1st and most important let me start with a thank you! No one enjoys having to call for a plumbing emergency. As a consumer it’s a great feeling when your service technician is professional, friendly, and compassionate about your issue. Evan did an absolutely fantastic job with our water heater. It was located upstairs it’s hot, very little air flow , and access is thru a small crawl space door just big enough for a water heater.
Evan was incredibly professional from the knock on the door to wrapping up the job and cleaning up. He assessed the situation (which we already expected a full replacement as our water heater was well past its golden years) he offered multiple options to resolve the issue. Provided fair and reasonable estimate for services. And got straight to work. No complaints, no excuses, just pure professionalism and pride in his work.
I spent most of the time upstairs in the crawl space with him and enjoyed small talk about work experiences and life in general. One thing in particular he spoke of was the philosophy of not only doing the job right the first time for your customer but, doing right by your customer. It’s becoming less common these days to find a company and employees who believe in that mind set. And it was a huge relief to watch him as he did exactly that. Your business is doing fantastic things because of employees like Evan! He really set a high standard and a great impression on me and my family. Luke Ziegenhorn was professional and explained in detail everything that required repairs and quoted cost of each. This made it easy for me to decide whether to go ahead with repairs or to postpone the repairs. Nice to know true cost up front.

We just moved into our first house, it’s the day before Christmas Eve, and nothing would flush or drain, correctly. Evan, from Half moon Plumbing, came right out, was professional, considerate, knowledgeable, and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for better service in our predicament. A great business was able to get a hot water heater replaced same day with out a lot of hassle. Met Luke Ziegenhorn a great guy who did all the work of replacing the old heater. He did an outstanding job of explaining how the new heater works and installation looked like a work of art when he finished. Definitely would recommend this business!

Wanted over $200 per hour with an estimate of 5 hours to install pex through attic from one location to another in the garage; about the length of total pex 25 ft. One pex connection on one side and the other just a valve.

They must be crazy. It only took me 45 minutes to do that, and I'm not a plumber.

I would not refer them, or get rid of the estimator.

Eric arrived exactly on time to install hardware in two bathrooms. The work was efficient and exactly as promised. He took the time to explain the precise quote before work began. After he left, we noticed the water temperature from one faucet was not as hot so I left him a message and he showed up on his own time the following morning to make the adjustment. I have finally found an excellent plumber! I recently decided to find a new plumber to fix my guest bathroom toilet. I had previously used another local plumber & they took 3 visits to address the problem. Half moon was on time, communicated well and took the time to explain why I was having an issue. They completed the work in a timely & extremely clean manner. I will call Half moon for all of my plumbing needs!

Our garbage disposal went out and we had a sink full of dirty dishes piling up. I called Half Moon Plumbing and I’m about an hour, James or tech showed up. He quickly checked out the situation and agreed we needed a new disposal. He got busy and started putting in the new disposal. He was done in a couple hours and he did a great job. I will use them again.

I prefer to try to fix stuff myself, but when I get in over my head I call these guys. Have had them out 3 times now for misc repairs. They're friendly, professional, and cleanup after themselves.

A pressurized leak in a very difficult place to access was flooding my bathroom. Spencer with Half Moon arrived in less than an hour, found the source of the leak and repaired it quickly and efficiently. My daughter's home had major plumbing problems. Eric came first and explained the problems (after much work) to where I could actually understand them and told me the charges (which broke the bank but alas). Eric is a very fine young man and you are lucky to have him. Next came Sam with his big digger and spent two days digging then had to call the city (after each dig). Once the city comes through Sam will come back and finish. Sam gladly took my credit card (oh the pain). Both young men are so excellent and I very much appreciate the quick and courteous service.

Half Moon Plumbing did a great job installing new faucets, toilet, dishwasher, and fixing old plumbing problems. They were on time, finished the job in the time they set, and didn’t add a bunch of stuff on after the original bid. I highly recommend.

Many thanks to Cory at Half Moon Plumbing for a thorough and very professional resolution of my plumbing problem. I had thought it might be a more serious issue with my septic tank, but Cory quickly and accurately diagnosed it as just a drain blockage. He got it fixed in short order and tested to make sure everything was working properly. On top of that, he (and Dustin) responded quickly to my call, were friendly, informative, and a pleasure to do business with. I will gladly recommend them to friends and family.

