I can't say enough good about this company. I had a hot water main leak and had been through several different companies that either couldn't help me or would never contact me or show up when they said they would. Not only does this company show up exactly when they say they will, but they even call to confirm a day or two before. If they say they will be there, they will be there. Excellent communication via email and phone calls and the work they did was top notch. It could have been much worse to repair but they not only found the leak but repaired it without having to excessively tear up my home. The plumber was courteous and professional and I would use this company again in a second. If you have a need for leak detection, there is no company better in the state.

Let’s start with a big thank you! To Everyone in the office, thank you!! To the expert plumber Rich, there isn’t enough thank you’s In the world to give you! Your shovel was no bigger then my arm and you dug out several hundreds of square footage of dirt by hand! BY HAND!!! It’s hard to describe the amount of work Rich and his 2 different apprentices did (1 apprentice at a time). With several mountains of dirt, they managed to keep things neat, covered up, cleaned up, filled back in. What a HUGE job they had to do! Rich always kept me informed every day. He always let me know what steps needed to be done and made sure we were good with it.
After all this mess we not only gained a company we can trust with our home, but we gained some friends. We have had our lives as we knew it turned inside out. Insurance claims don’t come with instructions, but American Leak Detection as a whole helped us deal with one of the most difficult of insurance adjusters. Rich and the 2 young men that took care of the dirty work, definitely need more then a pat on the back! If I could give them a raise myself I would have!
I went back in this morning and you can’t even tell there was dirt from under my house in my house, they cleaned up and left no trace of dirt! I can’t say enough goodies about y’all! I could go on for days!

The team at American Leak Detection was thorough and quickly found the area of the leak in my irrigation system. The tech went as far as to dig up the leak so the irrigation repair team could quickly and easily come fix the leak that was costing me $500/month in water usage. Can I start by saying 5 stars aren’t enough and can someone please get Rich a cape!!! Words can’t even begin to express my thankfulness for Rich and ALD! For weeks and weeks and weeks he’s been working so hard for us! What we thought was a small problem turned into a full re-pipe and a super scary situation for this first time home buyer! He’s been with us every step of the way, explaining and caring and even dealing with insurance (which has been a mess, but he's helped sort it all out)!
He knows what he is doing and he does it with excellence! Everyone we know is amazed at his tunneling work and amazed that he actually gets down in the mess and gets things done!
We spent 12 weeks in a hotel with 3 kids and he worked extra extra long hours for us to be able to finally go home on Thanksgiving which was the biggest holiday blessing! To say Rich is a God send is no exaggeration! This situation is BIG and scary and there have been many tears and fears but God sent us the best and Rich is truly an answer to our prayers and so many praying for us!!!! We have used them twice (for two different areas of our house) for leak detection and replacement of worn through cast iron pipes. Our technician, Chris, was a phenomenal drain pipe technician and we were very pleased with his professionalism and work quality.

I was surprised at the quickness of the worker as he checked my pool It being a bit expensive he wasted absolutely no time doing the work. Since our water bill is rather high I am quite pleased that he found the leaks and fixed them. Now our pool has barely lost 1/8 of an inch in 2 days. Very good work.

Gabe was prompt, friendly, started work immediately, was accurate and thorough and answered all my questions. Expensive? Yes. But my only other option would be to continue to pay high water bills and still have the leak.

This was my first experience with a leak detection company. I had a structural (roof) leak that was small, slow, and effected by wind etc... Two roofing companies had been out and claimed to have fixed the problem only to have it reoccur. American Leak came out and in an hour had the location and source of the leak pinpointed. The technicians were friendly, explained everything they were doing and what they were finding. They cleaned up and were gone with no trace of having been in my house. I will use American Leak again and recommend them to anyone fighting a leak in their home.

Kyle and Ishmael came out to find our leak. They went above and beyond to find our leak and talk us through solutions for our pool pump/tree root mess. Chris with American Leak is absolutely, without a doubt, the most qualified technician we have ever encountered. A restaurant in our shopping center was having issues with several drains backing up. After 3 plumbers failed in finding the problem areas, Chris came in and figured out within 30 minutes exactly where the clogs were located and flushed out the drains. Now all the plumbing is working well! We were amazed how fast he was able to solve a problem that 3 plumbers could not figure out. American Leak is more expensive but...they get the job done right. We would have saved more money if we would have reached out to them first...and of course a lot less frustration!

