I called several plumbers to repair a cracked and leaking pipe. These guys just separated themselves from the rest on first phone call. They talked to me about the issue. They kind of gave me an idea of cost, scope based on similar work they had done before. They made the most effort to get here first. They were on time, professional, courteous and price was right! I highly recommend them!

Leak under our kitchen sink. It was a tricky leak as where we thought it originated, it didn't, but the guys never gave up and made sure we were taken care of! On time, honest, upfront pricing, not a complaint to give. Will use again if the need arises!

One way plumbing installed my natural gas grill and did a excellent job. The grill I had was a propane grill and they converted to a natural gas, I was very satisfied with the work they did. I’ll keep them in mind for all of my plumbing purposes.

They did the plumbing work for our bathroom remodel. They worked very well with our construction schedule when we were calling to reschedule them, and they always were able to fit us in somehow. Everything they worked on in the remodel works great and the work was fast and professional. Since the remodel they have done minor repair work at our house. Friendly and professional. Five stars from me.

The company had a plumber here within an hour. The plumber was courteous, knowledgeable and corrected my problem with parts they carry in their van. He showed me the hole in the pipe he replaced and explained what he done. Great company.

Everyone at One Way was super friendly and helpful, from Chad who was able to meet me within 45 minutes of calling to provide a free quote to Logan and Michael who were the installers tasked with the water heater replacement the very next morning. I was super impressed with their automated notification system that sent me text messages to let me know my appointment time, when the technician/s were en route, and even provided the quote electronically. These guys really have there stuff together. Not only that, but they were considerably less expensive than some other plumbers in town I called who couldn't even get me scheduled for an estimate until after Logan and Michael had me all fixed up and taking hot showers again. I can't say enough good things about these guys.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! We had a pipe burst at night and they were responsive that evening and were out the next day for service. Used One Way to perform find a leak under my slab. 2 locations were marked after having run a camera through the pipes. After spending thousands of dollars at both of those locations we found nothing wrong with the pipes.

The actual issue ended up being in a completely different area.

I had an outstanding experience with One Way Plumbing. We had a toilet that wouldn't stop running and wouldn't shut off with the stop valve. I left a message on a Sunday afternoon and got a call back the same afternoon from Chad scheduling me for the next day at 12:30. Gary Don arrived a few minutes early, which was great. He was very professional, courteous and explained everything including the water shutoff for our recently purchased home. Within 20-25 minutes he had taken care of both problems and I was charged a very reasonable price. (Note: I had left a message for another (24/7) plumbing company on Saturday night and did not receive a call back until Monday around noon when their competition One Way Plumbing was already on their way to my house to take care of my problem! Called at 2:30pm after I punctured my main water line while trying to locate my pressure regulating valve by my water meter. Really figured I’d be without water for at least a day. Michael and Logan showed up at 3:30pm (1 hour later) and jumped right into a not-so-fun job. Within 1-1/2 hrs I had water restored to my home, a new PRV and no more water hammer!! If I could give more than 5 starts I would! We are opening a business and needed a hand wash sink put in. One Way Pluming was my second quote. Not only did they come in cheaper, but they also did more of the finishing work (concrete). They were able to schedule me quickly for a quote and to get the work done. I appreciated that they send texts letting me know who was coming when different plumbers were on the way. Every member of their crew that came out was polite, professional, and efficient. I also appreciated how clean they were with their work, especially when cutting and jackhammering concrete. They communicated each step along the way and did great quality work. The plumbing job passed inspection and was completed on time.

Chad came out on a weekend and repaired a broken water supply line to our house. It was critical as the house was being remodeled and the yard was drying out. It was a big job, required a backco and he had to work some issues with the connection. He was able to complete the job before dark and we've had no problems since. Hard working man!

I had obvious water damage in my closet around the end of March 2019 but I couldn't find a leak. I called One Way & they sent out Gary. He determined that we had a failed shower pan. I wasn't sold on his diagnosis, so I tried to poke around & look for the leak myself. After removing a drawer from the built in dresser (that shares a wall with a shower) I found an access panel AND the leaky pipe. It took him 4+ hours & $350 to give wrong diagnosis because he didn't remove a drawer.

Worst part is that Gary was at my house 2-3 years earlier to repair a different leak. I asked specifically about decreased water pressure in the master bath & he said it was PROBABLY the shower fixture. It wasn't. It was the same leak that I just found 2-3 years later. Now I have black mold in my bathroom/closet & have a much larger problem on my hands all because the plumbers were lazy & incompetent. All of this could have been avoided if I went with a different, knowledgeable plumber. Would give them ZERO stars if I could.

