I was very pleased to meet Michael Matthews this morning. I received a text followed up with a phone call from him letting me know he was 5 minutes out. Michael came out and ran a diagnostics test and performed a tune-up. He heard what I had to say and understood what I was saying. He provided me with the details of what needs repaired and a follow-up next Tuesday with a project manager. Woke up to water all over my laundry room. Realized it was the water heater. Called some companies and most said it would be 2-3 days to get out to me. Rocky from Aarow Plumbing was the only company that was able to fit me in that day. They arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected and looked at my issue. Sure enough it was the water heater. He had another job to get to but offered to pick up the new water heater for me and bring it back to install it. I was at a loss for words!! He picked it up for me, brought it to my house and installed it for me and took away the bad one). He did this after 8 o'clock at night. You can really tell Aarow Plumbing cares about their customers. Called in the morning and fixed in the same day!! Rocky deserves 10 stars!!!! Do not hesitate to call them. You will not be disappointed!!!

5 Stars. On Tuesday 9/30/20, Anthony responded to my frantic call. The upstairs bathroom of our rental townhome has leaked and caused damage to the upstairs carper and downstairs bathroom ceiling, etc. Knight Owl Plumbing was recommended by one of our friends. Anthony was on site within the hour and worked until 9:30pm to perform of the needed repairs and was fair and reasonable in terms of cost. Couple of days later, I had handful of to do plumbing items at my home and he was very accommodating and worked around our schedule. Again, he was fair and reasonable. I recommended Knight Owl Plumbing to several of my close neighbors and I highly recommend them should you have plumbing needs.