We had leak under bathroom sink. He tightened faucet and said he couldn’t find the leak. Didn’t leak again until 5 hours later, $199 later. What a shame!

Half Moon is always great to work with. We had a leaking external hose bibb that required us to turn the water off to the whole house overnight. They were able to send a tech, Andrew M, by 10am the next morning. He was in and out in an hour tops and the bill was reasonable and exactly priced in line with what we were told by the office when we scheduled the service. He was professional, fast, and fixed the problem, allowing us to use our hose hookup again. Definitely would recommend Half Moon for any plumbing needs, and Andrew specifically did a great job repairing and cleaning up the worksite. Appreciate their upfront pricing and ability to fit us in quickly!

Washington County RWD #3, told us we had a leak at water meter, on our side. We called you guys and you came out and looked and determined that we didn't and did not charge us. We called RWD #3 back and then there was mysteriously a leak again. I truly think they did something to make it leak again. I doubt that it was on purpose, but regardless, now it was going to cost me money. You guys came back out, looked at it again and determined that now there was a leak. Sam called me ahead of time and told me what he would do and what it would cost. He fixed something that had been wrong the whole time there to. You all did a great job. Thank you.

On July 26, 2023, James Heeley replaced the water pressure limiting valve and repaired two leaking toilets at my current residence. James was very professional and did excellent job completing the repairs and inspecting the water lines to my residence. The toilets have not leaked since James made the repairs. I have used Half Moon Plumb for eight plumbing repairs on two houses and have been completely satisfied. I give my highest recommendation to Half Moon Plumbing

Andrew Murphy was the tech dispatched my residence. He was on site within 4 hours of my calling and requesting service. He troubleshot the problem thoroughly and found that I had a clog in the lines somewhere and freed it.. all in all he was in and out in less than an hour!

We had a kitchen facet that was loose and leaking and we also needed three other lavatory facets replaced. Additionally, they repaired an outside hydrant. They were respectful of our house and very polite. After they left and had double....maybe triple checked their work, I realized that the Auto Vent under the kitchen sink island, hadn't been replaced as requested. I sent them a note indicating such, and they apologized and scheduled Technician to come back and replace it for free! I would recommend Half Moon Plumbing to anyone!

We had a leak in our water supply line under the slab. Tommy Goswick and Luke Ziegenhorn came when they said that they would and correctly stated how long the repair would take. They ran a new water supply line from the meter at the sidewalk to our house inlet at the kitchen sink. They did an excellent job. They were friendly and efficient. They were respectful of our property and cleaned up well. I would recommend them to other customers.

We had previous problems with our system and had called Mullin plumbing, they left us unsatisfied and with a broken toilet. Called Half-moon yesterday and they were prompt with their arrival today. The entire staff is very professional to say the least. Evan who installed our tankless water heater today is definitely a role model for other plumbing companies. From answering all my questions, ensuring system functioned as advertised, little details like mounting the unit to anchoring lines, and clean up, Evan did not miss a beat. Rapidly responded to repair a slow leak from a upstairs toilet each time we flushed.

They were on time and professional in every regard. My technician diagnosed and repaired a gas leak at my dryer and went on to investigate, locate and repair a gas leak at my water heater. Above and beyond; highly recommend.

Service person was courteous and efficient. He listened to what we observed about the leak which prompted him to check out the underside of the toilet. Found and fixed all issues. Cost was reasonable. To have the leak fixed is priceless.

Update review: I called them again, and they really need to refine their sales conversation. It took 3 hours to solve a running toliet because they spent 90 minutes telling me all the things I could upgrade in my house and devoured my entire Saturday morning. I really wanted and in and out situation, but instead they talk about water pressure, and blah blah blah. Maybe I am hangry. But I call plumbers to save me time and this did not save me time. I could have figured it out myself in 3 hours. It wasnt that big of a project.

When I called to get someone out to fix an issue I was having at my house everyone was very helpful. They contacted me pretty quickly, the technician Andrew, let me know he was coming and showed up when he said he would. Not a timeframe. It was set at 8am and he showed up on time! Not very godly but claim to be!

We are so glad we used Half Moon instead of the other 2 companies we got quotes from. They were similarly priced quotes but Half Moon's customer service was the icing on the cake. It was also important to us to have a reputable, established business working on our plumbing needs than getting the work done as cheap as possible.