Gregg, our Tech, did a wonderful job. He worked very hard and was great at explaining what issues he found and what he did to repair. Very professional and courteous. I would call ALD without hesitation again.

Shelby was our technician and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. He called before arrival, was friendly, courteous and professional. He made sure to do our job in a timely manner as leak detection is an expensive venture. This was our first time to need a leak detection service and I highly recommend this company.

Colby and Jimmy called ahead to inform of their ETA and reviewed the issues while on the phone. They determined an additional part was needed and took time to stop and obtain the needed part so all materials were available upon their arrival. They were efficient in their work, professional and courteous with their communication and even brought their own cleaning supplies/cleaned the area once the work was completed as well as tested the supply line and faucet to ensure proper flow without leaks. Also, the office staff, Stacy and Zoe provide top notch communication, promptly sending related documents such as work order forms, subsequent technical reports and related invoices via email. American Leak Detection and especially Colby and Jimmy are highly recommended! Any business is only as good as its people and this one is fantastic!

We are in an office condo complex, and our neighbors hired them because it appeared the leak was coming from their unit. While there, the ALD technician also came to our unit to inspect. He then told our neighbors he couldn't find a leak. Based on what he said, we hired a plumber to start digging with a backhoe in two different places. The plumber finally determined that the leak WAS under the slab. When we called ALD back, we were told that the technician knew where the leak was. We were very upset, wondering why we were not told about it on the first visit. In the meantime, we spent a great deal of time and money on a plumber. To his credit, the technician only charged half of the normal fee, but this entire situation cost us a lot.

I was very pleased with this company; everyone I spoke with in the office was very helpful and courteous. They sent Chris to our home to check for leaks in our master bathroom. He was very friendly and knowledgeable; he found two breaks in the line and answered all my questions on what our steps are to correct the problem. 1 will gladly work with them again.

Rich is a consummate professional and has done exceptional work for us two times, now. I really appreciate how he informs and educates the customer as to what is going on, what repairs he recommends, and what it would all entail. If we ever need future plumbing repairs, we will definitely be calling ALD and asking for Rich.

Never called me back

We developed several pool leaks which the pool company could not find nor repair. We were later referred to American Leak Detection. Shelby arrived early and spent hours testing every possible point of leakage. He was extremely professional, diligent, and inspired confidence in his analysis. Shelby repaired four of the leaks. Two days later Skyler and Colby came out to repair the underground pipe leaks. I recommend this company to anyone struggling with leaks.

Everything I expected came true; professional, didn't waste time, found the issue. Follow up call and written report followed the next day.

My house had tons of internal wall cracks. My foundation was solid so they suspected a water leak. They pressurized my water system and FOUND THE LEAK. Recommended I use a local plumber to save repair cost. TOTALLY SOLVED MY PROBLEM!!! They are not cheap -and up front about that -but some things you have to pay for the best. It’s this business! The best!!

Gabe and Colby came out and went right to work. They were courteous, professional, and absolutely knew what they were doing. We had a leak under our slab and they found it with no problem, and within the initial visit time so no extra hourly fees! After locating the leak they set us up with someone to come out and fix it. American Leak Detection has done several jobs for me, some small some pretty significant. They have always done a great job and provide Well documented reports. Rhiannon is always great to work with in the office.

Drew and Celso were very professional to work with on some complex plumbing issues that my house had. My house needed some extensive drain & slab leak repairs and Drew was very knowledgeable in this area with knowing how to detect these leaks and get them repaired. He and Celso dealt professionally with these issues and always kept me informed about progress and what was needed. I would recommend both of these plumbers.

American leak detection of Eastern Oklahoma sent technician Shelby to try to find my leak which was running 5-600 gallons per day but wasn’t showing on the surface. I live on 5 acres with two residences and a shop building with probably 3-400 feet of water lines running in several directions. Shelby called ahead and showed up in a timely manner. Shelby was neat in appearance and had a pleasant manner. He was diligent in tackling the task at hand and moved about in an efficient way checking the residences and shop first. Within an hour and fifteen minutes he had located and dug up the leak and was packing to leave. Many thanks to Shelby and his company for a very pleasant experience. By the way, the leak was a past friction sleeve repair that had worked loose which Shelby tightened before he left.

