Best Water Heater Maintenance in Tucson AZ

Drain Masters was referred by our neighborhood Facebook page. Everyone has been courteous and they are prompt with their service calls and scheduled appointments. Zack and Pedro were out today to help us out with a faulty garbage disposal and leak in our laundry room. They answered questions and put up with our doggos. Would recommend all around!

These guys have done a lot of work for us and always happy with the finished job.

Picture Rocks Cooling & Heating inspected my heat pump in April 2013, 14, and 16 to ensure that it was ready to go for summer. I was very happy with the service and had a great experience. In April 2017 I had a coupon for another company and decided to use them for the inspection. The other company's technician assured me that everything looked good and the amount of refrigerant was just fine.

Well, during the June 2017 heat wave, I noticed a few things. The heat pump just wasn't cooling the house enough on Tues, Weds, and Thurs. Then on Friday morning, water began dripping from an upstairs air register, and the fan stopped blowing air through my house at 6pm that evening. I was so worried that it wouldn't be fixed until Monday at the earliest.

Ron answered my call at 6:15pm on Friday evening and assured me that he would be able to come by on Saturday. He showed up before noon, promptly diagnosed the issue (insufficient refrigerant, resulting in the evaporator coil freezing and poor airflow from the blower) and we had cold air blowing from the registers in about an hour. The price was extremely fair and reasonable.

After this recent experience, I am definitely a customer for life. Thank you Ron for giving me my weekend back!

Jake was professional and able to explain options well. The team of David and Victor were easy to get along with and worked extremely hard to complete the job with the best outcome possible. They also helped by recommending a restoration company. We are quite satisfied and would call them again if we needed work done.

Great customer service and technicians! The thing I love about Temp Con is that they will persist in solving your problem, whatever it takes. They will find and send the right technician for the job, depending on your system and issues.

**YET ANOTHER UPDATE**Jeff Finally returned my husband's multiple calls... Sent out 2 very senior repairman who were yet again Amazing. Long story short... They didn't find an issue and said that they would refund us for a relay we had paid for and the motor that we did not need.... Its now been past 7-10 business days and we have not seen a refund nor are we getting any return calls from Jeff (Surprise Surprise). Whoever is Jeff's manager really need to have him take a course in customer service and apparently how to pick up a phone. Unfortunately for us... Since Goettl installed the unit and we paid for the yearly maintenance we will continue to use them until we move out of this house soon. But would I ever recommend Goettl to anyone... NO! However I will say... Their saving grace is their customer service reps who answer the phone and get stuck dealing with angry people that the upper management seems to upset.*UPDATE*Since this review has been written we have been waiting about 48 hours to speak to a manager. The manager Jeff in Tucson is aware that we are waiting to speak to him and he has yet to reach out. We have spoken to multiple customer service agents (including a call from corporate telling us she was escalating this situation to her manager) that have all been Amazing. Sam yesterday waited with me on the line to get me in touch with Robert since we have been told each and every time that we call that a manager will be with us within 30-45 minutes.... And each time we call back they say they are putting in another request for a manager to call is back. I find it unbelievably irritating that on the positive review that was posted before, Goettl informs us to reach out for further assistance and yet no one can call us back... The only reason there is still a 2 star review in place of 1 is because every customer service agent we have spoken with has been awesome.*ORIGINAL POST*We came home from a small mini vacation with our kids to a warm home. We had used Goettl in the past to install our new air handler and condenser unit outside. Another great experience. This past Thursday when we got home I called Goettl and they scheduled us immediately and came out Friday mid-morning. Joe C. Was not only friendly and beyond helpful but an actual pleasure to have in our home. We have 2 children and he not only engaged us but them as well. I needed a ceiling fixture replaced, and they were able to give me an appointment for the next day. The guys they sent came when they said they would, did the job properly, and tidied up after themselves. Very pleased!

Superior Plumbing did not respond with a quote to fix my plumbing issue.
