main and left me with a huge leak without telling me. I had to call for him to come back but he didn't fix it. Just told me how to turn my water off at the meter. This was on a Friday and said would be back on Monday. Waited for him to come back but never showed. Called shop and they were totally unaware what I was talking about. Long story short I had to have another company repair my water main. Mullin employee broke the main by trying to unscrew an above ground sprinkler system connection to the water main.

Prequalified for Platinum Air Program. Where they do maintenance twice a year and all service calls are paid for with this service. At only $45. Dollars a month it’s peace of mind. Very pleased with the professionalism and curtesy. Will be using them for all my plumbing and heat/air issues.Highly recommend Mullin Plumbing.

Apologies in advance for the long post, but I want to give an honest review.Mullin, Inc came highly recommended and being new to the area, I was hoping for a good experience. They responded quickly when I called for an estimate. I needed a drain and water lines relocated. The tech gave a time and materials estimate. He quoted $128/hr for the plumber and $68/hr for a helper, should one be needed. I agreed to this. I initially told him that I was thinking about removing the concrete. Considering the cost of renting equipment and the time for the work, I decided to have them remove the concrete. I was never told this would be a higher per hour charge. Fast forward a couple of weeks. I called to schedule the work to be done. Josh arrived and immediately said that the work order stated that I was going to have the concrete removed. I never told the first tech that I would do so. I informed Josh of this. He said that was no problem, he could remove the concrete. He said he would need to go back to the shop to get the jackhammer. No problem, miscommunication happens sometime. After I explained to Josh the work that we were needing done, it was determined that we weren't quite ready for the plumbing to be installed. I called the office and told them I would need to reschedule. I did just that. Josh came out again on a Tuesday. He was surprised the concrete wasn't removed. I reminded him of our conversation about that the week prior. He apologized and said he would need to go get the jackhammer. He was gone for 2 hours. I was charged for this time, even though it was a mistake on their part. Once he had removed some of the concrete, it was determined that we would need to replace some of the old pipe under the house. We asked for an estimate for that work. We were told around $4000. We decided to have the work done. Josh and Walter spent about 10 hours the next day at our house. We were charged for 13. I questioned this. I was told I am charged from the time the tech leaves the shop, until he returns. I understand being charged for time spent picking up materials needed for the job. I don't understand being charged for drive time too and from my house. I was quite impressed with both of the gentlemen who worked at our house. They worked diligently to complete the work. I believe they did top notch work. I have an issue with Mullin's billing practices, though. I asked for an itemized invoice when I was told my bill was almost a thousand dollars more than the original estimate. I was told the $4000 estimate was time only, not material. Upon speaking with Lance in the office, he explained that because they removed the concrete, I was charged $194/hr. I was never told this before I had them do the work. He agreed to refund $600 of my bill and said he would email the invoice to reflect that. I asked for an itemized invoice breaking down exactly what I was charged. It was broken down into two categories. Time and materials, one charge for each. I called and asked for the materials to be itemized. Lance told me they do not do that. I asked him exactly what that $736 was for and all he could say was material used for the job. He also told me they mark up materials 50%. I insisted that they provide the itemized materials list. Lance said it is not possible to provide it. I had a long telephone conversation with Lance about how unacceptable this is. I told him I saw what the tech carried into my house for the job. I have since priced those things at Lowe's and came up with less than $125. I believe I was either charged for stuff that was not used, or the mark-up is way more than 50%. I also believe that since they are unable or unwilling to provide the itemized materials list, they are trying to hide it. I cannot, in good conscious, recommend them to anyone and I will not use them again. I was hoping I had found a plumber I could rely on. I did with Josh. Unfortunately, Mullin's questionable billing practices ruined that.

They extremely overcharged us for the repair that was done. I have called 4 times to request an itemized receipt and the service manager will not call me back. I gave them a fair chance, now I’m reporting them to Ok tax commission and Ok department of labor.

Mullins Plumbing arrived on time and completed all work requested. The plumber replaced a toilet bidet not once but twice, after I changed my mind . He was congenial and patient through this process. I would definitely use them again for my plumbing needs!

I have had faucets replaced and our hot water tank replaced by Mullins Plumbing and am very satisfied with Mullins. I recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

I enrolled last summer in the maintenance plan and my heater acted up recently on a Sunday night. Cara spoke to me right away and sent a technician out to fix it within an hour. Wow! Highly recommend!

Mullin Plumbing has always provided excellent customer service. After repairing pipes under my kitchen sink they noticed I had parts laying aside for me to hook up my dryer venting. They took care of that without charge so I wouldn't have to later!I have always had a great experience with Mullin Plumbing and will continue using them for all my plumbing needs.

I have used Mullin Plumbjng exclusively for approximately 12years and have been very happy with their service, professionalism and quality of work performed. Most recently, I had their remodeling group remodel my bathroom and it is absolutely beautiful! I’ll never use anyone else and would have highly recommend Mullin for all things plumbing !!

If you have the opportunity to use someone else, do it! Not only will you save yourself money, but you will avoid headache after headache. We have a leak. They searched for the leak for about..... 30 minutes. At which point the technician, (who literally just finished high school) informed us that the only plan of action was to replace our entire service line. Now I’m not a professional plumber. But as a paying customer I would assume that the leak should be located before jackhammering into someone’s foundation or driveway. I’m a disabled veteran, so money is tight. So I’m not going to pay thousands to someone who just “guesses” and hopes that it will fix the problem. USE SOMEONE ELSE!

The technician quickly diagnosed the issue, and also doubled back to make sure nothing was overlooked. The proof is in the pudding - the floor was nice and dry this morning. The Gent that came to my mother in laws home was very professional and understanding if mom's anxiety . she is very aged. Prompt and efficient.

I placed a call at 9am to fix shower. I call at 545pm and they tell me well we had wrong phone number that's why we didn't come out. Lady told we will send someone out but it would be overtime since so late. It was your fault it didn't get fixed in time but I have to pay double. Wow. I try to support local companies but I would never spend another dollar with this one.

Mullen plumbing sent out a technician on the same day as my request. Temo and his assistant were very pleasant and professional and resolved my issues promptly! Ive been a Realtor for many years and if I need anything plumbing related, dealt with right the first time, I recommend or call on Mullen Plumbing.

EDIT*Plumber seemed knowledgeable and was polite. Unfortunately he picked up the wrong parts from the store. This unfortunate error has cost me extra money, and has turned a 1.5 hr job into one closer to 4. An hour job for any journeyman. I was also disappointed that they left mud, and water at the access point. They also neglected to cover the access point after completion of work. Seems unprofessional to me. Over all I am satisfied with the quality of work performed, but disappointed in company policy to continue to charge the customer for time not on the premises. Time spent traveling, especially when multiple trips are needed to complete a job due to the plumbers error. I honestly do not feel I will use them again though.

Done waiting for a return call. I've left numerous messages for someone to return my call and do the right thing. Last Sunday we called to have you all come out do to a water leak in our wall. Your Plumber failed to get the water turned off. The city supposedly stop by and verified the water was off at the meter. They failed as well. It was the wrong meter. I was out of town. It was my neighbors house that was turned off. Your plumber left and he refused to come back minutes later after we reported that the water was still on. Another company came out the next morning and actually got the water off. This mistake by your company caused thousands of dollars in water damage to my house. He was there for 15 minutes. Billed me $178.00 after knocking a hole in my wall. He then quoted me $2,100.00 to fix same day or it would only be $1,100.00 on Monday. The plumbing company I called on Monday fixed the problem for $500.00. Do not use this company. They try to rip you off big $$$. Very unprofessional. I will spread the word to thousands of friends to never request your services. It's the principle of how this has been handled. I'm not wasting anymore time on this! Unacceptable.Still waiting?No one has ever called me. The supposed owner that responded is a flat out liar!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DISHONEST COMPANY.

I have used this company in the past so I called them again with another issue. I spoke with a lady that answered the phone, gave her all the details and she assured me someone would be here between 8am and 1pm. That time came and went. I call around 1:30pm and spoke with the same lady. She then transfers me to another person. He tells me they were running behind but again I was assured someone would be out within the 1 1/2 hours. I waited. I received a text letting me know they were on the way. I then get a call from what I thought was a plumber and it was a septic pump truck, of I didn't know he was in a pump truck. He arrives and is looking to pump out our septic. I explained to him there was no septic tank issue there was an aroma inside the house and it had to be a venting issue. He calls in and speaks with yet another person and tells me they are sending out a plumber today. About an hour later I get a call from a lady that tells me they can not come out today. I let her know I took off work toady to deal with this. This place has wasted my entire day waiting on THEM!!! I will not use them again ever and suggest you do the same.

Told me they would show up early afternoon. 3:00 rolls around and I called to check in. They then told me it wouldn’t be until 6:00. I use their VIP Heat and Air service. They keep my H&A taken care of all year long, even change my filters. It is a relief to know I have this service. I’m a fan!

My kitchen sink line was clogged, due to egg shells. Teo did a good job, and we used the camera to verify what was causing the stoppage, because it was a very strong clog.

My wife recently took off work to meet the plumber at our house for an appointment that was set up for two weeks. The tech did not show. When my wife called to see where the tech was, they didn’t even have our appointment on their schedule. A day of PTO burned for nothing.

Our rent house has some broken pipes under the home in the crawl space, they showed up and the first guy was too large to fit in the crawl space, but within 2 hours they had another one out and he did it faster than expected. I really liked the technician. I am upset because he didn't have a part and it looks like Inwas billed for the hours he was gone. He got here around 9, left for good at 10:45, but was fine for about 30-45 minutes going to get a part. They do offer a small military discount.

I am very happy with the service we received. Very professional in every way. We bought this house about 18 months ago and was told we were on city sewer. The tech said he could not believe it and after doing some investigating he found the septic tank and you could tell it had never been cleaned out. He helped us set up to get it pumped out. Mike Brown was professional and very educated on leak detection. I’m satisfied with the new Tee water connection Mullin installed today. I understand that a Rogers County inspection is required.At this point I would like to tell you that Mullin Plumbing installed a different type of Tee connection in March 2017 that has failed approximately 32 months later. In March 2017 we paid Mullin Plumbing $5526 and $1295 for new septic system, water line, installation of toilet, sink , hot water tank and two freeze proof hydrants. Boring for the water line is the $1295 charge. I do not recall any of these services needed to be inspected by Rogers County or any other entity.I’m sure there is the standard one year warranty on your work in 2017 but I would think an underground water connection would last longer than 32 months and would appreciate some consideration on the invoice we paid tonight and the next invoice we have to pay for inspection and backfill of three holes. They came out & fixed my drain that was backing up in the kitchen. He had it cleaned out within an hour. He also cleaned up & put everything back under the kitchen due to me being handicap. Job well done!

I'll never do business again with them. They schedule my job wrong. Once they realized this and wasted my whole after noon 12-5 they raised the price on me. I asked them if they were going to honor the service call fee + work the quoted me and they said no and refused to honor it. This not how I do business!!!

Notified by the main office that the technician, Emerson, was on his way during the time frame I was promised. Emerson was thorough in explaining my options for repair vs. replacement. He returned the next morning to complete the replacement and showed me the features. I had used Mullin Plumbing 9 years ago for similar work and knew them to be courteous and professional. my mother has always used Mullins, about 3 winters ago my mother had them come out for a clogged drain and they blessed her and my family...there was no heat at the time and it was freezing the worker gave them Mullins jackets and beanies and later came back after work and delivered 4 space heaters and big soft warm blankets. they have no idea how much that helped them. agian thank u for not only amazing service but for helping when u can in your community

I called Mohan last night around 830. My washing machine shut off valve was stripped out and would not turn off the water. Mullen sent Emerson out as my plumber and I have to say he was excellent. He came prepared and immediately went to work fixing my situation. He got the water shut off and got the part repaired right away. He was clean cut and well mannered and extremely knowledgeable. I will 100% be recommending Moen and I will use them again for any needs I might have. Thank you for an excellent customer experience!

I would not recommend this company who apparently think their time is more important than their customers. Took time off for 2 days from work (because they missed the first appointment from 1pm to 4pm and called me at 5pm telling me my service was considered first service call and would have to be rescheduled, EVEN THOUGH I CALLED THEM 2 TIMES TO CONFIRM THEY WERE STILL COMING OUT @ 2pm and 4pm) and guess who no showed for both days. READ ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS! That is the kind of service you will get. The front desk people were nice, so I feel bad for them when the plumbers make them look like idiots but I guess that can be said when the plumbers obviously work off commission. If Mullin has a bigger commercial/residential job they can milk, expect to be treated like a second rate customer. Call Aspen Plumbing, cheaper and by far more honest and not the typical Mullin dishonest sales pitch yeah this job is huge, will probably cost $600 and another guy. Aspen came out same day and did it for $200 and didn't need a tile guy. If you guys didn't want to do the job just say no, don't waste my time.

Had a wax rung replaced on a toilet that has “rocked” since Robert Young “fixed” it in 2012, and Bobby fixed it so it doesn’t rock and it doesn’t leak. Whenever I have used Mullin for anything they’ve done the job correctly first time! I’m pleased to recommend them.

I had two issues come up recently with my washing machine and my toilets. Mullin was my first call due to their reputation and they did not disappoint. They came right out day of after calling and took care of our issues. Their rates are fare and their customer service is excellent. The guy who came to my house was extremely polite. I cannot say enough about how great Brandon was at detecting and repairing the leak in our pool. He also replaced the concrete decking that had to be removed. Outstanding workmanship! I highly recommend.

