My water heater went out on Monday. Dave was able to fit us into his schedule the next day. I'm a home inspector and I see a lot of new water heater installations by other contractors with lots of issues. Dave takes extra care to make sure everything is not just done right, but done perfectly. I have never seen such a perfect installation. Don't use the bargain water heater company, as it may cost you more in the future due to incorrect work. Pay a little extra and have the job done right by Dave at Noble Plumbing.

Far to many details to discuss ..I’m a realtor and I set very specific expectations with this vendor well before service was rendered it took 10 days lead time to get vendor on property none of the instructions were followed there was a blatant bait and switch tactic used by the money hungry tech a lot of dismissive arguments. Spoke to Managment thinking all was going to be corrected was promised a reschedule visit and invoice knowing that time was of the essence for an inspection as the home was under contract and the repair to a/c was directly related to the success of the inspection .No invoice was sent until today 4 days later and no follow up rescheduled appointment and no specific verbiage was included in invoice as discussed .... haha basically NOTHING was as discussed this company is horrible and I work with a lot of vendors day to day in my profession ...this was a cursory level recap of the situation many details were left out to try and sum this up quicklySpend ur money with any other company

Vincent arrived when early and was very friendly and professional. He explained the issue I was having and how we could solve it. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer all the questions I had. Would recommend this company and especially this technician in particular. Vincent is a 10 out of 10

Meant to write this review months ago! Had a great experience and very affordable service. Angelo was able to come over and fix the fill valve in the toilet quickly, efficiently and affordably! Friendly service and an expert plumber. Definitely will give him a call if we need him, highly recommend this company and their services.

4/4/2023: Braden Franks was the servicing plumbing technician today and did a very thorough inspection of our plumbing system and water heater. He found some issues that are being taken care of and did the job in an efficient and expedient manner! Thanks Braden!The Goettl technicians came out for annual servicing of our 2 HVAC units and were very courteous, efficient and arrived within the time frame originally given. They explained what they did and had some suggestions but weren't trying to hard sell the items like other companies I've done business with.6/22/2023Chris came out to troubleshoot our downstairs A/C unit and quickly determined it was a bad capacitor. Item was rapidly changed with a new one and the total repair was only about 30 minutes! Highly recommend!

Even though Paul had other jobs that kept him well beyond a “normal” day, he installed my water softener in the early evening to get the job done as had previously said he would on that date. He kept me informed on when he would be at the house so I could plan other activities. That’s commitment, dedication and customer service!! Will definitely use again for any plumbing needs.

Neils is a very nice man. He had a difficult job in 106 degree heat, and didn't complain once. It wasn't a straight ahead repair, and he stayed with it until the issue was solved. My elderly parents would have been without water overnight, but Neils set them up with a temporary supply which really helped. He's a good man and a problem solver. We deeply appreciate his hard work and kindness.

Two years ago Norm came riding to my rescue! My water heater sprung a leak and water was rushing all over my garage and in to my guest room! What's worse was I had a broken foot in a cast and couldn't turn off my own water! Norm hadn't met me before but he was there super fast turning off the water, replacing the water heater, and helping me get the restoration people out to start repairs. The two things I loved about meeting Norm were his customer service and just how much he educated you about your plumbing issue.