Both of the service techs (Matthew & Eric) that came out for both the quote and the repair work were polite, helpful, and thorough. They did everything they could to save us money, explain our options, and they left the house clean and patched back up way better than expected. And to top it all off, our final invoice was 20% less than the original quote.

We could not be more pleased and plan to use Half Moon for all of our future plumbing needs! They are now the plumbing company for our family and we will be referring everyone we know to them going forward.

I had a leaking water heater that had to be replaced. It was not in an ideal location, but Evan handle it with kindness. Very professional. Excellent work.

They were very fast and friendly. They did the job very well. I had a leak under my toilet. They replaced the seal and the bolts on it. The plumber, I think Eric was his name, went beyond what was expected. He said he was saving me $50 by drilling holes to anchor the bolts without making me but the whole kit. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star rating is the job cost $225 and that seemed a little more than I was expecting but it might have been a flat rate for the call and the price could be competitive. Idk. If any one can correct me on this, I'll gladly change my rating to 5 stars. I would call them again for my plumbing needs.

Highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. They are very professional, courteous and considerate. It's a rare thing to have the integrity to explain what needs done and do it right rather than taking advantage of my lack of knowledge in plumbing.

I moved into an older house, and so far, this company has fixed the line to my water heater, replaced my garbage disposal, installed a new faucet, repaired the water shut-offs under my sink, and installed a gas line extension to plug into a gas grill. They are without fail fast, friendly, skilled, and explain what's going on and then show me how it was repaired. Their prices are fair and working with them is just a great experience.

My hot water heater needed to be replaced, I was talked into adding a treatment device that I'm not even 100% what it does & have a little bit of buyers remorse because I didn't have time to look it up & research the product 1st... he tried hard to get me to buy a tankless water heater which was double the price. I feel like I fell for the upsell of the treatment device but was able to stick with just replacing the water heater with a similar tank to what I had.
In order to add the treatment device, I needed to have an electrician add an outlet, they said they had an electrician they use for that (unless I'd rather contact someone myself), it wasn't until after the fact I found out the electrician was closely related to the plumber, so I'm sure that was part of the reason for push to upsell me an extra product. The electrician was friendly & to my untrained eye, looks to have done good work but it still would have been nice for the relationship to be explained beforehand to not feel like a bit of a con or scam to get more business out of me for both companies.

The plumber asked to do a walk through of my home & was very informative on plumbing items & showed me some valuable, good to know things. He did also point out things that could be upgraded or replaced & it felt like more trying to upsell me more products or services that I don't really need.

It was stressful enough needing to replace a hot water heater that had gone out without the added pressure of sales pitches to buy more products that were a lot more expensive... yes, please tell me my options but not as an on the spot sales pitch pushing the most expensive option.

This is my 1st time needing a plumber, I wish I had been in the position to call around & compare prices & companies. Being without hot water I decided to go ahead with half moon (they were recommended by a friend) despite feeling like they were trying to upsell me on everything... and they did do good work... but I will likely try a different company for future plumbing needs before going with half moon again.
The price just to replace my hot water heater (not including the added treatment device) was $1900, I feel like that was high, I was expecting closer to the $1400 range but again, this is my 1st time dealing with this so not sure if their price is standard/average or if it is in fact high compared to other companies.

My house sucks and something is always breaking. I see these guys way more then I'd like to, but they always do a good job when they are here.

This was the third plumber I’ve worked with after buying my house and they were extremely competent, explained everything clearly, didn’t do anything until I agree to the cost they estimated for the work, was very transparent and thorough and very fairly priced. Great experience and will recommend to anyone. I’ll be using them going forward for any issues on my home.

Andrew came to the house and repaired the water line to our mother-in-law quarters. He was on time, very respectful and knowledgeable. He repaired the water line in a timely fashion and was professional. He definitely earned our future business.