We decided to tear down the fireplace hearth to make room in the living room for an office. Well, surprise there's a gas pipe buried under that mess that sticks out a foot out of the wall. Mullin has come to fix our plumbing when water backed up into the toilets and tub after it rained. They gave us a great quote for this project. They came in the following week and fixed up everything. He explained what to look for in case of a suspected gas leak. Overall really happy and would recommend them again as we've only had positive experiences.

I’m surprised of the number of 5 star reviews here. My daughter had them out and was charged nearly $600 for leak detection which ended up being the seal around the shower door! 250 to come out and then 192 per hour after that! Heck Lawyers don’t charge that much! Buyer beware!

I had plumbing emergency on a Saturday evening, and Caleb from Mullins Inc. came and helped us out. He's very professional and quick to solve the problem. He didn't even mind the 5lbs attack dog that went for his ankle (sorry Caleb!) I will definitely give Mullins a call If we ever have plumbing issues again.

We needed probably a new hot water tank. And the young man came to the house and examined our water heater they indeed said that it would need to be replaced. They first set down and made out a detailed work list and a bottom line number. They showed it To me and I excepted the offer. They then got to work and approximately 4 to 4 1/2 hours later I had a new working hot water heater. They were professional and courteous and explained everything they were doing and were going to do. When they finished they showed me the final product and told me how to use it properly. I have always had good service from Mullin’s and these young men (STEVE and Daniel) did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Mullin plumbing!

A tech came out serviced a small leak in my bathroom sink faucet. My wife was home. When i came home later that evening I turned the water on upstairs and it turned on all the way but wouldn’t shut off. So I shut it off underneath the sink and immediately called Mullin. The guy called me and I asked how he was he said “awake now just like u” and I asked if someone would come out he said everyone was busy that they would take care of it tomorrow. I said I would like someone to come now and he said “really ?? U want someone to come right now” and I said I’ll find someone else !!! Not happy!!! Guess I will call MarkWayne?? Poor service!!!

I’ve been on Mullin’s Platinum service for a few years now and have been very satisfied! Anytime we have had problem they respond in a timely manner. Every other month they make a service call to check the operation of the system. A couple of times we have had components fail and they have either repaired or replaced at no cost. This is a great value and would recommend this service!

Mullin's representative got to our house quickly after I called about replacing our old leaky water heater. He did a good job replacing the water heater and was very pleasant and helpful.

We were concerned of our sewer issues. The service provider was completely honest and forthcoming at every stage of discovery. He offered options to repair, maintain, risk as and benefits. He never made us feel rushed or pressured. He utilized his resources and contacted his manager for reassurance of any questions or projected repairs needed so we had and now have a great plan for our home.

Chris came out to my house today. He was very knowledgeable and never made me feel like he was ripping me off. He also said he didn’t have the correct parts to do the job in a way he could feel proud about but fixed the problem so we could have water this weekend, and said he would come back and fix it Monday with no extra charge. Replaced my grandmothers AC but didn’t check the lines and it turns out they leak. When she informed them they wanted to run new lines through her foundation and charge her another $3,000. Unfortunate for an elderly person to run out of coolant when it’s very hot.

My technician Bobby was excellent. He found the problem and was able to completely fix it for me. I'm very grateful and excited to be able to use Mullin Plumbing at a later time as needed.

I needed a toilet and pedestal sink reset after having flooring replaced. Mullen technician called late the day of my first appointment to say he was held up at previous job and asked if he could come the following day. It hook him 2.5 hours to reset the sink alone. My bill was for 3 hours for what should have taken 1.5 at the most. Then, I was asked to sign a release of liability which seemed odd. Apparently, they will hold your electronic receipt if you don't sign a release? Never received a receipt as promised. Probably won't use them again. $302 is a bit excessive to replace fixtures.

The HVAC folks at Mullin continue to impress! Nick and Brian neatly and proficiently installed a fresh air vent and some other required equipment and ducts to facilitate impending spray foam insulation in my attic. They were tidy, timely, and courteous not only to me, but also to my mother (who lives with me). The professionalism and product knowledge they display is the sort of thing one can only hope to see in all technicians and experts. That’s the reason I contract with Mullin for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance.Well done!

Was dreading getting some gas lines and an old gas heater removed but a leaking water pipe finally motivated me to call a plumber. They came out and did everything I needed in 2 hours and it was less than $300 for a job others quoted $600+ for. 100% going to call them anytime I need a plumber in the future.They were very clean (put on boot covers every time they came in the house) and left no mess.

They have done repairs for my parents with no issues in the past. Then we had them do a repair for my grandmother. We were told $104 for the first half hour and $52 for every half hour thereafter. He was at my grandmothers (who is legally blind and deaf) house for under an hour and thought he could take advantage of an 80 year old woman by charging her $260. Then was extremely rude saying he deserves the money for drive time and told us we better not ever call mullin plumbing again. Absolutely disgusting.

We had a backed up septic system, on Christmas Eve!! I had called 5 septic companies with no luck getting anyone out. Called Mullins and had a technician at my hours in under 2 hours. Not only that, but I was sent a text message with the technicians name, picture, bio, and a link to track his location while waiting for him to arrive. Top notch service!!

Today we noticed that our house was getting hotter even though the air was on. With a 7 month old this was a no go. Called for an appointment and got one same day. The technician was very efficient and found and fixed the problem. He was also very helpful with ways to fix future problems. House is now much cooler. All in all a great experience.

Mullin plumbing came out to my house 3 times with 4 different plumbers to try to identify a simple leak and couldn't find it. First, I will say they were on time and very nice and professional. However, they cut 4 holes in my walls and did some very expensive/extensive testing and could not find it. The leak was obviously coming from upstairs bathroom and they asked if I wanted them to cut out the access panel behind the upstairs bathroom plumbing to look inside. Of course I said Yes!. Obviously. But they did not do it. They said it wasn't the issue. However, American Leak Detection came out and they did look behind that access panel and found the leak within 10 minutes and repaired. Previously, I had Mullin came out multiple times and charged me hundreds of dollars to identify and fix nothing. Very disappointing.

Stay away from this company they are nothing but a company of rip off artist. They simply don’t do what they are brought out to do. They find misterous gremlins in everything they do. Refuse to provide hourly rates and try to charge out of this world costs for work that is not done. Plumbers become bill collectors at the end of the job demanding payment for work not done. They are a freaking bunch of non working, uniform wearing confidence men.Some added information. Initially absolutely no one will talk about hourly rates for labor. They will give you all kinds of excuses for not doing so. Lowest price gouging, parts mark up, etc, anything to avoid giving you an hourly labor rate. In the end, if you use half a brain they will tell you that their rate is $110.00 per hour. Not really all that exhorbitant. However, where you catch them is when you ask for a price break down on a “quoted job”. They wanted to charge me for 4 hours labor, total cost $2100.00. Ladies and gentlemen, that is $525.00 per hour. See their catchy little shell game? Never let them on your property until they give you two things, cost for the job and estimated time. Believe me, they are not going to give you back money if an estimated job of 2 hours ends up taking 15 minuets. lol

We had another company install a new tankless water heater and was having problems after the installation so we decided to call Mullin. The Mullin installer was awesome in diagnosing the problem and getting it to work correctly. We haven’t had any issues since and that’s been about 3 years.

I did not ask anyone to come to my house. Wanted a quote only, you charge too much.

My technician was perfect as always.Update. Mullin has been sold and is no longer a family business. Now cold and uncaring. Technicians are still great. I've had their Platinum HVAC plan for years. Got a short letter. The just out of the blue cancelled the contract. Don't know how they could cancel a contract but they did for all Platinum HVAC program customers. Said they had no choice. Corporate decision. They've also now gone to a flat rate pricing on HVAC. Charged over $300 for 30 minutes work and a $50 dollar part. NEVER woul have done this before the sale.Update: said they would contact me. I spent about an hour talking with Mullin management before posting my review. It is NOT the same Mullin. EVERYTHING is now a corporate decision and local management has no decision making authority. I was told the flat rate is not negotiable and local management doesn't have the authority to make an adjustment. The corporation that bought Mullin also bought out most other HVAC/Plumbing companies in Tulsa. So get ready for declining service in Tulsa. I used to be one of Mullin's best fans and bragged about them to friends and family. Not anymore. I planned on having my HVAC Platinum Plan for as long as Mullin was in business. I even had 4 family members sign up. DO I feel stupid! This is my opinion.

I use the platinum service for my aerobic system. They do a fair job of maintaining the system. It works and when it doesn't they are quick to respond. But over the years they have let parts of the system deteriorate like missing screws on the covers, letting the warning system no longer be effective, replacing a sprinkler head with one that wasn't meant for the system. They also come at irregular times to service the system. Suppose to be 6 services a year, every two months, but sometimes you get two services in two months and then nothing for several more.

I do not recommend Mullins plumbing. After spending thousands of dollars I have a garage full of pipes they removed and left, I have a toilet still off the flange and the other toilet rocks back and forth and is now leaking from the flange…. It’s been over a month and a half since they were supposed to return to put on the last toilet but they are clearly too busy and have already been paid. The job was also supposed to take like a week but it lasted almost a month because the crew was running around doing other jobs as well as mine. They were always full of excuses of why they do something or why they had to leave or why they forgot something on another job site two hours away… just little annoying stuff. Not very professional at all but hey what more can you expect in 2022… I do not expect them to do anything else for me as I might as well watch YouTube videos and become a YouTube certified plumber. The only positive I can say is that while the guys were around they were great to talk to and very personal.

I am a first time homeowner. I moved into my new home and the SECOND NIGHT, I walk into my bathroom and it is flooding-the bathtub is backed up and won’t drain and water is just flowing out of the base of the toilet. I am panicked. It’s a Sunday and I’m not even sure if anyone is open to help. I googled plumbers in broken arrow and saw that Mullin was open. Everyone I spoke to was super nice. They sent Bret out to my house within the hour. He was friendly, upfront about pricing, and worked quickly. He figured out the problem and fixed it within an hour and then offered me long term solutions. I had a great experience and would highly recommend using Mullin. I thought my entire house was going to be destroyed! I am so thankful they showed up quickly and worked so fast.

Maintains and repairs my aerobic system monthly. Correct or fixes any problem that develop. I have a platinum membership for repairs, well worth the monthly price. They have exceeded their efforts in keeping my system running, and alert me when they are to be at my house. Highly recommend this company because they work with the integrity of doing a good job.

We had visions of installing gas line to our stove to make the aw the switch from electric to gas cooking. However Mullin came out, crawled under the house and did a thorough investigation. Mullins is top notch!!. I used their VIP plan and loved it! They took care of all my monthly and quarterly maintenance for my heating and air, electrical, and septic. I would not trust another company.

The plumber that was sent out got there on time and did a great job. He was very detailed and cleaned up after himself very well. My only complaint is that it seemed like he was pretty slow and the job that should have taken an hour and a half took two and a half hours and ended up costing me more than it should have. Besides the plumber being slow, I was satisfied with the results.

Josh was OK, but inexperienced. He brought a faulty machine out to snake my line with to clear the clog. The machine broke. He left the site for two hours, came back and charged me for the time it took to fix his machine and fish the broken part out of the line as well as perform the rest of the service. On the return with the 2nd technician, one parked their van on my front lawn and made a HUGE tire rut almost the entire part of the front width of the lawn. I’m disappointed with the service, while fixed for now, I will be shopping around.

I mean employee explained they send someone to make sure the line is not backed up. I explained at the time of the call I had aerobic system. They didn’t come until after 4 and now having to wait for them to get to call to send someone who is familiar with that system. Already didn’t want to pay all the overtime for weekend and now I pray they can complete the service tomorrow! Haven’t had water since Sat early morning

My wife and I moved to Wagoner, Oklahoma, 7 years ago and bought a modest, 100 year old, 2 bedroom, one bath home for our retirement place. The home had been passively renovated and we’ve continued to make improvements to the property as we’ve had the time and money to spare. Though the bathroom was in fair condition, one thing that became a concern was the bathtub. It had the usual faucet and shower provisions, but at our age, stepping into a tub to take a shower has been a worry. In fact, I took a fall on one occasion and emerged with only a few bruises, but it was a warning shot that my 78 year old body couldn’t ignore. We finally decided to replace the tub with a large, step in shower stall, so I called several plumbers and got quotes for the removal and replacement work. The winning bid was Mullin Plumbing, and I quickly learned that Mullin was also the most reputable firm in the area. They not only had their representative on our doorstep in short order, but they also furnished us with a printed quote that fully outlined the work to be done. I’m happy to report that they completely fulfilled the terms of our contract, with no additional cost, and we now have a safe, attractive shower that complements the appearance of our bathroom. Fast and professional buttttt... they charged me $64 dollars just to go pick up parts. To charge me $64 for the 20 min part pick up is extremely excessive. I understand they need to be paid for their time and knowledge, but In today’s world I don’t understand why I couldn’t send them a picture so they know what parts they need. I know there’s several different Packings but removing one simple screw, taking a pic, and a experienced tech looking at the pic would have saved me $64. Seems like a easy way for them upcharge the customer. Will definitely be more diligent in getting detailed explanation of pricing next time.

We scheduled a technician who arrived when promised. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He also alerted us to a problem with our water meter that we didn't know about. If we have to hire a plumber again we will definitely call Mullin. I have used this company in the past and the other technician was wonderful. I would highly recommend this company.