Having any kind of plumbing issues is historically awful. I noticed my house having plumbing issues and was referred to another plumber service in Tulsa, OK. They let us know that we had a water leak somewhere in our system but could not identify the severity or location of the leak. That plumbing company suggested replacing our ENTIRE PLUMBING SYSTEM underneath the slab of our home. They reported that since they could not locate the leak with their tests or cameras that the best option was to cut a trench throughout my entire house and replace everything which would have cost tens of thousands of dollars. Hearing this news was an absolute nightmare. We wanted a second opinion and were referred to American Leak Detection. Our ALD Technician Rich came out to the house and had the leak pinpointed in an hour or so and didn’t have to destroy my house to do it. He was confident in his findings. I approved the work, and we scheduled the repair. Rich nailed the location. Throughout this entire process he has been very forthcoming with everything he was doing. He answered every question and concern I had and gave me step-by-step directions on the plan to repair it, the timeline, and cost. He’s left the work area spotless after each day and has been extremely courteous and kind to my children who try as hard as they can to get in his way. He’s worked extremely hard and efficient to get this job done correctly to help relieve stress, and not run up the cost. If you think you are having plumbing issues call American Leak Detection before you approve another company to do unnecessary, and incredibly expensive work.

This is a complete scam. **BUYER BEWARE***
I called them out to find a leak in our pool. They showed up on time and professional about the beginning process. They took their gimmick equipment out and began leak detecting
Said they found the leaks.
Now before I finish we were losing 1 to 2 inches of water a day. I asked them where the leak was he said it was around our skimmer gasket, light gasket, and main drain gasket. ALL WHICH WE REPLACED 1 MONTH BEFORE, WHEN WE REPLACED THE LINER. They put a glue type sealant on all areas of the pool they said had a leak. This substance now is hardened and grows MAJOR algae. Because it is not a smooth surface. Charged me $700+ , and just like that next day, water down an 1 again then the next down 2.
I was going to call and complain, but I figured I was dumb enough to fall for their snake oil it was my fault. But now that all I see is their heavy commercials I fell I need to warn everyone.
Don't get taken by this scam.

Called 3 times. Received the answering service every time and had to leave a message for a callback which I never received. I ended up having to call another company. Don't waste your time calling these people. Apparently they're not interested in doing business.

ALD technician was very efficient in locating a difficult and hard to access leak. Technician was professional & proficient. Recommended.

We contacted American Leak Detection due to a leak in our bedroom. There is a firm to complete giving the initial hourly rate and credit card information before they will come out. They wanted $275 for the first hour. Ok. The come out and determine the leak is from the outside faucet that burst during winter freeze. . I'm told they will have to cut through the sheetrock in the bedroom wall and they can't do it today. They will send an estimate and I can approve the estimate and give them my credit card again before they will come out.
I finally get the estimate after calling their office when I haven't heard from them for several days.
When I get the estimate, it has the same basic information the first one had ....$275 for the first hour and $190 for additional time plus parts and they don't repair or replace the drywall.

I call back asking how much the part is and I am told the serviceman knows. The office doesn't have that info. So I asked if it was $35 or $300 and said I think that is a fair question. I'm told she will ask the serviceman to call me.
Shortly thereafter I receive a new emailed estimate.....for $1550.00 inclusive of the part.
I am stunned.

I call William's plumbing service and they come out that day for $120 service call. Give me a repair estimate of $390 and the $120 is applied to the invoice. The work is completed in about an hour
Oh, and the plumber can go through the wall under the sink in the bathroom and not make an ugly hole in my bedroom wall.

I still had to pay the original $275 to ALD but the grand total w far less than the $1550.
I have a printout of both estimates ... it's for the exact same service. What gives, American Leak Detection?
I would welcome a call from a stakeholder.

Update: In response to the reply from ALD: The only person to reach out to me was the same repairman. Not a stakeholder. That same repairman whose estimate was for $1,550. Nowhere does it say it's a max bid. It states this is what my charge would be.....and I would have still had that ugly hole cut in my bedroom wall.

I found water running out of my garage on a Friday evening about 6 pm. I called ALD, and they could not have been nicer. Brock came out soon after—and again, could not have been nicer, more helpful, or more professional. Found the leak in short order in a Pex fitting and fixed it. We could not have asked for better service—and especially on a weekend.

Honestly the review should be zero. The customer service was absurd in its ignorance. We had a leak under the floor and when the technician came out he was asked not to use the meter but to turn it off at the water heater. He did not, he turned it off at the meter and denies doing so now. The company acknowledged that there would be no reason that he wouldn't use the meter as that is standard practice. A pipe at the water meter has broken and after taking the city two months to determine it was not on their end but ours, as a result of the plumber turning off the water at the meter, we contacted ALD and have been given a constant run around.