A contractor told me the outside faucet was so loose it could not be secured to the brick on my house. I called Half Moon Plumbing and not only did Dustin Mitchell fix the leak, he was also able to secure the loose faucet to the house (all in about 30 minutes). He also reassured us that complete replacement of the faucet/diverter assembly was not necessary. Dustin is Absolutely amazing! We bought our house 2 years ago and it was a new construction home. After moving in we had so many issues with our plumbing that at one point I even said to my husband that maybe it was a mistake buying the home. Issue after issue, the City of Collinsville water company, and 3 plumbers later our water came to the point where there was no pressure what so ever and you basically could only use one faucet to get somewhat pressure. We start calling around and found Dustin's number on the internet. At the moment my husband talked to him my husband said this guy knows what he is doing!.. Called out half moon plumbing for a drain backing up in our laundry room, the washer drain. They came out and worked a couple of hours and said it was fixed. Two weeks later same issue, we called them back out and this time they spent 4 hour to fix issue. Andrew was very professional and proficient at getting the job done. Very hard worker and great manners. Walked us thru every step and even showed us the video from the camera that showed the clog. Best of all the second call out didn’t cost us anything. Luke was a great guy. Professional and kind. He installed a new disposal. Had a leak specialist at my home today for a different issue and mentioned to him that I had a new disposal and now my dishwasher would not drain. He looked at the disposal and figured out very quickly that Luke didn’t remove the disposal plug so the dishwasher could drain. Yikes! Could have been a disaster!

Excellent communications and scheduling. Eric was able to amend our schedule to come earlier and after calling to ask if that was okay, and it was, we got a text that they were on the way. Before beginning he gave us a clear and concise estimate of the work on a tablet and then emailed the invoice to us at the completion of the work. He and his apprentice, Evan, were very professional and respectful, taking care to always put on booties so as not to risk tracking dirt into our home from outside.

In our discussion about our Navien tankless system he was cleaning, I learned that he had recently completed a manufacturer's training course on this system and his knowledge was about the different models and installation was impressive. He made some installation improvements and we were happy to get these items fixed from the less that perfect install job done by the big plumbing company that installed it.

Using technology made paying easy using their tablet system. I will look forward to them coming back to install our new whirlpool tub in a few weeks. In short, they are everything we want in a plumber.

Very responsive and good work on a difficult job

From the moment David and Josh arrived they were very professional and introduced themselves. They explained pricing and what steps they would take to correct the blockage. After and hour David gave me a progress report and came up with a detailed plan. They got reinforcement and more equipment with the promise it would be taken care of. Andrew and Kaleb joined the team and all 4 went to work like a well oiled machine. Great team work everyone knew their job and got it done. They got the blockage removed (it was huge) and ran the camera to check the line. Andrew & Josh had to move some stuff in the garage and once finished moved it back to the exact location. A family member's hot water tank failed, and Half Moon was on site within 45 minutes after I called. When they arrived, they performed an inspection, found the problem, gave my family member and myself options for replacement and repair. The plumber was very kind, but the leak detect was about 3 feet off. It was a detected in the front portion of the porch, but the leak was actually under the house slab. So the porch was busted up when it shouldn’t of been. I guess im saying whats point of paying 500 for leak detection if they can’t even tell you if it’s under the house or outside. we knew it was before the water shut off inside the house.

We had a couple of options....they gave their advice....but they allowed us to make the choice regarding the repair and then they did whatever they could to make our choice work! I had Andrew and his associate over to perform a camera drop into my sewer line. His briefing and service was concise and he was able to answer any questions I had. This company is outstanding. They were professional, courteous and even tolerated our 3 standard poodles trying to “help”! They explained everything and why repairs were needed or recommended. They even found a code violation on our hot water tank they could’ve caused many problems down the line. They left no mess anywhere and even moved things back into position when job was completed. Half Moon Plumbing has installed a tankless water heater, two toilets, and five faucets previously. Always a professional job. Today they serviced my water heater and replaced a drain trap that has been clogging up. Sam's work is always outstanding and he always takes the time necessary to answer my questions.

We called Half Moon Plumbing on a Sunday (we had another company come out two days prior and tell us our problem was fixed) and got almost an immediate call back with an offer to come out the same day. We needed a new faucet for the kitchen, and we called Half Moon last week. A man came out and gave us an estimate. After inspecting everything gave us a few options. We chose to go buy our own faucet and then have them come back and install it. Half moon literally saved us! I found an exterior faucet broke in an open position and was leaking water continuously. This happened while I was out of the country with no plan to return for over a week. They came out same day, worked with me all over the phone and completely resolved the issue. The young man that showed up at my house was clean cut and in uniform. I had asked him to change an outdoor faucet because I thought I had stripped the threads and he politely explained that that faucet had different threads designed for a vacuum breaker. He saved me a lot of money when a lot of other companies would have taken advantage. I absolutely will give all of my plumbing business to Half Moon!