I was surprised they could get a plumber out so quickly on a Monday morning. I expected to wait a long time but he was prompt and arrived when they said he would. The plumber was knowledgeable and able to fix our problem in under an hour. I would recommend them and use them again

I bought a Maytag Dishwasher online for $633 with no installation. The Maytag delivery guys told me that it should take 15 minutes to install the unit, that it was That Easy. I called Mullins to schedule them to come and remove/install dishwasher. It took 2 1/2 hours and cost me $351.00 .. there were no unforeseen leaks or any major problems encountered. I felt this was excessive. So calling Lowes about removal/install by third party company would be $199 with add on $40 for removal.... a SAVINGS OF $112 .... Lesson learned I won't be using Mullins again which is a shame since I've used them before and never felt Scammed.**** got a response from Mullins saying someone would be IN TOUCH..... NOPE, NOT YET, STILL WAITING FOR RESOLUTION

Prompt, professional service tech who identified the source of our water leak behind our fridge and repaired it with minimal impact to the wall. Price was reasonable. Thank you for the repair within 2 hours of my initial phone call.

Update: Two frost free bibs weren't working. Came out once and mostly fixed one but very low flow rate but second leaked water terribly after fixed. $300. Called back to have it actually fixed. Had to break into wall to replace entire valve, $500 this time and no credit for the ineffective first attempt. Would have been nice if for $500 both would have been completely fixed the first time. Could have been 2 $25 valves and $450 labor and I'd have been ok with that for a couple hours work.Follow up. My daughter told them not to fix it so my bad. They tried their best with the poor quality builder grade materials.

charge of $104 for a local drive to a person house which doesn't include any work then another$56 to get started for the first 30 min. A bit steep to me. Then if the plumber is requested to return due to concerns with a part of the job the customers suffers the consequences of another $52 charge. 3 stars because of the technician work performance, just missed checking one item and was personable/ customer oriented and enough. Less two stars related to administration.

So, Mullin hasn't been my favorite plumbing services, as one plumber is cozy with our current slum-lord & wasn't honest with me about several things, not wanting my family & I aware of the extreme danger my family was put in due to slum-lord forcing us to stay in an uninhabitable unit full of raw sewage for 10 total days and zero working bathroom plumbing.However, Lester from Mullin Plumbing came instead of this regular other guy- and Lester is hands down the greatest employee/plumber, honest to a fault, very empathetic about the entire situation esp since he is a parent himself, very straightforward, and absolutely would not leave my unit until he got it fixed. He got it fixed, worked harder to find the problem than any of the other 4 plumbers we've had in 2 years & the man deserves a raise. He changed my mind about Mullin and I highly recommend requesting Lester for your plumbing issues. You won't regret it if you get Lester!

Alright, I'm going to start by saying Mullin has great customer service, in regards to everyone being really kind and polite. That being said, I have a real estate company here specializing in sales and property management. I had Mullin go out to a property that I manage, and my owner got slapped with a $192 bill for them to just diagnose that the 2 year old hot water heater needed to be replaced. In THEIR defense, it took us 24 minutes to call them back with our response to whether or not we wanted to replace the hot water heater, but I'm still trying to figure out how/why it would take a tech nearly 40 minutes to just determine that the hot water heater needed to be replaced (He was there for over 30 minutes before even giving me a call). The total billed time was 1.5 which I believe is their equivalent of 60 minutes, also VERY confusing on the invoice, which my clients see. The cost is $128 for the first 30 minutes/service call (which 1) Is the most expensive service call I've ever seen, and 2) I was unaware was different than the $89 service fee for their HVAC services, which I've used before, and THAT fee covers the first hour). I was told I would receive an invoice via email with a breakdown of the service call, that never happened until I called to get a copy. Then, of course, the copy is very confusing and not detailed, it does not outline anything that was done, what was checked, etc, just a flat $192 bill for 1.5 units of time. I called the office just to see if I could get a better breakdown on whether or not a $200 bill seemed reasonable for a replacement diagnosis. I was told someone would call me back with a response, but never heard back. Ultimately, I had to eat that cost in order to keep my client happy, which is in excess of the monthly management fees that I charge, and can, therefore, not use Mullin in the future, and cannot recommend them to others.

I was surprised how quick and easy the plumber corrected the leak. He had me test it and made sure I was happy with the repair. We explained how to fix a couple of other things and what tools I would need. I was impressed with the rate and the professionalism.

The technician that serviced my units was respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and carried himself well. He was young, so at first I was concerned, but he proved himself right away that he knew what he was doing.

Sam arrived and got the job done. After 45 years the septic tank was full to the top. Great job if I am still alive when it needs pumped again I will call Mullin Plumbing.

We used Mullin recently to repair our septic system and repair our hot water heater. For both jobs they were very responsive and professional. The work was done quickly and efficiently saving me both time and money. Would definitely use them again.

Update week plus later;Talked to accounting to ask for a receipt because we did not receive one at time of service. She emailed the receipt. Told her we were upset with the labor charges and she claimed to understand and agree. Said she would have Eric, the manager call me. This was over a week ago. No call. We will not call Mullin again!Review: Zack, our tech, was friendly. Were satisfied with his work. However, it was a shock to learn the labor costs brought the bill to $392.00. The part was less than $40. Labor fees are $120 per hour billed to the half hour. So in actuality it is $240 an hour. Much of the billed time was spent on hold to speak to a manufacture's representative while trouble shooting. The final half hour $128 was to install the part. . From arrival took 9 minutes.

Every technician they have sent has been professional, polite, and have performed the task quickly and most importantly, done right the first time. The one time they had to come back, they made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way.

They came out and could not diagnose where our main water line was leaking at, had of been in multiple areas, but they were able to reroute our line and we have not had any issues since then. Very appreciative, even though it took a little while, but that was no fault of theirs. Thank you!

I have no clue why they have a 24hr number. I had sewage backing up into a residence and a family literally swimming in it. We don't have anyone available this evening, would you like to book a time tomorrow? this marks the second time they couldn't deliver for an emergency. I wont be calling Mullin again.

The team at Mullin did a great job repairing our septic system, which had backed up due to output line issues. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and very clear when explaining the work, with the final cost coming in under the initial estimate. Braden did an excellent job finding the source of the issue and repairing it, as well as fixing some shoddy work from the original installation.

Despite all of the bad reviews we have used Mullin many times. I have noticed a shift in the American culture, no one can please people these days.Plumbing is expensive and that is what you would expect when you call a plumber. Mullin got us in every time very quickly and always did a great job! Keep up the great work!

I have had Mullin Services since I had a aerobic system placed several years ago and they notify me when & who is coming to manage the system along with a picture of the technician, they keep me posted on what needs repaired, or services they performed. I have not ever had to worry or do anything with the aerobic system, I'm so glad they were recommended to me. I am selling the property and will for sure give the new owners a good review on services & staff of Mullin Plumbing.

Mike was very professional in discovering the source of my water leak. He explained in detail where the leak might be and the estimated cost to repair depending on where it was. When he determined where the leak was he explained the process, time frame and the cost involved. Always happy with Mullin Plumbing and use them for all of my plumbing needs.

Mullins plumbing was hired to change a toilet supply line that broke they sent a So called Plumber out with a decent response Response time. He arrived and told me about the initial service call it was agreed to have him fix it 4.50 hrs later THREE trips to the supply house (To fix a busted toilet supply line) and $580 later he says it’s fixed I pay the bill because I always pay my bills. I later find out that he was not even a plumber, he was a plumbing apprentice that was working unsupervised for Mullins plumbing division which is against Oklahoma State code.

Called on a Wednesday morning for service, Joey and Davy arrived not long after. They were very friendly and got to work. Quickly diagnosed the problem and provided excellent service. I give these guys 2 gigantic thumbs up!!

The technicians that came out worked so hard to get my toilet unclogged. Mindful of how cold it was and snow on the ground. They work for 2 1/2 hours just to get myself to where my toilet would work. They were not on time. They rescheduled twice and at the time of service charged me extra $50. Because I didn’t dig a whole for them to perform the work. It was my first time cleaning a septic, I never had a septic in my life and they didn’t mention it when I scheduled the appointment on the phone. No thanks. You don’t treat customers like that ever.

Our toilets had the glue glubs. It took them 2 minutes to figure out our pump was bad. Sent someone out with another bad pump the second trip, but the third time was the charm and our system is golden!!!

I called at 10pm. The technician Bobby got here about an hour later. He was nice and courteous and he answered all the questions we had. He even gave us some tips about how to keep our system clean and running smoothly. This was the third time we've had to call a plumber out in less than 6 months, but the first time we chose mullin. Definitely should have went with them to begin with!

I made an appointment to have my two AC units “tuned up”. The technician arrived late. First thing he asked is what are we doing here, I replied I need these 2 units tuned up. He preceded to hook up his gauges and add Freon. He ran out of Freon and said he would return Monday. He returned Monday and added the rest of the Freon. When he finished I asked him if he was going to do the tuneup he said no and left without giving me an invoice. Three days later a representative called and asked if I was going to pay the invoice, I said you would have to give me one first. He emailed me 2 invoices and the total was $800 for Freon. They charge me for 2 service calls and had 3 different prices for the Freon. When I questioned him about the double and outrageous charges he said someone would call me the next day. No one called I waited 5 days. I called 5 days later and I was told someone would call me back the next day. No one did. I called again a week later and was told someone would call me back for the third time and no one did. The customer service is terrible and everyone I spoke to just gave me the runaround. The whole experience seems like a scam! I am very disappointed and I can’t remember the last time I dealt with such unscrupulous and unprofessional behavior.

The tech was great. He handled my 92 year old father with respect and patience.He is a 10 star.Your hourly prices on the other hand will have me shopping around for other projects. However for faucets for a home built in 70's you got our business.

Oh my goodness, what a great experience, we had Charlie Calhoun for a same day service issue with a gas line, and he was sensational, talked to you so you understood, it was great

First of all the technician was late getting to site for estimate. Received no courtesy call to let us know of being late and failed to tell us there might be an electrician charge too. Today replaced the water heater and then tells us there will be an electrician needed to complete installation. We are very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service we received. Will never use again.

Mullin got us in same day for our septic, called when 20 min out and arrived right on time. Very professional and completed the job quickly and with no mess. Answered all of our questions. I would recommend them to anyone!

800.00 to replace a toilet! I was told the charges would be 128.00 and 64.00 every 30 minutes. I've had a toilet replaced before and they were both removed and reinstalled when I got new floors, so I had an idea how long it took and was figuring it would cost at most 400.00. The guy came, looked at and measured the height. He them says he needs to go to the supply store to get the toilet. After reading reviews for Mullen Plumbing, this is common practice for them. Their clock is running. It took an hour to go to the supply store and unload the toilet and tools from his truck. 4 hours and 800.00 later, he's done.

We called Mullen Plumbing because we had a leak under the kitchen sink. They came out promptly and were so sweet and HONEST. Told us that we did not have a leak, we just needed a new sprayer on the sink! Suggested Lowe’s! WOW

The service technician was competent and courteous and completed the repair quickly. The charges seemed high for the service call that did not require any parts.

$300 to replace a 30 amp breaker with a 50 amp breaker. It took like ten minutes but I wanted a certified electrician and it seemed very high for the amount of work. They did come the next day.

The guy that came to my house today was very respectful and hard working. I couldn’t be more grateful for his kindness and knowledge to fix my shower the right way. Thank you !

Had a very good experience with mullin plumbing. Dealing with a huge water leak with tons of company at my house was a bit stressful but Israel got right on the problem. At 6:00 in the morning, my wife informed me that we had no hot water. I checked our tankless water heater and the burner was not coming on. I called Mullin Plumbing and they set us up for a service call the same day. Chris came out and checked everything out. The ignited on our unit needed to be replaced. Chris called to see if their local supplier had one and they said they didn’t. At this point it was looking like cold showers for several days . Chris asked the supplier if they could have one overnighted. They said they could. So, it was only going to be cold showers for a couple of days. The next morning, Chris called and said the supplier had found one and he could go get it and have us up and running in an hour. Needless to say, we were very thankful. Chris was great, and Mullin plumbing has always been great to us. We have used their services for years, and will continue to do so. Highly recommended!!!

Installer was very knowledgeable and friendly. Although, customer service told me their rates were for one hour and it was actually rated per 1/2 hour. If I would have known this from the beginning, I would have used the sellers installer which charges per hour... Ended up paying $320 total for something I could have paid Less.

I understand sometimes there are unknowns in leak detection. However, as a business that touts customer service I was left with a feeling of only being taken advantage of. My leak still was not completely pinpointed after 2 visits and I was not offered any consideration in price discounts for their lack of understanding what was going on or their not scheduling enough time or bringing enough equipment or the right equipment to do the job. Very disappointed as they were recommended by professional contractor and promote themselves very well. I feel they have let politics creep into their business model too much and no longer do the customers matter! It seems to be all about the bottom line.Michael Hughes

The technicians were on time and efficient in doing the leak detection and repairs correctly and completely, but the best part was, in addition cleaning up after the work, they were kind enough to bring to my porch a bulky box that had been delivered while they were working. We had a toilet overflow on a Friday evening. I called them mainly because of their good reputation and owner is a great person. They were out within 45 minutes. Professional, clean, and quick. They even wore shoe covers :-) will call again when needed.

Replaced a faucet valve which was leaking with new one I provided and charged me 400$ very expensive service!Yes, like 200$ per hour! Be careful and get a quote before asking this company to do any repair job for you.they can charge any from 75$ up 200$ so if you do not ask for a quote first you may end up being charged like me. 15min works they do it in 2 hours! and you do not have any option. they collect several signature before and while they are doing the work be carful about signing them.

Fast effective service. My technician was knowledgable and identified the problem quickly. I called Mullen because my regular plumber was just snaking out my line over and over. Technitian gave advice to seek a permanent solution to my problem rather than a temporary fix.