Also, their prices have about doubled in that 2-3 year time frame. I would highly recommend using a different plumber.

Both of the plumbers who came out were excellent workers who explained everything they were going to do before they did it. I felt like they were very honest, did good work, and left the place as clean as when they started. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great service

Had a 13 year old water heater that needed to be replaced due to age. Called OWP and got an over the phone estimate, which was impressive, and saved the waiting for someone to come out and look at it.

Logan and Cameron both arrived on time and ready to go. After speaking with them briefly about high pressure in the house, they said the pressure regulator valve probably needed to be replaced, which was located in the same closet the water heater was in. This added to the overall cost, but not an unreasonable amount. After getting the heater draining, they left for a short time to get supplies after assessing the job.

Within a couple hours or so, they were finished, and had everything installed and operating. They took some time to go over the controls of the water heater, and then cleaned up the area they were working in.

Overall was very satisfied with the work and at a reasonable price. I would use them again for this type of work. Unfortunately they do not do drain work, or I’d used them for that in the future.

I have hired One Way Plumbing on multiple occasions and they have been great. Chad's goal is customer service and quality work. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing services.

I had an appointment with rotor reuter, they failed to show up. I called One Way, they squeezed me in that same day and ended up not only fixing my rotted out drain pipe, but rebuilt my whole T trap because the guy said it needed to be done, I think they charged me $10 to rebuild the T trap and the parts at a hard ware store will cost you $9. These guys are awesome!!

Logan Smith is an excellent plumber. He diagnosed the issue with my faucet that other plumbers could not detect and assisted in getting a new parts for the existing Kohler kitchen faucet.

At that time, the plumber, Gary, did an excellent job for a reasonable price and provided some free advice as well. I have used other plumbers in the meantime as One Way doesn't clear drains and that's what I've mainly needed.

This is the second time I've called One Way Plumbing and they never let me down. I called intending to schedule an appointment in the near future to replace a leaking outdoor faucet and fix a sink drain leak. Instead, I was told that Logan and Mike could be at my house in 30 minutes to do the work! They arrived on time, were very friendly and knowledgeable, and did a great job. The first job they did for me was re-plumbing my flash water heater, which has worked so much better since then. One Way is definitely my go-to for all my plumbing needs!

They give me all my options on repairs to fit my budget. Logan has been out to my house twice now. He understands my needs and does not push me into unneeded repairs. He even fixed my kitchen faucet cap as extra while I was paying for the other repairs I needed done. Always my first call!

My review is about One Way Plumbing in Tulsa and Logan the service tech who installed a new water heater for me a few days ago. First off, I am a bit of a perfectionist. Therefore I grade a little tougher than the norm and why I hope you will benefit from this heartfelt review. My water heater basically collapsed and I needed it replaced quickly, affordably and to my strict standards for quality workmanship. One Way Plumbing satisfied all those needs. The company also graciously provided me with an estimate over the phone which I appreciated very much. I did get an estimate from another company. It was several hundred dollars more for the same job. Beware a large company with slick sales people/estimators starting with the first letter of the alphabet. Now to Logan the service tech who was icing on the cake. The estimate given to me over the phone was not jacked up by Logan after he did his inspection. Based on prior experience with many lesser companies I expected the price for the job to be inflated with little or no intelligent reason as to why. With that said Logan installed a new high quality tank ( I know this because I spent a few hours researching tanks, warranties and reviews of the same.) He also upgraded all code requirements and thoroughly explained each step of why they were needed. He courteously answered all my questions, which were many. He did not make me feel uncomfortable as I wanted to watch the entire process from start to finish. He explained the warranty provided by One Way as well as the warranty from the manufacturer of the tank. Based on the time it took him to complete the job and my knowledge of what the tank and additional parts cost, the total charge was more than fair. The patience, professionalism, quality, honesty and superior customer service provided by Logan was more than even I expected. A honest, valued, proficient, qualified, friendly and patient plumber is like a great mechanic. If you are lucky enough to work with one. Value that person for life. I have found my plumber ( Logan ) and the company ( One Way Plumbing ) for all my plumbing needs...……..Thanks guys for the AWESOME job, treating me and my home with respect as well as providing quality workmanship and affordability we hope to get from all service companies but rarely do.