At first it was that we should have contacted them when it first happened, but we explained we thought the meter was the city's domain. Weather severely delayed the city being able to check. We were then told that they were struggling to understand what exactly the problem was but would come out only if we paid them more money. Finally they stated they wanted a letter from the city and may consider doing something but it was unlikely. This is why we will be sticking to local places like Gregg Mechanical and Plumbing in Owasso! They are so much better!

They came and found my leak within the first hour. Thank you!!!

Greg with American Leak Detection called a few days before our appointment, and we had a good conversation about what the pool was doing, and what he wanted upon his arrival. ( water level, equipment off, etc). He called when he was about 10 minutes away, right on time. When he accessed the pool leak, to our surprise ( Thank goodness) the leak was not in the returns. Greg was able to diagnose the issues ( had two small leaks around the return nozzles), which he was able to patch on site. Greg was super friendly, professional, and figured out the problem and was able to fix it. Made some suggestions and observations on what we might need to do in the future, due to some additional deterioration on the pool walls, and advice on ground water vs water levels when pool was not completely full. Good Company, and glad they sent their best man to Joplin MO. Thank you Greg and American Leak Detection of Tulsa! Highly recommended for any large pool issues, these guys know what they are doing.

The technician Rich has been exemplarily so far. The job is not competed as of yet but that is no reflection on him. The scope of work is not simple and is larger than what a scheduled half day service call could complete. Plus our home insurance company is involved and approvals has taken longer than expected. While here so far Rich has been a great tech. He was very informative of what he was doing and why. The why is important to me. He has a great personality and is extremely professional. I have never had a service tech out before that worked as quick and efficient as Rich has. He was friendly to my family while keeping his momentum of work moving forward. I liked the fact he was not on the phone every time he turned around like I've seen with other companies. Also he was as clean as I've ever seen too putting plastic wrap on the floor from the time he came in the front door to anywhere in the house he was working. He also wore gloves and his face mask the entire time he was here which again was unlike the previous companies. He cleaned up his mess, which he kept minimal, before he left. Rich is clearly a go-getter and is an perfect example of what other service technicians, in any field, should be modeled after.

ALD was hired in fall of 2021 to look for a leak in community pool. After several reschedules by ALD, they finally arrived. We told the technician we THOUGHT the leak might be in our slide system. The technician did find a leak in the system and repaired. We asked for the rest of the pool to be looked at since we paid a huge amount for them to come to our community. The technician stated that he did not have time. He said he would come back at no charge if we still found that we were losing water the next season. Well, here we are, next season and still losing water. ALD was called and is now refusing to come down to finish the job they were well compensated for. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I used this business, referred to me by my plumber, for a second opinion after a failed pressure test of my under-slab drainage system by another plumber. A passing test was required before I could get interior piering done (foam injection, actually). The first plumber performing the leak test estimated thousands of dollars just to isolate the leak. American Leak Detection sent one man to do the work. He was personable and professional. He used a different drain for the test, easily lower than the one used by the previous plumber, and the water level didn't budge after 30 minutes. So it was a pass. I would recommend American Leak Detection in a heartbeat. They responded promptly, and both on the phone and in person were professional and courteous. Unlike the first leak detection service, they never made me feel like I was being scammed.

I've had American Leak Detection out to my house a total of 5 times now I believe, and these guys have all been fantastic! I had to have work done on my foundation, requiring a static leak test before and after. I'm not great with names but all the employees have been great, they are on time, helpful and do a great job explaining what they are doing. Once my foundation work was completed, when we had the static test done again we unfortunately found out we had a leak caused by the foam injection. So, I had to reschedule with ALD to have the leak located, and they were able to squeeze me in much sooner than I'd expected, once the leak was located they also managed to come back out within 2 days to get that repaired. These guys did a great job and I couldn't have asked for anything more, keep up the great work folks!

They found leak in the slab and worked with us to repair it quickly and neatly repairing slab. They left everything nest and clean! We would use them for any services they perform and would call them first!

Greg with American Leak came out Friday to find the leak in our pool. He was very professional, informative and did a great job! He showed us exactly where the leaks were and demonstrated how we were actually losing water in those places with the yellow dye. Horrible service for pool leak. Kept finding “issues” only to “fix” them but not actually fix anything. Now losing more water than originally was losing and I’m $650 in the hole. Will never recommend.

