I wondered if our current AC servicing team was doing the best possible job so I had Tom Dragg come out and take a look. He did the most through job on AC service ever. He got our freon to just the right level so we'll save on our electric bill. Most importantly he discovered that our capacitor was about to fail and showed us the readings to prove it. That would have meant no AC in the middle of August! He found the uncommon part locally and got us fixed up in a couple of hours. Now our system is running well and should be for quite some time.

David came on the 4 th of July to my daughter and boyfriends home and was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, worked hard and did a great job repairing their bathtub faucet and shower. Highly recommend him doing any work for anyone. Tori and Colton

It is so hard to find a good contractor these days. When it comes to my plumbing needs One Way Plumbing is my first pick. Chad and his team are clean cut and always professional when it comes to serving my needs. They have always showed up on time when they schedule an appointment with me. I will definitely be using them on future projects as well as recommending them to my friends and clients.

Josh came to give us a estimate to repair the gas line in our fireplace. Very nice, gave us our options. While we decided not to fix it (would have to tear up the entire front of the fireplace). Will certainly use them for any future repairs.

ASAP Plumbing was at our house today to fix a leaking bathtub faucet. They were friendly, on time, and were able to quickly identify the problem and fix it! Thank you!

Our heat went out today with a 2 year old at home during the snowstorm. I was panicking and called multiple companies only to be told they could get to us on Tuesday or Wednesday. I called Hendrick Heat and Air and they said they could have someone out between 3 and 7 to help. Our technician, Todd was there at 4 to help. He helped us resolve our problem and was very kind. When we had a minor issue and called to follow up Todd took the time to offer tips to help us troubleshoot even on his way to the emergency room after falling in the snow and ice. I can't give a good enough review to show my gratitude. If anyone happens to need a good heating and air company during this storm there isn't anyone else I would recommend.

I have used American Leak Detection twice, once to detect and the again to have leak fixed. ALD is the go to for most pool companies, They are easy to deal via email and phone and are very responsive to questions or concerns. Kenny C came out and fixed the leak. He arrived on time, called ahead and work diligently to fix the issue. Extremely professional and friendly.

I have been using them for heat and air needs for the last 20 years. They always show up at the time promised, looking and acting professionally. They do great work for a fair price. I have recommended them to many people who have moved here over the years. They are as good as it gets!

Justin explained our options thoroughly, and walked me through what was happening. We called the next day because it seemed like maybe something had been missed and he came right back out at the earliest convenient time to check over and make sure everything was done right. Since we will need a future fix, he said he could send an estimate for the job and even told me how we could save some money by doing part of it ourselves. I will definitely call Half Moon for future plumbing problems!

Technician got here a little after 5 pm. I was informed than that I would have to pay time and a half because of the time.(I called that day at 11am) Tech was NOT in a good mood. He asked me several questions about the problem, I tried to answer the best of my knowledge, this upset him as I do not know Plummer terms. I’m 40 years old and a woman, he spoke to me like I was a child. My father arrived shortly after, he did not speak to him this way. Not a good first experience.