Called them for a leak detection test. 5 hours and $1400 later they didn't find it. Took American leak detection 2 hours. Wouldn't recommend half moon to anyone.

The plumber who showed up was very nice. However, he quoted me twice the price of what American Leak Detection quoted me for fixing a leak under the concrete slab (ALD had already found the leak - this was just fir the actual repair). I realize prices fluctuate, but TWICE?! No thank you. I went with American Leak Detection obviously and they did good quality work and saved me $1500.

September 6, 2013 - Based on the great job that Dustin and Half Moon Plumbing did on our previous problem, we called them back to fix our toilets that were not seated correctly. As with the last visit, they repaired the toilets and cleaned up the bathrooms so that you couldn't even tell that they had done work in them - except for the very stable and newly caulked toilets! Thanks guys!

September 2012 - After living with a leak from the upstairs bathroom that caused damage to the downstairs bathroom, we finally called for a plumber. Thinking this was going to be a major problem and that they would have to cut a hole in the downstairs bathroom made us concerned about how the repair was going to be done correctly. We called Half Moon plumbing early this morning and before lunch time, Dustin had fixed the problem without the need of cutting holes in anything! Turns out it was a simple problem and it didn't cost a fortune to fix.

Dustin was very professional and left the bathroom in perfect condition. Should have called him sooner! We will definitely call Half Moon Plumbing for any future problems and recommend them very highly!

We recently bought a home that has had some plumbing issues and we've had disappointing experiences with three other providers. We're grateful to have found Half Moon after a recent hot water failure when they installed a tankless system. On that visit, Sam discovered that our water pressure was too high. Tommy came out this week and installed a pressure regulator. Had a sink drain back up and our landlord called Half Moon. Bryce was our plumber who came out the same day and he was amazing. Really liked that they text you when they are on their way and who your plumber is as well! He was extremely thorough, professional and explained everything along the way. Half Moon Plumbing was referred to me by another business/friends in Claremore. I was in an extreme hurry to complete a job left by another company.
When I called I left a message and had an immediate and pleasant response. That day they had a technician at my rental home to give me a quote. The job that I had to do was in a 1968 build and needed extensive work in two bathrooms and a new hot water heater. When I called Half Moon Plumbing I had a deadline of approximately two days for the next sub to come in.

Sam was my technician along with his apprentice.
They were great! They were early to the job, professionally dressed, greeted me pleasantly and reviewed again all that they were doing to make certain it was all correct. I had several questions which he answered Intelligently with great detail. While on the job he found and updated items from previous plumbing jobs that would save me from hazard in the future. Sam finished the job in one day, they cleaned up after themselves and it all looks great.

Half moon plumbing installed a tankless hot water system. Post install, there were a few areas in the house that did not have adequate hot water even with the circulation pump. Sam and Luke came out, diagnosed the issue, and fixed the faulty shower valve. They also went above and beyond replacing all the sink and bathtub water valves at cost

They were here approximately 3 hours, never rushed, always kept me updated throughout their work. They wore shoe protectors to protect our floors and were courteous and professional at all times. When finished, the cleaned up their work space and took all the old parts to their truck for disposal.

I agree with all the reviews. What I don't agree with is the pricing. If you want to spend nearly 3000 for a hot water heater, this is your place. For a budget minded senior, it pays to shop around. Because of the urgency of my problem, I needed this replaced right away. They replaced it on a holiday. However they expected PAYMENT IN FULL upon completion. I had just committed my monthly social security check to restore my electric line & cut down trees after the storm. They kept forgetting about the measly $50 coupon they offered online in the final price. Furthermore, they do not offer a senior discount, so I suggest you shop around before committing. Bear in mind, even though I was a repeat customer who has paid a previous bill in full, I got hounded everyday for payment. I had to apply for & receive a credit card to pay the balance just a week later when I received my new credit card that has a 0 .25 percent interest rate. For a faith-based company, you'd think they'd be more flexible in their pricing for those in need, especially after the tornado!. RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE Ignore their response. I paid 2500 for the heater & after quite some time the $ 50 discount was applied. It is TRUE that there is no senior discount nor hardship discount. Nothing in this review is untrue After talking with others that have had the same issue, I could have paid $1500 for the hot water heater instead of 2500

Dustin guided me through the process of getting a tankless water heater a few years ago, and absolutely insisted that they were worth the investment. He convinced me to give it a go, and three years later I have to say I didn't regret it a bit. Unfortunately, I moved last week, and I don't have endless hot water now. I'm so sold on tankless that I'll be putting one in this new house before too long, I hope.