We had used ALD in the past and remembered the superior service so called them again when had another leak under the slab. Skyler and Tim came out, detected the leak and then submitted their bid. While it's not cheap (and isn't going to be no matter who you call), for the superior work they do, it's well worth the money instead of getting someone inexperienced who is going to tear up your house and cost you more. Skyler came out and repaired the leak and filled and cemented the hole expertly. He managed to do this while only having to go through 2 tiles and not the entire floor. And he cleaned up my bathroom better than I do! Excellent work.

ALD came in and immediately identified and repaired my leak. Something that five previous plumbers couldn't do! I will call ALD FIRST from now on. Definitely recommend them.

My technician (Kenny) was terrific; professional, courteous and capable. When you're faced with the uncertainty of a leak, you need a company that's honest, knowledgeable, thorough, eager to help, and able to find and fix the problem. I have had to repair several slab leaks over the past 20+ years and as rude as that is, I found American Leak Detection at the beginning and they have taken care of me ever since! Guy can find the leak very fast, and Ree is the best at getting you started with paperwork and walking you through the process. It's not a fun thing to have happen, but when it does ALD is the one to call!

Our technician Robert was great. He was on time (actually early) and friendly. He explained what he was doing and finished quickly. Hopefully I never have another leak, but would highly recommend this company to anyone who does.

I called these folks and spoke to a person and not a machine. After I described my problem, they explained what they could do to help, got me scheduled very quickly, and when the tech arrived, he was was very informative. He explained what he was doing, why, and the possible implications.

Ultimately they gave me a report and said that I didn't need their expertise. I was so shocked that they didn't try to up-sell me or convince me to do things that were unnecessary.

Ultimately, I can't comment on their quality of work, but, based on my experience with them, I would highly recommend them based on their knowledge and honesty.

Rich & Co. did an OUTSTANDING job replacing old galvanized plumbing throughout my kitchen. They were very careful and meticulous in their operation, especially as they sawed through my hardwood and hammered through the slab...all while keeping the remaining space and cabinets in great shape.

This was not an easy job and very stressful at times, but they assured me not to worry and they get it handled. I HIGHLY recommend using American Leak, no matter how difficult or stressful the job. True professionals!

The technician, Robert, was extremely efficient and knows what he is doing. Several years ago Robert fixed a leak in the skimmer of my swimming pool. It was an extremely difficult fix, but after Robert repaired it, I haven't had any further problems with it. Linda, the customer representative, was also very courteous and professional. I hope I don't have any more leaks, but if I do, I won't hesitate to call American Leak Detection.

We had a leak in the slab the Sat before Thanksgiving. We called ALD and were initially told they couldn't get to us until the Monday AFTER Thanksgiving. However, they called the afternoon before Thanksgiving to come and look at the job. They decided it was fairly small so they worked on it and got it fixed that afternoon - and turned our water back on! That saved us FOUR DAYS that we would have been w/o water. Skyler & Colby were on time, wore masks, were very friendly and professional. They did not leave a mess. Kenny came to cover the hole the following week. He was on time, wore mask and very congenial. We do wish he had smoothed the concrete with a float. We realize this is not critical and the floor is certainly good enough to lay pad & carpet over it, but it's just not the same as the rest of the floor. Wish we had noticed that while it was still wet and it would have been easy for us to smooth out at that time. Anyway, we would still highly recommend ALD to anyone w/ a water leak.

I had a leak in the pool and new the basic area it was coming from. Shelby was my technician and called me before he was coming so I could stay at work until he arrived. He was on time, courteous, found the problem and was able to fix it.

Didn't know we had a hot water slab leak until we got our city water bill. Recalling the jingle played in media, we called ALD to come find & repair the leak. I was in tears for unknown & the $$ it would take to repair, etc.. but Tollie was able to calm my anxiety & found the leak quickly; Colbie followed up with the repairs and we're now back to normal. We can't thank these guys enough for their promptness & professionalism throughout this experience. God bless the people of this company!

Respectful and thorough service! The phone operators made scheduling and follow up very easy. I spoke with several adjusters, insurance reps, and plumbers who all reccomended this service. The pricing is very reasonable and downright competitive.

Our plumber was Rich, he was fantastic! I honestly can not say enough good things about him. He was very knowledgeable and helped us understand the damage the leak had caused. We appreciate his integrity and passion for his job. He was a constant professional and kept a very clean area while working. I was extremely impressed. But overall the work he did was high quality.