Bad experience with the several years ago. Some ex con came out and told me I had a slab leak. Didn't fix it and charged me 130 dollars and left and I was without water the whole weekend. I called another plumber and he fixed it right away. Turns out it was the kick out pipe in the yard. Don't use these people they are not good.

I had a water heater leaking & asked them to come out. They wanted $2,050 to replace it. I am on Social Security & there was no way I could afford that. I called another plumbing company & they had it fixed in just a couple of minutes. It was leaking from the cold water incoming line & they tightened it. Costed me $100. I will not call Mullin's again.....seems like instead of just fixing the problem they wanted to put me out of the expense of a water heater. What a rip off.

Pretty great team. They did a great job fixing the problem. There were some other issues that I feel could’ve been prevented that probably would’ve made the cost not so much. But they were helpful and accommodating

Late last night ( Sunday) our main line outside backed up into our tub and bathroom floor from the toilet. We submitted an online service request, and still hadn't heard anything this morning. We called first thing this morning and were told by the office that they don't see the website forms, but they would get someone out between 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm. No notice from the company by late afternoon, but were told they were finishing up a job and we would be next. We waited and called again a little after 6:00, and just got the answering service. Not one call from anyone. In the meantime, we are now 24 hours without being able to use the water in our house and we both work from home. We'll be calling our regular company in the morning. Mullin seems to have absolutely no sense of urgency. Do not recommend!

A little over a year ago I had an issue with a flooded basement at a residential, rental property I own. I called Mullin plumbing to fix the issue which they gladly took my money and did so. Except, I've had more issues with my plumbing ever since then. One issue that rose up within a few months of the major fix that cost me thousands in my basement, I called Mullins to come out and see what the issue is, since it seemed like my basement shouldn't be backing up after having the main line to my house replaced. The manager I spoke to on the phone the next day didn't give any answers, tried to blame my tenants on the problem (they've been living there for years and have never had these issues until i started using Mullin) and then offered their camera services, but stating that it would certainly be more money.All of those issues were frustrating and even more frustrating when looking at the invoices for the work down and realizing that none of it is itemized and does not clearly state any of the work (One invoice only says Camera that I was charged $2,608 for). Even more frustrating is that I recently spoke to my tenants about that issue and found out that there was an OSHA incident at my rental property when Mullin was supposed to be working on my plumbing. I was told that OSHA stopped the work for a matter of hours, the work did not commence that day and then an uncovered whole was left there for some time.I'm incredibly frustrated that this was never disclosed to me, the homeowner, whom Mullin Plumbing had already charged for the work prior to it being done according to the dates on the OSHA incident, the invoices and my credit card statement. Now, on top of all of that and the frequency of issues I've had at my rental property I'm wondering if the job was completed at all. There are a lot of questions to be answered and so far Mullin Plumbing has not been forthright in giving answers.

They are the ones who service my aerobic system but it's hit or miss when I get good service. I'm still waiting on a phone call to pay for my next year of maintenance so I can get them scheduled to come out. Called 4 days ago. Guess I'll try them again Monday.

We have had a few plumbing issues. And as frustrating as they are - Mulin has literally been here either same day or next every time. And every technician has been nothing but friendly and professional.

We use Mullin for our aerobic septic system and for the occasional heat and air job. I have never had an issue with them. We're on the platinum plan for the septic system and it has been worth every penny. These guys have come out at midnight on a weekend to help me fix this thing and they always do great work.

BEWARE of Mullin’s Plumbing! They charged me $600.00 to set two toilets. The young man tried to also tell me that a standard pressure regulator for my water line would be $600 - $700. And that they were having trouble getting them. When I informed him that I called Lock Supply and they were about $100 (1” regulator) and had 30 or 40 at their warehouse he started back tracking. I called the office and spoke with a supervisor and he said he would get back with me. I’m still waiting for him to call. I have learned my lesson Do not use Mullin’s Plumbing!

The men working were very good. It did take a few days to get our drain working but it was on a holiday weekend.

I have used the Mullin Platinum Service for my aerobic septic system for many years. It's a great peace of mind to have them to call on, since these systems have a way of failing at the most inconvenient times.

No complaints about the actual job done. But the service tech was incredibly unprofessional. The day of the service, I was scheduled between 9-1.... He didn't call so I checked back and since he makes his own schedule, they had him call me. Very brisk on the phone, ok, I understand we have bad days.... But after the work was approved by the city, he was supposed to let me know. Never had any notification.... Then I never received a copy of the bill/invoice, let them know that.... talked to a guy who was not incredibly friendly about paying the bill...Finally got a copy left on my doorstep which I found when I got home from a 12 hour shift at midnight.... By 8 a.m the next morning I had the service tech personally sending me harassing text messages about payment of the bill. Talked to the billing department about paying my bill and was informed that the service tech wasn't even supposed to be handling finance details... Also, he had not even turned in the invoice until the day before.... So, the day I received the copy of the invoice was the day he turned it in for them to formally send a bill. The young women answering the phones were helpful as well as the people working with the billing department. Eric was also very apologetic. However, damage is done. Would not use this service again for the lack of courtesy and communication.

My wife suffered a stroke and I broke my leg when the woman who is helping us out says there is a flood in the kitchen. I called mullin and they took care of everything. The leak was fixed and they cleaned up the water and under the sink. Thank you for excellent service!

Sewer backed up and flooded our side yard. Mullin was here in about 45 minutes with two guys and the right equipment. 45 minutes later, the roots are out of the sewer line and the crisis was over. These guys were courteous and friendly beyond knowing what they were doing. I'll call Mullin again!3/27/2019 UPDATE:I did call Mullin again, this time for a leak behind my water heater. Like above, very prompt service and in 2 hours they drained the water heater, moved it, fixed the leak, replaced the supply lines, moved the water heater back, filled the water heater, purged the pipes, checked for leaks, cleaned up and were gone. Kyle was excellent - efficient, knowledgable and pleasant. As I said above, I'll call Mullin again!9/3/20 Update:Again, a great service call for a leaky outside faucet. A non-emergency, Mullin was here in under 2 hours to fix. Reasonable cost (for a plumber). Showed me the repair, explained their work thoroughly. Masked and social distance throughout their visit. I will continue to use Mullin!

Kyle was very courteous and kept me informed during each item he addressed on his visit. I appreciated the phone call telling me he was on his way and that he was neat and polite!

Dispatch and their office workers are terrible and not on the same page. Adam gave false hope and don’t know how to schedule. They are having me look for the vent/relief for sewage main to relieve it. Won’t use them again since they changes owners, their company has gone downhill.

Mullin is always very quick to respond and the work performed has always been of high quality. I do think they are usually more expensive than competitors, but knowingly choose to use them based on their courteous employees and timely service.

Like the very experienced plumber Jerry at Mullin Plumbing.Don’t like the $160 labor charge for the 75 minutes time to drive to the supply store to get a part for my job.Note: Mullin’s hourly rate is $128/hr AFTER the initial trip charge of $128, which includes the first 30 min of time onsite. The dislike is the travel time expense at $128/ hr, even though no plumbing work is being done. Couldn’t there be a more reasonable rate, say $50/hr, for drive time to leave the job site to get a part? Thank you-

Lester was able to come out on the day I called, arrived within the 2 hr slot he gave me, did great work, and finished in time for me to show the house to potential buyers that afternoon. Very professional and took the time to explain to me and my husband what he was doing and why. I would definitely call him again.

A challenging job to accomplish, the hill is uneven, solid rock, & crumblie rock, trees of all sizes, fences, the ground space between the house & dropoff is very narrow. I don’t know how he maneuvered the equipment to get to the water turn on/off meter. ( I have pictures- scary!) I appreciate his work ethics. Very efficient - next day appointment. Service person arrived on time even though it was scheduled late in the day. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 30 min.

Our septic pump lift-station quit working over Labor Day weekend and Mullin Plumbing called us right back and agreed to come out within 24 hours and replace the unit. Mullins unclogged a drain, put a washer on a leaky faucet, replaced a toilet flapper and adjusted the water level to stop it from running intermittently, and put a shim under a toilet and adjusted the nuts to stop it from wobbling. Plumber was very confident and did all work efficiently and quickly. I highly recommend them.

The techs were amazing and so fast they helped us solve the issue so quickly and were super informative and respectful!! They wore their masks inside and booties too to help keep our home clean!! After having a terrible experience with another company we are now a Mullin household for life!!!

The work they did complete was done well. Good luck getting them to contact you back once the work is done & they have received payment. 1) we were supposed to have a manager contact us about quoting another job, (giving them opportunity to make more $) no one called us back. This was over a year ago. 2) I contacted about a service that was part of the contract for the work they did do, to which I was told that I didn't understand the contract right & didn't purchase the correct plan for that work. Again, manager was supposed to call us. It's been a week and no return call. Will never use Mullin again since they seem to not think resolving anything is a priority.Edited Nov 3: After posting this review a manager did contact us and tried to resolve the situation. He did apologize & had someone sent out to complete our contract for service as originally agreed upon.

Called them out to clear my line. 3 days later had to call another plumber that removed a clog Mullin caused. According to city of Tulsa this is common. I want a refund and Mullin can have this ball of excitement they forgot. I even bagged it up.

Mullins Plumbing was very responsive to our emergent situation. Chad was fast, knowledgeable, professional, kind, & attempted to limit costs. My daughter and her 4 children were there.... one on her hip, and one splashing in water & under Chad's feet, dog wanting in the back door, 2 year fell and bit his lip & was screaming.... and it never fazed Chad. It all reminded me of Trace Adkins song, You're Gonna Miss ThisLolol. (My poor daughter!)Thank you, Mullins. .. if we ever need a plumber again, please send Chad.

AO Smith water heater less than a year old. Under full parts/Labor warranty. Called # on heater, gave me the # of their number 1 pick; U.S. Water Heating. Came out today, was here for 15 minutes, and said I needed a new water heater, and would call with more info. I resolved myself to this, and carried on about my day. I unexpectedly received a phone call from Mullins, saying they are sending someone out there. It was 4pm. I was surprised because it was so late, but was glad because we have been without hot water for 5 days. Jake worked on my water heater for over THREE hours. He disassembled this, cleaned that, and drained the water heater turned off my water and gas before he started working on the problem. This alone took more than 15 minutes. He worked and worked, even pulling out the washer and dryer AND the water heater to check all the lines. And guess what? He found the problem. And my family and I had hot showers this evening! And started laundry!I will recommend Mullin Plumbing if anyone is looking for a professional and THOROUGH company. But Jake needs a raise. Someone show this review to the people that control this.

We had our AC go out and they came and fixed it same day! The tech was there 2 hours early before the estimated time which was awesome. 10/10 would recommend and use again

Arrived on time. Diagnosed problem immediately. Unclogged drain as fast as clog would allow.Good deal for week end service call.interesting tech did not have a wax seal onboard to fix our toilet while he was here. Offered to get someone out, but it was a week end service call and I decided to wait.

Overly charge for the work. I was quoted for clogged plumbing. They quoted $1575 for first 4 hours and $256 per hour afterward. They also said parts and labor are included in the service charge but I still get charge for parts which they do not have. I have pay them to go shopping for a total of 5 hours.I was over charged and I asked the technicians why was the charges way over what they quote me? They claimed that they have to charge for rental tools and hammer the slab. I stated that they never said that. After each day of work they bill me as bid for a total for the day. Price not correspond to quote Tech told me he will level the concrete work but was back to .finish the plumbing concrete work is not level or have finishing on it.I truly believe that management maybe honest but techs are ripping people off.i don't even get a break down of what they charged for the work when I ask for. I would not used their service again.

Pipes were frozen and the guy came out and had it fixed in no time. Even went above and beyond to ensure the problem wouldn't happen again. Would highly recommend!

Did not have right equipment 1st day...was 2 hrs later than he said he'd be 2nd day...left bathroom a mess. Friendly but didn't seem to be real experienced. Took 2 trips to do about 1 1/2 hr job

Very professional and great customer service. It just took too long because the tech had to go get a wall plate. But tech did a great job and was speedy while working.

Had work done to fix a leak by the water meter. Beyond billing me $350 for 'extra' materials, when materials were said to be included in the hourly rate when they started, I had to call the plumber to remind him to schedule the city inspector because he forgot it several times. Once that was done, I called repeatedly to get the plumber back out to cover up the four foot hole in the yard, including leaving messages on his personal cell-phone and contacting the office to have him call me back. After two weeks of waiting, I filled the hole in myself since it was a safety hazard right next to a fairly busy sidewalk. When they mailed me a bill, it said I had been unresponsive and not able to reach me.9 months later, the $1200 repair they made failed, according to the city inspector that was out looking at it, because the adapters to the pipes had been tightened too hard and cracked. Mullin refuses to fix this, because they feel city inspector should have caught their substandard work when they inspected it so they're not liable.Stay far away. They don't return calls, they don't stand behind their (shoddy) work and they will tack on extra fees you were not told about after it is done.

After an appointment mix up.. not a big deal, Anthony came out and fixed our toilet quickly and efficiently.

The plumber (Bret) was very personable, professional and efficient. I searched online over the weekend for toilets that flush with more water volume and am disgusted with the fact there are only the newer efficiency models (water savers) available. I would like to mount a 10 gallon tank on the wall about three feet above the bowl with a pull chain for a faster more powerful flush. But, since that is not likely, I will feel confident in calling on Mullin Inc. for future needs. I have always been satisfied with their personnel and services.