Eric replaced an outdoor water tap for us. He worked very cleanly and efficiently. He was very courteous and respected our home by making sure he covered his shoes with booties every time he came into the house. The service was provided one day after a heavy rain, and he tracked nothing into the house. He cleaned up the aftermath of having to open the wall in my office and provided an accessible cover should we need to access that tap again. The new water tap works great. These guys are pros.

Not easy to clean and fix a sewer line issue and Spencer did a great and professional job fixing the problem and doing a very good job cleaning up the site of gloves, wipes and everything else.

The Half Moon Plumbing team really played plumbing issues a smooth process. I needed an hydrostatic pressure test and an exterior faucet replaced. When I called in, the representative was very helpful and got me booked in for the next morning. When a slot opened for that afternoon an half hour after the initial call, she called back and they sent a team out asap. Andrew and Zach were fantastic. Both were very professional, and Andrew (took the lead on the projects) was very communicative and tidy throughout the entire project. The finished product was well installed and I’ll definitely be calling Half Moon Plumbing for my future needs.

Had leaking faucet, the came out the next day and repaired it. Very pleased with Half Moon they have helped me out with various items alway prompt and courteous!

Great work, professional and friendly crews. I had them install a tankless water heater which included replacing the shower gaskets. When replacing the the first gasket unexpectedly caused the shower to drip because the valve was so corroded, they went the extra mile, cut in the drywall and replaced the valve at no extra cost. I later had them come back and do the second shower valve at my cost.

On a Saturday morning, they were able to move around jobs between their techs and was able to work me (a brand new customer) in to remove and install a new tankless water heater, when I didn't expect it. I'm very appreciative that they came right away on a weekend. I did feel forced to spend 2500 to buy a new hot water heater. Maybe they are that good and just knew that was my only option but they never even turned on the water to see the leak or detached and looked at the hot water heater before they were unboxing a new one to replace it. I did ask to see the old one brought out before I was convinced it wasn't fixable but they were attaching new parts to a new one and getting it ready to install while the old one was still draining and hooked up. I felt very rushed and forced into replacing but I don't know hot water heaters and don't know if some leaks are fixable so maybe they aren't ever fixable? I hope this one lasts more than 10 years, apparently the other one didn't!

Matthew did an excellent job of replacing our old corroded drain plug on our shower. I love that he wore booties on his shoes every time he entered the house to avoid tracking in dirt, mud, etc. on our floors. That shows respect for the homeowner!

We had Noah come out and do repairs to our leaking commode. He was fast, efficient and professional. Would recommend and will use the services again.

Update... Half Moon plumbing called me after my review and explained what probably happened. It was just a matter of mishaps from a plumber we had had out before and the first guy coming out from Half Moon not changing out the whole system that caused us to leak again. So I'm really happy that they did that and unfortunately we just had a lot to deal with after the fact but I don't think it was really Half Moon's fault completely.

2. Had to change our review because our office flooded after they fixed our outside faucet but failed to fix the whole problem which we had told them about it flooding before. The whole pipe needed to be replaced and he only replaced the outside faucet. We called them though and they came out immediately and someone else fixed it correctly but it still cost us another $179 I think.

Dustin answered my call and was at our house within 30 minutes. He did a fantastic job fixing the problem, and his rates were extremely affordable especially for coming out on a Saturday. I called to get a quote on a Friday and they came in the following Monday to give me quote. Very reasonable and easy to work with. Had to install all new gas lines for the house. I had called to fix an old toilet but after Noah evaluated the situation I came to the conclusion I just needed a new one. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and did an inspection of all my systems. He gave me several options and managed to get me on the schedule the next day.
James came to install the toilet and to put in a pressure regulator. He too, was very professional and made sure I knew how everything worked and that I was satisfied with the finished project.

No complaints, everything was picture perfect, beginning to end. The previous HWH was not installed well, to many shortcuts and inexpensive parts used. Sam found my leak within an hour, when 6 other companies couldn’t figure it out. My entire waterline had to be replaced. Sam explained everything and gave me choices. He explained pros and cons of each type of waterline. My old line was about 55 years old, so I suspected it would have to be replaced. I was very pleased with Half Moon. They can do it all, from locating slab leaks to fixing them. No middle man needed. Sam’s the man to request.