Very easy to schedule an appointment. The person scheduling the appointment seems to know a bit about plumbing so I had the appropriate expectations of the service. I've used them twice and my tech the other day was Vincent (although not sure if I remember the name correctly since I did not get a business card. Would definitely recommend their service. Very punctual and got the job done.

I've used One Way Plumbing on several occasions and have been very satisfied with their work and costs. They recently (Jan 2018) installed a new kitchen faucet. A team of 2 guys arrived on time, got working on the install right away and were done in an hour. I'm happy!

I called yesterday and talked to several plumbers and got quotes, made an a pointment for 3pm todwy and immediately cancelled it. Chad shows up and says I had an appointment...I said well it was for three but.. he interrupts me. Well, we are early!. It's 1pm. Great that you are early but the work has been complete by Mullin this morning and I cancelled that appointment. Well I guess our kids won't eat then! Is what Chad said. I cancelled my appointment... I think this company is nothing more than ambulance chasers. BE VERY CAUTIOUS with these folks.

Excellent experience with Logan. Upstairs shower was leaking out onto lower floor. I feared the shower tile or ceiling would have to be ripped out. We have had One Way Plumbing of Tulsa come to our house on multiple occasions. They have always been on time, acted professionally, and performed good work within a reasonable timeframe.

I really wanted to like this company based on all the glowing reviews, but I just can't give them more than 2 stars for the job they did. I should have taken it as foreshadowing when the person who came out to give me a quote didn't even offer to put on a mask when I met him at the door with one, though the worst was yet to come. The job was to move the gas line from one side of the kitchen to the other and install an ice maker outlet box. I had to leave the house before the job was fully done, which in retrospect was a mistake. Right before I left, the workers informed me that they had accidentally cut through the water line leading to the kitchen sink (?) instead of the gas line they intended, so they would have to fix that. Upon returning home after the job was done, I found they had left three of their pipe wrenches under my sink as well as a large amount of plastic sheeting in my crawlspace. They had also mis-drilled the hole in the floor for the new gas line, so there was an bonus hole in my flooring, and they didn't bother even to clean up all the sawdust surrounding it. There was a half-inch gap between the back of the ice maker and the surrounding sheetrock, though at this point I was just happy that it was functional quite honestly. On top of all this, they left one of the stove burners on (and unlit) after they had left, so I returned to a house that was full of natural gas. The fact that my house didn't explode earned them one extra star. For all of this, they took 5% off my $900 bill. Would not recommend.

I was initially impressed at the fact that One Way Plumbing actually schedules a specific appointment time rather than a window of time. After scheduling the appointment, they sent a text with the name of the technician (Logan) who would be showing up. Logan was very courteous and professional. He assessed the situation, proposed a solution and completed the task quickly and efficiently. Their fee was less than their competitors and they honored an Angie's List coupon. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Several weeks ago I hired another plumbing company to come out in repair a leak. The man came out and told me I needed to call a leak detection company because he did not have the equipment it was very money because the leak was very bad. I contacted a leak detection company that took 7 days to get out once they got out they told me the pipe was not APVC pipe and they could not detect it with their equipment. But because the week was so severe they were able to spot it from the ground they dug part of the. I ended up paying over $200 to that leak detection company. I contacted the original plumber that I had come out in he said he cannot dig in repair the pipe he does not have the equipment. Crazy how. So I started calling around and came across one way plumbing. They had close availability in their schedule considering that it is kovid and I need water. The price was perfect. It was a lot cheaper than I had been d for the repair by the original plumber. Michael and James came out and repaired the leak revealing that it was actually APVC pipe all along. I cannot express my thanks and gratitude towards one way plumbing you guys have done an excellent job in helping me I will be a repeat a customer.

I had an old, cast iron drain pipe under my house that was leaking significant grey water. One Way had a plumber (Logan) out to my house the same day to assess the situation. I had an estimate the next day. Logan showed up on time as scheduled a few days later and made the necessary repairs. He (and his helper, Caleb) were efficient and pleasant in somewhat difficult working conditions (crawl space with not much wiggle room). One Way has been our plumber for over a decade. Chad Ward and his team have been consistently reliable, trustworthy, and polite. In one instance, a home warranty plumber quoted an astronomical sum and wanted to jackhammer up our floor to fix a leak. We called Chad for a second opinion. He fixed the leak in less than an hour (without jackhammering the floor!) and saved us thousands of dollars.