Tech changed out my faucet quickly with no mess. He made sure I had the filter wrench and Allen wrench and knew how to use them. Friendly guy. Cost was less than I had expected because he wasted no time getting the job done. Will use Mullin again!!

I called around for quotes for drainage problems. Mullins was very reasonably priced and could send someone out the same day. The customer service was exceptional from the office personnel to the worker who came out. Excellent service and quick response.

He had to go get a pump since he did not have a new one in hand. Anyway my septic is fixed, everyone was professional and I am back in business. Highly recommend this company.

We had our septic tank Pumped. They where clean and thorough. Cleaned up any mess left. I even saw the man scrubbing off the unner lid with a tool. It was nice to see a job done well.

The guy who came out is suppose to be one of their best. He was irritated the entire time he was here. He told me that it would cost me too much for him to fix my toilet and told me where to go to get parts to fix it myself. If I wanted to fix it myself, I would have done that. He then charged me almost 50.00 for a rubber part. He basically did nothing for 146.00. I complained on fb and the service manager called and said he was sorry and they would give us a break on our next job...like I would ever use them again! But, did nothing about my complaint.

The recent electrical repair by a Mullin employee was GREAT. On time and worked without a break until the job was completed. He was a good listener and a great worker. We chatted intermittently so that I was VERY comfortable with the work preformed. Everything WORKS and better!!!!!

We have used Mullin for at least 5 years and will continue to do so in the future for our septic needs. We have experienced an issue each year that made us thankful was covered by the program (motor issue, septic alarms, replacement of sprinkler heads, and regular emptying of the tank). We love knowing that if we have an issue they are there to fix it immediately. We also used them when installing our gas stove and it was a very quick process.

Scheduled Mullin to pump out our septic tank this past week. The septic tank is located in the backyard quite a distance from the street. The tech Jerry arrived and asked about parking in our driveway on the opposite side of our yard where the tank is located thinking it might be a bit closer to reach with the hoses, but it really didn’t seem that much closer to me and I prefer not to have heavy large industrial trucks in my driveway. Jerry sensed my discomfort and just pumped from the straight shot out to the street. Jerry did a very thorough job pumping out the septic from both access holes and washing down debris near the end with our garden hose to really get everything stirred up and pumped out. Afterwards, I noticed several large oil stains left out on the street from Mullin’s pump truck. I am so thankful I did not have them park in my driveway! Pricing was competitive - they were a little more than another well know popular septic company - but that company told me I only needed to uncover one lid to have my tank pumped out - Nick at Mullin told me I should have both uncovered because even if they just pumped out from one side, they still need to check the baffle on the other side. So I preferred to pay a bit more and get a little more service. Overall excellent. However, I would suggest that Mullin service its pump trucks so as not to leak so much oil. This would not a 5 star rating if that oil had been left on my driveway!

Our hose spigot sprung a leak on a Saturday and they got us taken care of immediately. Within four hours we had a brand new spigot and you wouldn’t even notice that anyone was here. Our serviceman was punctual, worked fast (which is important as I was paying overtime because it was the weekend), and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely be using Mullins plumbing again in the future!

My wife and I recently purchased a house and to our surprise the plumbing was not up to code and required intervention. Hunter out of the Muskogee/Tahlequah area replaced all of our water lines at competitive rates and did a phenomenal job. He was very patient with us and explain what was wrong and what needed to be change. Our previous water lines were laying on the ground and he even hung up the new lines going in and made it look extremely nice. He also made the lines easier to access, so in the event they need to be serviced professions they have quick and easy access to the line (easier access=less time=less money). All in all I would highly recommend Hunter from Mullin Plumbing. He is easy to talk to, on time, and actually takes pride in what he does, which is hard to find now days.

I find filing this review unpleasant. I have never filed a negative review on a company before. Over a month ago a Mullin worker asked permission to work in our yard to do repair work for our neighbor. We of course gave him permission. He finished while I was absent and left a large mound of dirt. It literally looks like a grave in our back yard. I repeatedly called and spoke to folks at Mullins Plumbing. They repeatedly told me they would resolve the problem. A month later I guess I, a 73 year old will have to move the mound. They seem to be too busy. My advice, clearly unless there's money in it for them don't expect them to resolve anything

We are on the platinum plus plan for our aerobic system with Mullin. When you hear of these type of plans they usually have 3 or 4 pages of exceptions. Our experience with Mullins plan is that 99.99% of things that come up are covered. We had a problem this weekend where water was pooling above ground. I called Mullin - they had a person headed our way immediately. The consultant determined the problem got the piece needed and had it fixed in a couple hours. The ovetime for the weekend and parts cost were all covered!Mullin puts their money where there mouth is with this Plan!

When i first became a homeowner i did homework on what company have the best service for what you are needing. I found that Mullin gives you the best service for your money. When you call Mullin you always get someone to talk to you and always get your appointment that works for your time. They always call you with the time the technician is coming and gives you an arrival time. I will keep using them for all my home repairs

Initial evaluation $89.00 - Plumber that showed up only knew a few faucet brands. Had no idea how to get the parts for a shower filter. Called Allied Plumbing they had it fixed in 2 hours. Called for a refund -- no reply. Will not use or recommend Mullin Plumbing.

Don did a fantastic job figuring out how to make the best out of a bad situation. The builder had installed a faucet too close to a stone wall - there was no way to get it out when it started leaking. Don did a great job explains options, then taking his time and making sure he did as little damage as possible to the wall which had to be opened to remove the problem. He then rerouted the line, drilled a new hole in the brick, and made it all look new again. I wouldn’t hesitate to have him back for any plumbing issue.

I called in, picked up fast food through a drive through, sat down in my chair at home to eat it, and the door bell rang! About 2 hours passed and my replacement water heater was installed! New fittings, overflow tank, customer training and Broken Arrow inspector scheduled. Price was a bit more than I expected, but the quality of service was beyond my expectations. Nicely done.

We had a really serious problem with a clogged drain and a slow running faucet that both seemed to occur at the same time and we were coming up on a weekend and were expecting guests for dinner that Saturday. So, we were needing help and we were needing it soon. Fortunately, we were able to get added to the Friday service schedule and all our problems were resolved in less than an hour. The service technician was prompt and friendly and went straight to work to fix our problems and our weekend dinner was a great success.

Once Mullin Plumbing was a great company untill Mark Wayne sold out, they have canceled their Platinum Service Plan for HVAC units, I recommend looking for another service company, an Oklahoma owned company.

I have used Mullin Plumbing twice now at my business. Both times were specialty jobs. They provided an estimate and stuck to it. The jobs were done quickly and they did a good job cleaning up the site after completing the work. I would use them in the future if I need any plumbing done.

Jeremy was very rude and unprofessional. Demanded payment before completing the work and threatened to leave work unfinished. Very strange considering I was spending over 7000 on this project. He threatened to leave the job multiple times and questioned my ability to read when I simply asked him to fill up the hole they dug out with the the dirt instead of leaving it unfilled. I will not be using your service again nor recommend it to my fellow hoteliers. I wish I had stuck with the plumber that quoted me the same price prior to being convinced to go with Mullins by Jeremy.

I pay them monthly to care for my aerator septic tank. They keep their appointed assignments to check it at the proper scheduled time. The company I had before would miss some scheduled times and I would have to call them, but Mullin is always on top of it. When I have had an extra situation to appear and I call them, they come out right away to take care of the issues. One time the system went out and if I had not been paying the monthly fee it would have been very costly for me. They do good honest service and always email the report when they service my septic system.

I bought a home and the seller built a gate for the back yard. It was not up to standard. Mullin came out and fixed all of the issues in one afternoon. I am glad that I can depend on their technicians' quality and promptness whenever a home issue arises. They do almost everything!

Mullin always does great work, but I sometimes feel that it could be done faster. When they charge by the half hour I want to make sure that I’m not over charged because some technicians aren’t as fast as others.

We used Mullins Plumbing because they were able to come and install a propane line for us on short notice from a new propane tank to our furnace. The line was less than 20 feet long. When they showed up the technician didn't have the correct part and had to leave to get the part, even though we told them in advance the service we needed done. They were onsite just over 2 hours, but charged us for an entire day's worth of work for 2 men plus a trip fee. I asked one of their billing reps if this was normal and she referred me to Eric their plumbing manager, but I can't get him to call me back. If you plan on using this company be prepared and get them to give you pricing on the front end, or you might end up being taken advantage of like we were.

Every time I have ever had to call Mullin for plumbing, electric, or heat and air... what ever the issue may be I have never had a problem. From the girls answering the phones to the technicians that come to the house. Besides professionalism among all of them, they are very friendly and personable and explain everything to me. We had a leak somewhere on our property, unfortunately most likely in a field and would take some time to find and repair. The tech that did the work was friendly and courteous. He found the leak and was able to dig it up and repair it in about a day and a half. Pricing was better than other companies I contacted and they were able to come out quickly. I highly recommend

My 1st experience with them was fantastic, but I was less impressed this last time. My landlord had scheduled for the heater to be checked before winter. The young man never called me to tell me he was on his way. I had asked this since I have large dogs in the house and need to get them put in a room first. He showed up without calling. When I asked about it he said, oh are you not the woman I spoke with? When I said no, he didn't apologize, but said, it's all good.. Then he opened the unit, exchanged the filter that was only one month old, and turned on the heat. He then went out to his truck for 5-10 minutes then came back in and said, okay, all done. I had to ask him to put the cover back on the unit. Not impressed this time.

The service was excellent and technicians polite. I have used Mullin a few times they came out quickly found the problems and were on their way. I would recommend them for drain problems to anyone needing that type of service.

I had a water heater emergency and called Mullin. They were at my place in about an hour and Jerry very quickly informed me of the problem. He also informed me of many code violations relating to the unit. He wrote me up an estimate and very promptly got to work! I am completely satisfied with the job he did and how quickly he got it done. He replaced everything and brought this area of the house back up to code, and I feel that he made the system safer! He was also very friendly and professional!

I stay pretty busy at work during the day and normally don't have time to call a place or I'll just forget about it until I get home. The beauty of online contact forms is that you can submit a request 24/7. I went to their website and filled out the contact information with what I thought was a lot of information but it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard anything back. I even asked them to leave a voicemail, send a text, and offered my wife's cell phone number but we still haven't gotten any replies.In this day and age, I don't understand how hard it is to check your emails. I guess they don't want my business and now Im not interested in them doing any work for me.

The service technician was professional and quick at fixing the issue. However when I made the appointment I was not informed of the charges and didn't ask. I assumed it would be comparable to others that I called so didn't find out till the technician told me. I thought it was a bit high but it was my fault cause I didn't ask first I just needed my issue resolved and they took care of it

Water started coming in the house through the shower and bathtub Friday about 4pm. I called Mullin and the technician on the phone actually tried to tell me what to do in order to fix the problem free of charge. I did not have the tools to fix it, so a technician was sent to the house to clean out the main line. Brandon (the technician) arrived in about 30 minutes and knew exactly what the problem was. He was very polite and explained everything as he went. I was quoted $208.00 over the phone as an estimate and was actually charged less than half the amount quoted. I am very pleased with the work and service and will use Mullin again for all future plumbing needs.

My call was met with a very kind woman on the telephone and a choice of when the workman could arrive. He arrived within half an hour and rooted out a drain line with several attempts. He told me he would speak to his supervisor in the morning to see if my insurance plan would cover additional work that would remedy my problem in a more satisfactory way. When he left I cleaned the area around the drain and noticed water standing. I immediately called the office and was told the workman would be sent back. This time he brought his supervisor! Both of them worked both inside and out to be able to thoroughly address the problem. I am grateful for the promptness, the thoroughness and the assurance given by all! Thank you.

I have had Mullins do multiple jobs for me over the years and they always provide great work in a very quick and efficient manner. They have fixed a slab leak, sewage back up and a water line issue plus some other things and Haven’t had issues with anything since.

I am extremely disappointed and disgruntled with how Mullins Plumbing is trying to take advantage of a single mom & school teacher. Two plumbers came last Monday, and spent a total of two hours & 20 minutes. They needed to leave during that time(they said 20 minutes, but they were gone 40 minutes). This 40 minutes is included in the 2 hours & 20 minutes. The next day they came for a total of 20 minutes to finish the repairs on my water heater. The total time spent was 2 hours and 40 minutes for both days. I received a call the very next day from Mullins Plumbing for payment. I had not even received an invoice, but she wanted over $1000 for this repair. The parts were approximately $245, and they wanted $800 in labor. I was told that I would not be charged overtime by the plumbers(thus the reason for coming the second day), and yet they were not only charging me overtime, but they were trying to charge me for 5 hours and 30 minutes(almost double the hours).The lady I spoke with said she would have a manager call me the next day, but they never called me. Since I did not receive a call back, I called the manager myself and left a voicemail. It has been several days, and I still have not received a call back. I am so upset and shocked that this well known company would knowingly try to take advantage of a single mom!

Bobby did a wonderful job. He was polite and friendly. He not only cleaned up after himself but I think he left our bathroom cleaner than it was to begin with. I am very pleased.

Called Mullin out for a water leak. Told them that I suspected an area under the slab in a particular room in my house and that it might be related to the hot water tank. They eliminated that possibility and began four days of testing and digging in yard. Thousands of dollars later and with needless work done on outside service line, Mullin determined the leak was indeed in the hot water line under the room that I suspected. Took another day to get faucets and toilets working appropriately again. Would not recommend them for water leak detection work. Having another company out to actually fix the leak.Prior experience with company was good. They are always expensive though. One good thing is that their employees are generally nice and courteous.

