I do NOT recommend this business. I paid $670 for a shower leak repair that never got fixed. I am very dissatisfied with their work. I found them via Thumbtack where I specifically posted I had a shower that was leaking and needed a faucet replaced, but after they worked on it for two days the problem was never fixed. Water kept leaking from my shower head, even after the faucet was closed all the way off. When they first came to my home, I spoke to business owner, I believe his name is David, I explained that as a temporary fix I installed a shower head with an on/off button. I told him that a while ago, someone else who looked at the shower suggested removing the entire faucet from the pipes and replacing it with a new one as it also was not delivering hot water. I explained that in order to do this they would’ve had to break part of the wall to get behind it as it did not have access elsewhere. David said he understood and that he would fix the leak. He worked on it for a bit that day, then said he needed to return as they needed parts. He quoted me around $670. I thought it was high but I did not haggle and agreed. I asked to pay half on that day and then the other half when the job was completed. He agreed, and went off to buy the part. He returned but said that he needed to wait another day for the part to be delivered. When he returned the next day (around three hours late) I was not able to be present but I allowed him to continue the work as I believed he understood the situation and perceived him as a professional. When he was done, he called me and told me the valve was replaced and that it no longer leaked, saying that he even waited minutes to make sure no leak happened. I thanked him and paid him the remaining amount. When I returned home, the leak was still present. I called him and expressed the leak still happened and he said he would return later in the evening to check it out. But he was not able to make it as he was busy and said he would come the following day around noon to check it out. The next day I came home early and I kept texting him, calling him, on which seemed to be a GOOGLE VOICE number, I left voicemails, and he did not reply for almost the entire day. Finally towards the late afternoon he answered saying that he was not able to come back as he was very busy with other projects, and because he believed the job was completed. When I told him the leak was still happening he blamed it on the shower head I had temporarily installed to stop the leak. He said he did replace a valve, which apparently was my original ask, and he expressed that next time I shouldn’t make recommendations as he is the educated plumber unlike myself in a very degrading manner. I told him that any advice I had given him in regards to what was needed was just from my perception as I am not a plumber whatsoever. I kept pleading him to return and continue to fix the leak but he said I was talking in circles and that he would not return unless I paid him for the visit, and even more for any further repairs. I told him that he was free to call me back when he came to his senses as I am a very dissatisfied customer and the initial job was not complete, but he never called back.

I had an emergency (weekend) furnace repair need today with freezing temperatures in Tulsa, OK and I contacted Jack Nelson Service experts. Quite simply, this company is top notch. I DO NOT write reviews but I was compelled to do so with this service call today!

So glad we found Kyle with Rampey Plumbing. My husband & I bought a used dishwasher & refrigerator, and also bought a new kitchen sink/faucet and a couple of toilets. Kyle was able to handle getting all of it installed/hooked up in one day. He was very quick to respond to Facebook messages, and he showed up on time, was very pleasant to work with. He is very knowledgeable & even cleaned up after himself! Very pleased with his service & will definitely be using him in the future.

The repair person called me right back, was at my home in less than 30 minutes, and had my drains unclogged in less than 10 minutes. He was very patient with my son that had a million questions, and didn’t seem to mind that he was working on a Sunday.

These gentlemen installed a 40 gallon water heater for me.
They were very polite,courteous and professional.

Had a main drain back up work was done quickly and professionally. Extremely helpful and friendly problem was resolved perfectly. I was given advice on ways to keep the problem from happening again.

I have used American Leak Detection twice, once to detect and the again to have leak fixed. ALD is the go to for most pool companies, They are easy to deal via email and phone and are very responsive to questions or concerns. Kenny C came out and fixed the leak. He arrived on time, called ahead and work diligently to fix the issue. Extremely professional and friendly.

Fast, courteous and CLEAN service. I love how the serviceman dons paper shoe covers over his shoes before entering the home. Nice guy too. Any further plumbing needs we have will be done by MULLIN PLUMBING! Good job guys and gals!

The service I received from Mr Plumber was fantastic. They were on time, found and repaired my plumbing issues. Their prices were reasonable and fair. The quality of work was great and they were very nice and friendly yet professional. I was able to get an appointment quickly.

I have used Freedom a couple of times, originally based on recommendation of our realtor when we sold my mother's house, and again to replace a water heater at our house. They're polite and professional, show up when they say they will, do what they say they'll do, and charge what they say they'll charge. I recommend and will continue to use them.

I have used Half Moon Pluming in the past for a small drain issue. So when it came time to replace my old faulty hot water heater, I gave them a call. They were able to give me a quote and had the new heater installed the same day.
The technicians were very nice, professional and did not mind me watching the entire installation process. My new hot water heater is installed and up to code.

I called Roto Rooter today thinking they would need to camera the line after he evaluated the situation he called me and said he wasn't charging me to camera because he didn't need to do that, which saved me at least $150. I really appreciate the integrity of the man who came out for the job. His name was Josh. Really appreciate the honesty. Good job Roto Rooter!
