Best Water Treatment Service in Tucson AZ

We recently had Picture Rocks give us an estimate for a new HVAC system. Ryan came out and went through our options with us without any hard sell. He also was extremely mindful of our budget. We signed the contract and within a week our new unit was installed. We apologize for not remembering the names of the guys that were here for the day long install, but they were all efficient, professional and personable. A few days after the install, we had an issue and called Ryan. He was on it immediately and sent someone out that very day. The problem was addressed and resolved to our complete satisfaction. In our opinion, you won't find a more customer oriented company to work with. We will always recommend and promote Picture Rocks Heating and Cooling to everyone we know!

Braden and John came right on time, were very thorough and checked all of the plumbing in my bathrooms and kitchen. They serviced my hot water heater and found a leak in my outside pipes and fixed it on the spot. They even went to the store and got a part that was needed to fix one of my toilets. I highly recommend these two. They did a fantastic job!I had Shane B. out on 8/11/23 for my A/C yearly check. He was very experienced, thorough and informative about the A/C and other homeowner issues. I would definitely recommend him. I have had Goettl for years and am very happy with their technicians knowledge and experience.

Very professional team. Rosendo installed a hot water heater and a new toilet for us. He is an extremely hard worker. He let us know what was happening and finished the job in the time frame that was explained. I felt confident that he was doing a great job.

I had the best experience with super drain I had previously called Parker and son they came out gave me an estimate for 1433 to install a water heater even though I was buying the water heater and having it delivered. I called super drain they came out gave me an estimate much less than Parker and son. Super drain service reps came out and installed the water heater explained everything to me and the workers were so professional. I recommend this company.

I was recommended to Sampson Plumbing by my son who was very pleased with Glen's work. I am happy to say that I was very pleased also. Glen installed a new kitchen sink and faucet for me and did a wonderful job! He was extremely neat and left my kitchen clean and all picked up. Two years ago Norm came riding to my rescue! My water heater sprung a leak and water was rushing all over my garage and in to my guest room! What's worse was I had a broken foot in a cast and couldn't turn off my own water! Norm hadn't met me before but he was there super fast turning off the water, replacing the water heater, and helping me get the restoration people out to start repairs. The two things I loved about meeting Norm were his customer service and just how much he educated you about your plumbing issue.

We had Michael come to our house and help us with a major problem in our half bath! He went above and beyond to help us and answer all questions and concerns we had. He made sure the job was done right and we would for sure call him with any problems we have in the future!