To put in a new ring and replace old flusher cost $767 gave me a 5% discount and it came to $715. They said they change $128 for the first 30 minutes and $128 for every hour after That. York plumbing is $90 an hour from the time they show up. I should have went with York.

It was less than two hours from the time I called Mullins until the time the repair was complete! Technician was polite, respectful of keeping our property in perfect condition, explained the repair and the cost. It could not have been less hassle!

2 toilets replaced for $600...much more than I expected. The second toilet is a new flushing technology ( not brand new, been out for a couple of years, but tech had not installed this type before) and took a while to troubleshoot. I am hopeful that it will work well....

He replaced a pipe coming off my hot water heater because it was not attached to the drain line and not the correct kind of pipe. He also detached a garden hose from outside faucet because I was afraid it might freeze in the cold temperatures that night. He was professional, polite, came quickly, called to tell me he was on his way, and did a great job.

We were experiencing banging (pulsating) pipes any time we turned the water on to the washing machine, bath tub, or flushed a toilet. He knew exactly what to look for and made the adjustment. I had done quite a bit of research via the internet and did not read of that solution on any site (ugh!). It took 10 minutes and a simple adjustment to the Pressure Reduction Valve with a screw driver.

Quick appt made!!!!! Very professional employees! When the plumbing problem was more then the tech could do on his own, he was quick, (within two hours), to get the other special tech to the house and fixed quickly. The price was less then he quoted. I would and will use this company if needed again. Highly recommended!!!!

I used Mullin Plumbing and Electrical today for a residential electrical issue. The technician, Damon, was right on time, very knowledgeable and very thorough. He didn’t mind me tagging along as he worked and explained what he was doing and why. After thoroughly troubleshooting the issue, he was able to determine the problem and fix it. I have also used Mullin plumbers in the past and I was very happy with their work as well.

I called with a problem of our water not draining and backing up in the showers and toilets. They were out later that day and the pipe that leads from the clean out drain to the tank was broken. Within a few hours the pipe was dug up by hand, replaced and covered back up. The gentlemen even dug around and carefully removed my elephant ears then replanted them when they were done so I didnt loose them!

Chris from Mullin, came out, was very detailed and professional and replaced our old worn out water heater. He was very courteous and pleasant to be around. I would recommend that you ask for him and you will not be disappointed.

Over priced service. We had a leak in old faucet, dug half the hole, had plumber come out and tell us we did not have a leak, 2 hrs later, hole was full of water. He put his ear to the faucet. That cost us $104 to be told we had no leak. Called them back, they sent 2 guys this time, had them install new faucet which we supplied and we backfilled the open hole ourselves and they tried charging $806 to install an outdoor faucet. Mullins has been our go-to service provider for our heating and air ever since we moved into our new house 3 years ago. We quickly joined their platinum plan (and canceled our home warranty plan - which was garbage!), realizing the extremely good value their plan provides! They show up to service our units ANY TIME we call, even if it's evenings or weekends! And the service is all completely covered under the platinum plan - no service fees, material parts fees or anything! It's an unbelievably good deal, and they're always VERY polite, responsive, and knowledgeable. I've recommended them to many of our friends!

I’ve used Mullin plumbing for many years. They are a profession, courteous and most importantly a company that cares that their customers are satisfied. I have never had to wait longer than the next day, but usually it is same day service. They truly do have the best employees. From the office staff to the service personnel, they are great.

I thought that the plumber was not very well trained on replacing Moen faucets. I ended up giving him the directions for removing and installing the shower cartridge. I probably ended up paying an extra hour of labor because of his struggles. He also had to make two trips to the part store because the parts were not correct to replace the back flow valve on the sprinkler system.He was a nice young man but I wanted a professional plumber and that was the reason I called Mullin.

Monthly aerobic check. Boogie very knowledgeable, professional effective, and was careful to.keep gate closed, so that dog was kept in yard.

Called and set up appointment to have drain uncloged. When I called that night after the appointment time I was called back by the manager and was told the had forgotten about the appointment and wanted to send someone out that night and not charge me overtime. Since it was so late I decided to wait till the next morning. They showed up and fixed the problem at the regular rate.

Called this morning to have an issue at a bathhouse resolved and they came out same day, very quick with the repairs. Also noticed another issue and asked if we wanted it repaired BEFORE they did anything. They were friendly and quick.

Great service. But one of them came in with dirt on their shoes and the two men didn’t wear booties. And I had just had my carpets cleaned. But nice workers!

I own 11 rental properties and I use mullin for all my properties plumbing needs. I also use them for my plumbing needs as well as maintenance and repair of my aerobic system for my personal home. Fast dependable service at a fair price. I highly recommend this company.

I would give zero stars if possible. I called a plumber to come out and do several jobs including installing a new shower head and clearing out a slow drain in the same shower. The plumber was absolutely rude and the first thing out of his mouth was asking if the person using the shower was peeing in it. Well, no, it's my father...and I wouldn't think so. Anyway..he cleaned out the drain which is working fine now but the shower head he installed instantly BLEW off the mount, nearly hitting my father in the face, and fell to the ground and broke. No water ever came out of it....it blew out the side under pressure. I called them back to re-install a new fixture and they sent the same guy, who was irritated and angry at having to come back out. He argued with me, insisting it was installed correctly and my father must have yanked it off of the wall (which was not true). He also kept repeating this fix was on his dime and threatened that the next time it happens he will be charging me for it. I have never had a service provider be so rude to me before. I think he knew it was his fault the fixture was installed incorrectly and was trying to put the blame on somebody else. We tried to call and speak to a manager but no one would ever pick up. We so left a message and no one called back. I do not want that plumber ever coming back and I doubt any of my neighbors would either. 0/5 stars...would not recommend ☹️

Work is fine, but be warned. If the plumber doesn't have the parts on him, you will be charged for the time it takes to get the parts. Nasty surprise for a 20 minute fix to be charged at 2 hours of labor.

Had my husband call for a leak under my bath vanity. They said they were open the following Monday and would be here between 8am-12 ..He got here at 12:40! How does that work?...So, he came into my home and said, I hear your toilets are leaking? Are you kidding me??!! I took him to my vanity leak as he looked at it for 15 mins..told me he doesn't have the tool, and said he would have to charge me to go get one!! Are you kidding me!! After that he said well nobody has the tool on their truck but I would like you to call us back to fix this..Are YOU KIDDING ME!! Then charged me 104.00 for absolutely Nothing!! God forbid I would Ever Recommend this Company to Anybody..

They replaced the old galvanized lines from the meter to the faucets with new PEX lines. Daniel and James (I think was his name) were my installers and they both did an outstanding job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Mullin at 7:30 am this morning. Kevin showed up in less than an hour and went to work unclogging my sewer lines. Kevin was knowledgeable and informative and had the problem resolved in less than an hour.As he was leaving we noticed the wind had scattered my trash. I went inside to retrieve a trash bag and returned to the yard to find Kevin gathering the trash from the street. What a remarkable young man he is and I am so appreciative of his service.

NO DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY OVER CHARGE ME $1750.00I wanted 3 things done. Install 1 vanity light over sink and install 2 vent /light 1 in hall bath and 1 in master bathroom. It was $89 to show up another $95 to I stall the vanity light and $63 for a wire total $247 just for the vanity light that I provided, remember all he had to do is take an old wall light down and install a new one in the exact same place. This should have been a half hour job but he took 2 hours to do it. I challenged the $63 with Sam in the office who was very accommodating to remove the $63 so I paid $185 to get that light installed.And cancelled on the light vent because their pricing is BAD VERY BAD. This is the worst $185 bill I have ever paid, it is worst than getting a speeding ticket and paying the city.I couldn't believe that happened next they were going to charge $878.93 for each light vent unit. Total job cost $2004.83. This is a remodel project so the wiring in the ceiling was already run the switch box was already in the wall and I had already purchased the new units and removed the old unit from the ceiling. All Micka had to do is connect the wiring and setthe mounting brackets to the trusses. Ido remodeling and have had electricianon many jobs run new wire cut in a new box, provide switch and cover plate andprovide the light/vent unit all for $300. This company is wrong wrong wrong tobe charging this kind of prices. Do notuse this company call around and get acompany who has morals and knowsright from wrong. Update to Review Listed BelowMullins Team,In response to your claim below, the crew you claimed that was out to back fill the hole (December 3rd) was actually there to fix the leak for the second time. I was on site Monday November 26th and Tuesday November 27th when you claim that your crew was waiting for the city inspectors to come by and check the work to make sure it was done correctly for your company’s protection and mine. I never spoke with an inspector, nor saw one either day and was only gone from the house 1-1/2hrs for a doctor’s appointment late in the day on Monday. Those were the dates that your crew tried to fix the leak the first time around. So now I require the name and signature of the inspector that signed off on the work. And the time frame the inspector was out at the house to inspect November 26 or 27th and for the second fix of the same leak, December 3rd as well. Because not only did they not speak with the homeowner about the work performed, the first fix did not hold. And when the second crew came out and tried to blow smoke up my skirt about the ‘pipe broke about a foot back from the original fix. Weird, I’ve never seen that before,' I didn’t buy it. Thankfully I was wearing jeans and steel toe shoes that day so he can go blow his smoke somewhere else. I asked for an itemized bill and received one with everything listed in one big lump sum out to the side. This if you know anything about accounting, does not constitute an itemized bill. Your company also has trouble with math in general as I was quoted 650 and charged 725 which in my opinion is fraud. Especially since the first fix didn’t hold. If I’m not provided with the itemized bill from both visits, the second visit zeroed out or comped, and the name, signature and time frame of the inspector for both visits your company will be talking to a lawyer of my choosing and you will provide this info to them. Keep in mind on the bill you provide I was quoted 650; anything over this amount was not cleared through me and will not be paid as it is a fraudulent billing. I made it very clear that all work and cost of work had to be cleared with me before it was started and if your company was going to go over the amount I gave the green light for you had to stop work and call me as to what was needed to complete work. 725 does not equal 650 and I was not called about extending the budget, not even to 651.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Go somewhere else for your plumbing needs. Mullins will rip you off to hell and back. Your company over charged me and didn't fix the leak completely either. I was quoted 650 for the job and was sent a bill for 725. Then come back for a bit and leave for the night. Two days in a row this went on just trying to get the hole in the yard back filled. There was water in the hole yet they insisted the leak was fixed. Tech Mike was so professional. Efficient to spare additional expense for leak detection. Communicated with me throughout the process as i was not able to be present while he worked. Overall cost of leak detection was fraction of the competitions quote for the same. Using a local plumber for actual repairs but will not hesitate to call them again. So I got some work done by Mullins , turns out the ladies from the call center were not really aware of what service I was looking for . When they went out to my home they had to fix it by parts and diferent days . I was charged 2 diferent times for the tech to go out there . So I send an inspection report and only authorized two fix and turned out they fixed everything in the report without telling me so of course they billed me for everything even though I never authorized it . I then spoke to the rep again , the rep didn’t have much info so she kept putting me on hold and had to make multiple calls back . Overall my experience with them was really disappointing.

Needed some simple plumbing done after new counter tops went in and Mullin Plumbing canceled my appointment saying the tech couldn't get there before 6 pm or I could pay the after hour fee. As most would, I laughed and said it doesn't work that way. and then they said i could have 5% off. Today rolls around and no plumber to the house and they finally call saying that it would be about 7 pm before anyone could get there and they might not have enough parts on the van and might have to come tomorrow to finish. $130ish to show up and about 140 and hour plus parts, which is robbery!!!!! Mullin Plumbing has been such a help to me this week. I needed to have my septic tank pumped out. I called and talked to a real person on Monday which was President's Day a holiday. I was thinking I would have to wait a week to get an appointment. A technician was send to my home that very day. The tech was so professional and was so kind to answer all my questions. He also arranged to have Brandon another tech to come out the following day to clean out my drain line that was not draining. I called Mullin, as we had used them for drain cleaning in the past and we were most satisfied. I noticed that our water heater was leaking. When I called, they asked if we wanted a reapair or replacement. Since it was a 2008 model, I suggested replacement. Stephen, their tech, still checked to se if a repair was possible, to save us money! It had multiple issues so replacement was necessary. He was great! We were so comfortable having him in our home that we while we went out to a Chamber of Commerce gathering. He even gave us a price if we wanted to buy the water heater on our own for him to install, again to save us money! We had him handle everything. It was not cheap, but with the 10 warranty we feel great about the purchase!

A busted pipe in a wall was flooding our dinning room. I panicked . I used Siri to find and call Mullins , they answered right away, a plumber was there in less than an hour. This was 7pm on a Sunday night.Took him one hour to fix . I was so grateful at the ease of finding their phone number and how fast they responded. I highly recommend Mullins Plumbing. Very shady business practices. We are retired senior citizens and Mullin’s preyed upon us to extract over $1500 to upgrade fully functioning HVAC equipment in order to make ourselves eligible for their HVAC Premium Service Plan (a maintenance warranty program for which we would also pay a nearly $1000 fee every year). Mullin's advertising for this Plan promised a specific service (air duct cleaning) in Year 2 or our participation, clearly implying a guarantee that Year 2 participation would be possible.We made the large initial investment in upgrades in expectation that we would continue to participate in the Plan for the foreseeable future and factoring in the Year 2 air duct cleaning. However, six months after our enrollment, Mullin's informed us that they were no longer going to offer the Plan in future. So our large upfront investment didn't get us much, and certainly not the Year 2 service promised. Mullin's offered to compensate us for the Plan's termination but with an offer far short of original. Adding insult, the service Mullin did supply in Year 1 of the Plan also fell short: while the Plan guaranteed free filters, the tech didn’t have our size, so we had to supplying them, at additional cost to us of $250.Minimal fulfillment of Mullin’s contractual responsibility to the advertised plan would be:(1) permit us to continue paid participation in the plan at agreed-on annual rate ($969) for at least a second year, most especially permitting us to receive free air duct cleaning(2) provide filters to replace those not supplied in Year 1

We have used Mullin Plumbing foe decades and always been satisfied wth thei work. Always fast and courteous. They did it right the first time.

