We replaced our A/C last year and the co also did plumbing(big outfit). Because our house was older-newer water heaters 40 Gal size wouldn’t fit in the space allotted. They told us we would have to go with a 30 Gal which is too small. Our son told us about Dave. He found us just what we needed, promptly installed it, recommended a hot water recirculating pump(which we love)and fixed our natural gas line to our grill. All at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend his work.

I originally wanted a hot water recirculation pump installed but in addition had to replace a hot water tank that was 4 months out of warranty. I didn't forsee that coming which added a significant amount to the charges. Even with that we are very pleased with Adan's service. As usual a number of problems popped up during the install process but Adan took care of everything. In looking at recirculation systems, their instructions stated that a do it yourself guy could install this Grundfos System in an hour. I consider myself that kind of guy but am sure glad Adan did the install instead of me. I would have ended up calling a plumber anyhow. The only downside is that the water temperature of the hot heater tank was set at 140 degrees instead of the requested 120 and had to find the Grundfos Operating Instructions online as none were left.

Great people and service. Very timely and just as effective as the big guys. Definitely recommended!

Joseph Cox came out to look at our heater that wasn’t working right. He came out, even though it was late in the evening, and did everything he could to get it running again for us. He even took the time to look at a few other problems and set us up with some deals for upcoming appointments. He was wonderful, as is everyone we’ve worked with at Goettl.

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

so i called this other company monday and got an 8am appointment to fix bathroom sink clog. day of appointment no call from them . so at 10 am, past my appointment i called to see whats up. an emergancy call to place of my appointment time. told me it could be anywhere from 1 to 2 hours longs. so i called Pioneer Plumbing instead. was told i could get bumped into schedule and i could be a wait. being prepaired for this i said ok. lets see who shows up first. within 20 minutes Pioneer plumbing guys calls me and says he is on the way. 10 minutes later Arizona Professional calls me back saying plumber can be her in 45 minutes. well................ sorry to say but very greatfull, Pioneer Plumbing showed up first. thanks to shoddy customer service i say skip Arizona Professional, because there name is a lie. nothing professional about em.
so i got a team of guys to show up now, very nice fellas, very prepared and ready to go. we had tryed to fix the clog ourselves and got nowhere. they took the time to teach us about our pipe maintenance they pulled out the heavy artillery and Ka Pow . Yay they fixed it within an hour. Love this company and will no long look for others. they are my go to guys for now on.

Great, professional and honest service, I could not be happier. I called in the morning to have a pipe repaired that split/broke overnight. The plumber arrived before noon and got everything fixed in great shape. He gave me feedback and suggestions to avoid the problem going forward. Very reasonable fee. My bathroom's plumbing backed up late Saturday evening. Places a request with my Home Warranty company at 6am on Sunday - soonest they could send a company out was between 3-8pm on Monday. I couldn't wait 48 hours to have this fixed. Calle Al Coronado first. Michelle was great on the phone. Andy was on time, explained what the issue probably was - gave me an estimate - I Ok'd. he was done in 45 minutes - checked and double checked that both sinks and toilets were working. Highly recommend.