I had a problem with my shut off valve in one of my bathrooms. It was leaking slowly so I decided to change it out. Silly me didn't turn off the water from the meter first. The leak kept getting worse to the point I couldn't even finish the job. I called Half Moon's number and Dustin answered right away. I told him my problem and he asked if I had turned off the water at the meter. I told him I didn't know how. So, he was over within 15 minutes. Shut off the water, finished the shut off valve and tank fill replacement for me in minutes. He couldn't have been nicer or more professional. I now have a go-to plumber. Thanks Dustin.

This was a stressful situation for my family as we had to shut off water due to leak during one of the hottest days of the year. They were able to get out to my property in a timely manner and the repairs were performed quickly. The plumber who made the repairs was patient and tolerated my curiosity and was very nice. A shower valve problem inadvertently revealed a much larger problem I had when I shut my water off as I had a leak at the meter and Half Moon adapted when I informed them of it. Thank you!

Matthew was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He replaced two cartridges in two different showers and did a great job. Setting up the appointment was easy and Darlene was as helpful as could be. The service is a little on the high end price wise but, given the service, I was not in the least reluctant to pay it and have them coming out again next week.

We had a pipe break in a wall in our house, and I called Half Moon. Tommy was very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone. I had a toilet that was leaking from the bottom. I am new to Owasso, so I had never used Half Moon Plumbing before. Andrew Murphy was the technician they sent out. He arrived within a couple hours of my call, which was earlier than anticipated. He was very thorough and gave me several options from complete toilet replacement to new seal replacement. They worked quickly and efficiently and had pictures to share with all of the detailed before and after work process. Decent price for the job and the quality of work was exceptional. Very friendly young man with a great skillset. I will definitely call them if I have plumbing issues again.

I noticed late in the afternoon that our toilets and sink was backing up. After calling several places I talked with half moon plumbing and told them our situation. He was on his way home because it was late in the afternoon but turned around because of our situation of not being able to use our toilets and sewage backing up into our shower. He gave excellent service and they were affordable. I will call Half Moon Plumbimg if we have any other problems and recommend this company to others!

This is a wonderful company and I will recommend anyone I know to use them. Our water heater sprang a major leak today and was spraying water everywhere. I called them in a panic and they tried to help me figure out how to turn off the water over the phone. I felt like they cared for me and wanted to help me right away. They were at my house within 20 minutes of calling them for help. It turned out we had to completely replace our water heater. We decided to go with a tankless system. They got it installed the same day, so we didn't have to go a day without hot water. Matthew was our plumber today and he was amazing. He answered every question we had and was very caring and kind. HalfMoon installed a new well house pump for us a year ago. The staff was very professional, helpful and willing to explain the procedures and why they did what they did.
In 2023 we had to replace the pressure tank in the well house (over 10 years old), again the initial assessment by Nathan was professional and informative. Halfmoon's customer and internal communications are exceptional and on time. The repair was done by Luke Z and Sklyer. Both were really pleasant to work with, did the work speedily and made sure that the new pressure tank worked properly. Job well done. 5 stars to both of them. Tom

I contacted Half Moon to get an estimate to fix a broken pipe that another plumber was going to charge us $3200 to fix. Sam came out and did a much more extensive check on our pipes and quoted a much better price! I also appreciated that he explained and showed us everything he was doing. Highly recommend!

We have used Half Moon for our pumbling need since moving to OK. This time we had a leaking faucet in the bathtub. After waiting 4 days for the appointment, the technician spent less than 5 minutes in the bathroom, then reported that the likelihood of finding parts to repair are slim and if he did probably won't work, then recommend replacing because the fact was original to the house. Then gave a quote of over $1k to replace and I would have to repair the adjacent wall once they were done. On top of that they would have to schedule that for another day. I initially agreed to have the work done on the following Monday. However, after doing my own research I discovered the issue was a torn o-ring and complete rebuild kits were readily available at the hardware store. $15 dollars later and two hours including trip to the store inwasngood to go. I feel that the technician only wanted to upsell and not actually trouble shoot. Doubtful if we use Half Moon in the future if this is their new way doing business.