We were very dissatisfied with our bill and service. We were charged for the 3 trips to the store Bruce made with his apprentice (3.5 hours total) as well as their lunch, which would have been fine if they actually did their job. Why couldn’t you guys get what you needed in one trip? We had to have some one come back out to fix his unprofessional work that he spent all day not doing. The billing department tried to bill us an additional two times after we paid as well. You guys need to get organized. Waste of time and money, truly disappointed.

They came in the time frame I was given this morning. They called before coming and gave me the techs name, then I got a text with his name and a picture so that I would know I had the correct tech to fix my problem. That was great for safety reasons. Professional and the tech wore shoe cover to protect my floors (floors were dirty anyways😁😁) but still appreciate the gesture. Service was quick and was given suggestions just in case the problem were to happen again (toilet issues!) So I like knowing what I needed to tell them if I need to call back, hopefully not though! I would call Mullin again for any plumbing needs I might have.

Received same day service for my plumbing issue. Josh arrived quickly and got the job done quickly and efficiently in just one hour. All the folks I spoke with and Josh were very friendly. The cost was reasonable.

We called Mullin out to locate and fix a small leak and to unclog our main drain. We had several issues.They were not upfront about their rates and didn't have a conversation with us at all about cost until we were already sitting at $2,000 (at which point, neither task had been completed). We know that plumbing is expensive, but if you're billing at $200/hour and over, it should be made clear before you've done 9 hours of work.This was also the point where we were informed that the leak could not be repaired without re-running all of our cold water lines or busting up our slab. Turns out, the pipe they needed to cap was behind the sink in our main bathroom.As for the drain issue, we ended up having to call a different company to fix it after we had already paid Mullin $400 to do so.We called the office several times to discuss our issues and were told a supervisor would get back to us, which never happened.

Septic alarm. Mullin was here within an hour and replaced the pump. They were impressive and as a result we now have heat/air and septic service contracts. Best deal in town.

The thing I've been most impressed by is their willingness to address problems with service if any are experienced. Usually I haven't had any problems, but when I have, they have been addressed. Plenty of plumbers to go out the same day. I've never had a delay.

Wanted them to snake my main drain they identified what they though was the main drain but we’re not successful. The only suggestion they had was a hefty charge to run a camera down the main drain. They did not solve my problem and the tech did not seem to have the knowledge about older houses.

The first time they were supposed to come out to my house they told me 2pm, so I took off work early to be there. Nobody ever showed up and when I called they told me they would have a manager call me back. Nobody did. Then I tried making another appointment for 3 weeks and they kept avoiding doing so for me. Finally they told me that they were gonna have a sister company Murray electric or something like that. Then they told me they would have someone at my house by 6. Nobody showed up by 7, so we left to go run the errands we needed to do. Then someone finally came out but not from Mullin, and they told me the wires needed to be bonded properly and they would have Mullin set something up and they would bill them. Nobody would take mine or my husband's calls after that from either company. Horrible service, horrible attitudes, will not ever use Mullin again, would not reccomend.

These days, almost anyone with a handyman skill set can fix most plumbing problems; leaking faucet, toilets, even installing a new water heater. However, when it comes to a slab leak, we’re talking an entirely different monster and you’d better have a plumber who knows what they’re doing! Mullins Plumbing has been our go to guys for a long, long time because they are simply the best. Mike, our on site guy, lead another incredible team to fix our 2 slab leaks leaving us with confidence, we’ll being, and a professional job well done! There is never any guessing with these guys. If you need any residential electrical service work done, dont waste your time dealing with Mullin. All i needed was a couple of new circuits/receptacles installed in my garage, less than 20 ft away from the breaker box. Dude told me it would be $1000 + for parts and labor..lol what a joke. I called another smaller company in town who came to take care of the job for less than half the price the next day.

I will give them one star because their plumbing service was good, but the electrician did nothing, he gave us a quote and asked to call the office to schedule another day and told us that any other electrician could do it, when I called they told me it had to be him but he was on vacation. Then they told me that someone else would go. They scheduled for last Monday with another electrician and at the time of the appointment the office called me that he couldn't go, so they rescheduled it for last Wednesday morning. That Wednesday at 8 am they called that the electrician was sick. They rescheduled it for today at 8, it was 11:30 and no one had come to my house. I called and they just canceled it without an explanation or apology

I would give ZERO stars if I could. This was truly an awful experience with Mullin. We had scheduled for a Technician to come out and service our A/C Unit as well as our furnace. Just a routine check that we do twice per year. The Service Tech (Ethan) spent a total of three minutes inspecting our A/C unit. The Unit was not cleaned or serviced. He proceeded to tell us about their monthly maintenance program for $60.00/month. Or, their annual maintenance program for $179.00/year or there was a third option that I cannot remember. He had such a ‘hard’ sales pitch it became uncomfortable at a certain point. All Ethan wanted to do was pressure us into buying their ‘maintenance programs’. When he finally realized we were not going to sign up for all these monthly programs, he told us he could not service our A/C or Furnace today and we would have to reschedule. So…..basically I took a day off work for nothing to be done??? Upon calling the Office to talk with someone about this ‘odd’ experience I was directed to Brooke. She basically ran it down that you need to have a monthly maintenance program with them or it’s not worth their time to come out and service your unit. Blah, blah, blah…….just wanting that monthly fee coming in. I researched Mullin to see if anyone else has experienced this as well only to find they’ve had 16 BBB complaints within a year. Time to find a new Heat/Air Company. Mullin has definitely gone down in Customer Service.

It was my 1st time using Mullin and I am impressed! When I called to make an appointment, the woman that answered was very professional and took care of me quickly and efficiently. They called ahead of time and showed up when they said they would. Our tech took care of the problem and was on his way. They made it very easy and convenient! My kitchen sink backed up over Labor Day weekend. I called them Tuesday morning and they were there by 10:00 am. The technician was professional, friendly, courteous and made sure the area was cleaned up before he left. He made sure the issue was fully resolved and to my satisfaction. They even gave a 5% military discount. They warranty their work and their service call fees are lower than other major plumbing companies. I will use them again if ever needed.

They used plumbers to jackhammer and dig the concrete and we found out later that we could have saved money if they had offered subcontractors to do the same work.Also they said in the beginning that materials and labor is included in the $147 per hour rate and after completing the work they charged us for the materials . Materials charge was a whole lot more than market price. They even counted the hours to go buy the equipment at the $147 per hour rate. We asked them to send us the receipt of materials and we never received it to this date although it has been a year. I think we got ripped off by this company and they took our advantage because we didn't know about all these things.

Thankfully Keith, the technician called me while I was on the phone with the secretary. I explained to them I don't need the service now because I just sold the house on yesterday!They were VERY nice about it and went out of the way to express their Congratulation to me.If I still lived there, I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!

TERRIBLE BUSINESS, TOOK OUR $$$, STAY AWAY! Our main sewer line backed up for the umpteenth time. My husband called to have someone out WITH A CAMERA, which costs DOUBLE a regular service call. They said they couldn't come out with the camera until the next afternoon. Waited a whole day with NO PLUMBING. They call late afternoon to tell us they DON'T HAVE THE CAMERA. Our options are to wait another day, or have them clear the clog so we can have plumbing again. No apology or offer to make this right for us. Being without plumbing for so long, we chose to have them clear the clog.4 days later... sewer line is backed up again! Husband called them in the morning, they want to come back out WITH THE CAMERA. Initially said there would be a discount, but WOULD NOT tell us how much. Waited all morning and afternoon with NO PLUMBING. They called again before the guy was on his way. We asked again about the discount, and she said NO DISCOUNT. We argued that there should at least be a guarantee on the previous work or a discount for subsequent work. She said she'd talk to the manager. No response. We called them back after an hour, and the best they could do is 5% off the double charge for the second service call. So, they wanted us to pay for TWO service calls, when it should have been ONE, and the only offer was $12.50 off the second call. The discount in the paper might even be more than that. We were insulted, and told them NO.So, we were out $$ for the first service call, and then another $$ to rent an auger from Home Depot so we could have functioning toilets again.What a TERRIBLE way to do business! I will be sure to warn everyone I know not to use Mullin.

Being new in town, we had an issue at the house and called Mullins out, The repairman was very prompt in arriving, very thorough and knowledgeable. However it took longer than we thought and when we paid, it broke down to $160/hour, even though some of the time, the serviceman was just waiting in his truck for an inspection. I understand he spent his time here and should be compensated , but Is this the normal rate in Tulsa? 😳Update: I spoke with a company representative and he discussed this to my satisfaction.

Plumber caller to replace a toilet. He set the new toilet on a piece of carpet tacking strip, so it was not flush and stable. The newly installed toilet wobbled when he left. I had to call to report the improper installation. The original plumber called back to say he would pick up some “wobble wedges” and come fix it. Since toilets are designed to sit flush on the floor to spread out the weight uniformly, I told him not to use wedges, but to set the toilet properly and flush on the floor. Plumber returner, removed the new toilet, discovered the issue, fixed It so the toilet was flush, satisfactorily reinstalling the new toilet without wedges. His lack of attention to detail in his first attempt cost Mullin and me two hours of extra, unnecessary, and valuable time.

Hunter was extremely productive and professional and knowledgeable. He stayed in 19 degree weather under a horribly wet house and didn’t give up until we had water again. He was diligent and extremely hard working and I deeply appreciate it! Thank you!!!

We needed someone New Years Day. We had to pay overtime (as we would have with any company due to the holiday); we didn’t mind paying the extra amount because the plumber was knowledgeable about what to do to fix our problem. He was punctual too. We are very satisfied with the job.

Timo was very knowledgeable and thorough with our French drain issues. He helped us come up with a plan to fix our issues using state of the art underground cameras to see that the drains were obstructed by tree roots. We’re looking forward to fixing the problem next week.

We always use Mullin. We've tried less expensive businesses, and ended up having to have Mullin come re-fix plumbing issues twice. They're fast, honest, and do a good job.

They were professional and did a good job. I had them replace my kitchen sink, faucet, disposal, and also install a water purifier.However, after they left I discovered that two of the tiles in my kitchen floor in front of the sink were cracked. Very disappointing.

Today is probably the 4th or 5th time that we’ve had Mullin come to work on our plumbing. We’ve had two smaller companies over the years come out and had to pay for their house call but they didn’t have the equipment to fix our issues. Mullin is always able to get to us in a very timely manner and while the work we have had hasn’t been cheap, I don’t feel the prices would have been much different with anyone else.Mullin has always done an amazing job fixing our plumbing problems. The two plumbers they’ve sent to our house have been so knowledgeable and proficient in their work. Our house is older so we’ve had some big issues that have had to be tackled.I’m probably not spelling his name right but Teemo was the plumber who has dealt with our plumbing headaches previously and today Joe came out to pump out the septic today. Mullin Plumbing, I hope you know these two guys are worth their weight in gold and I hope you know what wonderful employees you have!

The plumbers who came out were nice enough however they made a very large mistake that cost me big. I had a break in a drainage pipe underneath the slab of my house and the plumber who located and pinpointed where it was did not locate it correctly. They began digging down in my hallway and the leak was supposed to be right underneath the hallway/bathroom wall. They ended up having to dig another 3-4 feet into the bathroom to get to the leak. Took them two days to fix the problem and they charged me for every hour they worked even though it was their fault it took so much time.

Jeremy and Gary fixed several serious problems at my home. They tried to find the least expensive way to repair them, never once made me feel the job was a real pain, even though I'm sure it was in the cold weather and Jeremy even scraped mud out and swept my garage. Service above and beyond must be their motto. Would recommend them anytime. Thanks, guys!

Sewer was backing up into all showers, tubs, and toilets. They arrived fairly quickly and worked diligently but were unable to open the line. Elected to not pay weekend rates so will have them come back Monday with a camera to locate the clog and clean outs.

We are very disappointed and unhappy with the billing for service we received by Mullin Plumbing. We called Mullin Plumbing because we agree with the political and cultural positions held by ownership. But we were not intending to volunteer to be taken advantage of. We see reports on TV of folks being taken advantage of by contractors and service companies, but we didn’t expect to experience that.We had a slow leak in a shower valve. I assumed the valve would be taken out, two or three rubber “O” rings replaced with inventory in the truck, then the valve put back. But the serviceman said the valve needed to be replaced. Of course, the water to the house was shut off and couldn’t be turned back on since the valve was out. So my wife said Okay. Later, after the bill was presented and paid, my wife assures me she had no idea she was going to be billed in excess of $500 to fix this minimal leak. We would never have agreed to pay $500 if we had been told in advance this repair will cost about $500.I believe any reasonable person, if fully informed with understanding, would not agree to $500 for such a repair. We would not have agreed to the work if we understood in advance it was about $500.In addition, while the serviceman worked on the valve, the water supply line to the valve was broken. It was not broken and not leaking before. It was fine when he removed the beauty ring. Nevertheless, we were billed to repair the supply pipe that the serviceman broke.We asked that 50% of the bill be reimbursed. We also ask that potential customers be clearly informed ahead, so that they understand it, about what the end bill will be. Including the idea of paying $97 an hour to get a part. Our request was denied. I believe we were taken advantage of, and that the public should be alerted. From any service company, get in advance a clear estimate of the completed cost.