I was very impressed that they answered the phone on first call, they scheduled me an actual time (2pm) instead of a window, and they got me in very quickly! When my appointment day came, I received a call from Gary Don around 12:45pm letting me know an appointment before mine was much bigger than anticipated. He let me know he was running about an hour behind, and would text me when he was on his way. Sure enough, he texted me approximately 1hr after my initial appointment time. He was extremely polite, enjoyed my dog, talked with my young kids about what he was doing, and worked quickly. He noticed our issue right away, and explained to me what was happening. The charge for fixing our issue was very reasonable compared to other bigger companies. The one thing I would recommend that would have made my rating a 5 star is that they bring and remove all needed supplies with them rather than asking me for paper towels and a plastic bag then having me throw the trash away. I needed someone to come quickly and repair and replace some shutoff valves in two of our bathrooms. One Way Plumbing came over and got the job finished quickly and for a very fair price.

Micheal was on time a professional. One issue: washer under faucet was not placed in the middle, so it shows on one side, otherwise he did his best to resolve problems that occurred due to faulty parts. (Product, under the sink water filter, was bought by customer and not provided by One Way Plumbing).

Got an appointment quickly. Gary Don was friendly and did a thorough job. He could have charged us for a brand new water spigot, but he was able to fix it rather than replacing it, and saved us some money. Company seems to be trustworthy and do good work. Would recommend.

Discovered Monday that our water heater wasn’t working. Called a different company, earliest day would be Wednesday. Tried another, Tuesday.
Called One Way, was initially told that it would be 2:30. Great!! Received a call about 30 minutes later saying that they could be here at 11:30.
Logan shows up 15 minutes early, is incredibly pleasant, well groomed, and attentive.
Logan checks the heater, discovered what the problem was immediately, asks she, etc about the heater and realized that it should still be under warranty. He then proceeds to call the manufacturer, on speaker so that i may hear, and tells them the problem.
One hour later Logan is installing our brand new water heater that only took one call to One Way, and our problem was solved.

There were a number of plumbing issues that needed to be addressed in our recently purchased home: leaky faucets, toilet flushing issues and an old and smelly garbage disposal. My husband and I are so glad we found One Way. My husband called around 11:00 AM hoping we could get someone here within the next few days. We were very pleased when we were told they could be here in under 2 hours. We received a text and email confirming the appointment within minutes. That gave us just enough time to go buy faucets. Logan and Michael were awesome - professional and friendly. They explained what needed to be done, worked quickly and cleaned up afterward. They even took the empty boxes, old pipes, trash, etc., out for us. We will call them again if we need plumbing work. We highly recommend them.

I on a Wednesday and we agreed for them to come out on on Thursday morning at 9:00 AM. They, unlike any other company, gave me a time that they would be at my house. IMPRESSIVE !!!

They were willing to give me a quote over the phone AND they stuck by it. No add-on extras at the end. They did what they said they were going to do and I find that difficult to find in any service company that comes to your house. Additionally, they are EXTREMELY nice.

I have a couple of other projects coming up and they will absolutely get those jobs or any other future jobs.

Oh, I forgot to mention, I did not feel robbed as I have in the past with other companies.

Our water heater blew out, which completely shut our water down.  With a house full of teenagers, that’s quite the crisis.  We called mid-morning and a crew was there with a brand new replacement unit just after lunch.  We had a new unit installed and running water before the kids got home.  Gary Don and Michael Flannigan did great work, were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.  From beginning to end, this was a great group which we’ll call again, and definitely recommend to anyone else.

One Way Plumbing has done fantastic work for us; we won't consider using anyone else. The best part (as of three or four years ago, at least, when I asked) is each employee is paid by the job, not by the hour, so there is no incentive to up-charge or drag out a job as we have experienced with other companies. I've never encountered an employee who hasn't been unfailingly polite and more than willing to explain the job so we are better informed in the future. Give them a call - you won't be disappointed.

150 dollars a hour is way too much to charge. I got charge 150 dollars for just telling me what the problem was, I didn’t get anything done just had them look at it and told me it’s 336 dollars to continue. I refuse that and he wasn’t at my home 30 minutes and still got charged 150 dollars when it wasn’t a whole hour. Will not use this company again

I had several plumbers out to give me an estimate and One Way came out and we decided to go with them. I had a broken gas line in my yard. Those guys worked very hard to fix the pipe and it was a dirty job. They were open and honest and reasonable. I highly recommend this company and will use them for all my plumbing needs. Also... They went above and beyond and even took a look at my toilet after getting the gas line replaced at no cost. Just wonderful honest company.
