Best Water Heater Replacement in Tucson AZ

The owner, Mary, is incredibly rude. Last night I called to inquire as to why our water had gotten shut off for the 3rd time this week without any notification. She immediately got and attitude told me that they don't deal with that I should call my landlord and gave me and very sarcastic Okay? Thanks. Then this morning when our water got shut off again, I called our property management company. Drainmasters had not told them that they were coming back and shutting off our water. When I called to ask Drainmasters again, Mary started yelling at me and saying rude things like Oh, honey.. (Rudely and sarcastically). I will never recommend this company just because Mary can't deal with other people. If you can't handle complaints, you shouldn't be dealing with customers. She never even apologized for the inconvenience.

Jake is a eeal life hero! And now a son of mine. I had a leaking water heater and had no idea what needed to be done. He was able to explain the process of replacing with new gas water heater. Great experience and customer service. I will only be using Jake at fusion from now on for all my plumbing needs!

Condenser fan quit running and I thought the motor went out. I called mid morning and Nick was out by early afternoon. It was the capacitor not the motor. He made sure our system was running fine before leaving. He was very courteous and didn't try to sell me more parts than I needed like other companies.

Over the years George and Zing Plumbing have handled many new installations for me and more than one emergency, all with superior results. My latest project was to swap out my old PITA water softener for a whole house salt-free water conditioner and Flo water sensor, both great investments that will make life easier. Job well done!!!

Update - The Water Tech Salt Free Water Conditioner has served us well, eliminating that slippery feel of most softened water, and without the need to deal with heavy bags or tank buildup, and the Flo water monitor system has performed flawlessly, keeping me informed of water use, sending alerts when water runs for an abnormal rate/time, and gives me remote control of the incoming water line. Invaluable!!!

Justin was prompt and professional he installed all the kitchen sink plumbing faucet and IO water system. He made some changes thinking outside the box and cleaned up the hoses under the sink. He was very personable and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend his services

He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

Woke up to water all over my laundry room. Realized it was the water heater. Called some companies and most said it would be 2-3 days to get out to me. Rocky from Aarow Plumbing was the only company that was able to fit me in that day. They arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected and looked at my issue. Sure enough it was the water heater. He had another job to get to but offered to pick up the new water heater for me and bring it back to install it. I was at a loss for words!! He picked it up for me, brought it to my house and installed it for me and took away the bad one). He did this after 8 o'clock at night. You can really tell Aarow Plumbing cares about their customers. Called in the morning and fixed in the same day!! Rocky deserves 10 stars!!!! Do not hesitate to call them. You will not be disappointed!!!

The new water softener is very good. The young men were a pleasure to watch install new pluming. They worked very diligently and did a great job. Both Manuel Valdez and Caesar deserve a 5!

5 star experience from start to finish. Marty tacked my job onto the end of a long day. He was courteous and professional but happily answered all my questions about how & why he was doing the work. The price was great.

we did not use the service due to a communication issue on the front side with explanation of services...have spoken with the office and should have things resolved on monday...joe cox was our tech and was extremely well versed in hvac and very patient while we spoke to the office and answered all our questions about the service opportunities we would enjoy with goettl...he was a consummate professional! look forward to working with joe and goettl very soon to remedy our hvac needs

Called to get a quote on a plumbing job. Told them my name and where I worked and before I could even relay my issue a rude man said he didn’t have time and literally hung up the phone. Bam. Hung up and that was that. If you’re looking for a rude and grumpy plumber you’ve found him here at this place! Good luck.

Reply to reply: Yes Sir you did hang up on me and told me you didn't have time to talk today. I did not call you the day you read my post, I had called several days prior, on a Tuesday. You were rude. I'm just letting folks know my experience. Dispute it if you wish, but it happened just as I describe, and Yes, it was your company, Knight Owl Plumbing. Try being nice to people and you won't go through this, it'll save you and I both some time.

Mr. Paul unglogged a major blockage in kitchen sink today. He also installed my new sink and disposal previously. He showed me my sewer lines with his camera and we discussed issues he idebtified.

I found Mack to be very friendly, courteous, and tidy as well as very knowledgeable in his work. He performed various preventive maintenance checks of my air conditioning systems and advised me of the results of each. This practice gives me peace of mind about my A/C units.

Superior Plumbing did not respond with a quote to fix my plumbing issue.