Cody did an excellent job on our water filtration system. We appreciated the shoe covers (not much of fashion but saved our floors on a rainy day!). Here on time and wasted no time solving our problem.

Called on Sunday to have AC lines blown out. It was backed up and pans where filling up. They responded and was there in a couple hours. It was over $400. Left water in one of the pans and on the carpet and did not let tenant know. Monday I get a call from tenant and it is not fixed. They go out there again and he does not blown the lines, but he put in coolant. Now it is another $253.00. I called Mullins on Tuesday morning to discuss. While I was waiting for them to call me back I get another call from tenant and pans are full again. My brother and I went over and we could get junk out of the line outside with out fingers. We got a compressor and blew it out ourselves and it is fixed. Got a call from manager on Tuesday afternoon after I called for the 2nd time to talk to a supervisor. He said he would get back with me this morning. He did. He wanted to tell me what could have happened and what his guy did and wouldn't have done. He did tell me he would refund the first visit. I said when they did I would pay for the second. Not sure why I owe it either. If they would have done their job right the first trip they wouldn't have been back for the second time for any changes at all. That didn't go well either. I was still talking and manager hung up on me. I was trying to get his name again. I do have it and now I am waiting for his boss to call..... VERY DISSATISFIED....

The company sent a gentleman for the maintenance check earlier this week. Everything looked fine, however, it was recommended we schedule the septic tank to be serviced/ pumped soon. We needed a drain line checked for clogs and debris. Mullin was responsive (which goes a long way with me) and we were able to get scheduled quickly. Our lines ended up bein clear but thanks to Mullin we were able to confirm and move on toward solving a drainage problem we had been chasing.

This place is the worst place ever in my opinion! My son worked there and was a passenger in a head on collision in company van over a year and half ago that was NOT his fault.. yes i said year and a half and i am still fighting to have his medical bills paid.. plus every time i call the woman over this she assures me it will taken care of and as of today they owe 5400. in medical bills they wont respond to and haven't responded since May of 2015.. Do not work or do business with this shady place in my opinion!!!!!!!!!!!!

Because I am a platinum customer, they sent a technician out right away and the service call was completed under the platinum program — no overtime charges, no extra service call charges. Gives great peace of mind.

After the tech ran late for the first appointment, we had to reschedule for another day. That actually worked out better for me and he was on time. He checked out all units, since I was a new customer. There was a minor repair needed and I asked if he could stay to complete it. He was very accommodating. I did sign up for the platinum plan, so he applied the discount right away. It was a good experience and he was very friendly and professional.

I had Mullin come out and quote a septic tank replacement a while back. They gave me a contract to sign saying they are not liable for any damages that may happen to my property such as fencing, shrubs, tress etc. That's NOT good customer service. I'm pretty sure if you do a job for me and your a bull in a China closet you are liable for the damages. So I drafted my own contract basically saying you break it you buy it since I have a pool that was about 7-9 feet away from the hole they were going to dig with a mini excavator.A guy came out to look over the area. I have a 15000 sq ft back yard, so he should have no problem getting a mini excavator back there and not hit my pool while replacing the tank. He said he was very concerned with the spacing. To put this in perspective your average house lot is 15000 sq ft.I wanted the old tank dug up and the new tank put back where the old one was. He argued with me for about 15 min saying that was not possible and they normally just dig a hole beside the old tank and plumb everything to the new tank. On his side of things this is the quickest easiest way for him, not me. I've done a lot of construction in my life and I can say that taking 1 tank out and putting another in its spot is not very difficult and is the proper way.Moral to the story is they will only look out for themselves, they will argue with you on how you want things done. The way they suggest is not always the best way. 2 star rating is due to they were $300 cheaper on the quote for a $4-5 thousand job than others.They did NOT get the job. I went with Milty Boys septic and couldn't be happier. My neighbor is also switching due to not being happy with Mullins.

AC wasn't cooling the house. Made a phone call to their 24 hours service. Within 25 minutes service technician there, diagnosed problem within 10 minutes and in another 20 minutes, AC working great. I'm glad I decided to sign up for their monthly fee for maintenance and repairs on my units. Cost me ZERO dollars tonight! Thanks Mullins Heat and Air!

Joe was very professional and helpful. He found the leak that we couldn’t. He didn’t overcharge for time. The only problem was that I felt he moved a little slow, but then again, I’m not a plumber.

I called because my kitchen sink was draining slow which caused my dishwasher to backup and pour water on the floor. When I called I said I need someone to check the pipes under sink. Two men came out, asked me if anything other drains were draining slowly including the washer, I said no just the kitchen sinks. (Which means no need to snake entire main line as troubleshooting would say it’s probably grease or build up in trap). They got on my roof and snaked the line, which doesn’t clear pea trap. Then they removed the snake from the ground which damaged the pipe coming out of the roof. They “fixed” the pipe by cutting it short and removing the damage. They also removed the clean out lid to make sure the snake went all the way through and left it off for dirt and debris to collect which could of caused even greater damage. I asked three times about the pea traps and pipes under the sink and they did not check them. Next thing I know, one of the men came back to the door with a bill. I ran water in the sink and it was still slow draining and started to leak around the seal by the sink. I decided to just fix it myself and went to locke where a wonderful lady walked me through how to replace the entire pea trap to the sink.

First service was great, fixing pipe leaks, replacing shower fixtures, etc. Follow up service seemed to have miscommunications and unnecessary delays. The first technician said our shower pan needed to be replaced. We scheduled that and had several postponements. The technician called and said he could not do the work, that we needed a tile man which was done by the remodeling division. I called the remodeling division and said they could do an estimate in 2 weeks. That's 3 weeks from when we scheduled the technician to replace the shower pan. That's a long time without a shower! Maybe Mark Wayne should spend less time with politics and more time managing his company?

The plumber did a great job, was professional and friendly. I got a good rate as well. I have also used Mullins for electrical service and the electrician was very friendly and knowledgeable.

July 4th weekend i get out of the shower and there is water EVERYWHERE! I called and they said it would be about 90 minutes because of a 50 mile drive. The guy (Josh) showed up about an hour later and had me up and running in no time. Thank you for your speedy and professional service

I got same day response when I noticed my water tank leaking. Carlos was professional, prompt and polite when estimating then returning at my convenience for the repair. He explained what needed to be done then did the work as expected and estimated. He even worked through lunch to get the repair completed timely. He did a great job! Employees make a company what it is and Mullin was well represented!

I appreciated the communication and efficiency of Jack and Kobe as they worked to find my leak. Both young men were very professional!

highest priced per hour 156.00 per hour...250.00 for using camera to view drains.....was told by friend i was entitled to copy of camera footage...called to ask for copy... said they charge 52.00 for copy.... dvd doesn't cost that much and with the cost of the use if the camera, a copy should come with it !! told them the first tech that came out didn't even know what he was doing....he made the comment to me that he couldn't get something to work....then after a few minutes, he said oh i know what i did wrong....so I'm being charged 156.00 for someone that wasn't experienced enough to know what to do....he also called his boss to ask what to do...so they talked and sent pics back and forth thus taking up more time.....they reported a hole in drain but when i had two other plumbing companies come out for addl estimates, they didnt think the picture i took off Mullins machine looked like a hole ??? after they left i found dirt in guest bathroom floor, two water soaked towels in sink in master bath and wet floor rugs and the water wasn't turned back on in toilets....not one word about using towels and no idea what they overrun with water !when calling to talk with mgr, he would not call me back....made the young girl on phone tell me the bad news.No, i would not recommend !!!!

Very good service. He did everything I needed and was very pleasant to deal with. As usual, Mullin is a great company!

We use Mullin often for a rental property as well as our residence. They are always extremely prompt, have very courteous and knowledgeable employees and have reasonable prices.

I called on a Friday afternoon to schedule estimate on installing outside drain. I gave my address in BA and they lady couldn't locate. Said No such address Idiot....After several attempts she apparently located it. Explained what I needed three times and she said she would open a ticket.Several days pass before I receive a call and had to explain AGAIN what I needed. Was told a Tech would stop by and it's been WEEK and no one has called or stopped by.Seems like they say in the commercials No job to small Apparently that's no true Mullen !!I kind of hope they DO call someday, will let them know!!I would NOT recommend these guys!!!

Jack was the one who did my job and he was excellent. He explained what needed to be done, kept me well informed, stayed with the job over three days and was very pleasant. I highly recommend him to anyone. !

Mullin is great. The Platinum plan is unbeatable. $45 a month for no more stress. They come replace your filters, clean and service the equipment, AND if anything goes wrong it costs me nothing! What a fantastic deal!

I called for a cap on my gas line and the response was quick. Troy, the technician, was very courteous and professional. He knew just what was needed and got it done. I would recommend them whether you are in a crunch or not! From the dispatcher to a job well done, the experience was great!

I called them on Friday about both of my hot waters busted and spraying water. They wanted $160 dollars just to come to Skiatook and couldn't come until Monday at the earliest. I called someone else.

Quick to help us with our slab leaks. It was a lot of work, but they Did fantastic jobs and got it all done so quickly.

Way over priced service and they cannot make the work done.Called Mullin Plumbing to fix a leaking of the pipe running into water heater. A guy came the same day. It turned out he did not fix the problem but charged me 1 1/2hr of labor for $256. He kept making phone call to someone to ask questions and finally quoted me about $1500 to fix the leaking.Called Acts of Service Plumbing and they came in the morning the next day. The leaking was fixed for $320.

The service tech was great, timely and friendly, the only reason, not 5 stars is when I first called and talked with someone, he was not informative at all, all he said was I have turned this into the tech and they will call. When I called the next morning to see what was going on, she said our techs call 30 minutes before they are to arrive and will discuss with you the problem. I just felt like my first call should have been more informative, got nothing from that call.

I had a mullin plumber come out to adjust a gas line to fit an appliance into a counter. Without checking the provided manual measurements of the appliance, he turned the gas line down 90 degrees with a wrench and charged 150$. After the appliance installers came by, they informed me this was not sufficient and it needed to be readjusted and recessed. I had to beg the customer service representative to not charge the flat $150 fee again and they sent a second plumber out the next day. This guy was so unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. He first said it was impossible, then when I told him what to do and how to do it ( explained to me by the appliance installer) he pretended he didn’t have the tools and would have to come back the next day. I had another company come out the next morning and for a 2/3 the price do what I asked in under an hour. Terrible company, horrible plumbers who frankly don’t want to work, and extremely overpriced. Avoid at all costs. I’m out $150, I hope you heed this warning and save your hard earned money.

I noticed the ability to schedule my service online, so I did so on 7/27 - I received an email response on 7/28 with a confirmation of the correct date (8/7) in writing. Today, as it neared noon (I had opted for the window of 8am-12pm) I decided to call to find out if they might have an ETA. This was also prompted by the fact I had sent an email, yesterday, to request a text upon arrival which received no response (it is important to note that while setting up this appt, this is the same email with which I had corresponded more than once about details for the appt).The person answering the phone pulled up my account, and initially could not find anything scheduled at all. She searched and still came up empty. Then, finally, she found something that stated I was scheduled for 9/7.I explained to her that I scheduled it for 8/7 because I had the day off, specifically to address this need. I also referenced the confirmation email, in writing (from THEM), that the correct date was confirmed (8/7), and referenced this email more than once in our conversation. At best, I finally received an apology of sorts, but without any ownership for their mistake and no attempt to do anything to reconcile this matter. In fact, she simply kept repeating they had no record of it until she realized I was getting more frustrated the more she repeated that to me. Again, I point to the fact that I have THEIR email confirmation (incidentally, she never addressed the email confirmation in any way). Poor customer service.Frankly, if I cannot rely on something I receive in writing, then how reliable is the online scheduling (I didn't voice this to her)? After recognizing the frustration, she finally offered to put me on today's schedule but warned me we are really booked, so they might end up calling to reschedule you. I had already forgone errands in the morning because I had that time scheduled for plumbing. Now, the solution offered is a half-hearted sorry we screwed up, even though I'm not admitting to it, but hey, we might be able to squeeze you while you wait all afternoon - and by the way, we might still end up canceling and rescheduling another day any way, so ... - I understand mistakes. Any kind of genuine acknowledgment and ownership would have made a world of difference. Her indifference to me was the kicker. I did not, however, speak with a person that admitted to a mistake, but really, made it a not our problem situation.Disappointing. Would not recommend them at all. I heard they are no longer owned by the Mullin family, but are owned by some corporation - if that is true, well, that might explain the lackluster customer service. Luckily, I found an alternative company that was friendly, helpful, professional, willing to get me scheduled, not astronomical on pricing, etc. The work, albeit a small job, was done. They (the other company) also, however, gained a new customer and a lot of referrals. Mullin has disappointed me a great deal, which is sad, because I had been using them for years, but the way I was treated today changed that for certain.

I had my tank less water heater serviced and not to far after that it was leaking. It required another service call. I noticed the time the plumber arrived and left. I was billed for more hours than he was there. when i questioned it they claimed his hourly time STARTED when he left his last customer. UNBELIEVABLE It was confirmed with their billing department. Besides the point it should have never leaked after service. Took so long to be given a so called reduced bill after numerous phone calls to billing. Will never use this company again

Wet friendly and professional service but pricing was a lot. Gentlemen told me there is a necessary 50% mark up on all parts that are needed and turned my $600 worth of labor into $600+$1,000 In parts for a hot water heater. Very very very expensive which is crazy but got it installed properly