Called at 7am and got someone on the phone really quickly. My water heater has gone out and he said they could have someone out by 2pm. Nathan showed up at 1pm, explained everything, gave me tons of options, and we chose to install a new water heater. Having a big issue with the sewer pipes they came cleaned it out ran a camera found the issue and will be back to do the repairs needed to fix the issue wish I would have looked long before I did had a another company out every other month who could not find the issues. If I ever need a plumber again it will be Half Moon

Have had to have other issues fixed called on Half Moon you can not go wrong with this company the plumbers are very clean and nice clean up when they are done . They know the meaning of RESPECT

Spencer Johnson was the technician that came out. He accurately diagnosed the issue, found my clean out lid on septic on his first try, I had no clue. Dug it up in a few minutes and confirmed his thoughts. Professional service, I will call them again.

If you have a plumbing problem or want to install new plumbing, you absolutely cannot do better than this company. Full stop. I contacted Dustin and made an appointment three days out. The appointment was confirmed the day before by Dustin. He sent Eric and Sam here to do several items of plumbing for a new (to us) house we moved into and the work was done absolutely to our satisfaction.

Both men were professional and cordial. They communicated with us what was being done at all times. Eric and Sam arrived here on time and called in advance their ETA to our house. How good is that these days?

We have other plumbing projects in the near future and Half Moon Plumbing will be the ones doing the work.

The owner, Dustin is extremely conscientious and ethical. I have no issue believing he is the best person to handle any plumbing issue in the Owasso area.

We had a large leak which was swiftly getting serious. Called Half Moon and they were here in a few minutes and got to work on finding the leak They were very professional and very very nice. A good Christian company. They recommended a restoration company, if we did not know one, and we were delighted with then also. Had a fair amount of damage and they have been just great in keeping things moving. We would recommend them also. We would highly recommend Half Moon Plumbing for any of your plumbing problems.

.Toilets were stopped up AGAIN. Justin was here in a few minutes and had them cleaned out quickly. He was here less than 45 minutes and handed us a bill for $175.00. We paid, but sadly, after such a good relationship with them, we will be forced to look for a less expensive plumber.

Left a voicemail on a Saturday. Sam called me back shortly after. He said he’d be glad to head out to me, but I could try some of his suggestions first. He even offered to FaceTime with me once I got home from work that day. When I got home I tried to do it myself but ended up not having the right equipment to get it done. It was after 8pm and getting dark so I was set on trying again the next day. He texted me and asked how it was going. I told him I couldn’t get it done so he offered to head my way. He got the clog cleared in the middle of darkness and then we discussed a separate issue with my hot water tank. He gave me pros and cons of different options without trying to sell me either one of them. Super nice and knowledgeable guy. Can’t recommend enough.

If You, are in need of plumbing services, well go to Half Moon Plumbing. I called and this company got it going and in a professional manner ,started talking care of our problems. They were at our home on time, employee knew just what was needed. What I liked, they gave me different amt s to fix it. So I could take the job, that I wanted. The service was done in time, check it all over before leaving as well. So I can honestly say this Half Moon Plumbing is # 1 in OWASSO and Tulsa County in my books.

My hot water heater stopped heating and would not stay lit (10 months old) googled top-rated plumbers and came across Half Moon Plumbing. I read through the reviews and gave them a call but didn't get an answer so I left a message. A short time later Dustin called back. He offered to send a technician out that evening but it wasn't critical and I didn't want an after hours service charge so I opted to wait until the next day. A few minutes later Sam called and said he was in the area and would stop by. He was there 10 minutes later. Very polite and professional. He quickly started assessing the problem. Sam figured out the issue and called to see if the parts were available. He said he could get them the next morning and would be back to fix it the next day. He came back promptly as stated and fixed the problem quickly. Fortunately the parts and labor were under warranty so we did not have any out of pocket expense! Sam was an awesome guy. I will not hesitate to call Dustin and the guys at Half Moon Plumbing the next time I have a plumbing issue!!!

Bryce was absolutely great! He explained everything that he planned on doing and made sure we totally understood what was going to happen before he started. He kept his mess to a minimum and cleaned up after himself before he left. Bryce was very professional and look forward to having him come back to complete the job when we are ready.

Had a Benet installed. It was done very professionally even though only a few had been installed by Half-Moon. Took very little time to install and cost was very reasonable.

Half moon plumbing was prompt with regard to their appointment and completed all the work professionally
