He was immediately available and invested from the urgent first calls through to connecting us to the right restoration company to help finish the job and make sure we were completely taken care of. He was INCREDIBLY fast to come assess the situation and was transparent and honest the whole way. We had to buy a new water heater and he had all of the specs and recommendations we needed to feel confident in our choice. His team was professional, competent and I will definitely be using him for all of our future plumbing needs. I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

Woke up to water all over my laundry room. Realized it was the water heater. Called some companies and most said it would be 2-3 days to get out to me. Rocky from Aarow Plumbing was the only company that was able to fit me in that day. They arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected and looked at my issue. Sure enough it was the water heater. He had another job to get to but offered to pick up the new water heater for me and bring it back to install it. I was at a loss for words!! He picked it up for me, brought it to my house and installed it for me and took away the bad one). He did this after 8 o'clock at night. You can really tell Aarow Plumbing cares about their customers. Called in the morning and fixed in the same day!! Rocky deserves 10 stars!!!! Do not hesitate to call them. You will not be disappointed!!!

I was woken up at 3:30am to my boyfriend telling me the water heater was spraying water all over the storage room. I called in a panic and they sent out their tech Damien right away. He was kind and professional and got the leak under control. He made sure he could install my new water heater first thing this morning. He and his co worker were here at 8:15am and got my heater completely installed in less than 2 hours. I would highly recommend them if you ever need plumbing done! 10/10

Imperial plumbing showed up on time was polite and courteous Elmer provided me with multiple options to fix my tub, took care of my clogged drain efficiently was clean and excellent!!

I needed a repair to my toilet so I called Parker & Sons and requested a technician. The technician arrived quickly and was able to fix my problem. Isiaac assessed my problem and reviewed a couple of options for me to choose from. Once I decided he went right to work and quickly and efficiently repaired my toilet. He was very professional and courteous and did exactly what was needed.I would definitely use Parker and Sons again and recommend them to all of my family and friends.
