Most recently George has installed a new toilet for us. In the past he has also re-piped and repaired our sewer lines and the backups we were having. We are very impressed with the degree of professionalism and integrity this company displays. George, on the first call to our house took care of our mystery sewer smell and fixed/re-set our toilet collar and fixture. He provided an array of options and was gracious in explaining the process. Very clean work from set up to pick up. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber.

Found them at the Home Show. Came right out to do an evaluation. I had three different a/c companies come out last summer because my air wasn't working right. I had some solar company come out to do an evaluation and didn't like that he wanted me to sign for a deal and didn't even leave an estimate. These guys crawled under the house to check the duct work to find the problem. I had the most contact with Jason and he rocks. They explain things and all the workers that came to my house were professionals. Since I'm new to the area it took some time to find the right company to replace my system. Glad I went to the Home Show and they were there.

Used these guys for years, always good service and fair prices. Today I do not get my usual plumber (he left, hummm wonder why?) and the guy they send tells me he's gonna work up a price for me first (that is new) and then hits me with an estimate that is easily twice what I would expect to pay based on my history with this company. That is insane. Put in two faucets (and I bought the faucets) and its over 600 bucks? I do not know who made this change but I am no longer a customer and they should really rethink their pricing. I do not mind paying for good service but this is just way out of bounds. No longer a customer and will no longer rec'mend them. Shame on you guys.

This company goes above and beyond. They had Marty come out on a Saturday to give me a quote for a new hot water heater and a separate leak. The prices were reasonable and Marty was very personable. They were able to schedule me right away and Marty the tech also answered all my questions. I am the type of person to have a lot of them. He even went out of his way to show me how to turn off the gas in an emergency(I have never lived in a home with gas so I didn't know). I can't say enough good things about this company.

Had the main water-line from the meter (on my side of the property line - of course) sprung a leak after 10 years of usage. The line was leaking like a sieve, so I originally called another 24-hr plumber (the company name is withheld) - that was a big mistake. The first plumbers arrived five hours after their original promised time, and when the plumber did arrive (at 9:00 PM) he told me that he couldn't help me, and that I'd have to completely pull all of the plumbing from the water main to the house at a cost of over $3500! After I told the plumber I think that's a little high to replace some couplings and a new water pressure regulator, the conversation quickly turned into asking if I were interested in financing the repair.

No way was I going to go for that. Next morning my coworker recommended Pioneer, and said he had a good experience with them in the past for a very similar problem. I'm glad I called them. Pioneer quickly sent out two technicians and they quickly fixed the leak for $250. I was satisfied with their professionalism, and without the pressure to invest into a major expenditure that I wasn't ready to commit to.

This company is amazing!! They helped me over the phone with water heater issues. They are an honest company I would recommend them to anyone!

Day and Knight Plumbing was amazing! Dave was at our house within 3 hours of us detecting a leak. He quickly located a broken pipe in our wall, repaired it, and called out the water restoration company. The following day, Austin came out to temporarily relocate our hot water heater. Huge job, but the insurance company didn't want to pay for a hotel for us. Both Dave and Austin were knowledgeable, informative, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend Day and Knight for your plumbing needs!

Eli and Albi were very professional. Eli reviewed the work that needed to be completed and prepared 3 options for me and explained each option. Eli then scheduled Abli. Albi arrived at the scheduled time and did an outstanding job with the installation and the cleanup. He did a complete system checkup to ensure proper operation. Eli returned the next day to review the installation and answer any questions I had. I was extremely happy with the installation and support I received from Eli and Albi. I would definitely recommend both gentlemen to anyone needing plumbing assist.

Rick, showed up on time, did the job (Kitchen Sink Drain Replacement) and it took less than a 1/2 an hour. Great job. Fair price. They are now my plunbers of choice if I ever need one.

Joe did a great job of finding a sink drain leak in a solid block wall. The wall was filled with concrete and sand. He did this with minimal damage to the wall. Great job Joe thanks .

Professional people and excellent service

Jake came to help right away even though was late afternoon. He fixed the natural gas leaking problem next morning and helped to speed up the inspection and re-connection process. Highly recommended!!!

A tech came to my house and gave me an estimate on a water heater. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable, clean with all his work and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Will definitely recommend them to anybody, thank you 1-800 plumbing your awesome.