We had a great experience with American Leak Detection. They were able to come out the same day we called. We had a good idea of where our slab leak had occurred but needed confirmation. The gentleman was courteous and answered all our questions thoroughly. He marked off an area for the leak and it ended up being about six inches outside of his markings. With the depth of the leak I'm surprised at the accuracy of the markings. It was quick and easy and they provided the information we needed.

The office was extremely accommodating on my schedule. I had to change the appointment several times and they were very nice each and every time. We had to have a whole house leak test done, when the technician came out, I believe his name is Kenny, he was very nice and professional. He did a great job. This is the second time we have called ALD and they have been wonderful both times. Would highly recommend.

Prompt, friendly, and most importantly, FOUND THE LEAK!!! We are a Rural Water District, with our own treatment plant and hundreds of miles of distribution lines. Our leak was around 60,000 to 80,000 gallons per day! We had isolated the leak to a half mile of pipeline, but could not pinpoint it. Within a few hours, the American Leak Detection employees, were able to pinpoint the leak exactly. We are so grateful for this wonderful service.

I just wanted to say we had a slab leak somewhere in the slab had two other companies out before I called American Leak Detection Jimmy was the tech he was responsive and professional and very thorough. I am very pleased with Jimmy and American Leak Detection and would recommend again. I rebuild many house's covering the whole state and when I find someone good I sick with them.

We've used them twice at 2 different sites. These guys were great. Prompt. Had all the right equipment. Charged reasonably, located the issue and day-lighted the water for the plumbers to start digging.

We called to have American Leak Detection find and repair a leak under our rental house. They came out three times. They told us the only way to find the leak was to blow air through the lines and hope it shows them where the leak was. They charged us, and would have continued to do so, every time they visited to hopefully find the leak. We needed someone who could actually detect a leak.
We called AirCo, who I was hesitant of calling in the first place, they came out and said blowing air through the lines was not the correct way to find the leak. The leak was located and fixed within one hour of them being there. American Leak Detection is not equip to locating leaks.

The tech rich was very thorough and due Diligent. He was always very informative ,went above and beyond in making us feel at ease with such an invasive project we had to undertake in our home and personal space. How respectful (of our home and privacy) and trustworthy our tech rich was made it very easy to leave and let him work which made a very difficult situation as easy asit possibly could be. He definetly gets 5 stars

We are in process of selling a home. For the last few months; we knew there was a leak somewhere in the house, and needed it taken care of before the house was listed. We had a plumber come out who didn't find anything; another plumber come who found a leak of the city's side; a city worker came to fix their leak but told us that we still had a leak; and then another leak detection company come out who found nothing. The city replaced the meter (thinking maybe that was the problem), and leak still showed. I got fed up, and called American Leak Detection of Eastern OK. They were able to come out the same day they were called (on a Wednesday). Zane found the leak quickly in the master bath from the vanity. Four other professionals were unable to detect this leak. He made sure to call me before he cut a hole in the wall to make sure it was okay, and was very professional and helpful in explaining exactly where the problem was. We had a leak in the slab, and he was able to come back Friday to repair the slab leak. He was very easy to work with, and very prompt in getting our problem taken care of. He knew that we were selling the house, and was very helpful in getting it taken care of ASAP; while still keeping the house looking clean. He even wore booties on his shoes since we had just cleaned carpets. I would highly recommend American Leak Detection, and Zane! Thank you all for everything!

Called this company on a Sun afternoon with my whole downstairs flooding from a slab leak. Within 1 hour I had a very helpful technician who very quickly stopped the flooding and helped us come up with a plan to fix the problem. Very fast, reliable, and efficient. Definitely will use this company again if I ever need to.

Great professional services

In preparation for structural work, we engaged another plumber to perform a leak test of our fresh water system and drain system. The first plumber stated that our drain system failed the leak test. When quizzed about how to repair the leak, he said they would probably have to isolate different sections of the drain system and then drill holes through the slab to attempt to find the area leaking. Upon the recommendation of friends who had used American Leak Detection, we called them to come help find the leak. When Chris arrived, he said they needed to do their own leak test before looking for a leak. This time the drain fully passed the leak test and our structural work could proceed on schedule. After the structural work, Chris returned and tested both the fresh water system and the drain system and both passed. Chris was great to work with and fully explained all that he was doing.

We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. Brandon was courteous and professional in setting up the appointment. Communication was timely confirming our appointment the day of and the day before.

Robert was right on time. I appreciated his early arrival. He explained every step of the way, what he was doing, in terms I could understand. He located the leaks and provided a temporary solution until the repair work can be completed.
